Why do Republicans like Matt Gaetz chase notoriety by singling him out for attack?

[OCS: Representative Matt Gaetz (R-FL), one of the more strident voices in the House, has observed the antics of Adam Schiff since 2017 and appears unafraid to openly challenge his behavior and ethics. Compared to the laughable actions of media-whore Schiff, Gaetz's love of the spotlight is minimal. Witness the unseemly shuffle as Representative Jerry Nadler (D-NY) beat  Schiff (D-CA), the lead impeachment manager, to the lectern microphone.]

We know why: Because they fear that if Adam has been brave enough to stand up to Trump and weather his attacks for all these years, that he will hold the rest of them accountable next if he’s in the Senate.

  • Partisan and deceptive handling of the impeachment inquiry against President Donald Trump as the lead impeachment manager in the first impeachment trial of President Trump.

  • A vocal defender of the FBI's illegal use of Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrants during the investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election. And continued to minimize their illegitimacy.

  • Promoting a false narrative and misleading the public about the evidence of collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia as the leading voice in the investigation into allegations of collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia during the 2016 election. Openly lied about the Nunes Memo which was later revealed as accurate and Schiff's memo full of distortions and outright lies.

  • Schiff was accused on many occasions of leaking sensitive information to the media during the impeachment inquiry and the Russia investigation.

  • Schiff was criticized for his handling of the faux whistleblower complaint that led to the first impeachment inquiry against President Trump. It appears that he had coordinated with the whistleblower and did not follow proper protocol.

    In 2019, Schiff appeared to have prior knowledge of the Ukraine whistleblower complaint that led to the second impeachment inquiry against President Trump.

    In 2019, Schiff's former staff member Sean Misko was accused of colluding with the Ukraine whistleblower to bring down President Trump. Schiff was either a participant or aware of the collusion and did not take any action against his staff member.

  • In 2020, Schiff was investigated by the House Ethics Committee for alleged violations of the House's Code of Conduct. The investigation centered around allegations that he had engaged in political activity outside of his official duties.

  • Schiff was a prominent figure in the investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election led by Special Counsel Robert Mueller. He often made public statements that were premature or unfounded.

  • Schiff was criticized for his handling of the COVID-19 pandemic, particularly his support for lockdown measures and his criticism of former President Trump's response to the pandemic.

  • Schiff is guilty of being biased and partisan, particularly in his role as the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee. He has used his position to promote a political agenda and to attack his opponents.

  • Schiff has faced criticism for his connections to Ed Buck, a Democratic donor and political activist who was found guilty of drugging and killing two young black men in his home as well as a pattern of sexual perversity. Schiff received campaign donations from Buck and has been accused of not doing enough to hold him accountable for his actions.

  • Schiff was a member of the House Select Committee on Benghazi and was criticized for defending then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's handling of the attack. Schiff appeared more interested in protecting Clinton than in getting to the truth of the matter.

Bottom line…

I would have to agree with former President Trump that Schiff is a liar, leaker, fraud, and partisan hack. 

It would be a catastrophe to reward perfidy and treason and send this douchebag to the Senate in 2024.

MESSAGE TO THE GOP: THE ONLY PEOPLE TALKING ABOUT "THE NORMS" ARE THE LOSERS

Who gives a damn about “norms” except the losers?

Established norms and customs are generally considered important for maintaining order, social cohesion, and cultural identity. However,  they should be abandoned:

  • When they are discriminatory: If established norms and customs discriminate against specific individuals or groups based on their gender, race, ethnicity, religion, or other factors, they should not be followed. Instead, equality and fairness should be prioritized.

  • When they are harmful: If established norms and customs promote harmful practices such as violence, abuse, or discrimination, they should not be upheld. The safety and well-being of individuals should be prioritized.

  • When they prevent progress: Sometimes, established norms and customs can impede progress and development, such as in the case of outdated traditions that hinder technological or scientific advancements. In such cases, it may be necessary to break with tradition to move forward.

  • When they conflict with the law: If established norms and customs conflict with the law, the law should take precedence. This may occur in cases where customs violate human rights. 

