THE PERPETUALLY OUTRAGED ALPHABET PEOPLE ARE AT IT AGAIN

Outraged
It’s not homophobia, it’s disgust…

Yes, I am disgusted when the perpetually outraged alphabet people (I.e., the LGBTQIA+XYZMFW# community) find that they, and they alone, are upset with a commonplace traffic sign that they demand must be removed in order to protect their sensibilities and feelings in this cold, cruel, heterosexuals' world.

I couldn’t even begin to imagine the level of self-indulgent narcissism and political pandering that would cause the Los Angeles City Council to order the removal of innocuous, standardized, State-certified U-Turn traffic signs in a particular part of Los Angeles.

It appears that Los Angeles City Councilmember Hugo Soto-Martínez, himself a pandering progressive communist democrat activist, believes that, “the ‘No U-turn’ and ‘No Cruising’ signs in the Silver Lake neighborhood were installed in 1997 to ‘target and persecute’ the LGBT community.”

Anti-gay ‘No U-turn’ signs come down in LA’s LGBTQ-friendly Silver Lake
Removing a sign you had to walk past daily 'means a lot,' says a member of LGBTQ+ community

About 27 years after “No U-turn” signs were posted along Griffith Park Boulevard in Silver Lake in an attempt to keep gay men from cruising the neighborhood to pick up other gay men, members and allies of the LGBTQ+ community joined two Los Angeles city councilmembers on Monday, June 10, as they took down the last two remaining “No U-turn” signs that were put up in the 1990s.

The removal of the signs took place at Griffith Park Boulevard and Fernwood Avenue, which straddles Los Angeles City Council Districts 4 and 13.

Getting rid of the signs was long overdue for many, including Donovan Daughtry, a gay man who five years ago moved to Silver Lake, known as being LGBTQ-friendly.

Two years ago, Daughtry reached out to L.A. City Councilmember Nithya Raman’s office about the signs after learning about them from a podcast hosted by Chris Cruse, founder of queermaps.org, an online archive of 150 years of queer history in L.A. On Monday, moments after he helped take down the last sign, Daughtry said, “This is a small effort, but just to have a sign that I would have to walk past with my dog every day be taken down meant a lot.”

Before the signs came down, city elected officials and community members gathered nearby at the AT Center, a recovery and wellness center for the LGBTQ+ community, to mark the occasion with speeches and performances. <Source>

Remember when the politicians and their chosen scientific authorities lied about AIDS to “protect” the homosexual community?

Unlearned AIDS Lessons for Covid
In the 1980s, Fauci and Redfield sowed fear about a heterosexual epidemic that never happened.

When AIDS spread among gay men and intravenous drug users four decades ago, it became conventional wisdom that the plague would soon devastate the rest of the American population. In 1987, Oprah Winfrey opened her show by announcing, “Research studies now project that 1 in 5—listen to me, hard to believe—1 in 5 heterosexuals could be dead of AIDS in the next three years.” The prediction was outlandishly wrong, but she wasn’t wrong in attributing the scare to scientists.

One early alarmist was Anthony Fauci, who made national news in 1983 with an editorial in the Journal of the American Medical Association warning that AIDS could infect even children because of “the possibility that routine close contact, as within a family household, can spread the disease.” After criticism that he had inspired a wave of hysterical homophobia, Dr. Fauci (who in 1984 began his current job, as director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases), promptly pivoted 180 degrees, declaring less than two months after his piece appeared that it was “absolutely preposterous” to suggest AIDS could be spread by normal social contact. But other supposed experts went on warning erroneously that AIDS could spread widely via toilet seats, mosquito bites and kissing.

Robert Redfield, an Army physician who would later direct the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention during the Covid pandemic, claimed in 1985 that his research on soldiers showed AIDS would soon spread as rapidly among heterosexuals as among homosexuals. He and other scientists became much-quoted authorities for the imminent “heterosexual breakout,” which was proclaimed on the covers of Life in 1985 (“Now No One Is Safe from AIDS”) and the Atlantic in 1987 (“Heterosexuals and AIDS: The Second Stage of the Epidemic”).

In reality, researchers discovered early on that transmission through vaginal intercourse was rare, and that those who claimed to have been infected that way were typically concealing intravenous drug use or homosexual activity. One major study estimated the risk of contracting AIDS during intercourse with someone outside the known risk groups was 1 in 5 million. But the CDC nonetheless started a publicity campaign warning that everyone was in danger. It mailed brochures to more than 100 million households and aired dozens of public-service announcements, like a television ad with a man proclaiming, “If I can get AIDS, anyone can.”

The CDC’s own epidemiologists objected to this message, arguing that resources should be focused on those at risk, as the Journal reported in 1996. But they were overruled by superiors who decided, on the advice of marketing consultants, that presenting AIDS as a universal threat was the best way to win attention and funding. By those measures, the campaign succeeded. Polls showed that Americans became terrified of being infected, and funding for AIDS prevention surged—much of it squandered on measures to protect heterosexuals.

