It appears that Israel is reaching the breaking point with the Iranian proxies Hamas and Hezbollah, who continue their terror attacks on the State of Israel’s civilian population.

In a bold move, Israel allegedly targeted Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh in an attack in Tehran, the capital of Iran, after he attended the inauguration of the country’s new president, reformist politician and heart surgeon Masoud Pezeshkian, who was sworn in with enthusiastic chants of Death to America, Death to Israel.

Also targeted on the same day was Fuad Shukr,  Hezbollah’s second-in-command, in another attack in Beirut, the capital of Lebanon.

Fuad Shukr was the Hezbollah commander responsible for the rocket barrage that killed 12 children in the Israeli Golan Heights, as well as a 1983 bombing that killed 241 U.S. service personnel in Beirut. The weapons were supplied by Iran.

It appears that Israel did not provide advance notice to the United States, fully knowing that the Biden Administration would leak Israeli plans to Israel’s enemies.

Iran swears revenge…

In a face-saving move, Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, during an emergency meeting of his country’s Supreme National Security Council., allegedly issued a command to strike Israel directly. 

…and runs to the United Nations…

Iran is requesting the U.N. Security Council to hold an emergency meeting to address “Israeli aggression and terrorist attacks” after the deaths of Haniyeh in Tehran, Iran, and Shukr in Beirut, Lebanon.

Published reports claim that Iran’s military commanders are considering “a combination of drones and missiles that would target military facilities near Tel Aviv and Haifa” in an attempt to avoid civilian casualties and provoke Israel further. Considering that both Iranian proxies, Hezbollah and Hamas, routinely target civilians with rockets, drones, and other terror attacks, their words about minimizing civilian casualties ring hollow.

Bottom line…

While Iran’s actions could further escalate the conflict, the nature of the attacks on the leadership of terrorist organizations might give them pause—lest it trigger a full-out attack on Iran’s nuclear facilities and a decapitation strike against its leadership.

The United States and Britain have stationed warships off the coast of Lebanon, possibly to intercept inbound missiles and drones—or perhaps to support a further Israeli attack. Given the precarious nature of the leaderless Biden Administration, we are fast approaching dangerous times.

Unfortunately, there are several anti-Semites, anti-Israel, and anti-America individuals in Congress and secreted in our population.

Could this be an attempt to swap out Kamala Harris and replace her with Obama’s first choice, Astronaut Mark Kelly, at the fast-approaching Democratic National Convention?

We are so screwed if we allow the progressive communist democrats and the Obama acolytes to run our foreign policy and military operations.
