BIDEN'S DILEMMA: FILEGATE
There is no chance that our corrupt and compromised Attorney General, Merrick Garland, will instruct the Department of Justice to hold President Biden accountable for his actions.

Unless President Biden totally ignores Special Counsel Robert K. Hur’s report, “Report of the Special Counsel on the Investigation Into Unauthorized Removal, Retention, and Disclosure of Classified Documents Discovered at Locations Including the Penn Biden Center and the Delaware Private Residence of President Joseph R. Biden, Jr.,” he must agree that he has dementia, and thus is unfit for office or a nomination for office, or he knew what he was doing and is guilty as charged.
Likewise, it is unlikely that Biden will be charged with using the powers of his office to facilitate a criminal enterprise, which includes being an unregistered foreign agent of another sovereign power, coercion, money laundering, tax evasion, and possibly treason if he provided classified information to a hostile foreign power even though a recorded confession of a quid pro quo arrangement protecting his son’s employer has been widely aired by media outlets.
Who really is the guilty party?
Most of the damage was committed during the Obama Administration. It should be attributable to Barack Obama, the Communist-in-Chief who has presided over much of the progressive communist democrat destruction from within.
The Trump tragedy...
These same corrupt progressive communist democrats are prosecuting persecuting former President Trump for a classified documents case where Trump, unlike Biden, possessed declassification powers and was subject to different federal rules and regulations than Biden.
And, unlike Biden, Trump should have additional powers that render him immune from prosecution. Given the number of ginned-up prosecutions designed to keep him out of the 2024 election cycle in favor of a literal vegetable, this is a clear and present illustration of progressive communist democrat tyranny.