Scientists and public officials sustained the panic by wildly overestimating the prevalence of AIDS. Challenging those numbers was a risky career move, as New York City’s health commissioner, Stephen C. Joseph, discovered in 1988 when he reduced the estimated number of AIDS cases in the city by half. He had good reasons for the reduction—the correct number turned out to be much lower still—but he soon needed police protection. Activists occupied his office, disrupted his speeches, and picketed and spray-painted his home. <Source>

As I remember it…

First came the activist push to de-stigmatize homosexuality in the broader community. Then came the activist push to normalize homosexuality in the broader community. Then came the activist push to legalize homosexuality by rationalizing existing laws concerning marriage and the rights of partners. So far, all was well with a “live and let live” philosophy.

But now, we are being asked by the activists to openly celebrate and promote the homosexual culture, even to young children who have no interest in sex. This is wrong.

Even worse, we find the progressive communist democrats exploiting the alleged victimhood of homosexuals in order to grow their coalition of the disaffected to gain or maintain political power.

Not a joke…

One of the more prominent members of the Silver Lake Neighborhood  Council, which initiated the sign removal, is a local drag queen and politician named Maebe A. Girl (she/they).

MAEBE A. GIRL – At-Large Representative; Board Treasurer; Budget & Finance Committee Co-Chair

I’ve been a proud resident of diverse Silver Lake since 2013, living in Region 5, and I’m involved with the Lyric-Hyperion Cafe and Theatre, where I host and produce a weekly, all-ages drag show. I want Silver Lake to remain a safe and welcoming place for people of all backgrounds. LGBTQIA and Homelessness issues are my passion, and I encourage everyone to get involved. <Source>

Bottom line…

It is time to kill intersectionality that is being exploited by progressive communist democrats in their attempt to gain perpetual political power.

And, since we are removing the traffic control impediments that prevent cruising for homosexual partners, can we expect that the Los Angeles City Council also remove the traffic signs in the Hollywood area to facilitate heterosexuals' cruising?

It’s time to elect officials who will represent the people and not some intersectional coalition.

We are so screwed.

BTW: Will the sign removal create more rear-end collisions as people suddenly stop to chat with those on the curb?

MERRICK GARLAND POINTS HIS FINGER AT YOU!

Lady-justice-1

Like previous Democrat Attorneys General, notably former President Bill Clinton’s Janet Reno and former President Barack Obama’s Eric Holder, Attorney General Merrick Garland is deeply conflicted.

On one hand, upholding his Oath of Office to “support and defend the Constitution of the United States… and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter,” and on the other hand, the instructions given to cabinet-level officers by the President of the United States.

2560px-The_Logo_of_The_Washington_Post_Newspaper.svgOpinion: Merrick Garland: Unfounded attacks on the Justice Department must end

Conspiracy theories, falsehoods and threats of violence against DOJ personnel are not normal.

Last week, a California man was convicted of threatening to bomb an FBI field office where hundreds of agents and other employees work. In one of his threats to the FBI, the man wrote: “I can go on a mass murder spree. In fact, it would be very explainable by your actions.”

These heinous threats of violence have become routine in an environment in which the Justice Department is under attack like never before.

In recent weeks, we have seen an escalation of attacks that go far beyond public scrutiny, criticism, and legitimate and necessary oversight of our work. They are baseless, personal and dangerous.

These attacks come in the form of threats to defund particular department investigations, most recently the special counsel’s prosecution of the former president.

[OCS: Why would such a request, made only to Congress as the people’s representatives, be inappropriate given the appearance of massive wrongdoing, including domestic spying on American citizens, withholding or manipulating exculpatory evidence, and selective prosecutions that appear to be deliberate interference with the upcoming presidential election?]

They come in the form of conspiracy theories crafted and spread for the purpose of undermining public trust in the judicial process itself. Those include false claims that a case brought by a local district attorney and resolved by a jury verdict in a state trial was somehow controlled by the Justice Department.

[OCS: It is a fact that most conspiracy theories, so branded by agency personnel and media outlets, have been proven true, and, in fact, worse than originally imagined.

Why is it that the Department of Justice struggles mightily to withhold documents and testimony requested by legitimate Congressional oversight committees?

How is it that a ranking DOJ official resigned his position to become the chief prosecutor in the State case and that Committee and FOIA requests for communications between the State and the DOJ are being denied?]

They come in the form of dangerous falsehoods about the FBI’s law enforcement operations that increase the risks faced by our agents.

[OCS: Knowingly sending armed agents into an area secured and controlled by the United States Secret Service without deconfliction and vetting the individual agents is not a routine “law enforcement operation” and multiplies the risks to agents should they deliberately or inadvertently endanger a federal protectee.]

They come in the form of efforts to bully and intimidate our career public servants by repeatedly and publicly singling them out.

[OCS: While it is common to blame the herd for individual wrongdoing, individuals must be held accountable for their actions—if not officially by the agency, then by Congress and the media. Questioning low-level individuals to reveal wrongdoing by upper-echelon managers is a routine and necessary investigative technique.]

They come in the form of false claims that the department is politicizing its work to somehow influence the outcome of an election. Such claims are often made by those who are themselves attempting to politicize the department’s work to influence the outcome of an election.

