CALIFORNIA: ROLLING TOWARD SUICIDE

Once again, the unelected progressive communist democrats on the California Air Resources Board have created rules and regulations that will affect our economy without legislative consideration or approval from those who purport to represent us. 

California Passes 1st-In-Nation Emission Rules for Trains

The California Air Resources Board (CARB) today passed a new rule aimed at reducing emissions from locomotives when they operate within the state.

Under the In-Use Locomotive Regulation, operators will now be required to pay into a spending account, and the amount will be determined by the emissions they create while operating in California. Companies will be able to use the funds to upgrade to cleaner locomotive technologies. Locomotives also will have a 30-minute idling limit. Additionally, switch, industrial and passenger locomotives built in 2030 or after will be required to operate in zero-emissions configurations while in California, and in 2035 for freight line haul.

“Locomotives are a key part of California’s transportation network, and it’s time that they are part of the solution to tackle pollution and clean our air,” said CARB Chair Liane Randolph. “With the new regulation, we are moving toward a future where all transportation operations in the state will be zero emissions.”

[OCS: Bureaucrats like Liane Randolph are typically lawyers who have spent a significant part of their career in public service, concentrating on politics and procedure with little regard for the disruption they are demanding or an understanding of the science they are using to advance their directives.]

Currently, operational emissions from just one train are worse than those of 400 heavy-duty trucks. To further underscore the impact of locomotive operations in California, emissions reductions from the new regulation are expected to be equal to almost double those emitted by all passenger vehicles in the state between now and 2050. It is projected that the In-Use Locomotive Regulation will contribute the largest reduction in nitrogen oxide emissions toward meeting California air quality standards by the 2037 deadline. 

[OCS: You cannot trust most of what CARB says about emissions as they have a track record of fudging research and lying to the public.

In 2009, it was discovered that CARB had made errors in its calculations of diesel exhaust emissions, which led to the adoption of overly strict regulations that may not have been based on accurate data. The errors were discovered by researchers at the University of California, Riverside, and led to calls for reforms at CARB.

In 2011, an audit found that CARB had mismanaged millions of dollars in public funds intended for air quality programs. The audit revealed that CARB had spent the money on salaries, bonuses, and other expenses that were not related to air quality programs, leading to calls for increased transparency and accountability at the agency.

These and other scandals have raised questions about CARB's effectiveness and credibility in regulating air quality in California. While the agency has taken steps to address some of these issues, there is still ongoing debate about the best way to manage air quality regulations in the state.]

The reduced nitrogen oxide and diesel particulate matter – of which there is no known safe level of exposure – will bring an estimated $32 billion in health savings by preventing 3,200 premature deaths and 1,500 emergency room visits and hospitalizations. It is possible to start working toward the health benefits with the technology that is available now. Cancer risk from exposure to air toxins within one mile of locomotive operations is expected to be reduced by 90%. Many rail operations, particularly in urban areas, tend to be located in places that are home to low-income residents and communities of color, who often bear a disproportionate burden from the impacts of air pollution.

[OCS: There is no way that CARB can legitimately project or claim public health benefits. And, if anything, CARB is complicit in a carbon credits scam that allows local polluters to keep polluting our air, land, and water by purchasing state-authorized indulgences, most of which are paper certificates generated out of thin air by corrupt actors and the Wall Street Wizards. People continue to suffer health effects -- but the companies now have CARB's blessing.]

The new rules offer flexibility to come into compliance, including alternatives to meet milestone deadlines and extensions for reasons that can include issues with available technologies or emergency situations. Funding programs are available, particularly for companies that are taking early action or those looking to go beyond the regulation’s requirements. Funding support may be available through the Carl Moyer Program, Community Air Protection Incentives, Volkswagen Environmental Mitigation Trust, and other programs such as Advanced Technology Demonstration and Pilot Projects funded through the Low Carbon Transportation program. The truth about railroads…

Railroads have historically been one of the most efficient and cost-effective means of transportation, particularly for moving large quantities of goods over long distances. Consider the benefits of rail transit.

