To require foreign nationals residing in the United States to file a standardized questionnaire and biometric data, and for other purposes.

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the "FAIR Act" (Facilitating Accessible Immigration Reform).

SECTION 2. REQUIREMENTS FOR FOREIGN NATIONALS.

(a) Mandatory Questionnaire and Biometric Data

  1. Every foreign national residing in the United States shall be required to complete and submit a standardized questionnaire along with biometric data to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) within 180 days of the enactment of this Act.
  2. Responsible guardians must file on behalf of their children, and custodians of incarcerated individuals shall ensure proper filing for their wards.

(b) Consequences of Non-Compliance

  1. Any foreign national who fails to file as required shall be subject to immediate deportation upon contact with any law enforcement or social services agency, without further judicial proceedings.
  2. Deportation shall apply to any unregistered illegal alien and their illegal alien relatives to their country of origin or another nation willing to accept them.

SECTION 3. ACCOUNTABILITY FOR FILING.

(a) Organizations Facilitating Filing

  1. Any organization that facilitates the filing of the questionnaire must comply with this Act and may be subject to fines, penalties, and loss of tax privileges if found to circumvent the law.
  2. Individuals involved in circumventing this law shall face felony charges, fines, and possible imprisonment.

(b) Fees for Assistance

  1. Fees charged by individuals or organizations assisting with the filing shall be capped at fifty dollars per filing.

SECTION 4. DATA COLLECTION AND IMMIGRATION REFORM.

(a) Purpose

  1. The data collected through the standardized questionnaire will be utilized to enumerate and stratify illegal aliens in preparation for crafting equitable immigration reform legislation.
  2. Fair and equitable immigration legislation cannot be developed without comprehensive data to identify and vet segments of the illegal alien population.

SECTION 5. ENFORCEMENT.

The Secretary of Homeland Security shall have the authority to enforce the provisions of this Act, including the imposition of fines and penalties as stipulated.

SECTION 6. EFFECTIVE DATE.

This Act shall take effect immediately upon enactment.

Section 1: Short Title This Act may be cited as the “Voter Identification for Election Integrity Act.”

Section 2: Purpose The purpose of this Act is to establish a requirement for voters to present valid identification at the polls, thereby enhancing the integrity and security of the electoral process.

Section 3: Definitions For the purposes of this Act:

  1. “Voter Identification” means a form of identification that includes the voter’s name and photograph.
  2. “Valid Identification” includes, but is not limited to:
    • A state-issued driver’s license
    • A state-issued identification card
    • A U.S. passport
    • A military identification card
    • Any other government-issued identification containing the voter’s name and photograph.

Section 4: Requirements

  1. Voter ID Presentation:

    • All voters must present a valid form of voter identification at the polling place before being allowed to vote.
    • Voters who do not have valid identification may obtain a provisional ballot, which will be counted if the voter provides a valid ID within [specified time frame, e.g., 48 hours] after Election Day.

    • Voters aged 70 or older.
    • Individuals with disabilities who are unable to obtain identification.

Section 5: Marking of Non-Citizen Licenses

  1. States shall prominently mark all licenses issued to non-citizens to clearly indicate their status.
  2. Such markings shall be designed to ensure visibility without compromising the dignity of the holder.

Section 6: Compliance and Funding

  1. Any state found not in compliance with the provisions of this Act one year after its passage shall lose federal funding related to election administration and voter outreach.
  2. The U.S. Department of Justice shall be responsible for monitoring compliance and enforcing this provision.

Section 7: Sanctuary State Status No state may claim sanctuary state status or otherwise circumvent the requirements of this Act.

Section 8: Legal Challenges In the event that any provision of this Act is legally challenged, such provision shall remain in effect until final adjudication by the United States Supreme Court.

Section 9: Implementation

  1. The state shall develop a public outreach campaign to inform voters about the new identification requirements.
  2. Funds shall be allocated to ensure that all eligible voters can obtain valid identification at no cost.

Section 10: Penalties

  1. Any individual found guilty of impersonating a voter or voting without valid identification shall be subject to penalties including fines and/or imprisonment as defined under state law.

Section 11: Effective Date This Act shall take effect on [Insert Effective Date], allowing sufficient time for public awareness and compliance.

Section 12: Severability If any provision of this Act is held to be unconstitutional or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Bottom line…

It is about time that we recognize that we are citizens of the United States and that this country belongs to us, not to interlopers and certainly not to politicians.

If we do not demand the enactment of similar legislation, we need to remove all existing politicians, local, state, and federal, and replace them with like-minded non-attorney citizens.

