REMEMBERING PEARL HARBOR -- DECEMBER 7, 1941

Dedicated to all of the military members and support staff who gave their lives to protect the United States of America from our enemies on December 7, 1941, and who stand watch over America in this time of political division and turbulence.

The speech given by Franklin D. Roosevelt on December 8, 1941 …

Yesterday, December 7, 1941 - a date which will live in infamy - the United States of America was suddenly and deliberately attacked by the naval and air forces of the Empire of Japan.

The United States was at peace with that nation and, at the solicitation of Japan, was still in conversation with the government and its emperor, looking toward maintaining peace in the Pacific.

Indeed, one hour after Japanese air squadrons had commenced bombing in Oahu, the Japanese ambassador to the United States and his colleagues delivered a formal reply to a recent American message to the Secretary of State. While this reply stated that it seemed useless to continue the existing diplomatic negotiations, it contained no threat or hint of war or armed attack.

It will be recorded that the distance of Hawaii from Japan makes it obvious that the attack was deliberately planned many days or even weeks ago. During the intervening time, the Japanese government has deliberately sought to deceive the United States by false statements and expressions of hope for continued peace.

The attack yesterday on the Hawaiian islands has caused severe damage to American naval and military forces. Very many American lives have been lost. In addition, American ships have been reported torpedoed on the high seas between San Francisco and Honolulu.

Yesterday, the Japanese government also launched an attack against Malaya.

Last night, Japanese forces attacked Hong Kong.

Last night, Japanese forces attacked Guam.

Last night, Japanese forces attacked the Philippine Islands.

Last night, the Japanese attacked Wake Island.

This morning, the Japanese attacked Midway Island.

Japan has, therefore, undertaken a surprise offensive extending throughout the Pacific area. The facts of yesterday speak for themselves. The people of the United States have already formed their opinions and well understand the implications to the very life and safety of our nation.

As commander in chief of the Army and Navy, I have directed that all measures be taken for our defense.

Always will we remember the character of the onslaught against us.

No matter how long it may take us to overcome this premeditated invasion, the American people in their righteous might will win through to absolute victory.

I believe I interpret the will of the Congress and of the people when I assert that we will not only defend ourselves to the uttermost, but will make very certain that this form of treachery shall never endanger us again.

Hostilities exist. There is no blinking at the fact that that our people, our territory and our interests are in grave danger.

With confidence in our armed forces - with the unbounding determination of our people - we will gain the inevitable triumph - so help us God.

I ask that the Congress declare that since the unprovoked and dastardly attack by Japan on Sunday, December 7, a state of war has existed between the United States and the Japanese empire.

Bottom line …

We are living in perilous times, coexisting with enemies, both foreign and domestic, that are threatening American lives. We are faced with a divided nation polarized by corrupt politicians pursuing their own personal and political agendas. We are faced with a corrupt legacy media that presents narrative over the news and partisan propaganda over legitimate analysis.

Our enemies, both foreign and domestic, are using our own Constitution and laws against us.

Our military faces asymmetrical threats – guerilla forces that do not wear uniforms, hide among women and children, and think nothing of using medical and religious buildings to shield their nefarious activities. And should we fire back, we are roundly condemned in the media for the loss of “civilian” life and the destruction of “religious” or “medical” institutions. A malignant mainstream media cow our leadership, and we are burdened by an inept, clueless Commander-in-Chief manipulated by progressive communist democrat acolytes of Barack Obama -- and who appears to want a nuclear Iran.

Our leaders are cowardly and feckless – watching American cities burn and the lives of innocent citizens destroyed – while they order law enforcement to “stand down” as they continue de-funding law enforcement.

We are approaching a tipping point when we must make a decision. To fight for the America of those who went before us or to become a Marxist paradise like Cuba, Mexico, and Venezuela.

My parents – both patriotic democrats – would not recognize our country or the Democrat Party.

Do not dishonor those who died and will die fighting for an America we know and love. Start thinking about what you can do to change the leadership in Washington, your state, and your communities. If we do not, once again, unite against a common enemy, we are doomed.

P.S.

While the attack on Pearl Harbor by the military forces of Imperial Japan on December 7, 1941, the al-Qaeda terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001, and the Hamas terrorist attack on Israel on October 7, 2023, share the commonality of being surprise attacks that resulted in significant loss of life and had profound impacts on the course of history, there are notable differences.