  1. Economies of scale: Railroads can transport large quantities of goods at one time, which allows for economies of scale. The cost per unit decreases as the volume of goods being transported increases.

  2. Fuel efficiency: Trains are more fuel efficient than trucks and other vehicles, particularly over long distances. This is because trains use less fuel per ton of freight carried.

  3. Reduced traffic congestion: Railroads have their own dedicated right-of-way, which means they are not subject to traffic congestion on highways or city streets. This can help reduce transportation times and costs.

  4. Lower maintenance costs: Rail infrastructure requires less maintenance than highways or airports. This can help keep transportation costs down.

  5. Environmental benefits: Rail transportation produces fewer greenhouse gas emissions than other transportation modes. This can be an important consideration for virtue-signaling companies looking to reduce their carbon footprint.

Increasing the cost of locomotives or reducing the use of railroads can significantly impact California’s and the nation’s economies, as California is an essential port of entry for international shipments, with businesses relying on intermodal shipping through California.

Tyranny on the back of the global warming hoax…

It’s not that the climate is changing, for it has been perpetually changing since the formation of Earth’s atmosphere and oceans. The hoax is that the progressive communist democrats pretend they can affect the climate with taxation and onerous domestic policies. The truth is that the progressive communist democrats artificially create scarcity, which they hope to manage for perpetual political power.

If CARB was honest…

The California Air Resources Board, which claims it primarily focuses on regulating air pollution and greenhouse gas emissions in California, will comment on all forms of energy generation except nuclear energy.

California has taken steps to phase out nuclear power as part of its clean energy goals which makes little or no sense.

In 2018, California passed a law that requires the state to obtain 100% of its electricity from carbon-free sources by 2045. While nuclear power is a carbon-free energy source, the law does not explicitly mention nuclear energy, and many advocates for low-cost, reliable, and sustainable energy have argued that other renewable energy sources, such as solar and wind power are less cost-effective, reliable, and practical way to achieve the state's clean energy goals.

California has not approved the construction of a new nuclear power plant in over 40 years. The state's last remaining nuclear power plant, Diablo Canyon, is scheduled to be shut down in 2025. The closure of Diablo Canyon is part of the state's efforts to transition to renewable energy sources and reduce its dependence on fossil fuels. 

Sheer idiocy and political corruption at CARB.

Bottom line…

Even if California could achieve its “zero emissions” goal, it would not change the global climate one iota. There is no scientifically accepted method to directly and reliably measure man’s climate signal amid the noise of climate’s natural variability. However, CARB is willing to destroy California’s economy without a demonstrable benefit to our daily lives.

There is no doubt in my mind that government entities are using the issue of global warming as a pretext for implementing policies that implement communism and infringe on people's rights or freedoms—deliberately ignoring nuclear energy and water catchment systems in California to bring about the State’s collapse and the implementation of authoritarian one-party communist control.

CARB and the one-party state must be overturned by concerned voters now, as they might be soon outvoted by illegal aliens who accept corruption and Marxism as a fact of life.

BIDEN & HARRIS 2024: DEFINED BY FAILURE

What can we say about the Democrats and their media propagandists who continue to suggest that a corrupt, cognitively-impaired President, Joe Biden, and an ineffective, incompetent Vice President, Kamala Harris, be returned to office to “finish the job” of destroying the United States from within on behalf of a progressive communist democrat agenda?

My answer: F*CK YOU and your cadre of communists!

Reality…

There is little doubt that a corrupt cognitively-impaired Joe Biden negatively impacts our country's economy, social and political systems, and foreign relations. He and his party are responsible for the political corruption that led to the misallocation of resources, reduced public trust in government, and a lack of transparency in decision-making processes.

Similarly, an ineffective, incompetent Vice President, Kamala Harris, is not able to take on the duties of the President, leaving the country vulnerable to potential threats and instability.

Both have proven unable to make sound decisions or effectively communicate with the American public or other world leaders. This has led to confusion, misinterpretation, and the possibility of mistakes that could have far-reaching consequences, such as armed conflict with a hostile nuclear adversary like Russia, China, North Korea, Pakistan, or soon, Iran.

