TODAY, JUSTICE DIED IN NEW YORK
TRUMP GUILTY OF LEGAL ACTIVITY
Former President Donald J. Trump was found guilty by an overwhelmingly progressive democrat New York jury on 34 counts of falsifying business records. The trial, which began in April, and the verdict marked both the first prosecution and conviction of a former president in U.S. history. Trump's sentencing is set for July 11.
A denial of venue change, a corrupt Soros-backed prosecutor, Alvin Bragg, a White House/DOJ plant and paid prosecutor, Former Acting Associate Attorney General for the U.S. Department of Justice, Matthew Colangelo, and corrupt Judge, Juan Merchant, are all guilty of election interference in a presidential election.
The most egregious actions include elevating a misdemeanor to a felony using never-before-legal machinations, an unstated criminal predicate, the suppression of exculpatory evidence and defense testimony from the CFO of the Trump Organization, Allen Weisselberg, and election law expert Brad Smith, and overtly biased jury instructions that demanded a conviction--not to mention an unconstitutional gag order that prevented Trump from talking about the details of a conflicted judge.
Unless we poll the jury or see the jury’s work forms, we still do not know what crimes Trump was found guilty of.
Former President Donald Trump responds...
"This was a rigged, disgraceful trial and the real verdict is going to be November 5 by the people. Everyone knows what happened here... it's ok. I'm fighting for our country. I'm fighting for our Constitution." -- Donald Trump
And the douchebags like the despicable liar, leaker, and perjurer, Adam Schiff rejoice and fundraise...
BREAKING NEWS: A jury of twelve ordinary citizens just found Donald Trump GUILTY on all 34 counts in the People of the State of New York v. Trump case of falsifying business records to cover up campaign finance violations during the 2016 presidential election.
It is the first conviction of a former U.S. president in history. Today is an important affirmation of the rule of law. No one individual, no matter how powerful or rich, is above the law. Not even a former President of the United States. Anything less is not democracy.
Trump’s felony convictions will not bar him from running for President, and we will still need to defeat him in November. And as we saw outside the courthouse immediately after the verdict, he will be even more aggressive in attacking the democratic guardrails protecting our institutions.
So this is no time to let up in our efforts to ensure a Democratic majority in the House and Senate. Rush $10 to my campaign before our May fundraising deadline at midnight tomorrow to help defeat Trump and defend the rule of law >> Stephen, moments ago, a Manhattan jury found Trump guilty on all 34 felony counts of falsifying business records to cover up campaign finance violations during the 2016 election. Twelve ordinary American citizens decided the legal fate of Donald Trump. Proving that nobody – not even a former President of the United States or (pretend) billionaire – is above the law. And despite Trump’s efforts to distract, delay, and deny – justice arrived for Donald Trump all the same. And by a jury of his peers.
My takeaway: Our system of justice worked. Our rule of law withstood the immense pressure Trump brought to bear. Notwithstanding the enormous stresses on our democracy, the system is holding. And accountability matters.
Winning the presidency may now be the only thing remaining between Trump and avoiding prison time — either in this prosecution or three others — and he has shown he will tear down the entire system of American democracy to protect himself and return to power. WE MUST NOT LET HIM. Thousands of Democrats are sending in contributions to hold Trump accountable at the ballot box. Join them and chip in just $10 to my campaign today before tomorrow’s May fundraising deadline. If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately: Make no mistake, this verdict will only increase Donald Trump’s attempts to discredit the justice system and tear down our democracy. His enablers in Congress will do the same. We need to call those efforts out for exactly what they are: A blind attempt to protect a now-convicted felon, and deeply immoral human being, in the headlong pursuit of power.
Because justice prevailed today. Justice. And it’s up to each of us to make sure the justice system continues to hold him accountable. In federal cases in Washington, D.C. and Florida and the state case in Georgia. And in November, we MUST defeat Donald Trump at the ballot box. That will be the ultimate accountability and affirmation of our democracy. Thanks for standing up for the rule of law and the cherished legacy of our founders. – Adam

Preparing for the next Obama/Biden attack...
In a desperate attempt to win back their declining black vote, look for the Obama/Biden team to resurrect the debunked claim that Donald Trump used the N-word while taping The Apprentice. With today's deep fakes, I wouldn't be surprised if someone, even the CIA or FBI, creates a phony tape as an October surprise,
Bottom line…
Justice was perverted in today's New York show trial with the criminalization of politics by the progressive communist democrats. You cannot blame the jury as they seemed to be following the Judge’s Judge’s biased instructions, which made conviction easier than acquittal.
Let us remember that prosecutors never identified an underlying felony to the resurrected misdemeanor bookkeeping charges that had lapsed years ago; the Judge allowed boundless character testimony prejudicial to Trump; and provided biased and confusing instructions to the jury.
For example, the Judge's direction that jurors didn’t need to find the defendant unanimously guilty of committing a felony to resurrect the misdemeanor recordkeeping charges that had expired under the statute of limitation. Jurors would have to find only that Trump committed bookkeeping infractions to conceal a campaign finance violation, tax law infraction, or falsification of business records. They didn’t have to agree on the underlying crime to find the former president guilty.
BTW: The Judge was hand-picked for all Trump-related prosecutors and is only an "Acting Judge."
Look for Biden to withdraw from the debate as it would be unseemly for a president to debate a convicted felon. And then withdraw from the race.
The fight will continue. The question you must ask yourself is: What will happen to our country, our nation, and you if we do not win the next election?
We are so screwed.
