WE MAY BE DOOMED

At least to me, it appears that most American voters do not care if the Democrats are willing to lie to your face.

Perhaps the biggest and most apparent lie told by the progressive communist democrat regime is that a biological male can become a woman by wishing it were so and using drug or surgical interventions to alter one’s external appearance. And that Americans must accept and celebrate this delusion instead of considering gender dysphoria a mental issue.

And then there is the incompetent and unqualified White House Press Secretary Jean-Pierre, herself a queer black lesbian, who stands before the White House Press Corps and the American people and tells us that “illegal immigration has gone down by more than 90 percent.” This a blatant lie that can be fact-checked by viewing the lines of illegal aliens crossing the border and the statistics of the Border Patrol.

MS. JEAN-PIERRE: So, as you know, on his first day in this administration, the President put forth a comprehensive immigration legislation. And that’s to show how seriously he took this, how important he und- — how he understood that the system had been broken. It needs to be modernized, been — be — be moved to the 21st century. And so, this is something that the President has talked about.

He has asked Congress to take action — Republicans in Congress to take action and to take — and to work on this in a con- — in a bipartisan way. He’s going to continue to do that.

In the meantime, he’s put forth some — he has tools that he’s used to — to make sure that we do this — we actually deal with the immigration system in a humane way, and in a — in a way that is that — that actually deals with what we’re seeing at the border.

And that’s why you’ve seen the parolee program be so successful. It has — it has — it has — when it comes to illegal migration, you’ve seen it come down by more than 90 percent, and that’s because of this act- — the actions that this President has taken.

But we know that more action needs to be taken. So it has to be legislative action. We’re going to continue to call Congress to do that. And so, this is important to this President. On day one — on day one, he put forth in — a legislation to move forward on this.

Many individuals give President Biden a pass due to his age and apparent cognitive decline, unmindful that Biden’s pattern and pattern of lying extends to his first days in Congress. I could spend the next fifty bog posts listing and debunking Biden’s lies. So what excuse can be proffered by Biden’s cabinet or the Democrats in Congress?

Let me count the ways…

The consequences of the progressive communist democrat regime’s lies are both significant and long-lasting, impacting not only the government but also its citizens and the international community. Eroding trust in public institutions, undermining democratic processes and leading to a breakdown of social order.

Loss of credibility: When a government is caught lying or manipulating information, it damages its credibility and trustworthiness. This can make it more difficult for the government to implement policies, negotiate with other countries, or effectively respond to crises or emergencies.
Erosion of democratic norms: When a government uses lies or propaganda to manipulate public opinion or suppress dissent, it undermines democratic values such as freedom of speech, press, and assembly. This leads to a chilling effect on political discourse and citizen engagement, which weakens democratic institutions and processes.
International isolation: When a government's lies or actions are exposed on the international stage, it leads to diplomatic isolation, economic sanctions, or even military intervention. This damages the country's reputation and limits its ability to engage in global affairs.
Social unrest: When a government is perceived as dishonest or untrustworthy, it encourages public anger and frustration, leading to protests, strikes, or even violence. This threatens social stability and the rule of law, making it more difficult for the government to maintain law and order.
Human suffering: In some cases, regime lies, or propaganda leads to human suffering, such as by concealing or downplaying public health crises, environmental disasters, or human rights abuses. This exacerbates the impact of such events and prevents effective responses or assistance.

Bottom line…

I am disgusted that ordinary American citizens, who will choose the nation’s leadership in 2024, refuse to acknowledge the lies of this blatantly corrupt progressive communist democrat regime that is trying to destroy America from within. And appears to be succeeding with both domestic and foreign policies.

I am particularly disgusted with Press Secretary Jean-Pierre. At least when former Press Secretary Jen Psaki lied, she did it artfully and without having to read every untruth from a binder on the podium.

I find it helpful to consider that almost everything coming from the progressive communist democrat regime is a lie, with the vilest lies targeting former President Trump and his Administration.