Only the Japanese targeted military installations whereas the terrorists targeted innocent civilian populations for symbolic reasons.

With the December 7 attack, the United States response was both coordinated and supported by the legacy media. The response to 9/11 was haphazard and although much of al-Qaeda was destroyed, our politicians ignored the true locus of evil, Saudi Arabia, and pursued its war on terror in Afghanistan and ignored an equally complicit Pakistan.

The Afghanistan operation was rife with political corruption and billions of dollars went missing. Fast forward to August 30, 2021, when the Biden Administration unilaterally and abjectly surrendered to the terrorist Taliban to fulfill Joe Biden's campaign promise to end the war, leaving billions of dollars worth of weapons behind to arm future terrorist attacks.

Now the same feckless appeasers want Israel to surrender to Hamas and the forces of the Islamo-fascists.

Our military men and women, at least those who have not been indoctrinated into pussified wokeness, are weeping as their sacrifices are being flushed down the drain by the progressive communist democrats in the Biden Administration.

This cannot stand.

OBAMA ACCIDENTLY TELLS THE TRUTH

Sometimes, they accidentally highlight an essential truth...

Obama-projection

Political projection is a psychological concept where individuals or groups attribute their own beliefs, feelings, motives, and actions to others, interpreting their actions or statements through the lens of their own political ideology.

Embedded within Obama’s speech is an example of pure projection, ascribing to the GOP the behavior of progressive communist democrats.

My Remarks at the 2024 Obama Foundation’s Democracy Forum in Chicago, Illinois -- Barack Obama

What happens when the other side has repeatedly and abundantly made clear they’re not interested in playing by the rules?”

[OCS: There is absolutely no doubt, reinforced by sworn testimony and documentary evidence, that the progressive communist democrats have not played by existing rules, violating precedents, norms, and the rules of established political behavior by using “lawfare,” the strategic and tactical use of legal systems and procedures to target unfavorable laws and political opponents. to achieve their political objectives, on their opponents.]

It’s a problem. And when that happens, we fight for what we believe in. There are going to be times, potentially, when one side tries to stack the deck and lock in a permanent grip on power, either by actively suppressing votes, or politicizing the armed forces, or using the judiciary or criminal justice system to go after their opponents.

[OCS: Obama describes the behavior of progressive communist democrats in the Obama and Administrations, both of which were manifestly corrupt and filled with unconstitutional behavior and criminality.]

And in those circumstances, pluralism does not call for us to just stand back and say ‘well, I’m not sure, that’s okay’. In those circumstances, a line has been crossed and we have to stand firm and speak out and organize and mobilize as forcefully as we can.

[OCS: This is a core strength of the progressive communist democrats: organizing and mobilizing to create synthetic outrage that is amplified by the progressive communist democrat propagandists in the media, including the censoring and de-platforming of dissident voices. As opposed to the feckless GOP that lacks the cojones to fight back against the devil.]

But, even in those circumstances, it’s important to look for allies in unlikely places. And too often, we assume that people on the other side have monolithic views when, in reality, some of them may share our beliefs in sticking to the rules, observing norms, and that’s why, when it is appropriate, there is nothing wrong with reinforcing and lifting up elected officials or voters, your neighbors, your friends, who you may not disagree with anything but they do agree with you on that. Because they may be able to exert influence on people they’ve got relationships within the other party. So, none of this will be easy. Building up these habits and practices that so often we’ve lost. Learning to trust each other again, that’s a generational project.

[OCS: The progressive communist democrats have no issue with sending spies and recruiters into the enemy camp to surveil and subvert the enemy’s initiatives. There is an old truism about democrats marching in lockstep and not breaking ranks. Likewise, there are no Republicans within the Democrat Party, but there are Democrats within the Republican Party.]

We are in grave danger from a lame-duck, senile President.

THE DEEP STATE'S REDEFINITION OF DEMOCRACY: A TALE OF POWER AND CENSORSHIP

Constitution-break-glass

I sit at my keyboard, puzzling out the media’s antipathy for Trump’s nominees, Pete Hegseth for Secretary of Defense and Kash Patel for FBI Director.

In politics, the "deep state" often invokes images of shadowy figures pulling the strings behind the scenes. It is a nebulous concept that transcends party lines and operates within a network of institutions, including the military, intelligence agencies, the State Department, the media, universities, and so-called non-governmental organizations (NGOs). This clandestine power structure, however, has undergone a significant transformation in recent years—one that has fundamentally altered its relationship with democracy.

