PIECE OF SCHIFF CONTINUES ATTACK ON KASH PATEL'S NOMINATION FOR FBI DIRECTOR

Schiff-secret

Adam Schiff, California’s newly elected Senator, continues to attack Kash Patel…

Excerpt from the “This Week with George Stephanopoulos” transcript, airing on Sunday, December 15, 2024, on ABC News.

STEPHANOPOULOS: You also heard Senator Schmitt say that the idea that Kash Patel had an enemy list is false. There was -- was that list of 60 people in his book, “Government Gangsters.”

[OCS: “GOVERNMENT GANGSTERS: The Deep State, the Truth, and the Battle for Our Democracy]

Do those people -- many members, former members of the Trump administration, many members of the Biden administration, do they -- do you think they have anything to worry about?

SCHIFF: Well, you know, I think if Patel is made director of the FBI, then all bets are off. I mean, this is someone who will do whatever dirty work the president wants him to do. So I can certainly understand concerns about him.

The remedy there is not to confirm him. That seems to be his only qualification which is blind obedience the president. The president can find other people who are loyal to him and his interests but also loyal to the rule of law.

Patel is not one of them.

[OCS: Kash Patel’s bona fides, his credentials, experience, and loyalty to the U.S. Constitution are above reproach. And, his ethics and honesty far exceed Adam Schiff’s credentials and experience.

Adam Schiff’s Censure from the House of Representatives…

Schiff, then the Democratic representative from California, was censured by the U.S. House of Representatives in December 2024 primarily for his corrupt involvement in the impeachment proceedings against former President Donald Trump.

The censure resolution accused Schiff of engaging in actions that misled the public and abused his power as the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee during the investigation.

The resolution highlighted Schiff’s role in leading the impeachment inquiry, claiming that his statements and actions contributed to the spread of false narratives about the Trump administration. The censure effort argued that Schiff had violated public trust and was seen as a direct response to his role in the Trump impeachment, reflecting the partisan divisions surrounding that process—H.Res.521 - Censuring Adam Schiff, Representative of the 30th Congressional District of California.

Kash Patel’s Exposure of Schiff’s Lies…

Kash Patel, a former aide to Congressman Devin Nunes and a key figure in the investigation into the Russia probe, played a significant role in exposing what he and others viewed as Adam Schiff’s misleading statements about the Russia investigation, commonly referred to as “Russia-gate.”

Patel, along with Nunes, was critical of Schiff’s portrayal of the investigation, particularly his public claims about having evidence of collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia.

In his role as the ranking member of the House Intelligence Committee, Schiff repeatedly asserted that he had seen evidence linking Trump associates to Russian interference in the 2016 election.

However, Patel, in his capacity as part of the Republican investigation into the origins of the Russia probe, argued that these claims were unsubstantiated and misleading. He and others pointed to the Mueller Report’s findings, which concluded no conclusive evidence of collusion.

Patel’s exposure of what he termed Schiff’s falsehoods became a focal point for Republicans, who accused Schiff of intentionally misleading the public to advance a political agenda. This controversy played a major role in the growing criticism of Schiff’s conduct, eventually contributing to calls for his censure.

Bottom line…

There are several reasons why liar, leaker, perjurer, creator, and manipulator of false evidence Adam Schiff should be expelled from Congress. These reasons often stem from accusations of misconduct, partisan behavior, and alleged dishonesty. Some of the main points include:

  1. Misleading the Public During the Russia Investigation: Schiff misled the public with his claims about evidence of collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia. Schiff repeatedly suggested that he had proof of collusion, but the Mueller Report ultimately found no conclusive evidence of such a connection. Schiff’s statements, especially those leaked to the press, were misleading and served to fuel partisan divisions.

  2. Role in the Impeachment of Donald Trump: Schiff was a central figure in the impeachment process against President Trump, particularly in leading the impeachment inquiry in 2019. Schiff exaggerated or misrepresented information in the investigation, creating a narrative that was overly partisan and damaging to the integrity of the process. Schiff abused his position to further a political agenda.

  3. Abuse of Power: Schiff abused his power as chairman of the House Intelligence Committee by using his position to advance partisan objectives rather than serve the American public’s broader interests. Schiff was accused of selectively leaking information and making inflammatory statements undermining public trust in government institutions.

  4. Censorship and Integrity Issues: In 2024, Schiff was censured by the House of Representatives for spreading false or misleading information to create a false narrative about national security issues, particularly concerning the Russia investigation. This censure, which stemmed from his actions in the impeachment inquiry, highlighted his behavior that undermined the credibility and integrity of Congress.

  5. Partisan Polarization: Schiff’s outspoken stance on impeachment, particularly his role in the Trump-Russia investigation and the impeachment process contributed to the deepening partisan polarization in Congress. His actions have focused more on political gain than working across the aisle to serve the public interest.

  6. Public Distrust: Schiff’s handling of sensitive investigations, including his public statements and actions, contributed to a significant erosion of trust in the political system. They claim that he engaged in behavior that exacerbated the partisan divide, causing harm to the reputation of Congress as an institution.

Schiff is a man who cannot be trusted. At the very least, he should be investigated for destroying government documents and violating the Espionage Act.

We are so screwed.
