JANUARY 6, 2025: THE END OF AN ERROR AND THE REIGN OF DEMOCRAT TERROR
As we reach the end of an error, something unusual has occurred within the Democratic Party: a surprising silence surrounding the Certification of the 2024 election. For the first time in over three decades, since the 1989 contest between George H.W. Bush and Michael Dukakis, Democrats have refrained from challenging the Certification of voter results.
This silence speaks volumes, and perhaps it lies in internal Democrat party politics, strategic maneuvering, and the disenfranchisement of their own primary voters.
In 2024, the Democrats had an opportunity to stand by the will of their supporters. Instead, party leaders, particularly Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer, played a pivotal role in knifing a corrupt, incompetent, senile Joe Biden—the candidate chosen by the voters. With a swift political maneuver, they replaced him with Kamala Harris, possibly the most unlikable presidential candidate since Hillary Clinton. Unlike Clinton, Harris was manifestly incompetent, incomprehensible, and downright stupid in matters of state.
Ironically, as the President of the Senate, Kamala Harris was forced to read aloud the official Certification of her own defeat, a stunning reminder of the backroom deals that denied her the Presidency. While Harris smiled through the moment, the tension beneath the surface was palpable. Despite her lackluster performance in the primaries, the decision to thrust Harris into the presidential race left many Democrats betrayed by the party supposed to represent their voices.
Adam “shit for brains” Schiff.
Yet, while the Democrats were quietly accepting the election’s Certification, one individual within the party could not stay silent—former Representative Adam Schiff. Now California’s junior senator, Schiff is notorious for his unwavering vocal presence, and he wasted no time begging for additional funds and making demands.
Known for his role in the Trump impeachment trials, liar, leaker, and perjurer, Schiff’s willingness to stir the pot on every issue leaves little room for nuance or diplomacy. Despite the peaceful passage of the election results, Schiff’s ability to stir up controversy remains undiminished, continuing to seek attention and, apparently, more financial backing.
January 6, 2025 Few days in our country’s history have made as big of an impact on me, and on our democracy as January 6, 2021 — four years ago today. I remember the January 6th attack on the Capitol like it was yesterday. The sounds of the mob outside. Of insurrectionists storming the Capitol building and breaking doors and windows to get in. Of the whispers between members of Congress deciding how to protect ourselves.
The sight of Capitol police officers running toward danger. Of my colleagues crouched on the floor, clutching masks to protect themselves from tear gas. Of thousands of protestors assaulting Capitol Police and desecrating the hallowed halls of Congress.
You could sense the fear and the urgency. And the anger over what this mob was doing to overturn a free and fair election. And then, finally, once the fighting was over and we had fulfilled our duty to certify the election, the recognition that our democracy had survived, but barely.
Stephen, I will remember that day for a long time. But I will also remember what my GOP colleagues in Congress did. After the rioting and the mayhem, a majority of Republican members of Congress still voted to overturn the election. Still. 147 members of Congress — many of whom are still in office today. Insurrectionists, too. Albeit in suits and ties.
Since that day, we have seen continued threats to our Constitution and our democracy.
Our democracy was battered and bruised on January 6, 2021, and it has not yet recovered.
And Stephen, it’s not lost on me that today, as a U.S. Senator, I will be voting to certify the election results of the same man who incited the January 6 insurrection. Even though I disagree with him, even though he calls for my arrest and tries to smear me, I will vote to certify the election — because it’s the will of the American people, and I take this responsibility seriously.
January 6 will forever mark a somber day in our country’s history. The impacts of that horrific day still reverberate through the halls of Congress. But we will get through this difficult time in our history. America is a deeply resilient country filled with patriotic citizens who love our democracy, and those who do, vastly outnumber those trying to tear it down.
Please take care of yourselves, and thank you for all your support during this pivotal time in our history. — Adam PAID FOR AND AUTHORIZED BY SCHIFF FOR SENATE |
Bottom line…
The “too big to rig” 2024 election will go down in history, not for the fireworks of protest or drama that many expected but for the quiet acceptance of a political establishment that has decided to put its own priorities ahead of those who once demanded change. The Democrats may have been unusually silent, but the road ahead for the party is anything but quiet.
As we move forward with the Trump presidency, we must ask ourselves: will this silence signal the end of lawfare, or will it be, once again, the beginning of an even more virulent progressive communist democrat effort to destroy Donald Trump’s Presidency from within?
The answer may depend on whether the long-silenced “We the People” will find the courage to hold politicians and bureaucrats accountable for their actions.
But the honest answer is NO! as the progressive communist democrats try to cripple the Trump Presidency by challenging the confirmation of his appointees. And, of course, continue to kill electoral integrity with laws denying voter identification requirements.
Until then, we are so screwed.