AL SMITH DINNER: A WASTE OF TIME

I just finished watching the annual Al Smith Dinner on behalf of Catholic charities.

Trump toasts Catholics, roasts absent Harris at Al Smith dinner

Former President Donald Trump won over the crowd at the Al Smith dinner with joke after joke at the expense of Vice President Kamala Harris, who declined to attend in person but appeared by video with a former “Saturday Night Live” comedian.

Ms. Harris was the first presidential candidate in 40 years to stiff-arm an invitation by the Archdiocese of New York to attend the charity fundraiser, an absence that did not go unnoticed by those in attendance, including Mr. Trump.

“Catholics, you gotta vote for me. You’d better remember that I’m here and she’s not,” Mr. Trump told the cheering crowd at the white-tie Thursday night fundraising event for Catholic charities.

I do not know what dinner the so-called journalists at The Washington Times were watching. The evening’s introductory comedian, Jim Gaffigan, was horrible, and Donald Trump’s jokes, read off his notes, were abysmally flat.

What a waste of an hour! If I had to describe the evening in one word, it would be “Cringy.”

With the Presidency at stake and millions in campaign funding, one might think that Trump could have hired better writers. Even a compilation of YouTube and TikTok jokes would have been preferable.

I see Kamala Harris is playing her favorite game tonight—hide-and-seek. She’s hiding from you and seeking a way to avoid answering your questions.

Conclusion:  Political comedy performed in front of billionaires, politicians, and political power brokers is unfunny.

THE CHANGING FACE OF THE U.S. ARMY: PRIORITIZING DEI AND FASHION OVER WARFIGHTING?

In recent years, the U.S. Army has made a concerted effort toward prioritizing political correctness, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). While these initiatives aim to create a more welcoming and representative military, they often come at the expense of traditional warfighting values.

Gone are the days when the Army’s focus was solely on combat readiness, marked by uniformity in discipline and a “suck it up” mentality. Today, there’s a pronounced emphasis on sensitivity and accommodation, reshaping the culture of the force. This shift dilutes the essence of what it means to be a soldier, with concerns that it could lead to distractions from core mission objectives.

Weimer: Army to Redesign PT Uniform

Among a host of initiatives to strengthen the NCO corps, the Army is redesigning its physical training uniform, the service’s senior enlisted leader announced Oct. 15 during the Association of the U.S. Army’s 2024 Annual Meeting and Exposition.

“It’s going to look a little different than what we’ve done in the past. We’re not going to get locked into the same T-shirt,” Sgt. Maj. of the Army Michael Weimer said, adding that the current uniform “doesn’t represent who we are as warfighters.”

The effort will be led by Program Executive Office Soldier and Sgt. Maj. Robert Haynie, senior enlisted leader in the office of the assistant secretary of the Army for acquisition, logistics and technology, Weimer said. The “new PT kit” will be rolled out in 2025 after beta testing, he said.

“If we’re going to be fit, we’re going to look good and represent the Army brand,” he said. <Source>

Bottom line…

The prime directive of maintaining military effectiveness and preparing for the complexities of modern warfare should trump political correctness, DEI, accommodations, and other such nonsense.

We are screwed if we must rely on beta-males and their fucking pronouns over killing our enemies and destroying their support infrastructure. I suggest that instead of toying with tee-shirts, we develop ways to kill people cheaper and stop using million-dollar weaponry to kill ten people.

With the relaxed standards, who gives a crap what you look like when exercising… l want someone who can pull a 230-pound soldier with an additional 70-pounds of “battle-rattle” out of the line of enemy fire.

IS SECRETARY OF STATE ANTHONY BLINKEN A TRAITOR?

What could you call a Secretary of State who may have compromised America’s national security by maintaining close personal and professional ties with an alleged spy for Iran, a hostile foreign power, and who is extorting America’s best ally in the Middle East into providing aid and comfort to a hostile combatant nation in a time of war?

And how would you characterize Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin, who injects himself into matters of state that disparages and disadvantages an American ally in a time of war? 

Biden Administration Demands Israel Increase Aid to Gaza — or Risk Losing Weapons Funding

The Biden-Harris administration confirmed on Tuesday that Israel has 30 days to increase the flow of humanitarian aid into the Gaza Strip or risk losing access to U.S. weapons funding.

Antony Blinken and Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin sent a letter to Israeli officials on October 13 outlining their concerns about the deteriorating humanitarian situation in Gaza and demanding that Israel take steps to increase the flow of aid. The letter came after a fatal Israeli strike on a hospital tent complex in central Gaza that Israel identified as a Hamas command center.

