DEMOCRATS NOW SUPPORT WASTE, FRAUD, AND ABUSE AND RESIST DISCOVERY AND MEDIATION

It is beyond ironic that the progressive communist democrats screaming the loudest over President Trump’s review of fraud, waste, and abuse in the federal government are the same people who voted to hire 80,00 armed IRS agents to audit you, the American taxpayer.

You will notice that the iconic American entrepreneur, financial engineer, and multi-billionaire Elon Musk, with the approval of the President of the United States, has read-only access to review government data, targeting defective systems, not policies, to stop the improper misdirection of taxpayer funds.

What has been found…

Most of the waste, fraud, and abuse discovered have been linked to progressive communist democrats supporting progressive non-governmental organizations (NGOs) that were either funding or advancing the progressive agenda.

These organizations often received large amounts of public funding, which, in some cases, was misallocated, mishandled, or used to support projects with questionable outcomes.

Additionally, many of these NGOs were found to employ individuals with extreme ideological leanings, raising concerns about whether the resources were being used efficiently or merely to further the political interests of radical progressives.

This has sparked debate about the accountability of such organizations, especially when they play influential roles in shaping public policy and social movements.    

The Double Standard

The double standard is why the progressive communist democrats appear to be supporting widespread government waste, fraud, and abuse that is being discovered and remediated by Donald Trump and Elon Musk, yet generally claim to be against government waste, fraud, and abuse when the progressive communist democrats are in power.

So, why this inconsistency?

Political polarization and differences in how waste, fraud, and abuse are framed stem from broader ideological divides.

For conservatives, Trump and Musk represent the idea of private-sector efficiency and government accountability—values that align with their belief in reducing government interference.

For progressive communist democrats, the fight against government waste is seen as an internal problem within the system, and their solution often involves more government and significantly larger reinvestments into the system, which creates inherent blind spots for increased waste, fraud, and abuse. 

When figures like Trump or Musk bring the issue of government waste to light, it’s often seen through the lens of reform and accountability. On the other hand, when similar issues are uncovered by Democrats or within Democratic-led initiatives, the response is frequently one of damage control, defending programs, or seeking new regulations rather than rethinking the whole system. 

Bottom line...

The solution isn’t about who discovers waste, fraud, and abuse—whether it’s Trump, Musk, or Democrats—but about how we approach accountability and systemic reform. Regardless of political affiliation, Americans deserve a government that prioritizes efficiency, transparency, and accountability. If waste, fraud, and abuse are present, the focus should be on discovering and addressing them effectively, not based on partisan loyalty.

Unlike the propaganda spewed forth by the progressive communist democrat media, cutting government spending is not unpopular--with taxpayers on both sides of the political spectrum supporting reforming a corrupt, politicized system. 

To move forward, citizens must recognize that reforming government waste isn’t a political issue—it’s an efficiency, transparency, and accountability issue that should transcend political loyalty and be remedied at the ballot box in 202. We know who is blocking corruption reform and who are the reformers—vote accordingly.

I am shocked at the bat-shit level of insanity displayed by some liberal women who are little more than partisan political dupes. 

Women who the liberal mainstream media have conditioned to believe their feelings are more important than facts, sworn testimony, and documentary evidence. As Ezra Klein said, Trump is acting like a king because he is too weak to act like a president. He can’t get things passed through Congress so he is signing all of these executive orders hoping we don’t understand it doesn’t work like that. You need to come out and tell us that.

You need to use your collective influence to explain to the public that he can’t do this. That he doesn’t have the power. That it’s not allowed and it’s not normal.

One of the most concerning examples is the ability of any individual with alleged standing to file for a temporary restraining order (TRO) against the government, potentially halting or altering executive actions nationwide. While this process can be a tool of accountability, it has become a double-edged sword, allowing judges to shape policy outcomes based on their narrow, often partisan perspectives.

Senator Mike Lee recently expressed his concerns, pointing out that some judges are not simply interpreting the law but are actively working against legitimate presidential authority. According to Lee, these judges’ actions are more akin to political partisanship than the impartial adjudication expected from the judiciary. His criticism echoes frustrations from other corners of the political spectrum, where many feel the judicial branch has overstepped its bounds.

Lee referenced a striking incident where a judge ordered the CDC, FDA, and HHS to restore deleted webpages under a Trump executive order. As CBS News reported, this action demonstrates how judges can influence government operations, potentially undermining executive decisions that fall within the President’s purview.

A federal judge on Tuesday ordered the Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and Food and Drug Administration to restore webpages and data that had been scrubbed in compliance with President Trump's executive order on gender ideology while litigation moves forward.

U.S. District Judge John Bates agreed to grant a temporary restraining order sought by the group Doctors for America, which argued that its members used the websites when treating patients and conducting research. The nonprofit organization said that the removal of the webpages by the Department of Health and Human Services and its components violated federal law.

Bates found that the challengers were likely to succeed in their claims that the Department Health and Human Services, CDC and FDA acted unlawfully when they stripped medical information from public-facing websites.