In addition, the Democrat Party has created a toxic and divisive political environment that has led to racial unrest and violence, eroding the rule of law, damaging democratic institutions, and threatening the stability of an exceptional nation. In the topsy-turvy world of woke, virtue-signaling progressive communist democrats, it has exacerbated social and economic inequalities and undermined the trust and confidence of the Americans in their government.

There should be no doubt that a corrupt and cognitively-impaired leader like Joe Biden is susceptible to manipulation or influence by external actors, which can compromise national security and foreign policy, leading to a loss of strategic advantage, damaged diplomatic relations with our allies and neutral nations – which also threatens international peace and stability. Perhaps why so many government decisions seem to favor China, including the reduced investigation and prosecution of Communist Chinese spies.

As for the corporatized media – cut the cord and let them die the death they deserve for presenting narrative over news, censoring individuals, and failing to speak truth to power as they amplified demonstrable false regime propaganda. The media is criminally complicit in undermining public trust in government and institutions, which led to a breakdown of social cohesion and a rise in racial and sexual extremism and radicalization.

Bottom line…

Truth be told, the Democrat-dominated government, including both its leadership and bureaucracy, is the most prevalent source of disinformation and has resulted in an increase in hate speech, discrimination, intolerance, the erosion of human rights and civil liberties, and criminal activity in our communities. A situation that mirrors the trials and tribulations in America’s Democrat-governed inner cities.

The progressive communist democrats will not be satisfied until they achieve absolute perpetual power over a population that will suffer the equal outcomes of centrally-planned misery like any of the old communist countries.

In 2024, it is crucial for political leaders to prioritize the interests of their country and its citizens over their personal gain or ambition. They must uphold the principles of democracy, the rule of law, and transparency to ensure our nation's stability, prosperity, and security.

Now, we must find and elect such leaders, or we are so screwed.

BIDEN'S BIGGEST PROBLEM IS NOT HIS AGE OR COGNITIVE DEFICIT

Believe it or not, Biden’s biggest problem is not his age, cognitive deficit, abysmal approval rating, or lack of achievement. It is the likelihood that he will not, for whatever reason, finish out a second term and will be replaced by Vice President Kamala Harris. The intersectional idiot-child of American politics. Whereas Biden appears to be a congenital liar, Harris appears to be totally and thoroughly incompetent and incomprehensible.

Although Biden has no positive record of accomplishments and a long list of failures, it appears that the media's talking points are designed to rehabilitate Kamala Harris's terrible reputation. That she (she/her) made significant contributions to various policy areas and achieved several notable accomplishments is a bald-faced lie and a lesson in gaslighting the American public.

  1. COVID-19 Response: Harris played a leading role in the Biden administration's response to the COVID-19 pandemic. She helped in the distribution of vaccines and also advocated for the American Rescue Plan, which provided much-needed relief to millions of Americans affected by the pandemic.

She led diplomatic efforts to improve conditions in Central America and worked to create a more humane immigration system that prioritizes family unity and respects the dignity of all individuals.

    [OCS: The Southern border is wide open; and drugs, criminals, and terrorists mixed with millions of illegal aliens are flowing into our nation and consuming our safety net resources like a hoard of locusts.]

  3. Voting Rights: Harris has been a strong advocate for voting rights, calling on Congress to pass the For the People Act and the John Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act to protect voting rights for all Americans.

    [OCS: The legislation had little to do with repairing, replacing, or building out our nation's essential infrastructure. It mostly targeted union contracts, state bailouts, and social engineering projects.]

  6. Climate Change: Harris was a strong advocate for climate action, working to advance the Biden administration's goal of achieving net-zero emissions by 2050. She also played a vital role in the United States re-entry into the Paris Agreement on climate change.

  8. LGBTQ+ Rights: Harris has long supported LGBTQ+ rights and worked to advance the Biden administration's agenda to promote equality for all Americans. She also became the first Vice President to march in a Pride Parade.