The letter, a copy of which was posted online by an Axios reporter, demands Israel increase the level of daily aid to 350 trucks, implement additional humanitarian pauses in fighting, and offer increased security for designated humanitarian zones.  It assigns further blame to the “onerous liability and customs requirements” implemented by Israel along with new vetting procedures.

[OCS: It is a fact that the majority of humanitarian aid received by the Gazans is looted by Hamas and used to support their fighters or sold on the black market to exchange for weapons or line the pockets of the corrupt Hamas leadership, which lives a luxurious life somewhere other than Gaza.] 

“We are particularly concerned that recent actions by the Israeli government, including halting commercial imports, denying or impeding 90 percent of humanitarian movements” and other restrictions have kept aid from flowing, Blinken and Austin wrote in the letter.

[OCS: This is a lie put forth by the enemy.]

Israel has 30 days to “reverse the downward humanitarian trajectory,” the pair wrote, or else it “may have implications” for future weapons transfers and funding under the Foreign Assistance Act, which bars the U.S. from providing aid to any country that “prohibits or otherwise restricts, directly or indirectly, the transport or delivery of United States humanitarian assistance.”

[OCS: This is extortion, pure and simple, that provides aid and comfort to our enemies.]

U.S. State Department spokesperson Matthew Miller confirmed the veracity of the letter, claiming it was a private correspondence that the U.S. was not planning to reveal publicly.

“The letter was not meant as a threat,” White House national security spokesman John Kirby told reporters. “The letter was simply meant to reiterate the sense of urgency we feel and the seriousness with which we feel it, about the need for an increase, a dramatic increase in humanitarian assistance.”

A senior defense official claims the letter is like one sent by Blinken in April that sought “concrete measures from the Israelis.”

This appears to be the most severe rhetorical escalation since President Biden threatened to withhold certain shipments of American weapons to Israel if Prime Minister Netanyahu decided to carry out his invasion of Rafah in May, the lone remaining Hamas stronghold.

In a phone call with the Israeli leader last week, Biden emphasized “the imperative to restore access to the north, including by reinvigorating the corridor from Jordan immediately,” per the Washington Post.

COGAT, the Israeli body responsible for aid distribution throughout the Gaza Strip, rejects the notion that the country is impeding aid. “Israel has not halted the entry or coordination of humanitarian aid,” it announced Wednesday.

“It is unfortunately UNRWA and others, and the World Food Program is another one, who simply spend their time perpetuating this conflict rather than pulling their finger out and actually doing the job which they were designed to do,” Israeli prime minister’s office spokesman David Mencer said in July. “Stop blaming Israel.” <Source>

Let us remember that Antony Blinken is totally corrupt.

It was Intelligence Community veterans, however, led by former officials who’d served in the highest ranking posts in the Obama-Biden CIA and ODNI, who generated the notorious election-eve letter in which 51 such officials endeavored to deceive voters into dismissing the Post’s laptop reporting as bearing “the classic earmarks of a Russian information operation.” Indeed, we now know this letter was instigated at the suggestion of Antony Blinken – then a Biden-Harris campaign adviser, now the Biden-Harris administration’s secretary of state – and that the “classic earmarks” line was suggested by James Clapper, the Obama-Biden Director of National Intelligence.

A clear and present danger...

A traitor who provides aid and comfort to an enemy, whether declared or not, during wartime embodies a profound betrayal of their nation and its values. This complicity, especially in acts that result in the death of American soldiers, transforms the traitor into a direct adversary, undermining the sacrifices made by those who serve. By aligning with the enemy, they jeopardize military operations and erode public trust and morale. Their actions are a stark reminder of the delicate balance between loyalty and treachery, revealing how personal choices can have devastating consequences for the greater good. Such betrayal ultimately serves to embolden the enemy, perpetuating a cycle of violence and undermining the very foundations of democracy and national security.

Bottom line…

At no time in history has any nation been extorted into supporting their enemy’s population that voted for terrorist governance and celebrated the brutal massacre of that nation’s civilians. To label aid to an enemy that promotes terrorism and anti-American sentiments as being humanitarian is to overlook that traitorous activity of giving aid and comfort to the enemy in a time of war.

A pink-haired DEI trainer has slammed Oregon’s forestry department for hiring on the basic of merit rather than identity.

Megan Donecker filed a complaint about her former boss Mike Shaw and moaned about him telling her that he sought the ‘candidates most qualified for the job.’

DEI advocates like Donecker say hiring should be done through an ‘intersectional lens’ whereby applications from people of marginalized backgrounds are given greater weight.

Shaw, who earns $192,000-a-year as deputy head of Oregon’s Department of Forestry, has been put on leave over Donecker’s complaint.

