THE INTERNATIONAL COURT OF JUSTICE ORDERS ISRAEL TO STOP ITS WAR ON TERROR IN RAFAH
There is no doubt that the terrorist group Hamas, the elected governing body of Gaza, did breach an existing cease-fire and viciously attacked Israel on October 7, which resulted in the death of 1,200+ innocent victims and continues to hold approximately 125 hostages. Likewise, there is no doubt that this is an act of genocidal war against Israel by an Iranian-funded and trained proxy.
Yet the United Nations International Court of Justice has ordered Israel to “Immediately halt its military offensive, and any other action in the Rafah Governorate, which may inflict on the Palestinian group in Gaza conditions of life that could bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part.”
The Israeli action in Rafah is necessary to end the existence of the genocidal terrorists known as Hamas and is an action that is crucial to the protection of the Israeli population and the survival of the State of Israel.

Fuck off and die…
It is a proven fact that the United Nations’ facilities and funding were used in the attack on Israel, specifically the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA).
The UNRWA-Hamas Linkage Since Hamas’ savage attack against Israel on October 7th 2023, the IDF has been operating in Gaza to eliminate Hamas’ military and governance capabilities and free the Israeli hostages. During this operation, a wealth of new intelligence has been gathered on Hamas, Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) and other terror organizations. Israeli forces have retrieved millions of documents in captured enemy material. This new intelligence exposed two related issues: first, the involvement of United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) employees in the October 7th massacre. Second, the deep and systemic infiltration by those terror organizations, particularly Hamas, into the ranks of UNRWA. What are the new findings on UNRWA in Gaza? The collection and analysis of the new information is still ongoing, yet it is already clear that a significant share of UNRWA’s employees in Gaza serve in the ranks of Hamas and other terror organizations, almost 500 of them in military positions. They fulfill various roles in UNRWA, including senior positions. For example, at least eighteen school principals in Gaza are members of Hamas’ military wing. Over thirty UNRWA facilities in Gaza have been found to contain terror infrastructures such as tunnel shafts, reflecting a deeply concerning, and possibly systematic, abuse of the status of these facilities for terrorist purposes. Hamas operated a high-end server farm directly under UNRWA’s Gaza headquarters, with communication and electricity cables connecting both compounds. Intelligence shows that Hamas considers UNRWA an essential asset both for maintaining its rule over Gaza and for exploiting its facilities to build terror infrastructure. It is not a case of “a few rotten apples”, as some have tried to portray it. Multiple times in the past, Israel provided UNRWA with information on members of Hamas that the agency employs, yet no action was taken. <Source> |
Since Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is too diplomatic to tell the Court to “fuck off and die,” I will say it!
The International Court of Justice is a joke…
The International Court of Justice, the principal judicial organ of the United Nations, was created to promote international peace and justice. However, it has been an abject failure in that role.
-
Limited Jurisdiction: Adherence to Court rulings is voluntary, and the court's legal jurisdiction is restricted to cases where both parties agree to its authority. This compromises and limits the court's effectiveness in resolving disputes, as participants can tell the Court to “pound sand” and go away.
-
Political Influence: The selection process for judges and the politicization of cases compromises the Court’s integrity and legitimacy, which casts doubt on the impartiality of its rulings. Powerful states may exert influence over the court’s decisions. Consider that the Court’s current President, Nawaf Salam, is an Arab from Lebanon, a failed state ruled by the Iran-backed terrorist group Hezbollah, which is at war with Israel. Yet we find Salam voting to halt Israel’s response to the egregious October 7 attack by the terrorist group Hamas, another Iranian proxy, operating in Gaza.
-
Enforcement Issues: The Court lacks its own enforcement mechanism and demands participatory nations breach their sovereignty to hold their citizens and organizations responsible to a foreign power. This leads to selective or non-enforcement based on political considerations.
-
Slow Proceedings: Cases brought before the ICJ can take years or even decades to resolve, preventing timely and effective remedies to injustice.
-
Ineffectiveness in Resolving Major Conflicts: Despite the United Nations' mandate to prevent or settle conflicts, it has failed to address many of the most significant international conflicts in the world today.
-
Internal Corruption: Many of those associated with the UN’s various operations are corrupt, venal, self-serving reprobates—some even participating in egregious activities they are charged with preventing.
Bottom line…
There comes a time when the insanity and corrupt self-interests of United Nations poohbahs just aren’t worth it anymore. The International Court of Justice is a corrupt political construct and cannot be trusted to address significant issues in today’s world at war.
The United States should limit its funding for the United Nations and its activities and relocate its operations to the Hague, where it belongs with all the other European grifters and appeasers.
We are so screwed.