  9. Diplomacy: Harris played a critical role in the Biden administration's efforts to rebuild America's relationships with its allies and partners worldwide. She visited several countries and engaged in high-level diplomacy, including meeting with world leaders to strengthen ties and address common challenges.

    [OCS: Our allies can no longer trust us and they are cozying up to powers hostile to America. Destroyed the Middle East, Afghanistan, and now the Ukraine sinkhole.]

  10. Education: Harris was a strong advocate for expanding access to education and worked to promote policies that help students and families succeed. She supported the American Families Plan, which would significantly invest in early childhood education, affordable childcare, and higher education.

Bottom line…

That Kamala Harris has made significant contributions to a wide range of policy areas during her tenure as Vice President is a lie. She is a clear and present danger to our nation as she muddles through her days. The chance that this addle-brained woman (whatever that may be) could become the President of the United States is the single best reason to vote against Joe Biden.

2024: THE DEMOCRAT CIRCLE OF CORRUPTION

Now that the demented lying old fart, Joe Biden, has announced his intention to run in the 2024 election, perhaps it is time to see the progressive communist democrats in the light of reality.

You would be hard-pressed to name a single Biden accomplishment or list any initiative that did not end in gross failure. Afghanistan, Ukraine, inflation, and the destruction of energy dependence come immediately to mind. 

All the progressive communist democrats have to sell Americans is fear, division, and the idea that one individual, former President Donald Trump, represents an existential threat to destroy democracy.

How corrupt are the Democrats?

Consider Biden's very first endorsement came from a liar, leaker, and evidence fabricator, the despicable Adam Schiff (D-CA).

“I’ve known President Biden for well over two decades. When I endorsed him back in 2020, I knew that he was the best qualified to step into the presidency and lead us out of the crises we were facing. And that he would return a sense of normalcy to our country after four disastrous years of Trump. He did that and so much more. That’s why I’m endorsing him — on Day One. – Adam Schiff.”

Followed by former anti-America, anti-white, anti-Semitic communist President Barack Obama.

Former President Obama boosted President Biden’s reelection bid on Tuesday, saying, “Let’s get to work” to reelect Biden. 

“Proud of all that @JoeBiden and his administration have accomplished these last few years. He’s delivered for the American people — and he’ll continue to do so once he’s re-elected. Let’s get to work!” Obama said, retweeting Biden’s video announcement and including a link to Biden’s campaign website. 

Both, full well knowing that Biden is cognitively impaired and unable to physically and mentally serve as the President of the United States and the country will continue to be stage-managed by Obama's progressive communist democrat acolytes. 

Despite an unprecedented attack on Donald Trump by the Obama Administration, the Hillary Clinton campaign, and both the legacy and social media – from his candidacy through his presidency, the nation seemed to be heading in the right direction domestically and making historic gains in foreign policy.  We were not facing significant inflation or a potential nuclear war.

Enter the progressive communist democrats and their unconstitutional election changes, and our nation slid faster and farther toward the abyss. We are near recession, on the precipice of a significant conflict with nuclear-armed enemies, and our energy industry, the lifeblood of our nation, is being deliberately destroyed.'

We are facing a crisis of historic proportions while the progressive communist democrats are spinning up their machine.

Spinning up the machine: The “Circle of Corruption” …

We must investigate and prosecute those who have committed offenses against the United States and American citizens.

Corruption in politics is a widespread problem not limited to a single political party.

However, both parties are not equally as guilty. By an overwhelming margin, the progressive communist democrats are a clear and present danger to our nation. On a greatly diminished scale, the establishment RINOs (Republicans in Name Only) who are eager to jump the aisle and join the Democrats have enabled their corruption and, dare I say it, treason.

A problem that undermines the rule of law weakens public trust in government and can have severe social and economic consequences. It can take many forms, from outright bribery and embezzlement to more subtle forms of influence-peddling and favoritism like that of the Biden crime family.

The political circle of corruption often involves a small group of individuals at the top who work together to further their own interests at the expense of the broader public interest. This can include politicians who use their position to steer contracts and other benefits to their friends and associates, bureaucrats who demand bribes in exchange for providing services, and businesspeople who use their financial resources to influence government policies and decisions. This can also include mega-donors seeking special consideration from the government. 