Donecker, who worked as the department’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion chief claimed six queer staffers didn’t ‘feel safe or comfortable’ at work because they could not have ‘conversation around pronouns.’ <Source>

State Provides More Information About Suspension of Deputy Director at Department of Forestry
Emails show the allegations relate to “unprofessional conduct with subordinate staff.”

The emails that the Oregon Department of Administrative Services released today shed only a little light on Shaw’s issue.

On Aug. 6, Shaw’s boss, Cal Mukumoto, the state forester, sent DAS director Berri Leslie an email with the subject line “ODF sensitive issue.”

That same day, Mukumoto sent Shaw a letter telling him he was “duty stationed at home on paid administrative leave pending the outcome of an investigation regarding alleged misconduct.” While he is on leave, Shaw is cut off from state facilities and equipment.

The alleged misconduct is not specified in Mukumoto’s letter, but DAS included other emails that show a series of emails from a former female Department of Forestry diversity, equity and inclusion official expressing frustration that Shaw had excluded her from what the agency calls “leadership team” meetings.

The official, whose name DAS blacked out, sent one of Shaw’s emails to her to others in the agency. In the email, Shaw told the employee the leadership team was “re-focusing on fiscal responsibility, prioritization of core business, and importantly acknowledging the integrity of a leadership meeting intended for managers.”

The woman pushed back in a Feb. 21 email. “Is DEI not part of the core business of ODF?” she wrote to Shaw and other top ODF officials. “Is the goal not to build it into the basics? My job, as I understand it, is to help operationalize DEI into ODF. I cannot do that if I am not actively in the room where conversations are happening, decisions are being made, and connections are occurring.”

Rather than responding to the substance of the DEI official’s concerns, acting ODF HR director Wendy Heckman chastised the woman for the tone of her email. “I’m dismayed by the disrespect and unprofessionalism conveyed in your response,” Heckman wrote. <Source>

We are increasingly finding individuals inserted into a professional environment who exploit race and gender issues or tensions to attract attention and pursue their own warped agendas. They often inflame divisions and conflicts rather than fostering constructive dialogue. If necessary, they will create exploitable issues where none exist to attract attention, justify their existence, and reinforce their relevance.

Personally, I am tired of being asked to affirm the delusions of individuals who, while they might not be mentally ill, are far outside the mainstream of American life. I have no problem with minorities or marginal individuals so long as they do not interfere with or degrade safety systems or impact the quality of my life or freedom of choice.

Such is the problem of disparate impact, which is often presented as a powerful tool in the fight against racism and sexism. Yet, it is fundamentally a statistical novelty that cannot definitively prove or disprove the presence of racism in any given situation. Instead of serving as a precise measure of discrimination, it functions more like a statistical novelty—often creating faux insights into outcomes but failing to clarify the underlying causes.

Enough of this bullshit. Vote competence over color, sex, and intersectionality.

What Every American Must Understand Before Voting!

As we reflect on the recent observance of Yom Kippur, The Day of Atonement (Leviticus 23:27-28), we remember it as the most solemn holy day among all the Israelite feasts and festivals. This sacred time calls us to engage in deep introspection, repentance, and renewal of our spirits. A day to confront our actions and their impact, to seek forgiveness, and to commit ourselves to the pursuit of justice and compassion.

Yom Kippur invites us to examine our hearts and minds, urging us to stand in solidarity with those who suffer. It reminds us that true atonement requires not only a recognition of our own shortcomings but also a deep commitment to the well-being of others. As we seek to mend the fabric of our communities and the world, let us hold close those who have been displaced, injured, and bereaved due to the actions of corrupt leaders and the violence of terrorism.

In this spirit of humility and hope, we offer our prayer for the innocent, acknowledging our collective responsibility in striving for a world where peace and justice prevail.

Bottom line…

As we face a consequential election for the leadership of the United States, let us take a moment to reflect on the consequences of political choices made based on personality and media propaganda but based on past actions of the political parties and their candidates.

We have the actual record of former President Donald Trump as measured against the divisive and destructive record of the Democrats who continue to pursue the failed, malignant, and divisive policies of former President Barack Hussein Obama. Failed policies that will be carried forward by an incompetent, inarticulate, and intersectional Kamala Harris who sat idly by while a horde of illegal aliens invaded our nation, our tax money squandered, and our national defense threatened.

We need to ignore the media propagandists and recognize the challenges posed by those who prioritize their lust for perpetual political dominance over the well-being of the nation and its people.

Let us remain vigilant against the support of forces that seek to undermine our core values, including those that promote violence and terrorism as a path to political power.