AN EXCUSE TO RIOT...

"Justice for Jordan Neely," the crowd screamed. “If we don't get it, shut it down."

Once more, the black communist activists, agitators, and media whores are trying to exploit the accidental death of a mentally unstable, violent criminal, 30-year-old Jordan Neely, as he raged on a New York subway. The out-of-control individual who died was allegedly being restrained by a 24-year-old former Marine, apparently to prevent the man from hurting himself or others.

What looked like a bar restraint move has been characterized as a “deadly chokehold,” and the “what do we want, when do we want it" crowd is screaming about the murder of an unarmed black man—ignoring the man’s erratic behavior and the plethora of black attacks on innocent New York residents – some avoiding being pushed off the subway platform onto the tracks. Ignoring that Neely has a history of prior arrests and was known by the MTA authorities and police,

Unfortunately, the slimy Soros-funded political hack, Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, will have jurisdiction over the matter.

Helping to inflame the situation, we find the ignorant communist Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez talking up murder…

And, of course, the street scene wouldn’t be complete without racist agitator Al Sharpton who likened the Marine’s actions to that of infamous subway gunman Bernie Goetz who shot four Black youths on a train beneath Manhattan just before Christmas in 1984. Claiming, “We cannot end up back to a place where vigilantism is tolerable.”

Let the excuses begin…

Neely reportedly has been unstable since the 2007 death of his mother, who was strangled to death by her boyfriend and found in a suitcase on the side of the Henry Hudson Parkway.
Neely was a beloved and talented Michael Jackson impersonator.
Neely had a “right” to rage against the system – even though bystanders were triggered and afraid for their lives after several subway stabbings.
Having a mental breakdown in public should not be a death sentence.

How potentially dangerous was Neely?

Five passengers called 911 before and during Neely’s fight with the Marine.
Neely was arrested 42 times across the ten years, with his most recent arrest in November 2021 for slugging a 67-year-old female stranger in the face as she exited a subway station in the East Village. The senior citizen received a broken nose and fractured orbital bone when she was knocked to the sidewalk, along with swelling and “substantial” head pain after hitting the ground.
On June 27, 2019, Neely was arrested for punching a 64-year-old man in the face during a fight in a Greenwich Village subway station.
Neely received four months in jail after an August 2015 arrest for the attempted kidnapping of a 7-year-old girl.

And about the lax New York authorities…

The progressive prosecutors allowed Neely to plead to felony assault, where he received 15 months in an alternative-to-incarceration program that, if completed, would have allowed him to plead to misdemeanor assault and get a conditional discharge.

Bottom line…

A brave citizen stood up to protect the man from harming himself or others – assisted by two other individuals, one black and one white, who apparently also thought Neely was a potential danger. I see a concerned citizen caught in an unfortunate situation, not a murderer.

I also see the progressive communist democrats lining up their shock troops to rage, riot, loot, and scoot – as a further distraction from the regime’s woes and to generate chaos and confusion.

We are so screwed if we discourage self-defense and good citizenship to protect others. Indeed, the police will not protect you, and the prosecutors won’t prosecute if the police intervene.

INSANE: AMERICA IS FUNDING OUR ENEMIES

Our government, the legislators, and the bureaucracy are selling out America…

Not so coincidently, the bio-warfare gain of function research that morphed into a worldwide pandemic was funded by the United States government, specifically NIH (National Institutes of Health), USAID (United States Agency for International Development), NSF (National Science Foundation), through direct grants and cut-out payments to the private non-profit EcoHealth Alliance—one of the reasons that the United States cannot pursue claims against China in an international court.

It appears that the U.S. government doesn’t provide money and technology to our Communist Chinese enemies, except when we do.

Making it imperative that our premier intelligence and law enforcement agencies begin investigating legislators, from President Biden on down, to publicly disclose those with funding ties to China – primarily through American cut-out companies, consultancies, lobbyists, and law firms.