[OCS: The DOJ, and other federal agencies, were caught red-handed running a hoax to influence an election (Russia, Russia, Russia), disseminating disinformation to influence an election (Hunter Biden’s laptop), and attempting to influence charges against Hunter Biden (including those violating the Espionage Act) to influence an election by protecting President Biden, and altering transcripts and withholding audio tapes of Biden’s interview to, wait for it, influence an election.

As for others calling out such malfeasance, it is pure projection when you blame the opposition for your own behavior in politicizing the department’s work.]

And media reports indicate there is an ongoing effort to ramp up these attacks against the Justice Department, its work and its employees.

[OCS: As per past practice, certain media outlets lack credibility because they are willing stenographers for departmental propaganda and leaks and cannot be trusted. Chief among them are the New York Times and The Washington Post.]

We will not be intimidated by these attacks. But it is absurd and dangerous that public servants, many of whom risk their lives every day, are being threatened for simply doing their jobs and adhering to the principles that have long guided the Justice Department’s work.

[OCS: You have the guns and jails, so the only intimidation that you really face is being held accountable for your past criminality should there be a regime change in the next election. Perhaps you should explain why the House of Representatives voted 216 to 207 to hold you in contempt of Congress to provide requested information to Congress.]

In my first job at the Justice Department some 45 years ago, I worked on what would become the department’s first edition of the Principles of Federal Prosecution. That set of rules for prosecutors enshrined what every department employee lives by every single day: an unwavering commitment to the fair and impartial application of our laws. That commitment has been sustained by dedicated career professionals who serve across administrations of both political parties.

[OCS: Sounds great, but nobody cares what you did 45 years ago. They care what you are doing months before a presidential election.]

The Justice Department makes decisions about criminal investigations based only on the facts and the law. We do not investigate people because of their last name, their political affiliation, the size of their bank account, where they come from or what they look like. We investigate and prosecute violations of federal law — nothing more, nothing less.

[OCS: This is a lie! I give you former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, former Vice President Joe Biden, and various others who refuse to uphold federal laws.]

We do this not only because of the principles that have long guided our work, but also because we know that our democracy cannot survive without a justice system that ensures the equal protection of law for all its citizens.

[OCS: Your party has done more to destroy democracy than at any other time after the Civil War. You have made a mockery of our Justice system and almost all of the other democratic institutions that activist progressive communist democrats now run.]

The Justice Department will continue to uphold its obligation under the Constitution to fiercely defend the right of all Americans to peacefully express opinions, beliefs and ideas. Disagreements about politics are good for our democracy. They are normal.

[OCS: How do you explain targeting Catholics and parents who complain at school board meetings? How do you ignore domestic terrorist groups like Black Lives Matter and Antifa?]

But using conspiracy theories, falsehoods, violence and threats of violence to affect political outcomes is not normal. The short-term political benefits of those tactics will never make up for the long-term cost to our country.

[OCS: Then tell the DOJ and FBI to quit interfering in our elections before we turn into a banana republic.]

Continued unfounded attacks against the Justice Department’s employees are dangerous for people’s safety. They are dangerous for our democracy. This must stop. <Source>

[OCS: What must stop is the persecution of Donald Trump and the restoration of our judicial system in America.]

DOJ memo says Garland cannot be prosecuted for contempt over Biden-Hur audio
An internal Justice Department (DOJ) memo argued Attorney General Merrick Garland would be protected from prosecution for contempt of Congress given President Biden’s assertion of executive privilege over audio tapes Republicans have sought by subpoena.

The 57-page memo from the department’s Office of Legal Counsel (OLC), obtained by The Hill, lays out the case for Garland’s refusal to turn over the audio of Biden’s conversation with special counsel Robert Hur. The GOP already has a transcript of the interview.

The OLC, which operates as a legal adviser for the department, wrote that no administration official has been prosecuted for failing to comply with a subpoena when the president has claimed executive privilege.

The president has waived any executive privilege over these audio recordings by releasing a transcript of the entire interview to the public,” House Oversight and Accountability Chair James Comer (R-Ky.) said during a House Rules Committee meeting Tuesday.

[OCS: The Department of Justice has already admitted that they have manipulated the transcript.]

But the OLC refuted that argument in the memo.

“Because the committees have the transcripts of the special counsel’s interviews, the needs the committees have articulated for the recordings are plainly insufficient to overcome a privilege claim grounded in these important separation of powers concerns,” according to the memo. <Source>

[OCS: The legislative purpose of Congress is gathering facts for an impeachment inquiry, and the Biden interview is the basis for not prosecuting Biden for various criminal activities involving stolen classified documents. Another example of two-tier justice. Both Steve Bannon and Peter Navarro are subject to jail for refusing to break Trump's assertion of executive privilege regarding a Congressional subpoena.]

As expected...

Justice Department won’t prosecute Garland for contempt, says refusal to provide audio wasn’t crime

Attorney General Merrick Garland will not be prosecuted for contempt of Congress because his refusal to turn over audio of President Joe Biden’s interview in his classified documents case “did not constitute a crime,” the Justice Department said Friday.

The department’s decision was revealed in a letter to Republican House Speaker Mike Johnson, citing the agency’s “longstanding position and uniform practice” to not prosecute officials who don’t comply with subpoenas because of a president’s claim of executive privilege.