Consider that an untalented drug addict could earn hundreds of millions in dollars selling access and possibly classified information to hostile foreign powers designated as enemies of America. And that the circle of power, including our nation’s premier intelligence and law enforcement, joined with the media to protect this traitor.

Combatting corruption requires a multifaceted approach that addresses the root causes of corruption and promotes transparency, accountability, and ethical behavior in government and society as a whole. This can include strengthening legal and regulatory frameworks to prevent corrupt practices, promoting a culture of transparency and accountability through increased public participation and access to information, and building the capacity of public institutions to detect and prosecute corruption.

Individuals can also play a critical role in combating corruption by reporting corrupt practices and refusing to engage in or support corrupt activities. This can help to build public awareness and momentum for anti-corruption efforts and create a culture of zero tolerance for corruption.

Addressing the political circle of corruption requires a sustained and coordinated effort across multiple sectors and stakeholders to promote a more transparent, accountable, and ethical political system.

Bottom line…

I am loathe even to suggest giving additional political power to those who created America’s foreign and domestic problems. And those who demand additional police and surveillance power to remedy the problems they created.

To say we are screwed at this point in time is an understatement.

It’s up to you. Sit this one out, and you risk your life, your family, your future, and our exceptional nation. Once on the progressive communist democrat path and there is no turning back.

Hold your nose if you must, but the GOP must have an overwhelming majority in the House and the Senate and capture the Presidency. It is no longer enough to hold the line; we must break the circle of corruption.

Unexpected, Fox fires Tucker Carlson.

The media world, both on the right and the left, seems to be stunned that Tucker Carlson, the single most influential voice on cable television, was fired by Fox for unknown reasons. Unlike Bill O’Reilly, then the most influential voice on cable television, which Fox fired for sexual shenanigans, the reasons behind Carlson’s firing are unknown and subject to speculation. Are Maria Bartiromo and Jeanine Pirro next? Some suggest that Fox is considering selling to an institutional investor and that Carlson's presence might impede the sale. But who knows?

  • NEW YORK — April 24, 2023 — FOX News Media and Tucker Carlson have agreed to part ways. We thank him for his service to the network as a host and prior to that as a contributor.
  • Mr. Carlson’s last program was Friday, April 21st. Fox News Tonight will air live at 8 PM/ET starting this evening as an interim show helmed by rotating FOX News personalities until a new host is named.

According to Bill O'Reilly, Fox was reluctant to dismiss Carlson, who is the second highest-rated shot after "The Five" and the network's most recognizable on-air personality.

However, there are at least two lawsuits coming and one potential lawsuit to be filed. It appears that an individual may have taped some embarrassing internal discussions and could release these tapes to the public if her lawsuit is not settled.

Also, it may be that the 60 Minutes coverage of Ray Epps may have been setting Fox up for another lawsuit. Then there are the potential lawsuits from the shareholders

Even more surprising is the news that Obama's acolyte, Susan Rice, was leaving – some say abandoning – the Biden Administration.

Long thought to be the éminence grise behind the Biden Administration, it appears that Susan Rice may be moving on to another Obama-approved position with the opposition party. Some wonder if Rice will be joining Michele Obama in an election bid since President Joe Biden is no longer a realistically viable candidate capable of holding his own on the debate stage, let alone as the President of the United States.

Most Americans do not want to vote for an 81-year-old cognitively impaired candidate, so the knives are out. How else can you explain all the anti-Biden corruption leaks coming out of government intelligence, law enforcement, and other Obama-influenced agencies?

Failed Biden Domestic Policy Chief Susan Rice Out, Losses On Guns, Student Loans

  • President Joe Biden’s domestic policy adviser, Susan Rice, is stepping down from her post next month, multiple current and former senior administration officials told NBC News.
  • The move brings to a close Rice’s prolific, wide-ranging, and at times controversial tenure overseeing Biden’s domestic agenda — including some of the thorniest political issues, such as immigration policy. During her more than two years in the role, Biden has signed executive and legislative actions on health care, gun safety, student loans, policing, and other key priorities for Democrats.
  • Rice’s last day in the White House will be May 26, according to a senior administration official.