  • When they impede personal growth: Sometimes, established norms and customs can be restrictive and limit personal growth or individual expression. In these cases, it may be necessary to challenge or break with tradition to realize one’s potential fully.

  • When they are little more than talking points: Wishful thinking by losers who want to create a mythical past life that did not exist in reality.

The way it is isn’t the way it is supposed to be …

If you haven’t noticed, starting with former President Barack Obama, an anti-Semitic, anti-America communist, and continuing with President Joe Biden, a corrupt, cognitively-impaired racist, the progressive communist democrats have abandoned the U.S. Constitution and are ruling by fiat – Executive Orders that bypass all checks-and-balances built into our Constitutional system by our founders.

The way it was, ain’t what “We the People” want it to be…

The GOP appears to be living in the past where it was able to bamboozle folks with its bullshit about family values, fiscal restraint, smaller government, lower taxes, and fewer regulations while joining the progressive democrats in raping our treasury on behalf of the special interests that kept them in office. A gentleman’s agreement to scream and pound the desk while actually “going along to getting along.”

What the GOP told you…

Here are some of the core values and principles that were said to guide Republican policies and political positions:

  1. Limited Government: Republicans generally believe in limiting the federal government's size and scope and promoting individual responsibility and self-reliance.

  2. Fiscal Conservatism: Republicans believe in fiscal responsibility and balanced budgets. They support lower taxes and reduced government spending and are generally opposed to government intervention in the economy.

  3. Strong National Defense: Republicans believe in a strong national defense and support a robust military. They also tend to favor a proactive foreign policy and are often skeptical of international organizations and agreements.

  4. Traditional Values: Republicans generally support conventional social values, including a pro-life stance on abortion, support for traditional marriage, and a belief in personal responsibility and self-reliance.

  5. Individual Liberty: Republicans value individual liberty and believe in protecting the rights of individuals, including freedom of speech, religion, and the right to bear arms.

  6. Free Market Capitalism: Republicans generally support unrestrained market capitalism and oppose excessive government regulation and interference in the economy.

  7. Limited Government Regulation: Republicans generally believe that government regulation should be limited and focused on protecting public health and safety rather than interfering with business and economic activity.

  8. Personal Responsibility: Republicans tend to emphasize personal responsibility and self-reliance and believe that individuals should take responsibility for their own lives and actions.

  9. Law and Order: Republicans typically support vigorous law enforcement and strict criminal penalties and believe in upholding the rule of law.

  10. Pro-Business Policies: Republicans generally support pro-business policies such as lower taxes, reduced regulation, and free trade, believing that these policies promote economic growth and job creation.

  11. Immigration Reform: Republicans tend to support immigration reform emphasizing border security, enforcement of existing laws, and a merit-based system for legal immigration.

  12. States’ Rights: Republicans generally believe in the principle of federalism, which holds that certain powers should be reserved for the states rather than the federal government.

All the while, the Democrats, infiltrated by communists, also spouted high-minded rhetoric and pushed America toward a perpetual one-party authoritarian system aimed at European Socialism or communism.

What the Democrats told you…

Here are some of the  core values and principles that were said to guide Democrat policies and political positions:

  1. Social Justice: Democrats believe in promoting social justice and equality for all and in fighting against discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, or other factors.

  3. Environmental Protection: Democrats believe in protecting the environment, promoting sustainability, and addressing issues such as climate change and air and water pollution.

    [OCS: Using our own legal system to defeat America from within while engaging in wealth redistribution.]

  4. Healthcare Reform: Democrats support healthcare reform that aims to provide universal access to affordable, quality healthcare and to protect patient’s rights and privacy.

    [OCS: The only reform was governmental regulatory capture of healthcare delivery using the insurance companies as third-party intermediaries.]

  5. Civil Liberties: Democrats value civil liberties and individual rights and support policies that protect freedom of speech, religion, and the press, as well as other civil liberties.

    [OCS: Implementing class warfare.]

  6. Diplomacy and Multilateralism: Democrats tend to favor diplomacy and multilateralism in foreign policy and support international cooperation and engagement in addressing global issues.