Historically, democracy was defined as a government system expressing the people's will through free and fair elections. Voters had the final say in selecting their leaders, giving the public a direct stake in the political process.

However, over time, a shift has occurred within the deep state. This shift has redefined democracy not as the sum of individual votes but as the consensus of the institutions that form the backbone of the state. This redefinition has given rise to a new understanding of governance, one in which the will of the people is often seen as secondary to the needs of the institutions that manage the state.

The deep state's redefinition of democracy is not merely an intellectual exercise; it has real-world consequences.

As the power of these institutions grew, so too did their influence over the political process. The deep state began to pivot away from its traditional focus on foreign counterterrorism efforts and, instead, turned its gaze inward towards what it deemed as a growing threat: domestic populism. This was not just any populism but a version that challenged the very legitimacy of the deep state's control over the political narrative.

In their eyes, democracy was under attack not from foreign adversaries but from the people it was supposed to serve. Populist movements, often fueled by dissent against the status quo, were seen as a form of "demagoguery" that needed to be curbed to protect the political system's integrity. The populist wave, which found its voice in movements that rejected the elites and their experts and questioned their authority, became the target of the deep state's new mission: defending democracy from itself.

In the name of protecting democracy, they were destroying democracy.

This new deep state mission did not come without its own tactics, many of which raised serious questions about preserving democratic values. The deep state embraced proactive censorship to combat what they saw as a growing threat.

This censorship, often carried out under the guise of protecting democracy, sought to silence dissident voices seen as subversive or outside the mainstream. Whether through the media, online platforms, or academic settings, dissenting opinions were gradually marginalized, and dissenters were censored, de-platformed, or de-banked.

The justification for such censorship was clear: the deep state argued that without such measures, democracy could not survive. If the people were allowed to express their discontent too freely or to promote views that undermined the established order, the entire system of regime governance could collapse. While compelling to those in power, this logic ignored the core principles of democracy—freedom of speech, open discourse, and the right of individuals to challenge their leaders.

It is not a conspiracy but a confederation of mutual interests.

Moreover, the deep state did not act alone in this endeavor. Over the years, they found willing collaborators in the form of corrupt politicians and power-hungry elites. These figures, who craved influence, wealth, and prestige, were quickly co-opted by the promises of power the deep state could offer.

Politicians who once swore allegiance to the people now found themselves doing the bidding of the very institutions they were meant to challenge. In exchange for their loyalty, they were granted positions of authority and control over the policies that shaped the nation's future.

It was a symbiotic-parasitical relationship: the deep state maintained its grip on power, and the political class enjoyed the spoils of that power. But this arrangement came at a steep price: the erosion of democratic norms. In a system that was meant to be governed by the people, the deep state’s covert manipulation of the political process undermined the very foundations of democracy.

Defending democracy or the controlling regime elite?

As the deep state grew in power and influence, the idea of "defending democracy" became less about protecting individual freedoms and more about preserving the institutional consensus. The will of the people in this new order was secondary to the interests of those who controlled the mechanisms of power. Free speech, a cornerstone of democratic societies, became a casualty in this new battle to preserve the status quo.

DISRUPTION
Disrupting the deep state.

Using political appointees as insiders to disrupt the deep state involves strategically placing trusted individuals within key government agencies to challenge entrenched bureaucratic power and shift policy direction.

Ideally aligned with the political agenda of reform, these appointees can act as conduits for promoting transparency, accountability, and efficiency within the system.

By gaining influence at high levels, they can question longstanding practices, expose inefficiencies or corruption, and advocate for policy changes that reduce the influence of unelected officials.

Appointees who are empowered to make decisions or oversee critical areas of government can also identify opportunities to dismantle or restructure parts of the bureaucracy that serve to perpetuate the deep state's power.

Crucially, these insiders must operate with a clear vision, ensuring that their actions are aligned with broader reform efforts and not swayed by the interests of the entrenched establishment. When used effectively, political appointees can drive a reform agenda that weakens the hold of the deep state and brings more control back to elected officials and the public.

Bottom line…

It is apparent that Trump’s selection of nominees is the root cause of the pushback we are seeing. The deep state does not care about morality, as it and its members are, by definition, immoral. They do not care about hypocrisy or the absurdity of their behavior because it is about hierarchy and control.