  • "I was informed this morning by my agent that I have been terminated by CNN. I am stunned," he wrote.

It must refer to the radical left-wing shock troops because the right wing very rarely takes to the street, and they are known to be mostly peaceful, even when infiltrated by the government, Black Lives Matter, and Antifa activists.

  • Georgia’s Fulton County district attorney, Fani Willis, said Monday in a letter to local law enforcement she’d announce her charging decisions during the state Superior Court’s term that begins July 11 and ends Sept. 1.
  • The probe centers on possible interference in the 2020 election by former President Donald Trump.
  • Willis said in January that an announcement on indictments was “imminent.”
  • In the letter Monday to Fulton County Sheriff Patrick Labat, Willis she urged him to prepare for backlash over her decision, saying: “Open-source intelligence has indicated the announcement of decisions, in this case, may provoke a significant public reaction. … We have seen in recent years that some may go outside of public expressions of opinion that are protected by the First Amendment to engage in acts of violence that will endanger the safety of our community. As leaders, it is incumbent on us to prepare.”

Bottom line...

Surprise, surprise -- big money and big politics are in play, and "We the People" have little or nothing to do with the outcome.

This is pure gaslighting: “60 Minutes” own video shows Epps encouraging an attack on the Capitol. Yet federal law enforcement officials have given him a free pass.

Bill Whitaker: If you're wondering what the FBI has to say about all this - for the past two years it has said nothing. After repeated queries by 60 Minutes, late this past week the Bureau issued this statement – quote – "Ray Epps has never been an FBI source or an FBI employee."

The sad truth is that the FBI is corrupt, partisan, and untrustworthy – proven guilty of altering documents, lying to the Court under oath, and fabricating false narratives. Their word is worthless.

In the follow-up segment, 60 Minutes Overtime, the headline reads, “Jan. 6 committee staffer: ‘Zero evidence that Ray Epps was a federal agent.’”

Bill Whitaker: Tom Joscelyn is a researcher and author, one of the country's top terrorism experts …  tapped by the January 6th Committee to help write its final report, which found evidence far-right extremists like the Proud Boys planned and executed the breach of the Capitol. He says the committee interviewed Epps – and found he wasn't important enough to put in the report.

Tom Joscelyn: I wouldn't defend Ray Epps or anybody else on Capitol grounds that day. I would just defend the facts. So the idea that he's leading the charge or really orchestrating it is just contradicted by this mountain range of evidence. And that's what the conspiracy theorists want you to, want you to do, right? They don't want you to look at this mountain range of evidence. They want you to turn around and focus on this pebble on the ground named Ray Epps. They also don't want you to look at what President Trump was saying and doing.

Unfortunately, we have seen the illegally constituted House Select Committee to Investigate the January 6th Attack on the United States Capitol was deeply corrupt, partisan, and had no problem manipulating sworn testimony or documentary evidence as they ignored their duty in a frantic effort to find Donald Trump culpable of a prosecutable crime that would stop a 2024 campaign run for the presidency.

Is Ray Epps part of a January 6 delusional conspiracy theory, as the progressive communist democrats allege, or is there something more?

What we think we know:

  1. Ray Epps was on the scene the day before and the day of the January 6 protest, as evidenced by video recordings.

  2. Ray Epps appears to be captured performing activities that have never been fully explained in an adversarial proceeding.

  3. Ray Epps briefly appeared on an FBI wanted poster and was promptly removed.

  4. Ray Epps was never arrested, jailed, or treated like other January 6 protesters, some of whom were imprisoned in horrible conditions awaiting trial. A clear violation of their civil rights while government prosecutors denied access to exculpatory evidence.

  5. The legacy media continues to falsely paint the “mostly peaceful” January 6 activities as an insurrection, which is prima facie ludicrous.

