To require foreign nationals residing in the United States to file a standardized questionnaire and biometric data, and for other purposes.

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the "FAIR Act" (Facilitating Accessible Immigration Reform).

SECTION 2. REQUIREMENTS FOR FOREIGN NATIONALS.

(a) Mandatory Questionnaire and Biometric Data

  1. Every foreign national residing in the United States shall be required to complete and submit a standardized questionnaire along with biometric data to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) within 180 days of the enactment of this Act.
  2. Responsible guardians must file on behalf of their children, and custodians of incarcerated individuals shall ensure proper filing for their wards.

(b) Consequences of Non-Compliance

  1. Any foreign national who fails to file as required shall be subject to immediate deportation upon contact with any law enforcement or social services agency, without further judicial proceedings.
  2. Deportation shall apply to any unregistered illegal alien and their illegal alien relatives to their country of origin or another nation willing to accept them.

SECTION 3. ACCOUNTABILITY FOR FILING.

(a) Organizations Facilitating Filing

  1. Any organization that facilitates the filing of the questionnaire must comply with this Act and may be subject to fines, penalties, and loss of tax privileges if found to circumvent the law.
  2. Individuals involved in circumventing this law shall face felony charges, fines, and possible imprisonment.

(b) Fees for Assistance

  1. Fees charged by individuals or organizations assisting with the filing shall be capped at fifty dollars per filing.

SECTION 4. DATA COLLECTION AND IMMIGRATION REFORM.

(a) Purpose

  1. The data collected through the standardized questionnaire will be utilized to enumerate and stratify illegal aliens in preparation for crafting equitable immigration reform legislation.
  2. Fair and equitable immigration legislation cannot be developed without comprehensive data to identify and vet segments of the illegal alien population.

SECTION 5. ENFORCEMENT.

The Secretary of Homeland Security shall have the authority to enforce the provisions of this Act, including the imposition of fines and penalties as stipulated.

SECTION 6. EFFECTIVE DATE.

This Act shall take effect immediately upon enactment.

Section 1: Short Title This Act may be cited as the “Voter Identification for Election Integrity Act.”

Section 2: Purpose The purpose of this Act is to establish a requirement for voters to present valid identification at the polls, thereby enhancing the integrity and security of the electoral process.

Section 3: Definitions For the purposes of this Act:

  1. “Voter Identification” means a form of identification that includes the voter’s name and photograph.
  2. “Valid Identification” includes, but is not limited to:
    • A state-issued driver’s license
    • A state-issued identification card
    • A U.S. passport
    • A military identification card
    • Any other government-issued identification containing the voter’s name and photograph.

Section 4: Requirements

  1. Voter ID Presentation:

    • All voters must present a valid form of voter identification at the polling place before being allowed to vote.
    • Voters who do not have valid identification may obtain a provisional ballot, which will be counted if the voter provides a valid ID within [specified time frame, e.g., 48 hours] after Election Day.

    • Individuals with disabilities who are unable to obtain identification.

Section 5: Marking of Non-Citizen Licenses

  1. States shall prominently mark all licenses issued to non-citizens to clearly indicate their status.
  2. Such markings shall be designed to ensure visibility without compromising the dignity of the holder.

Section 6: Compliance and Funding

  1. Any state found not in compliance with the provisions of this Act one year after its passage shall lose federal funding related to election administration and voter outreach.
  2. The U.S. Department of Justice shall be responsible for monitoring compliance and enforcing this provision.

Section 7: Sanctuary State Status No state may claim sanctuary state status or otherwise circumvent the requirements of this Act.

Section 8: Legal Challenges In the event that any provision of this Act is legally challenged, such provision shall remain in effect until final adjudication by the United States Supreme Court.

Section 9: Implementation

  1. The state shall develop a public outreach campaign to inform voters about the new identification requirements.
  2. Funds shall be allocated to ensure that all eligible voters can obtain valid identification at no cost.

Section 10: Penalties

  1. Any individual found guilty of impersonating a voter or voting without valid identification shall be subject to penalties including fines and/or imprisonment as defined under state law.

Section 11: Effective Date This Act shall take effect on [Insert Effective Date], allowing sufficient time for public awareness and compliance.

Section 12: Severability If any provision of this Act is held to be unconstitutional or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Bottom line…

It is about time that we recognize that we are citizens of the United States and that this country belongs to us, not to interlopers and certainly not to politicians.

If we do not demand the enactment of similar legislation, we need to remove all existing politicians, local, state, and federal, and replace them with like-minded non-attorney citizens.

We are so screwed.