Trump’s nominees challenge the existing status quo, and their knowledge and experience make them exceptionally dangerous as they understand the levers of power and the system’s chokepoints. That's pretty much why the establishment Republicans, RINOs, if you will, stand with progressive communist democrats against the existential threat of Trump’s nominees.

Their task is not an easy undertaking and must incrementally progress in two-year phases to keep and enlarge the governing majorities needed for reform. It is a monumental task with no guarantee of success or that our nation, as we know it, will survive.

No longer is democracy about individual participation and the expression of diverse opinions; it has become a tool for maintaining control over the political narrative. As the deep state pivots from external threats to internal dissent, its tactics have increasingly focused on curtailing the free exchange of ideas. In doing so, they risk undermining the very principles that democracy is supposed to uphold.

We are so screwed.

LINDSEY GRAHAM: DO UNTO OTHERS

Lindsey-graham-ej
Senator Lindsey Graham (R--SC) has always been a less-than-reliable RINO (Republican In Name Only) squish when it comes to critical party-line votes and his propensity for aisle-hopping to advance the progressive communist democrat agenda.

LG-REALITY

He appears to be doing the same thing now…

Allegations Against Pete Hegseth are ‘Disturbing’: Lindsey Graham

South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham said Tuesday that it will be “difficult” for Pete Hegseth, President-elect Donald Trump’s nominee for Secretary of Defense, to get confirmed by the Senate.

Graham called the allegations against Hegseth “disturbing,” telling CBS News, “I think some of these articles are very disturbing. He obviously has a chance to defend himself here, but some of this stuff is it’s going to be difficult...”

Hegseth was accused of sexually assaulting a woman in 2017. He has not been charged over the matter.

The accuser filed a police report, which was obtained by the media outlet Mediaite last month, detailing the allegation. She alleged that Hegseth sexually assaulted her after he prevented her from leaving a hotel room following the California Federation of Republican Women convention in October 2017.

When news of the police report broke, Graham told NBC News the Senate would not “try” Hegseth based on “press statements. When Graham, a staunch Trump ally, was told that the allegations were outlined in a police report, he responded, “I don’t care.”

Hegseth came under additional scrutiny this week, when the New Yorker reported that he was intoxicated several times while he was the CEO of the Koch-backed group Concerned Veterans for America (CVA) between 2013 and 2016.

The former Fox News host was so intoxicated that he needed “to be carried out of the organization’s events,” the report said. Hegseth responded to the allegations on Monday, telling reporters: “Not gonna dignify that with a response.”

Trump nominated Hegseth for secretary of defense shortly after winning the 2024 U.S. presidential election.

The former Fox News host is viewed as one of Trump’s most controversial Cabinet picks. He’s viewed to lack leadership experience in Washington and in the military. Hegseth has also previously said that women should not serve in combat roles.

Hegseth served in Afghanistan and Iraq and left the National Guard in 2021 after he was labeled an “extremist,” according to Reuters.

Trump’s decision to nominate Hegseth came as a surprise to Republican senators, since he was not on the list of contenders to lead the Pentagon.

“Wow,” Alaska Senator Lisa Murkowski said in response to the nomination last month, according to Punchbowl News senior congressional reporter Andrew Desiderio. <Source>

[OCS: Obviously, this is a media hit piece, complete with anonymous sources. Hegseth is more than qualified qualified for a cabinet position, especially when you consider the qualifications and behavior of those in the Obama and Biden Administrations. As for  Senators like Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) and Susan Collins (R-ME), they are total sell-outs to the progressive communist democrats.]

Perhaps it is time to respectfully remind Senator Graham about unattributed sexual innuendo…

Rumors about Senator Lindsey Graham’s sexual orientation have circulated for years, primarily based on speculation and public statements. However, Graham has consistently denied these rumors. He has not publicly identified as gay and has emphasized that he is heterosexual, often brushing off the speculation with humor or as a political strategy aimed at distracting him from his work.

Masthead-wapo#LadyGraham went viral — and not just because of Lindsey Graham’s politics

Last week, the hashtag #LadyGraham exploded on social media in response to allegations made on Twitter by gay adult-film star Sean Harding against Sen. Lindsey O. Graham of South Carolina (the hashtag, along with the abbreviated form “Lady G,” purportedly refers to Graham’s nickname among male sex workers). What followed has been a mixed bag of political commentary, wanton speculation and downright trolling.