Suppose we are contemplating a war with China. In that case, it’s time to secure our supply lines, increase our manufacturing capability, strengthen our military, and remove traitors trying to destroy America from within. I would suggest primarily progressive communist democrats and RINOs (Republicans In Name Only).

And why, might you ask, are we shipping taxpayer funds to nations hostile to the United States or oppose us in the United Nations when Communist Russia and China have no problem attaching strings to their funding and foreclosing on assets when loans default?

IS LINDSEY GRAHAM PREPARING TO SELL OUT THE CONSTITUTION AND THE GOP?

Once again, Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) has jumped the aisle to join with the despicable progressive communist democrat, Senator Richard “Da Nang Dick” Blumenthal (D-CT), in advancing the EARN IT (Eliminating Abusive and Rampant Neglect of Interactive Technologies) Act.

The purpose of the deceptively named EARN IT legislation was to combat online child sexual exploitation by requiring tech companies to comply with a set of best practices for preventing and reporting such content.

Again, the progressive communist democrats are employing their favorite “it’s for the children” scam, this time to protect children from accessing CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material). Ironic because it is the progressive communist democrats who are flooding the schools with alphabet (LGTBQ+XYZ) pornography and encouraging young children to seek “gender-affirming healthcare,” which is a euphemism for chemical castration and genital mutilation.

The bill's real intent is to strengthen Section 230 and other internet protections for platform operators to give the government a larger club to demand compliance with rules and regulations that would undermine free speech and privacy protections to promote censorship and destroy any services that offer end-to-end encrypted messaging.

Ironically, the bill would disproportionately harm marginalized communities who rely on encryption to protect their privacy and safety.

What should worry you…

Threats to encryption: The EARN IT Act would create a commission that would set “voluntary” (at first) best practices for online platforms to follow to combat child exploitation. However, like all government commissions, hyper-partisan or ideologically-driven commissioners could use the Act to undermine encryption standards and force companies to weaken their encryption, which could put the privacy and security of users at risk.
Decreased freedom of speech: The EARN IT Act could lead to a chilling effect on free speech and the spread of information online. The Act's broad language could be interpreted in a way that would require online platforms to moderate speech beyond just child sexual exploitation, which could be used to censor political speech.
Increased liability for online platforms: The EARN IT Act would remove protections from online platforms that currently shield them from legal liability for content posted by their users. This can lead to online platforms over-censoring content to avoid legal liability – or to use ill-defined reasons to censor content or de-platform dissident or contrarian voices using vague definitions of misinformation and disinformation. It should be noted that the most significant source of disinformation is always the government. Perhaps all government information should be tagged “potential propaganda” and fact-checkers publicly associated with their work.

It appears that the EARN IT Act has several potential unintended consequences that could negatively impact the internet and the rights of its users. While combatting online child exploitation is important, it's crucial to ensure that any legislation aimed at achieving this goal does not infringe upon our individual rights and freedoms.

IS ROBERT F. KENNEDY AN ANTI-SEMITE?

If Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., is not an anti-Semite, why is he paling around with the notorious anti-White, anti-America, anti-Semite Louis Farrakhan, the leader of a radical paramilitary group known as the Nation of Islam?

JILL BIDEN: THE FACE OF ELDER ABUSE

Don’t get me wrong. I believe that President Joe Biden is a despicable corrupt racist who has done significant damage to the United States – damage that may take decades to resolve. I also believe President Joe Biden is an elderly, cognitively-impaired individual being pumped full of drugs and pushed onto a stage and told what to say and do by his handlers – and even then, he screws it up, lapsing into incoherence or his old standby, anger.

So I believe that Joe Biden is being abused by those who derive political power from his very existence – even though Biden should be allowed to enjoy his remaining years peaceably. There is no way he can competently assist in any defense on corruption charges, so he should shuffle off to watching Matlock re-runs and eating chocolate chip ice cream in a waffle cone.