We must commit to discernment, integrity, and compassion in navigating our civic responsibilities in this critical time.

January 6, 2025: Déjà vu all over again?

Once again, we are facing a slow-moving Democrat insurrection to abolish the U.S. Constitution, Electoral College, and Supreme Court and to overthrow the government of the United States.

Background…

The congressional certification of electors, outlined in the U.S. Constitution, is the process by which the U.S. Congress counts and certifies the electoral votes cast by the Electoral College following a presidential election and is essential for ensuring the legitimacy and orderly transition of presidential power in the United States.

How it works:

  • Electoral College Voting: After the presidential election, electors from each state cast their votes for President and Vice President. These votes are typically conducted in December.

  • Certification by States: Each state certifies the results of its electoral vote, and the certificates are sent to Congress. This usually happens in early January.

  • Joint Session of Congress: On January 6, Congress convenes in a joint session to officially count the electoral votes. The President of the Senate (the Vice President) presides over this session.

  • Counting Votes: The electoral votes from each state are read aloud, and the total is tallied. If a candidate receives a majority of the votes (at least 270 out of 538), they are declared the winner.

  • Disputes and Challenges: Members of Congress can raise objections to the electoral votes. If objections are made, the House and Senate will separate to debate and vote on them, which can lead to contentious discussions.

[OCS: This is the “challenge and debate” step that Democrats feared in January 2021. With a credible challenge to state certifications and the seating of alternate electors due to cognizable voting irregularities and discrepancies that demanded challenge and debate, it appears that the intervening Capitol riot and the discovery of nearby bombs thwarted challenge and debate, and the process was short-circuited to completion. Using Occam’s Razor about the simplest of explanations, one can question whether or not the riot was aided and abetted by the Democratic Party and their Deep State/Establishment cohorts. No successful Court challenges were initiated because they were judged to be time-barred, the parties lacked standing, the venue was incorrect, and there was “no judicial remedy” to be had under the Constitution.]  

Final Certification: Once all votes are counted and any challenges resolved, Congress officially certifies the election results. This certification is crucial for the inauguration of the President and Vice President, which occurs on January 20.

Danger ahead!

It appears that the politically weaponized military has just granted themselves new powers that seem to skirt the 1878 Posse Comitatus Act (18 U.S.C. § 1385) that limits the federal government’s powers in the use of federal military personnel to enforce domestic policies within the United States.

DoD Directive 5240.01, as revised on September 27, 2024, now appears to authorize lethal military force on domestic citizens.

Subject to Paragraph 3.1., Defense Intelligence Components may provide personnel to assist a Federal department or agency, including a Federal law enforcement agency, or a State or local  law enforcement agency when lives are in danger, in response to a request for such assistance , in accordance with the following approval authorities :

a. Secretary of Defense Approval.

(1) The Secretary of Defense may approve any type of requested permissible assistance described in  Paragraph 3.2.

(2) The decision to approve requests for these types of permissible assistance described in Paragraph 3.2. to law enforcement agencies and other civil authorities are reserved to the Secretary of Defense:

(a) Provision of personnel to support response efforts for civil disturbances, which may also require Presidential authorization.

(b) DoD response to chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and high-yield explosive incidents.

(c) Assistance in responding with assets with potential for lethality, or any situation in which it is reasonably foreseeable that providing the requested assistance may involve the use of force that is likely to result in lethal force, including death or serious bodily injury. It also includes all support to civilian law enforcement officials in situations where a confrontation between civilian law enforcement and civilian individuals or groups is reasonably anticipated.

(d) Provision or use of DoD unmanned systems in the United States except as delegated by the Secretary of Defense pursuant to the October 31, 2023 Secretary of Defense Memorandum.

[OCS: What makes this provision contentious is the level of negligence and misconduct regarding actions taken by the Department of Defense in responding to lawful orders of the President of the United States to assist in securing the Capitol Complex. The assistance that then-House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Washington D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser unconditionally rejected. January 6 raised questions about preparedness, undue command influence, and decision-making processes within the DoD, highlighting the challenges of responding to unprecedented events.]

Bottom line…

Given that the progressive communist democrats have done everything in their power to promote fraudulent elections, including fighting against the cleanup of voter rolls, eliminating voter identification requirements, curtailment of motor voter restrictions involving illegal aliens, altering counting and oversight procedures, and demanding universal mail ballots and vote harvesting, it appears we are in for another election shit show with delays, irregularities, and outright fraud.

The only antidote is for an overwhelming victory for the Republicans in the House, Senate, and Presidency.

We are so screwed.