While the #LadyGraham hashtag is a reflection of the coarseness of our politics and fury toward Graham for his embrace of President Trump and his policies, rumors about politicians’ sex lives are nothing new in American history. <Source>

A WAKE-UP CALL: THE CORRUPT AND UN-AMERICAN AGENDA OF PROGRESSIVE COMMUNIST DEMOCRATS

It now appears that the American public has conclusive proof that the corrupt, un-American progressive communist democrats not only hate Americans, they hate America.

Bidenflag

Recent events have shed light on what many Americans fear may be the true intentions of the progressive left. There is growing evidence that these so-called “progressive” Democrats, whose policies are often aligned with socialist ideologies, have shown an apparent disdain for American values, institutions, and the very foundation of our nation. Their actions and rhetoric suggest that their agenda goes beyond policy disagreements; it’s an attack on the fabric of America itself.

From undermining traditional values to pushing for policies that favor foreign interests over national security, the evidence is mounting.

For some in the progressive communist democrat movement, like Senator Bernie “the Red” Sanders and Representative Jamie “the Red” Raskin, America’s prosperity, unity, and exceptionalism are threats that must be dismantled. As the American public wakes up to this reality, it’s crucial to recognize the importance of standing up for the ideals and core values that have made America great.

America Last.

While thousands of Americans suffer the effects of recent storms, the Biden Administration has limited FEMA disaster relief to $750 for individuals and families who have lost everything, including family members.

The FEMA $750 grant, often referred to as the "Disaster Relief Assistance" or "Individual Assistance" grant, is typically provided per household, not per person. This means that if a household qualifies for the grant, it will receive up to $750 in assistance, regardless of the number of people living in the household.

To apply for assistance, you must telephone FEMA or fill out an online request form, an impossibility for many of the most distraught and damaged individuals, and then wait weeks for a mailed check or EBT card. FEMA also occupied many hotel rooms needed to house disaster victims as they awaited orders from the leadership.

To add insult to injury, FEMA instructed its disaster workers to skip any house with a sign supporting Candidate Donald Trump.

All this while, FEMA has handed out more than $1 billion taxpayer dollars to specifically support illegal aliens with housing after they unlawfully entered the United States.

I am deeply offended…

(Excerpted) Remarks by President Biden Honoring the Past and Future of the Angolan-U.S. Relationship | Belas, Angola

The United States continues to be the world’s largest provider of humanitarian aid and development assistance.  And that’s going to increase.  You know, that’s the right thing for the wealthiest nation in the world to do.

And today, I’m announcing over $1 billion in new humanitarian support for Africans displaced from homes by historic droughts and food insecurity. (Applause.)

But we know African leaders and citizens are seeking more than just aid.  You seek investment.  And so, the United States is expanding our relationship all across Africa — from assistance to aid to investment to trade — moving from patrons to partners to help bridge the infrastructure gap. <Source: White House>

[OCS: One might think the progressive communist democrats would concentrate on re-building our decaying or destroyed infrastructure before employing a foreign labor force that builds new infrastructure in foreign lands that yields no benefit to Americans in need.]

Bottom line…

The future of our country depends on how we respond to these malignant progressive communist democrat forces. America’s values and the preservation of its founding principles must remain our guiding light. Now is the time for Americans to unite and push back against the progressive communist democrat agenda that threatens our way of life.

We need to take care of ourselves first. This is not selfish or unkind. Americans have a moral obligation to alleviate suffering and promote the well-being of other Americans before helping those who did not contribute to our system or embrace our core values.

We are so screwed.

DID ANYONE NOTICE THE STINGER IN THE HUNTER BIDEN PARDON

In light of years of Democrat lawfare being waged against Donald Trump, I cannot help but wonder if the GOP has the cojones to play smash-mouth against those Democrats who perverted our legal system and corruptly defrauded the United States of America?

Hunter-laptop

Few were surprised that President Joe Biden pardoned his son Hunter for an eleven-year period. This period overlaps a portion of the Biden Vice Presidency under Barack Obama, during which Hunter Biden served as the “bag man” for the Biden Crime family’s sale of Joe Biden’s office.