The Democratic president last month asserted executive privilege to block the release of the audio, which the White House says Republicans want only for political purposes. Republicans moved forward with the contempt effort anyway, voting Wednesday to punish Garland for refusing to provide the recording.

Assistant Attorney General Carlos Felipe Uriarte noted that the Justice Department under presidents of both political parities has declined to prosecute in similar circumstances when the president has claimed executive privilege.

Accordingly, the department “will not bring the congressional contempt citation before a grand jury or take any other action to prosecute the Attorney General,” Uriarte said in the letter to Johnson. The letter did not specify who in Justice Department made the decision. <Source>

[OCS: I'm sure this will bring great comfort to Steve Bannon and Peter Navarro, both of whom refused to honor their subpoenas based on Trump's executive privilege claim. Clearly, we have a two-tier justice system, and the Attorney General is a liar.]

Bottom line…

We are so screwed.

DAN BONGINO SUCKS ASS: SUGGESTS DON JR. FOR TRUMP'S VICE PRESIDENT

TRUMP-VP
I am normally a huge Dan Bongino fan, however, my respect for former New York police officer and Secret Service agent Dan Bongino just went into the dumpster on this issue with his suggestion that nepo-baby Donald Trump, Jr. would make an acceptable running mate for his father.

Perhaps he hasn’t noticed that Junior has significant daddy issues, and some of his past activities involved little more than lies and grifts.

Something has been on my mind. Let me just get it out upfront.

I think someone they should consider for vice president, who I haven’t heard a single person talk about, is Don Trump Jr.

Now, I get it. Some of you are like, do we really need another Trump to compliment a Trump?

Folks, let me ask you a simple question. And I’m going to answer that for you.

Is anyone going to the polls in November, going to vote for the vice president on the Trump ticket.

I don’t care who it is. Pick your favorite politician outside of Donald Trump, ever.

Is anybody on planet Earth voting for the vice president? No, they are not. They’re not. I’m sorry. They are not.

So here’s the thing.

Donald Trump’s going to be a one-term president, could be a very effective one-term because he already was the president. So there’s no warmup period. He doesn’t have to come out of the bullpen. They don’t have to get the righty. The righty’s already there, warmed up, ready to go.

So it’s going to be a different kind of second term. He’s a lame duck, but he’s really not. He knows where the bodies are buried, and he doesn’t have the pressure of re-election himself.

But think about it. People are voting for Trump. The Trump brand, the Trump name, the Make America Great Again thing.

I like J.D. Vance personally. He’d be a great pick. He’s probably going to be the one.

But I think he should strongly consider Don Jr.

He’s got balls of steel. He’s as MAGA as it gets. He represents the brand. Huge Second Amendment guy. He talks the talk. You ever see his Instagram? He just goes for it.

I think it’s a great idea. But I told you, I knew some people wouldn’t like it.

But it’s my, folks, I think it would give us a solid, potentially 12-year run going through. Again, it’s not a loyalty thing.

I’m worried about a loyalty issue. I really am. And that’s obviously not going to be a problem. You got a guy who can immediately take the Trump brand and run with it for another two terms.

But this is on my mind for a long time now. Wouldn’t it be a great sign? Trump, Trump, make America great again, again, and again, and again.

It’d be pretty awesome.

<Excerpt from Dan Bongino’s show aired June 13, 2024.>

The Vice President is not an apprentice President…

In what way would Donald Trump, Jr. be prepared to take over the presidency of the United States if something happened to his father?

Can Junior stand up to the increased media scrutiny, which would provide the media with an abundance of distracting negatives?

Even worse, can you imagine Don Junior’s girlfriend, the smarmy, self-important Kimberly Guilfoyle, California Governor Gavin Newsom’s ex-wife (2001-2006), becoming the First Lady?

Even Trump, Senior, thought Junior was a non-starter in the previous election. He relied on his infinitely more intelligent son-in-law, Jared Kushner, to represent him on the world stage while Junior played at being a sycophantic and obsequious attack dog.

Bottom line…

Usually, Bongino has excellent instincts, but at least on this issue, he may be flying too close to the Trump orbit.

I, too, am worried about a loyalty issue. I would like to see Ron DeSantis become Vice President, followed by J.D. Vance. North Dakota Governor Doug Burgum is a richer, more successful version of former Vice President Pence without the quirks.

We are so screwed.

WHY IS THE UAW SUPPORTING ISLAMO-NAZI TERRORISTS IN THE UNITED STATES?

I never thought I would see an American union support Islamo-Nazi terrorists operating within the United States.

Uaw-palestine Uaw-terrorists

Perhaps the corrupt progressive communist democrats that run the United Autoworkers’ Union should refrain from supporting terrorists and radical leftwing political clauses and concentrate on the internal corruption allegedly occurring under their noses.

Uaw-moneyCorruption...

UAW President Shawn Fain Is under Investigation for Financial Misconduct and Workplace Retaliation

United Auto Workers president Shawn Fain and three other members of the union’s executive board are under investigation by a court-appointed monitor after allegations of financial improprieties and workplace retaliation. The union also stands accused of slow-walking and failing to fulfill requests for documents necessary to conduct the investigations.