Nearly a dozen aides and advisers in Biden world described the first lady as someone who has grown more willing to endure the rigors and demands of being in the political spotlight herself — and more convinced of her husband’s fit for the job. Close advisers say she feels a comfort level with her role inside the White House, balancing the ceremonial responsibilities of the office with the weight of serving as a trusted adviser to the president.

[OCS: I do not recall voting for a co-president or even a president that needs advice from his ill-informed wife while being surrounded by subject-matter experts whose official duties are to advise the president. The idea that she is privy to the Presidential Daily Brief and may weigh in on its contents is scary. But so are progressive communist democrats entrusted with this nation’s safety and security. The idea that she believes Joe Biden is fit for a full-time job is belied by his severely restricted daily schedule, excessive vacation time, and inability to handle an open press conference with unfriendly reporters who do not feed his press people the questions in advance.]

Advisers are envisioning a role for Jill Biden on the campaign in which she serves as a character witness for her family — especially Hunter Biden — and a conduit to suburban swing voters who, they believe, relate to her.

“She sees herself as a wife and a mom and a nana. And what wife, mom and Nana wouldn’t defend their family?” one senior Biden adviser said. “She is going to defend her family and take issues with attacks on her family. But she has been in politics a long time. And so they’re well aware that nasty attacks have come in the past and they’ll come now and they’ll come in the future.”

She was reluctant about Biden running in 2020 but ultimately came around to his conviction that he was the best candidate to take on Donald Trump in that political moment. As first lady, she has had a consistent presence within her husband’s close-knit team. Some aides have described her as “the closer” — the confidant the president trusts to give him unfiltered advice before he reaches a decision. <Source>

[OCS: Is Jill Biden blind, stupid, or so power-hungry that she ignores reality as she compares her husband’s physical and mental state to that of former President Trump, or for that matter, any other potential candidate? Even if she knows or expects that the 25th Amendment or a health crisis will remove Joe Biden from office, her decision to assist the progressive communist democrats in using Joe Biden is prima facie elder abuse.]

Bottom line…

Elder abuse refers to intentional or negligent acts that harm or cause distress to an older person, typically aged 60 or above. Neglect occurs when a caregiver fails to protect an older person from harm.

In my mind, unlike her portrayal by the progressive media propagandists, she is not a resolute hero but a complicit abuser of a demented old man. And in doing so, she is abusing the United States by enabling the progressive communist democrats and their manipulation of foreign and domestic policies. I also believe the éminence grise, the radical power behind the throne, is Anita Dunn, who openly called mass murderer Mao Tse Tung one of her favorite political philosophers and quoted Mao on how to "fight your war."

Not only is Joe screwed, but “We the People” are screwed by his presence, his Vice President, and his entire toxic communist-infiltrated and run party.

ARE YOU CRAZY?

Americans are known for sacrificing safety, security, and privacy for convenience and to show they, too, are hip with the latest gadget.

But how many people consider the ramifications of exposing the details of your life to a third-party app provider with a history of aggregating and selling your history to advertisers, researchers, and, yes, government agencies? Even hardware and operating system vendors collect data from their users, usually in the guise of improving their products and services, such as personalizing recommendations in an App Store or improving location-based services.

There should be no doubt that the most significant revenue streams often come from big pharma with their recurrent mega-profitable revenue from ongoing drug therapies. What might they pay to access a profiled audience with specific habits or ailments?

Apple Plans iPhone Journaling App in Expansion of Health Initiatives
Daily activities log is set to compete with existing software

Apple Inc. is planning an iPhone app to let users compile their daily activities as part of its efforts in the market for mental and physical health technology, according to documents viewed by The Wall Street Journal.

The software will compete in a category of so-called journaling apps, such as Day One, which lets users track and record their activities and thoughts. The new Apple product underscores the company’s growing interest in mental health.