A Full and Unconditional Pardon

For those offenses against the United States which he has committed or may have committed or taken part in during the period from January 1, 2014 through December 1, 2024, including but not limited to all offenses charged or prosecuted (including any that have resulted in convictions) by Special Counsel David C. Weiss in Docket No. 1:23-cr-00061-MN in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware and Docket No. 2:23-CR-00599-MCS-1 in the United States District Court for the Central District of California. <Statement from President Joe Biden | The White House>

[OCS: This pardon also covers Hunter Biden’s failure to register as a foreign agent lobbying the government for foreign interests. and potential transfer of classified information to foreign sources.]

Does a Presidential Pardon Preclude a Subpoena to Appear, Congressional Testimony, and Nullify the Fifth Amendment Refusal to Answer Questions?

Congressional subpoenas to testify or produce documents are generally enforceable in the context of legislative investigations, even if the person has received a presidential pardon for criminal conduct.

A presidential pardon typically forgives the person for past federal crimes, effectively erasing the legal consequences of those crimes. The person is no longer at risk of criminal prosecution or punishment for the offenses covered by the pardon. However, it does not erase the facts of the conduct or prevent future Congressional proceedings from being held to investigate that conduct.

Congress can compel testimony through a subpoena, and a refusal to comply could result in contempt of Congress charges. However, since the proceedings could no longer incriminate the individual, they must answer truthfully or risk a new charge beyond the charges for which they have been pardoned.

Moreover, a pardon only applies to federal criminal offenses; it does not affect a person’s obligation to testify in civil proceedings or state legislative hearings, nor does it provide immunity from contempt for failing to comply with a subpoena. Therefore, even if someone has received a presidential pardon for criminal conduct, they may still be required to testify in non-criminal matters unless they invoke a privilege or the testimony is protected by some other legal principle.

If a person faces no jeopardy or risk of criminal prosecution for their actions, they generally cannot assert the Fifth Amendment privilege. In other words, if their testimony or the disclosure of information cannot lead to criminal charges or expose them to criminal penalties, there is no basis for invoking the privilege.

Bottom line…

Effectively, this was a pardon for Joe Biden; it was always about protecting Joe Biden.

The true travesty of justice was the dereliction of duty by the legacy media, which covered the Biden crime family.

We are so screwed.

THE ATTACK ON KASH PATEL BEGINS

Many a truth is spoken in jest…

Investigation

Here we have a self-proclaimed “investigative journalist” spouting nonsense…

Kp1
Even funnier are the remarks from a disgraced Department of Justice Official who appears to be in legal and reputational peril when Kash Patel investigates unconstitutional and illegal actions of top-ranking DOJ and FBI officials

Speaking to CNN on the subject of Donald Trump’s nomination of Kash Patel for the Director of the FBI…

[Host]

Andrew, I just want to start first with you and just get your reaction to this news tonight.

[Andrew McCabe]

Yeah, well, it’s a terrible development for the men and women of the FBI and also for the nation that depends on a highly functioning, professional, independent Federal Bureau of Investigation. The fact that Kash Patel is profoundly unqualified for this job is not even like a matter for debate.

[OCS: I think that the well-documented events, including sworn testimony and documentary evidence. has conclusively demonstrated that the FBI could not be described as “highly functioning, professional, and independent.” The unfounded assertion that “Kash Patel is profoundly unqualified for this job is not even like a matter for debate” is disproved by even a cursory glace at his resume.

  • Deputy Assistant to the President and Senior Director for Counterterrorism at the National Security Council
  • Chief of Staff to the Acting U.S. Secretary of Defense
  • Staff Director for the House Intelligence Committee
  • Federal public defender
  • Federal prosecutor and trial attorney in the United States Department of Justice National Security Division
  • Legal liaison to the United States Armed Forces (Joint Special Operations Command)
  • Florida Public Defender]

So I think what we should really be thinking about right now is what does this signal in terms of Donald Trump’s intent for the FBI? The installation or the nomination, I guess we should say at this point, of Kash Patel’s FBI director can only possibly be a plan to disrupt, to dismantle, to distract the FBI and to possibly use it as a tool for the president’s political agenda. And, you know, as an organization, we know what that looks like.

[OCS: Considering the degree to which the FBI has been weaponized and politicized, not only its actions against the regime’s political enemies, but Parents demanding answers at school boards, Catholics wishing to worship in Latin, and domestically spying on Americans without warrants or proper predicates, the agency needs to be reformed. Or, in McCabe’s terms, “dismantle” and “disrupt” a corrupt, nonresponsive agency failure to accomplish its mission.]