Corruption is so integral to the UAW that the Department of Justice doesn’t trust it to operate without a monitor. The U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan appointed Neil Barofsky as the monitor in May 2021, to fulfill a 2020 consent decree that concluded a years-long DOJ investigation into the UAW. That investigation culminated in the conviction of two ex-presidents and several other top officials for fraud.

In his report from Monday, Barofsky said that the union has failed to adequately cooperate with these ongoing investigations. It has improperly asserted privilege over documents necessary to the investigation and been unjustifiably slow to comply with records requests, Barofsky said.

According to the 2020 consent decree, Barofsky has legal authority to access union documents as though he were the union president. This measure is in place to prevent the union from being able to cover up wrongdoing by asserting legal privilege to communications. It exists because the UAW has a record of failing to hold its leadership accountable. Fain himself acknowledged this fact in an August 2023 memo to staff that was reissued in December 2023. Fain said that “the UAW has proven itself incapable of monitoring itself in making sure that its leadership did not engage in criminal conduct.” In light of that, the memo said, staff should cooperate promptly and fully with any record requests from Barofsky’s office.

The UAW continues to prove time and again why it is unworthy of workers’ trust. Its membership has been declining for decades, and despite all of the positive press coverage it received last year, its auto-plant-organizing streak in the South ended at one. Workers must be free to refuse to let this corrupt organization take part of their paychecks.

No criminal charges have been made against Fain or the other three union officers, and investigations are ongoing. <Source>

Bottom line…

It was the American worker, with the exception of a few old communists, who stood up for America when it was threatened by malignant authoritarian forces.

Now, the American workers are being represented by un-American, corrupt, progressive communist stooges.

We are so screwed.

HUNTER BIDEN: THE LATEST USEFUL IDIOT DEPLOYED BY THE PROGRESSIVE COMMUNIST DEMORATS

Hunter-red-1
Just another bright, shiny object to distract the public…

It appears Hunter Biden’s conviction on felony gun charges is the latest media distraction from the fact that Hunter Biden was an unregistered foreign agent engaged in a conspiracy to treasonously bribe then-Senator, then-Vice President, and now-President Joe Biden on behalf of a hostile foreign power engaged in a cold war against United States interests.

Moreover, this latest court proceeding on gun charges does not prove that “nobody is above the law” since Hunter Biden was not charged with more serious crimes, including money laundering, felony tax evasion, sex trafficking, FARA (Foreign Agent Registration Act), violation of the espionage act, and various bribery charges involving Joe Biden and various family members. Charges that the Department of Justice manipulated, The Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Internal Revenue Service, and some were ignored until the statute of limitations expired. And, how about that “sweetheart” deal DOJ tried to sneak past a judge who refused to grant Hunter Biden immunity for all crimes based on one minor guilty plea?

Hunter Biden was found guilty of making a false statement in the purchase of a gun, making a false statement related to information required to be kept by a federally licensed gun dealer, and possession of a firearm by a person who is an unlawful user of or addicted to a controlled substance.

Even though Hunter Biden lied on his federal firearm form ATF Form 4473 when he checked a box labeled “No” when asked if he is an unlawful user of a firearm or addicted to controlled substances, nobody has explored the apparent involvement of the Secret Service in trying to retrieve the form from StarQuest Shooters & Survival Supply in Wilmington, Delaware, where the gun was purchased. The form is the purview of BATFE (Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives), not the Secret Service. Hunter Biden and Joe Biden were not federal protectees at the time.

The Importance of Equal Application of the Law

The rule of law is a cornerstone of democratic governance in America. It ensures that everyone is subject to the same legal standards and protections. This equality under the law fosters trust in legal institutions and the government. It reassures citizens that justice is impartial and not subject to the whims of those in power.

When laws are applied unevenly, it creates a dual system of justice. This system benefits those aligned with the political elite while punishing opponents disproportionately. Such practices erode public trust in the legal system and can lead to social unrest and instability.

Bottom line…

Some believe that this trial is meant to give legitimacy to the Trump verdicts and provide the Democrats with talking points.

No matter what the progressive communist democrats say about the Rule of Law -- any law, unequally applied for political reasons is tyranny.

It is likely that Joe Biden, the liar who lies and lies about lying, will pardon Hunter Biden and family members on the way out the door. He may not pardon himself as his dementia makes it impossible for him to assist in his own defense and renders him “above the law.”

We are so screwed.

REMEMBER JOE BIDEN BEFORE YOU VOTE FOR ANOTHER DEMOCRAT

Joe Biden has devoted almost 40 percent of his time in office to vacationing, primarily at his Delaware homes.

While this may be annoying to many, some argue that it’s actually preferable, given Biden’s tendency to screw things up when actively involved in tasks.

Don’t believe me, just ask former President Barack Obama, who infamously noted, “Don’t underestimate Joe Biden’s ability to fuck things up.”

Btp-FU

Bottom line…

I find it unbelievable that the Democrat Party would go along with the charade that President Obama is competent and mentally and physically fit to become the President of the United States and the military’s Commander-in-Chief during a time of war. Especially with his unilateral surrender in Afghanistan for self-serving political reasons—and his treatment of our valued allies when they are under attack by terrorists.

Look for a contested convention and a swap-out for a more polished progressive communist democrat with few accomplishments.