In one document describing the app, Apple said journaling is shown to improve mental and physical well-being. Much of Apple’s push into healthcare has been centered around the Apple Watch.

The new app follows a pattern in which Apple provides a platform for developers and often competes with them, including by building apps that have similar features to existing software and sometimes offering them free to users. Some software engineers have taken to calling the practice “sherlocking.” Many large companies, particularly in tech, have been accused of launching products that closely resemble those developed by smaller operators. It couldn’t be determined if Apple plans to charge for the app.

Apple’s app will have the ability to gather much more user data than Day One, providing access to text messages and phone calls, the documents show. Once the Apple app is launched, it will be preloaded onto every iPhone with the latest operating system.

It remains to be seen how the app integrates with the Apple ecosphere – each device and app having its own terms of use and privacy policies. As is its practice, Apple will use its convoluted unilateral terms of service and privacy policies to grant themselves access to your data and to absolve them of responsibility for leaks, whether they are accidental, intentional, or malicious acts by employees with “keys to the kingdom.”]

The Apple journaling app, code-named Jurassic, is designed to help users keep track of their daily lives, according to the documents describing the software. The app will analyze the users’ behavior to determine what a typical day is like, including how much time is spent at home compared with elsewhere, and whether a certain day included something outside the norm, according to the documents.

The app is expected to offer “All Day People Discovery” to detect a user’s physical proximity to other people, and Apple will seek to distinguish between friends outside work and colleagues. <source>

Becoming a surveillance nation.

The U.S. government has implemented various surveillance programs and technologies in recent years, which has led to concerns about the country becoming a surveillance state. Many of these programs purchase data from third-party vendors to circumvent data restrictions that prohibit the government from collecting or storing the same data on their own. These programs include the collection of metadata from phone calls and the monitoring of internet communications.

Social media sites are currently producing information that is used to create detailed profiles of individuals and used for targeted advertising or even sold to third parties. While George Orwell's classic dystopian novel "1984" predicted a totalitarian government collecting information on its citizens, the reality of social media dossiers goes beyond even Orwell's expectations.

Then there are the hidden and unregulated data brokers that collect and sell personal data without the knowledge or consent of individuals. They capture personal information from various sources, including social media platforms, websites, mobile apps, and even public records, creating detailed profiles of individuals that include information such as name, age, gender, address, phone number, email address, social media activity, and purchasing habits. Again, this information is sold to third parties, such as marketers, advertisers, and government agencies.

Even worse, the government’s intelligence and law enforcement agencies may use archived data stored over a period of time to establish “intent,” a user’s state of mind or intentions regarding a particular action or decision, which is an element of most local, state, and federal criminal and civil laws, statutes, rules, and regulations.

And worst of all comes the threat of artificial intelligence, data mining, and machine learning techniques that only heightens data-driven risks to individuals as the new data analysis tools can infringe on civil rights by aggregating and summarizing their activities over time. And possibly indicating that an individual may likely commit a crime in the future. Financial institutions seeking to combat embezzlement, corporations seeking to protect against intellectual property theft, and the military seeking to maintain secrets are researching the possibilities of AI-powered pre-detection that can cripple your efforts to obtain employment, housing, healthcare, travel documents, or other benefits.

A constitutional refresher…

Several constitutional amendments in the United States are associated with information and its use. Some of the key amendments include:

First Amendment: The First Amendment protects your right to freedom of speech, press, religion, assembly, and petition. This amendment is associated with the free flow of information and ideas and the right of individuals to express their opinions and beliefs without censorship, restraint, or government molestation.

Realize that most of the mental health benefits arise from old-fashioned journaling, where you think before you write – and the act of writing solidifies the benefits of journaling. Far different from simply recording and summarizing electronic data.

The Rise of the "Respectable" OBAMA/BIDEN Marxist/Communist?

Many Democrats appear attracted to socialism not as a tool to end racism, sexism, poverty, and, in general, every grievance, real or imagined, that can be exploited for political power but to gain some form of social credit and acceptance. These people act upon their feelings and refuse to take the time, money, and effort to research the toxic history of socialism or the scary reality of today’s politics.