This country has been there before, right? The pre-Watergate FBI, the J. Edgar Hoover FBI, struck fear in the hearts of Americans across the spectrum of politicians, people in entertainment, people in the civil rights community, because the director operated at the direction of presidents to collect political intelligence and to utilize the legal authorities, the investigative authorities of the FBI to terrorize and intimidate Americans.

[OCS: Whoops! A little short-sighted as he overlooks the Johnson, Clinton, Obama, and Biden Administration who used the FBI as the regime’s enforcers.]

So the question is, is that where we’re going back to with this nomination? I would argue that Kash Patel would be the perfect person for Donald Trump to nominate if that’s in fact his intent for the FBI.

[OCS: According to Kash Patel, he wants to restore the FBI to its former status as a premier law enforcement status that investigates criminal and national security matters without fear or favor. To change the agency’s motto back to “Fidelity, Bravery, Integrity” from Fumbling Bumbling Idiots.]

Meet Andrew McCabe, Former Deputy Director of the FBI, Acting Director of the FBI (2017–2018)

Andrew McCabe served as the Deputy Director of the FBI from 2016 until his departure in early 2018. Before this role, he worked in various capacities at the FBI, including as the Assistant Director of the FBI’s Counterterrorism Division. McCabe had a long career in law enforcement, focusing on counterterrorism, counterintelligence, and national security matters. In 2017, he briefly served as Acting Director of the FBI following the dismissal of James Comey, the previous FBI Director. McCabe was considered a career professional with deep national security and law enforcement expertise.

McCabe’s career became embroiled in controversy amid the FBI’s investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election, as well as the broader probe into possible connections between President Donald Trump’s campaign and Russian officials. Several issues contributed to the controversy surrounding McCabe:

  1. The Clinton Foundation Investigation: McCabe faced scrutiny for his role in a probe into the Clinton Foundation and handling the Hillary Clinton email server investigation. His wife, Jill McCabe, had received political contributions from a political action committee connected to Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe, a Clinton ally, which led to allegations of a conflict of interest.

  2. Firing by Jeff Sessions: In March 2018, McCabe was dismissed by Attorney General Jeff Sessions just days before his planned retirement. The firing was based on an internal FBI inspector general’s report claiming that McCabe had misled investigators regarding his role in approving media disclosures about the Clinton Foundation investigation.

  3. Allegations of Political Bias: Throughout 2017 and 2018, McCabe became a target of criticism from President Trump, who repeatedly attacked him publicly. Trump accused McCabe of political bias, claiming McCabe had supported Hillary Clinton and sought to undermine Trump’s presidency. McCabe was also criticized for his perceived involvement in the FBI’s bogus investigation into Trump’s campaign.

  4. Internal FBI Investigation: McCabe’s actions were scrutinized within the FBI, with accusations that he had not been truthful in interviews about his role in media leaks regarding the Clinton investigation. The Justice Department Inspector General’s 478-page report, published on December 9, 2019, found that McCabe lied to or misled federal investigators at least four times, with three instances occurring while he was under oath. The report also stated that his approval of disclosures to the media was within his power but was a policy violation because it was done “in a manner designed to advance his personal interests at the expense of Department leadership.”

  5. Dubious Associations: James Comey, Christopher Steele, Bruce and Nellie Ohr, Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, and various Clintonites and Obamacons.

Bottom line…

You know you are over the target by the amount of flak thrown at you.

We are so screwed if the GOP pussies out and refuses to support President Trump’s nomination of Kash Patel for FBI Director.

PROOF POSITIVE DEMOCRATS ARE ABOVE THE LAW

There is no doubt in my mind that President Biden needs to be impeached…

BullshitThis in no way absolves the Biden Crime Family's foreign business dealings during Joe Biden’s vice presidency, where Biden sold access to his office to foreign powers, including receiving a portion of the $27 million in payments made from foreign sources to Hunter Biden and his business associates between 2014 and 2019.

Wh-logo
Today, I signed a pardon for my son Hunter. From the day I took office, I said I would not interfere with the Justice Department’s decision-making, and I kept my word even as I have watched my son being selectively, and unfairly, prosecuted. Without aggravating factors like use in a crime, multiple purchases, or buying a weapon as a straw purchaser, people are almost never brought to trial on felony charges solely for how they filled out a gun form. Those who were late paying their taxes because of serious addictions, but paid them back subsequently with interest and penalties, are typically given non-criminal resolutions. It is clear that Hunter was treated differently.