We are so screwed.

The University of California is the State’s third-largest employer according to the UC Accountability Report. For the most part, the $51.4 Billion university is primarily funded by the state General Fund and student tuition revenue, with a small portion coming from lottery funds, a share of patent royalty income, and overhead funds associated with federal and state research grants. Its governance is dominated by progressive communist democrats and serves as a petri dish for progressive policies.

So why am I now surprised that the university system is a hotbed of progressive indoctrination and radicalism—even to the point of supporting terrorist activities on its campuses?

And why am I not surprised that California continues to ignore federal immigration laws and provides substantial aid and comfort to illegal aliens surging across our border and decimating the social safety nets that we have funded with our lifelong taxes and contributions? Treating illegal aliens as super-citizens above the law is both unconstitutional under the law and abhorrent.

California Assembly Bill 2586 -- Public postsecondary education: student employment.

California Assembly Bill 2586 (“Opportunity for All Act”)

Prohibits the University of California (UC), California State University (CSU), or California Community College (CCC) from disqualifying a student from being hired for an employment position due to their failure to provide proof of federal work authorization, except where that proof is required by federal law or where that proof is required as a condition of a grant that funds the particular employment position for which the student has applied.

Background.

The state has demonstrated a commitment to undocumented students by qualifying them for state aid programs that help make college more attainable. AB 540 (Firebaugh), Chapter 814, Statutes of 2001, and successor legislation has created a nonresident tuition exemption for certain students, including undocumented students, from paying nonresident tuition (higher than resident tuition) and/or allows them to apply and receive state aid at certain California public and private colleges. Since the enactment of AB 540, several legislative measures have modified or expanded eligibility for the exemption from nonresident tuition in order to better accommodate the diverse student population.

Existing employment challenges.

On June 15, 2012, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced that it would not deport certain undocumented youth who came to the United States as children. Under a directive from the DHS secretary, these youth may be granted a type of temporary permission to stay in the U.S. called "deferred action." This program became called Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA).

In September of 2017 DACA was rescinded, a decision that placed millions of Californians at risk of losing their protection from deportation and work authorization that allowed them to be employed. Since the rescinding of the program several federal courts have provided rulings that have allowed current DACA recipients to continue to enroll in the program, however one of the federal court cases is currently pending at the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.

These rulings have impacted current students, where multiple incoming classes have entered that are ineligible to receive DACA and work authorization. These students have limited access to career-relevant and sustainable work opportunities during college and after graduation. Additionally, many of these students do not qualify for critical safety net programs like CalFresh.

Segmental concerns.

The UC does not have a position on AB 2586, but did send a letter of concern. In their letter they identified numerous potential issues that could come with hiring undocumented students. These include:

1) The exposure of UC's undocumented students and their families to the possibility of criminal prosecution or deportation;
2) The possibility of employees involved in the hiring process like faculty, human resources, and legal professionals being subject to criminal or civil prosecution if they knowingly participate in practices deemed impermissible under federal law;
3) Civil fines, criminal penalties, or debarment from federal contracting if the UC is in violation of the Immigration Reform and Control Act (IRCA); and
4) The potential loss of billions of dollars in existing federal contracts and grants that are conditional on IRCA compliance

"In short, when Congress passed IRCA, Congress did not curtail states' historic power to determine the employment qualifications of state employees. As a result, IRCA's prohibition on hiring undocumented persons does not bind state government entities. State entities can lawfully hire undocumented students irrespective of employment authorization status under federal law.
And as the U.S. Supreme Court recognized long ago, California law provides definitively that the UC system is part of the State of California."

Congressional report finds half of all new jobs are going to immigrants

The House Budget Committee released a report Friday that found more than half of all new jobs are going to immigrants, including those in the country illegally.

The report comes after the Labor Department released its jobs report for May, which saw a small decrease in labor participation, which shrank from 62.7% in April to 62.5% in May, and the unemployment rate ticking up slightly from 3.9% in April to 4% in May. Immigrants have filled 840,000 new jobs since November, according to the Washington Times.

"Reports show that upwards of half the job gains under Biden have come from illegal immigrants, which belies a far weaker economy than Democrats want you to believe," committee chairman Jodey Arrington said in a statement. "Biden's illegal immigrant crisis has conveniently served as a 'two-for' - shoring up his vote tally and padding his dismal unemployment numbers."

Democrats celebrated the country's economy as a whole, and noted 40 months of strong jobs growth.

“Wages are rising, unemployment remains near record lows for the longest stretch in decades, and gains are widespread across sectors,” said Massachusetts Rep. Richard Neal, the top Democrat on the Ways and Means Committee, per the Washington Times.

House Republicans however slammed the report, and saying certain demographics took a dip in May, including Asian Americans, blacks, and Hispanics, who reported an increase in unemployment. <Source>

Bottom line…

By passing a law to mandate that illegal immigrants can be hired for taxpayer-funded jobs in state government, California’s progressive communist democrats Democrats are not only making our border crisis worse, they are openly violating federal employment laws that prohibit the hiring of illegal immigrants!

We are so screwed;m here in California-- more than the rest of the nation.