Looking closer, the majority of Democrats attracted to socialism are intellectually lazy, disaffected, unhappy with their present lives or lack of achievement, socially awkward, or bored and looking for entertaining engagement. A few seek to acknowledge a cause greater than themselves in which immersion distracts from the stresses of modern life. Why college-educated middle-class white women should be attracted to socialism makes the point.

The historical horrors of socialism that would typically alienate decent people are ignored.

Many who believe that socialism must prevail over fascism can hardly explain the difference between the ideologies while objectifying a single individual, Donald Trump, as a fascist.

A little background…

Socialism and fascism are two distinct political ideologies with very different advertised goals and characteristics. Both are about gaining and maintaining perpetual political power on behalf of a group of “elites” and their supporting oligarchs.

Socialism is an economic and political system in which the means of production are owned and controlled by the "people" as a whole, typically through the government. The advertised goal of socialism is to create a more equal and just society by reducing inequality, promoting collective ownership and control, and providing universal access to basic goods and services like healthcare, education, and housing. Socialism is often associated with values falsely advertised as democracy, human rights, and social justice.

Fascism, on the other hand, is a political ideology that seeks to establish an authoritarian state in which the state and its leader manipulate individual freedoms. Fascism is characterized by close cooperation between the state and private organizations, which remain unmolested as long as they adhere to state rules and regulations and parrot the regime’s narrative.

Both have elements of authoritarianism, nationalism, and militarism and seek to suppress dissent and opposition, often through violence. The absolute truth is that both are about a group of “elites” gaining and maintaining power over the nation and its population.

Both are diametrically opposed to the American form of democracy, which features inalienable God-given rights, freedom, individualism over the collective, and an entrepreneurial merit-based economic system that has provided an exceptional standard of living, even for those deemed to be relatively poor.

That socialism is about democracy, human rights, and social justice is a lie told by those seeking power.

Call it what it is: communism, the end point of socialism.

While socialism appears to be an unusually diverse ideological movement, it is all about communism – no matter its label. Marxists, classic socialists, democratic socialists, social democrats, progressives, and post-modernists-- all are attempts to disguise its true nature and avoid automatic association with the communism that has killed hundreds of millions and brought misery to even more individuals.

Here is how they attempt to distinguish themselves to sell their brand of toxic bullshit.

Socialism: Socialism is an economic and political system in which the means of production are owned and controlled by the community as a whole, typically through the government.

Some of the labels commonly used to describe socialism include:

Democratic socialism: A form of socialism that emphasizes the importance of democratic institutions and political rights while also advocating for an equal distribution of wealth and resources.
Market socialism: A form of socialism that combines elements of both socialism and capitalism, allowing for a market economy but with the means of production owned by the people.
Revolutionary socialism: A form of socialism that seeks to overthrow the existing social and economic system through revolution, often advocating for violent means if necessary.
Utopian socialism: A form of socialism that seeks to create a perfect society, often through the establishment of communes or other cooperative living arrangements.

Communism: Communism is a political and economic system in which the means of production are owned and controlled by the people, typically through an authoritarian government that requires power to overcome the flaws of human nature.

Some of the labels commonly used to describe communism include:

Marxist-Leninist communism: A form of communism based on the ideas of Karl Marx and Vladimir Lenin, which advocates for a vanguard party to lead the revolution and establish a socialist state.
Maoism: A form of communism based on the ideas of Mao Zedong, which emphasizes the importance of mass mobilization and revolutionary struggle.

Beyond camouflaging the truth, it’s all about taking what is yours, including your labor, intellectual property, real property, or other assets, and redistributing it to someone else to gain or maintain political power.

The simple test: the end goal of socialism is communism, whereas the end goal of American-style democracy is more democracy and entrepreneurial advancement.