The charges in his cases came about only after several of my political opponents in Congress instigated them to attack me and oppose my election. Then, a carefully negotiated plea deal, agreed to by the Department of Justice, unraveled in the court room – with a number of my political opponents in Congress taking credit for bringing political pressure on the process. Had the plea deal held, it would have been a fair, reasonable resolution of Hunter’s cases.

No reasonable person who looks at the facts of Hunter’s cases can reach any other conclusion than Hunter was singled out only because he is my son – and that is wrong. There has been an effort to break Hunter – who has been five and a half years sober, even in the face of unrelenting attacks and selective prosecution. In trying to break Hunter, they’ve tried to break me – and there’s no reason to believe it will stop here. Enough is enough.

For my entire career I have followed a simple principle: just tell the American people the truth. They’ll be fair-minded. Here’s the truth: I believe in the justice system, but as I have wrestled with this, I also believe raw politics has infected this process and it led to a miscarriage of justice – and once I made this decision this weekend, there was no sense in delaying it further. I hope Americans will understand why a father and a President would come to this decision.

Bottom line...

They got away with treason and want to prosecute Donald Trump for trivialities.

We are so screwed.

DOJ AND FBI EVILDOERS ARE ABOUT TO MEET JUSTICE

Merrick-garlang-1fool Wrayfbi

In a much-anticipated shift, the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the FBI are on the verge of a much-needed transformation under the leadership of a formidable team of well-educated, highly credentialed, and seasoned experts.

This leadership change comes at a crucial moment when both agencies have been criticized for their hyper-partisan actions and lack of impartiality.

At the forefront of this reform effort are two key figures who bring a wealth of experience and a clear commitment to restoring these institutions to their original mission: protecting America and Americans. Former Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi, former Florida Attorney General and a tireless advocate for justice and integrity, will play a pivotal role in reshaping the DOJ. Her expertise in law enforcement and her strong track record in public service make her a vital asset in the quest to restore the public’s trust in the agency.

In addition to Bondi, the team will benefit from the leadership of Kash Patel, a former Deputy Assistant to the President and Senior Director for Counterterrorism at the National Security Council. With a background in national security and counterterrorism, Patel understands the delicate balance of ensuring justice while safeguarding the nation’s security interests.

Together, this leadership team is poised to guide the DOJ and FBI back to their core principles of fairness, transparency, and accountability. Their collective experience positions them uniquely to tackle the challenges facing these agencies and to ensure they serve the American people with the dedication and neutrality they deserve. As they begin this crucial work, the nation can look forward to a renewed commitment to upholding the rule of law.

BondiPam Bondi is a prominent legal and political figure who served as the Attorney General of Florida from 2011 to 2019. She was a staunch advocate for consumer protection, law enforcement, and public safety during her tenure. Bondi played a crucial role in fighting human trafficking, securing significant settlements in consumer fraud cases, and pushing for stronger laws on opioid abuse. She also worked on high-profile cases involving healthcare fraud and led the state’s efforts in the multi-state legal battle against the Affordable Care Act. Bondi was known for her tough stance on criminal justice issues and her efforts to protect Florida’s residents from scams and fraud. Before becoming Attorney General, she was a prosecutor in the 13th Judicial Circuit in Florida.

KashKash Patel is a former U.S. government official with significant experience in national security and law enforcement. He served as the Deputy Assistant to the President and Senior Director for Counterterrorism at the National Security Council (NSC) under President Donald Trump. In this role, Patel played a crucial part in shaping U.S. counterterrorism policy and responding to global security threats. Before his time at the NSC, Patel worked as Chief of Staff for the U.S. Department of Defense, supporting defense initiatives and oversight. He is also known for his role as a congressional staffer, particularly in his efforts to expose alleged abuses in the Russia investigation as part of the House Intelligence Committee. Patel is recognized for advocating for government transparency, the rule of law, and intelligence and security policy involvement.

Both face formidable opposition from the so-called deep, or bureaucratic, state that heavily influences Senate Democrats--- Patel, more than Bondi, as he represents a formidable force that could see several current and former government individuals investigated for unconstitutional and illegal behavior.

Bottom line...

Who knows what the opposition may attempt at the Senate Confirmation hearings?

Without these two proven patriots, we are so screwed.