LEGACY MEDIA: HAMAS PROPAGANDA BY PROGRESSIVE COMMUNIST DEMOCRATS

There is no doubt in my mind that the current crop of progressive communist democrats and their propagandists in the mainstream media have bought into the intersectionality of revolutionists and have embraced Hamas, a murderous group of Islamo-Nazis, as fellow travelers.

It is even worse, spinning Hamas propaganda into the mainstream.

A classic example.

It appears that Hamas terrorists continue to adhere to their playbook of using human shields and locating terrorists and their weapons in private homes, schools, hospitals, and Mosques without regard for civilian lives—a clear war crime.

So, nobody should be surprised when terrorists and individuals in the vicinity are killed in response to direct fire directed at the IDF.

The story…

IDF strikes UN school in central Gaza where it says dozens of terrorists were gathered

Army says 20-30 members of Hamas and Islamic Jihad were in three classrooms, separate from area where civilians sheltering.

The Israel Defense Forces carried out an airstrike on what it said was a compound used by dozens of Hamas fighters inside a United Nations school in central Gaza before dawn on Thursday.

The IDF said it took extensive precautions to reduce harm to civilians in the “precise strike” on the compound embedded within a UNRWA school in Nuseirat, where 20-30 terrorists, some of whom participated in the October 7 onslaught, were gathered.

Palestinian civilians displaced by the war were also sheltering at the school.

According to the military, the members of the terror groups were struck while gathered in three classrooms, separate from an area where civilians were sheltering.

The Hamas-run government media office claimed at least 27 people were killed in what it termed the Israeli “massacre.” UNRWA communications director Juliette Touma told Reuters that the number of those reported killed in the Israeli offensive on the Nuseirat school was between 35 and 45, but the number could not confirmed at this stage, she added. <Source>

Israeli Strike Kills Dozens at Civilian Shelter in Gaza

Nyt-1The Israeli military said it had been targeting militants who were hiding in the complex in an effort to evade attack. The former U.N. school was housing 6,000 displaced Gazans.

An Israeli airstrike on Thursday hit a United Nations school complex in central Gaza that had become a shelter for thousands of displaced Palestinians and, Israel said, Hamas militants. Gazan health officials said dozens of people were killed, including women and children.

The strike was the latest in a deadly surge of fighting in central Gaza, where Israeli forces have announced an offensive against what they describe as a renewed insurgency by Hamas.

The strike hit a compound that UNRWA had operated, the main U.N. body that aids Palestinians in Gaza. About 6,000 displaced Palestinians were sheltering in the complex, located in the central Gaza area of Nuseirat, when the strike took place, said Juliette Touma, an UNRWA spokeswoman.

The Israeli military said its fighter jets had targeted three classrooms in the school building that held 20 to 30 Palestinian militants affiliated with Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad, a smaller militia that, like Hamas, is backed by Iran. Israeli forces had twice postponed the strike to reduce civilian casualties, the military said.

The precise toll could not be verified, but the Gaza Health Ministry said that of the roughly 40 people killed in the attack, 14 were children and nine were women. Later in the day, The Associated Press reported different numbers, saying at least 33 people died, including three women and nine children, citing the hospital morgue. <Source>

Israel used U.S. munition in deadly strike on U.N. school, experts say

Experts reviewed verified video from the scene and identified the weapons fragments as a U.S.-made small-diameter bomb.

[OCS: What “experts” had access to forensic evidence at the site? Certainly not Americans. And pictures are not reliable, especially when Hamas is known to plant evidence at civilian sites.]

Israeli fighter jets appear to have used a U.S.-made munition in a strike that killed dozens of people inside a U.N. school in the central Gaza Strip on Thursday, according to five weapons experts who examined verified footage from the debris.

The Israel Defense Forces said the aircraft attacked “three classrooms” with precision weapons, targeting a group of militants it said included fighters who participated in the Oct. 7 attacks.

But the facility in the Nuseirat refugee camp was also packed with thousands of civilians displaced by the war, according to the U.N. Relief and Works Agency, which aids Palestinian refugees. The morgue at nearby al-Aqsa Martyr’s Hospital said late Thursday that 33 people were killed in the strike, revising down an earlier toll, the Associated Press reported. The morgue said nine children, three women and 21 men were killed, according to the AP.

The Gaza Health Ministry, citing the hospital, initially said 40 people had been killed, including 14 children and nine women. It was not immediately clear what caused the discrepancy, the AP reported.

The nose cone of a GBU-39 small-diameter bomb, which is manufactured by Boeing, was visible in footage taken by an eyewitness, Emad Abu Shawish, in the aftermath of the attack. His images were verified by Storyful and independently geolocated by The Washington Post.

“We are confident that our activities were effective in limiting and reducing the harm to civilians in the area,” Lt. Col. Peter Lerner, an IDF spokesman, said at a news conference Thursday. He said that 20 to 30 Hamas and Islamic Jihad fighters were operating from a compound inside the school, and that the strike was called off twice to limit civilian casualties.

In a report last month, the Biden administration said that it was “reasonable to assess” that Israel has violated international law while using U.S. weapons in its military campaign in Gaza. The United States is Israel’s chief weapons supplier. But, the report found, there was insufficient information to draw a firm conclusion in any specific instances, meaning U.S. military aid could continue to flow to the country.

