The Earth has been experiencing earthquakes ever since the formation of the crustal region. It is a natural process that nature uses to balance crustal stresses and strains. And like the constantly changing climate, it is independent of man’s infinitesimally minute impact on the Earth.

So, if you believe the progressive communist democrats and their pseudo-scientific bafflegab solutions of authoritarian public policies and taxation, then you are a Joe Biden-level mentally deficient malevolent moron.

WHY OUR COUNTRY IS FUCKED UP

One might expect that Seattle, Washington, known for its natural beauty, recreational opportunities, and high-tech environment (including the headquarters of Amazon, Adobe, Microsoft, and Boeing), would want to create an educational atmosphere that supports the best and brightest students.

Unfortunately, Seattle is one of those “woke” cities dominated by progressive communist democrats, many of whom are anti-America, anti-capitalists, and want to destroy the present for a mythical future under communism.

How else can you explain the sheer idiocy of promoting color over competence and adjusting societal norms to the lowest common denominator to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, often arranging public affairs to cater to the lowest percentile of accomplishment, education, and experience?

And how do you accommodate a never-ending stream of foreign students who lack English skills and cultural competence and parents who, themselves, are illiterate and unsupportive of education?

Why Advanced Learning is Changing

SPS has changed how we identify Advanced Learners and Highly Capable students to address historical inequity.

All teachers will provide teaching and learning that is delivered with Universal Design for Learning (UDL) and differentiated to meet the needs of students within their grade level. The approach includes three tiers of service for students depending on individual needs, delivered in a way that honors individual cultures and backgrounds.

Seattle Public Schools shuts down gifted and talented program for being oversaturated with white and Asian students

Seattle Public Schools is dismantling its gifted and talented program, which administrators argued was oversaturated with white and Asian students, in favor of a more “inclusive, equitable and culturally sensitive” program.

The district began phasing out its Highly Capable Cohort schools and classrooms for advanced students in the 2021-22 school year due to racial inequities, the school district notes.

The program will completely cease to exist by the 2027-28 school year, with a new enrichment-for-all model available in every school by the 2024-25 school year.

It will be more inclusive, equitable and culturally sensitive.

“In particular, students who have been historically excluded will now have the same opportunities for services as every other student and get the support and enrichment they need to grow.”

The enrichment program currently only allows students who placed in the top 2 percent on standardized exams to be placed in the Highly Capable Cohort to receive enriched learning.

The students would then be sorted into one of three elementary schools, five middle schools and three high schools.

But in 2020, the Seattle school board voted to terminate the program, after a 2018 survey found that the students in the Highly Capable Cohort were 13% multiracial, 11.8% Asian, 3.7% Hispanic and just 1.6% black. <Source>

Seattle is phasing out its specialized public schools and moving all students into a single whole-classroom model where the teachers are expected to provide “individualized” instruction across the entire capability spectrum.

Of course, there is no mention of teacher competency testing on essential teaching skills or subject-matter knowledge, providing additional classroom personnel, limiting class size, or the significance of charter schools and student voucher programs where the money follows the student instead of being aggregated at the school district.

The program is bat-shit crazy, as one might expect from progressive communist democrats. Where will teachers find the skills and time to craft these individual instruction plans? All are complicated by a multi-lingual, multi-cultural program that mainstreams students unprepared for teaching in the same classroom.

What do you do when thuggish blacks threaten high-achieving blacks as bowing to whitey or worse? What do you do about parents so busy trying to earn a living that they return home tired and incapable of helping or motivating their children?

The educational elites have no clue about solving problems, and their only skill is the bafflegab jargon that obfuscates the problem and precludes viable solutions.

Why our nation continues to fall behind…

Decades ago, in high school, I was privileged to live next door to a famous physicist who paid me to physically cut and paste teaching materials from various sources so they could be photocopied onto single pages as student guides.

Returning from a scientific conference in Russia, he was amazed at school children doing what we would label advanced calculus in the lower grades. Furthermore, they weren’t taught calculus in a sterile mathematical environment but one filled with real-life scientific and engineering applications. He gifted me with a Russian physics book where I marveled that the answers to test problems were not hidden from students but were often a starting point for students to puzzle their way to an answer using text explanations.

He saw Ukrainian and Russian children in the lower grades, exceeding even the performance of American high school and college students. The difference he ironically observed was that there were no malignant union influences in the communist states. Children were permitted to work to their potential, and those who didn’t meet the high standards of elite institutions were shunted into trade programs where they could learn valuable skills. Commenting on Asian students, he found that parental pressure on students to compete at the highest levels was enormous, even mentioning the number of suicides for failing to achieve educational goals.

He thought I should learn three languages: Spanish because I lived in Southern California, and a smattering of Russian and Chinese because the traditional languages of science, German and French, were dying.

Bottom line…

This educational craziness is yet another example of the progressive communist democrats destroying America from within-- by creating yet another generation of functional illiterates well-versed in perverse sexual matters and political activism—not so much in life skills like reading, writing, arithmetic, history, and civics.

No wonder the regime is criminalizing parental protest as “domestic terrorism” and extremist activities for challenging a school board in an open meeting.

We are so screwed, and nothing will change until we eliminate the communist unions and their support for progressive communist democrats.
