UNINTENDED CONSEQUENCES: DEMOCRAT LEGISLATION WOULD TAKE OUT FARRAKAHAN'S FRUIT OF ISLAM UNIT
Two progressive communist democrats, Senator Ed Markey (D-MA) and Representative Jamie Raskin (D-MD), are defying hundreds of years of American tradition by attempting to outlaw privately organized paramilitary and militia group activities in the United States, the last defense against governmental tyranny.
These two reprobates define a “private paramilitary organization” as any group of three or more persons associating under a command structure to operate in public, train in public combat, or function as a law enforcement or security service unit.
The legislation creates different tiers of criminal penalties based on whether violations result in injury or property damage; provides harsher penalties for repeat offenders; and allows for a probationary sentence for first-time offenders. It also creates civil remedies by authorizing the Department of Justice to seek injunctive relief against paramilitary activity, and by creating a private right of action for individuals harmed by paramilitary activity to seek injunctive relief and/or damages. The legislation contains clear exceptions for activities such as historic reenactments, state-sanctioned trainings, and veterans’ parades.
Specifically, the legislation would prohibit the following dangerous conduct:
- publicly patrolling, drilling, or engaging in harmful or deadly paramilitary techniques
- interfering with or interrupting government proceedings
- interfering with the exercise of someone else’s constitutional rights
- falsely assuming the functions of law enforcement and asserting authority over others
- training to engage in such behavior

It should surprise no one that far-left organizations like Protect Democracy and the Center for American Progress endorse the Preventing Private Paramilitary Activity Act.
The un-American bastards would also curtail the activities of radical progressive communist democrat front groups like Antifa and Black Lives Matter. Not to mention Louis Farrakhan’s Fruit of Islam organization.

The Fruit of Islam (FOI) is the security and disciplinary wing of the Nation of Islam. It has also been described as its paramilitary wing. The Fruit of Islam wear distinctive blue, brown, or white uniforms and caps and have units at all NOI temples. Louis Farrakhan, as head of the Nation of Islam, is commander-in-chief of the Fruit of Islam, and his son, Mustapha Farrakhan Sr., is second in command as the Supreme Captain. The women’s counterpart to the Fruit of Islam is Muslim Girls Training (MGT). The Fruit of Islam draws its membership from male members in Nation of Islam mosques. All men registered in the Nation of Islam as members are by default a part of the FOI. All Nation of Islam mosques have a branch of the FOI headed by a local captain who is appointed by the local minister. |
Bottom line…
Along with disarming law-abiding citizens whose activities are constitutionally protected by the Second Amendment, these human garbage receptacles are attempting to mount a pre-emptive strike on a citizen’s last-ditch attempt to curtail government tyranny. Using a thoroughly corrupt Department of Justice and the FBI is especially dangerous.