  6. Several people who self-identified as Trump supporters were “camouflaged” opposition activists and agitators. Some being undercover government officers and intelligence operatives or informers.

  7. The legacy media continues to protect the narrative surrounding January 6, including the shocking death of Ashley Babbitt, who a Capitol Police Officer unnecessarily shot, and Rosanne Boyland, who died under unknown circumstances involving police officers.

  8. There has been no comprehensive investigation of House, Senate, Capitol Police, and D.C. Metropolitan Police Department leadership whose bad judgment, or worse, was a precipitating factor.

  9. The government cannot be trusted to reveal the truth and has resisted efforts for full public disclosure, sometimes under the flimsiest of excuses for withholding information.

So why do we see the legacy media’s defense of Ray Epps?

What is the purpose of this relatively worthless distraction?

What is about to happen or be revealed?

Is it a mistake?

Except under the progressive communist democrats, Americans are considered innocent until proven guilty. Ray Epps has never been found guilty of anything. Did a misinterpretation of his own words do in Ray Epps?

Bill Whitaker: Epps says he left the Capitol grounds to help evacuate an injured man. The time: 2:54 p.m.

Ray Epps: I looked back at the Capitol, and there was people crawlin' up the Capitol walls. And it looked like, it looked terrible. I mean, I was kind of ashamed of what, what was goin' on at that point. So I started to walk out.

Bill Whitaker: He told us that's when he sent this text to his nephew. Conspiracists saw it as the true confession of an agent provocateur.

Bill Whitaker: "I was in front with a few others. I also orchestrated it."  Explain this to me.

Ray Epps: I was boasting to my nephew. I helped get people there. I was directing people to the Capitol that morning.

Bill Whitaker: You know how this sounds?

Ray Epps: I know exactly how it sounds. I've been scolded by my wife for using that word. I shouldn't have used that word.

Bill Whitaker: When you add up all of these things, as your critics have done, you've given them a lot of ammunition to paint you as this instigator.

Ray Epps: There was an effort to make me a scapegoat.

Bottom line…

The key take-aways: one, hundreds of protesters were hunted down and prosecuted while Epps went free despite video evidence of involvement in inciting the crowd; and two, the FBI responded to 60 Minutes but refused to answer to Congress when under oath. 

We are so screwed when we can’t trust our government and its media propagandists to tell the news, not the narrative.

American Express Global Business Travel and Welcome.US have reportedly teamed up with former Presidents Obama, Clinton and George W. Bush's nongovernmental organization (NGO) called Miles4Migrants to fly migrants to communities across the U.S.

Welcome.US is an NGO that was initially launched to work with President Joe Biden's administration to facilitate some of the 85,000 Afghans who came into the U.S. in 2021 and 2022 after the debacle created when the U.S. evacuated from Afghanistan, according to Breitbart. 

Welcome.US is also linked to billionaire George Soros's Open Society Foundation through some of his board members sitting on their "National Welcome Council."

Now Miles4Migrants and American Express Global Business Travel are reportedly teaming up with Welcome.US to raise money for migrants from Cuba, Haiti, Venezuela, Ukraine and Nicaragua to be flown into communities across the country. 

"Donations are needed to fund the flights for newcomers to travel to the United States," the initiative's webpage reads.  <Read More>

It’s all another tax-exempt organization to pay political operatives between elections and as a reward for “taking one for the team.”

CLIMATE CHANGE: ADAM SCHIFF IS FULL OF HOT AIR

There are few worse than Representative Adam Schiff (D-CA), a Harvard-trained lawyer, who is a liar, leaker, and a known manipulator and falsifier of evidence. And if not for the Constitution’s Speech and Debate Clause would be a bankrupt, disbarred ambulance chaser. More than almost everyone else in Congress, Schiff has made a mockery of the Constitution, the rule of law, due process, and justice—a despicable person who doesn’t even deserve to clean the toilets in the Senate.

Stephen, this Earth Day, I hope you will give me a chance to explain the stakes of the climate fight, what we’ve done, and where we need to go from here.