"It bears emphasizing who ultimately bears the harm of defendants' actions: everyday Americans, and most acutely, underprivileged Americans, seeking healthcare," he wrote. Citing declarations from two doctors filed in the case, Bates said if they "cannot provide these individuals the care they need (and deserve) within the scheduled and often limited time frame, there is a chance that some individuals will not receive treatment, including for severe, life-threatening conditions. The public thus has a strong interest in avoiding these serious injuries to the public health."

His order directs the agencies to restore earlier versions of their websites by 11:59 p.m. Tuesday. It comes after Bates held a hearing on the matter Monday.<Source>

A Court Primer…

The Judiciary Act of 1789 created the U.S. District Courts. This landmark piece of legislation, signed into law by President George Washington on September 24, 1789, established the structure of the federal judiciary, including the creation of district courts as the trial-level courts of the federal system.

Their power to block or delay presidential orders and other executive actions is carefully regulated, mainly to prevent judicial overreach that could disrupt the functioning of the government.

Bottom line…

While judicial checks on executive power are an essential part of the Constitution’s system of checks and balances, the ability of district judges to unilaterally impede or delay policy enforcement has raised alarms since many of these moves are politically motivated and constitute the use of “lawfare” (legal warfare) on behalf of progressive communist democrats.

It’s clear that district judges’ role in shaping policy is expanding, and their influence is greater than ever before. This seriously erodes the democratic process and the essential safeguards against judicial overreach.

I cannot find any authority in the U.S. Constitution that gives a federal judge the power to issue a national injunction that affects the prerogatives of the Executive Branch.

TIME TO END THE ISRAELI HOSTAGE CRISIS

Hamas’s cruel treatment of the hostages it has kidnapped has become increasingly evident. With each staggered release of a few hostages at a time, families are left in constant agony, clinging to the hope that their loved ones might return home, only to endure the emotional toll of uncertainty.

Tragically, the reality is that many of the remaining hostages may either be dead or in such poor physical condition that their release could be a public relations nightmare for Hamas.

Patience with Hamas is fast running out…

President Donald Trump recently remarked that the last batch of hostages looked like “Holocaust survivors,” highlighting the appalling conditions these individuals have endured. This comparison emphasizes the severe toll on their health and well-being, suggesting the unimaginable suffering these hostages have faced under Hamas’s captivity. While some hostages are fortunate enough to be released, the ongoing ordeal for those still held captive speaks to the depths of cruelty and disregard for human life exhibited by this group.

Trump says the ceasefire agreement between Israel and Hamas should be canceled if Hamas doesn’t release all the remaining hostages it is holding in Gaza by midday Saturday. [February 15, 2025.]

In comments to reporters as he signed a series of executive orders, Trump said it was ultimately up to Israel. But he warned that “all hell is going to break out” if the remaining hostages aren’t released, adding that he feared many were dead.

“I’m speaking for myself,” Trump said. “Israel can override it.” <Source>

There was some concern that Hamas did not have possession of all the hostages, and there were several terrorist groups involved.

The future for Gazans looks increasingly bleak, deservedly so, as the majority support Hamas and elected the terrorists into governing power. 

Palestinians

Returning to an area devastated by years of conflict, they face the daunting challenge of rebuilding their lives in a region with little or no infrastructure. To make matters worse, they are under the rule of the corrupt and malevolent Hamas government, which has been diverting humanitarian aid meant for the people, using it instead for its own purposes.

This has compounded the suffering of civilians, leaving them trapped in a cycle of poverty and instability with no clear path to a better future. The lack of resources, coupled with a government more concerned with its own power than the well-being of its people, paints a grim picture for those living in Gaza.

And this is what some misguided American students support at the urging of their Islamic activists and agitators.

CALIFORNIA POLITICIANS: TALKING OUT OF BOTH SIDES OF THEIR MOUTH

Politicians who claim to support the disabled act far differently when powerful unions demand they kick disabled workers to the curb instead of accommodating their special needs.

In a troubling development, PRIDE Industries, a Roseville, California-based social enterprise dedicated to creating employment opportunities for people with disabilities, has announced a significant reduction in force affecting disabled prison contractors at the California Medical Facility (CMF) in Vacaville.

The layoffs, which involve around 62 employees, are a direct result of a union dispute that has forced the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) to cease employing PRIDE workers in custodial positions traditionally held by civil service employees.

PRIDE Industries has long been known for providing competitive business services to various commercial, industrial, and government clients. The organization has become a model for inclusive employment, offering meaningful work opportunities to individuals with disabilities who may otherwise face significant barriers to entering the workforce.

However, the recent setback is a blow to PRIDE and the affected employees. The dispute centers around the grievance filed by the Service Employees International Union Local 1000 (SEIU Local 1000), one of the most powerful unions in the state.

According to the union, outsourcing custodial services to PRIDE Industries at the California Medical Facility violates the civil service protections guaranteed in the California State Constitution. These protections are designed to ensure stable, fair employment for public workers and safeguard against the privatization of jobs traditionally held by state employees.

A spokesperson for SEIU Local 1000 explained the union’s position, stating, “We challenged the outsourcing of custodial services at the California Medical Facility in Vacaville because it violated civil service protections enshrined in the California State Constitution, which safeguard stable employment and fair treatment for public workers.” The union’s concerns are rooted in a desire to protect unionized workers and prevent further erosion of public sector jobs.