An analysis of several thousand distinct incident reports from Gaza, published by an independent panel of experts, found instead that Israel’s military has acted with a “systematic disregard for international humanitarian law, with recurrent attacks launched despite foreseeably disproportionate harm to civilians and civilian objects.” <Source>

Israeli strike kills at least 33 people at a Gaza school the military claims was being used by Hamas

An Israeli strike early Thursday on a school sheltering displaced Palestinians in central Gaza killed at least 33 people, including 12 women and children, according to local health officials. The Israeli military said that Hamas militants were operating from within the school.

It was the latest instance of mass casualties among Palestinians trying to find refuge as Israel expands its offensive. A day earlier, the military announced a new ground and air assault in central Gaza, pursuing Hamas militants it says have regrouped there.

Casualties from the strike arrived at the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in nearby Deir al-Balah, which had already been overwhelmed by a stream of constant ambulances since the central Gaza incursion began 24 hours earlier, said Omar al-Derawi, a photographer working for the hospital.

[OCS: Propaganda photos using “crisis actors” are a known element of Hamas propaganda. Some show them smoking with their head out of the shroud.]

Videos circulating online appeared to show several wounded people being treated on the floor of the hospital, a common scene in Gaza’s overwhelmed medical wards. Electricity in much of the hospital is out because staff are rationing fuel supplies for the generator. <Source>

[OCS: Upon entry to the hospital on previous occasions, electricity was present, and generators were running – and supplying power to Hamas terror tunnels.]

Bottom line…

Ignore the progressive communist democrats and their legacy media propagandists and support Israel in killing anti-civilization cockroaches.

We are so screwed when we can’t fight back against our enemies or impose rules of engagement that empower our enemies and disadvantage our soldiers.

BOHICA: DEMOCRATS BEHIND PRO-PALESTINE/HAMAS TERRORIST GROUP

Democrats-new-clothes-1

Now that progressive communist democrat front groups Antifa and Black Lives Matter have fallen into disrepute; the Democrats are engaging America from behind the Free Palestine movement, celebrating the revolutionary terrorist group Hamas.

Look for these “protests” to turn even more ugly and violent as the election nears.

It is no coincidence that Biden donors fund some of these groups. Are they all anti-Semitic, or is this a simple case of backing another authoritarian regime promoting “the revolution?”

Pro-Palestinian protesters are backed by a surprising source: Biden’s biggest donors

President Joe Biden has been dogged for months by pro-Palestinian protesters calling him “Genocide Joe” — but some of the groups behind the demonstrations receive financial backing from philanthropists pushing hard for his reelection.

The donors include some of the biggest names in Democratic circles: Soros, Rockefeller and Pritzker, according to a POLITICO analysis.

Two of the organizers supporting the protests at Columbia University and on other campuses are Jewish Voice for Peace and IfNotNow. Both are supported by the Tides Foundation, which is seeded by Democratic megadonor George Soros and was previously supported by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. It in turn supports numerous small nonprofits that work for social change.

Another notable Democratic donor whose philanthropy has helped fund the protest movement is David Rockefeller Jr., who sits on the board of the Rockefeller Brothers Fund. It has given nearly $500,000 directly to Jewish Voice for Peace, which explicitly describes itself as anti-Zionist, over the past five years. Rockefeller Brothers has separately given grants to both the Tides Foundation and the Tides Center.

Several other groups involved in pro-Palestinian protests are backed by a foundation funded by Susan and Nick Pritzker, heir to the Hyatt Hotel empire — and supporters of Biden and numerous Democratic campaigns, including $6,600 to the Biden Victory Fund a few months ago and more than $300,000 during the 2020 campaign. <Source>

Pro-Palestinian protesters vandalize property near White House, throw things at ranger

Anti-Israel protests have increased all over the country amid the Israel-Hamas war.

Pro-Palestinian protesters vandalized property near the White House on Saturday and threw objects at a National Park Service ranger, calling him “piggy.”

After security measures increased at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, protesters accused President Joe Biden of being on the wrong side of history.

Participants were seen waving Palestine flags and chanting “Free Palestine!” according to Fox News.

Other statements shouted by protesters at park rangers included, “F-you, fascist!” and “piggy, piggy, oink, oink!”

Anti-Israel protests have spread all over the country amid the Israel-Hamas war, with encampments occurring all over college campuses.

A statue of Andrew Jackson in Lafayette Square near the White House was also defaced.

Multiple barriers were put up around the White House ahead of the planned protest. <Source>

[OCS: Where are the arrests and multi-year jail sentences?]

Is this the progressive communist democrat establishment using their street thugs to drive Biden from the nomination to avoid a guaranteed loss to Donald Trump?

Biden-1

One might think that the U.S. Secret Service might want to interview this terrorist supporter.

Bottom line…

There is no doubt in my mind that the progressive communist democrats are trying to provoke a violent reaction—so they can crack down on the wrong type of protesters before and after the election.

When progressive communist democrats riot, it’s a protest; when republicans protest, it’s an “insurrection.”

We are so screwed by this police state and two-tiered justice system.

Restore American values, and vote Republican!