First, the stakes — the United Nations’ Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change issued a report last month that said that if we do not cut our emissions in half this decade, the Earth will warm to catastrophic levels by the 2030s, and we will fail the mission set forth in the 2015 Paris Climate Agreement.

[OCS: The United Nations’ Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change is not a credible or trustworthy organization as they are complicit in cherry-picking research reports, suppressing contrarian viewpoints from well-educated and experienced professionals in the field, and exaggerating their findings with extreme narratives to raise funding and attract media attention. The group refuses to answer fundamental climate questions in open debate. Over the years, the group has been forced to revise many of its so-called findings or predictions to cover gross errors and deliberate misinformation.

The 2015 Paris Climate Agreement is little more than a plan to re-distribute wealth and to convey that distribution authority to self-serving individuals and organizations who will amass and abuse great political power.]

Now, what we’ve done: Thanks to Democrats’ Inflation Reduction Act that President Biden signed last summer, the United States has made the single largest investment in clean energy in our history. The investments are projected to cut our carbon emissions by 40 percent relative to 2005 levels. It’s a good start, and also helps make clean energy more affordable for folks like you — like with the $7,500 electric vehicle tax credit.

[OCS: The misnamed “Inflation Reduction Act” is a lie as it imprudently ramps up inflationary spending. No amount of taxes or spending on green projects can alter the global climate or even the hemispheric climate one iota. The fact that the most significant influence on our local weather, ENSO (El Niño-Southern Oscillation), is ill-understood and relatively unpredictable -- exposing the falsity of those using imperfect models and highly manipulated data to create narratives for gaining and consolidating political power.]

But we still must do more. The United States must be a global leader in the climate fight. Donald Trump and the Republican Party have squandered precious time that we should have spent accelerating our transition to clean energy and ending our destructive reliance on fossil fuels. In 2024, we need to protect the White House, our Senate majority, and retake the House.

[OCS: As long as the global emitters of pollution, China, India, and Russia, continue unabated, we are weakening America in favor of hostile foreign powers. Global climate plays out over enormous time periods like eons, not years, decades, or even a thousand years. Since we do not know the optimum temperature of the Earth in terms of pole-to-equator findings and cannot directly measure man’s climate signal amid the noise of a changing climate’s natural variability, this is far from the global emergency as described by the progressive communist democrats and their globalist allies.

We are not prepared for a transition to expensive green energy. In Schiff’s State of California, there are already power shortages, brownouts, and blackouts – along with an urgent plea not to charge your electric vehicle, do your laundry, or run your air conditioner during certain hours.

Give the progressive communist democrats the House, the Senate, and the Presidency, and you are committing national suicide. We have a cognitively impaired President who is being manipulated like a puppet by the dark forces of Marxism. Likewise, two of our Democrat Senators (Feinstein and Fetterman) are cognitively incapable of governing on behalf of their constituents or nation.]

The Inflation Reduction Act is the first step toward passing a Green New Deal, of which I am a proud cosponsor and which was re-introduced this week.

[OCS: The Green New Deal is little more than the socialist/communist agenda to weaken and finally destroy America from within by destroying the economy, our military, our institutions, and our national identity. The sad truth is that green energy Is toxic, inefficient, and unprofitable.]

We must abolish the Senate filibuster. Pass more bold climate legislation. And defeat any MAGA Republican and dark money efforts to stand in our way.

[OCS: By abolishing the Senate filibuster, we are defeating one of the last checks and balances in our constitutional process and handing the majority party almost absolute power, which corrupts absolutely.]

Nothing less than the future of life on Earth is at stake.

[OCS: Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is the most radical of the communists in Congress, far to the left of even Bernie Sanders. This is the opposite of an endorsement; it should be a condemnation!]

Bottom line…

What makes Adam Schiff so dangerous is not the probability of becoming one of California’s most progressive Senators but the massive multi-million dollar campaign war chest he is amassing that might allow him to purchase a position in the government. Schiff, as a cabinet-level officer, possibly as the U.S. Attorney General, would be disastrous for the nation. 

As we have seen on numerous occasions, Adam Schiff is willing to stand before the American public and tell bald-faced lies.