    OCS: Abandoning American exceptionalism to “lead from behind" and selling out our allies in the name of multiculturalism.

  7. Diversity and Inclusion: Democrats generally believe in promoting diversity and inclusion and creating a society that respects and celebrates different backgrounds, cultures, and perspectives.

    [OCS: Teaching racism and placing color and sex over competence and integrity.]

  8. Labor Rights: Democrats support the rights of workers to organize and collectively bargain and believe in promoting fair wages, safe working conditions, and benefits such as paid leave and healthcare.

    [OCS: Powering up the socialist trade unions that almost unilaterally support the Democrat Party.]

  9. Education: Democrats support investment in education and access to quality education for all, from early childhood education through higher education and job training.

    [OCS: Replacing education with indoctrination while destroying or re-writing history to erase the evils of the past associated with Democrats, communists, and despots.]

  10. Immigration Reform: Democrats tend to support immigration reform that includes a path to citizenship for undocumented immigrants and policies that protect the rights of immigrants and refugees.

    [OCS: Open borders to change the character of the national culture and to destroy the present system by bleeding the treasury dry to support illegal aliens at the expense of poor Americans.]

  11. Gun Control: Democrats generally support common-sense gun control measures aimed at reducing gun violence, such as background checks, bans on assault weapons, and restrictions on high-capacity magazines.

    [OCS: Ignoring individual responsibility in favor of blaming the system. Ignoring the fact that no gun legislation will control criminals, crazies, or terrorists who do not respect the law. And disarming law-abiding citizens to create a bigger victim pool that will eventually demand a more authoritarian government response.]

  12. Affordable Housing: Democrats support policies aimed at promoting affordable housing and reducing homelessness, such as subsidies for low-income housing and rent control.

    [OCS: A gift to communities and developers who made fortunes off of sub-standard properties or properties seized using eminent domain.]

  13. Women’s Rights: Democrats support women’s rights and gender equality, including access to reproductive healthcare and protections against gender-based discrimination.

    [OCS: More class warfare as they disrespect and destroy woman’s sports by demanding women accept delusional males who believe they can use Jedi mind tricks, drugs, or surgery to become women.]

  14. Criminal Justice Reform: Democrats support faux criminal justice reform aimed at reducing mass incarceration, promoting rehabilitation and reentry, and addressing racial disparities in the criminal justice system.

    [OCS: Creating more criminals with lax judicial rules and releasing hardened criminals into our communities to serve as Democrat shock troops. Ignoring the prosecution of violent agitators/activists who work for the progressive communist democrats.]

  15. Affordable Healthcare: Democrats support policies aimed at making healthcare more affordable and accessible to all, such as expanding Medicaid and protecting the Affordable Care Act.

    [OCS: Healthcare that was increasingly unaffordable and built on lies. You couldn’t keep your doctor. This was a Medicaid scam moving toward a single-payer health system to control the population. And don't forget the Medicare ripoff to support Obamacare.]

  16. Social Welfare: Democrats support social welfare programs aimed at reducing poverty and providing a safety net for vulnerable populations, such as Social Security and food assistance programs.

  17. Science and Evidence-Based Policy: Democrats generally support policies based on scientific evidence and expert opinion, particularly in areas such as climate change and public health.

    [OCS: Payoffs to states and municipalities and a gift to labor unions. Look around, do you see massive or even incremental improvements in our water, electric, and gas gridlines.]

.And it was all bullshit!

Both sides protected their turf while plundering taxpayer funds on behalf of the special interests that kept contributing to their campaigns. Of course, the progressive communist democrats captured the media, education, unions – both public and private, and much of the bureaucracy while the GOP was intent on their “wine, dine, and pocket-line” lobbyists.

Bottom line...

All of the items listed above should be given consideration, not as talking points but as action items implemented under the U.S. Constitution, the rule of law, and the ideals of American exceptionalism.

It's time that communism is outlawed, if not in law, then in practice.

CALIFORNIA CRAZINESS: SCHWARZENSTUPID IS BACK

Once again, former “Governator,” Arnold Schwarzenegger, the corrupt RINO (Republican In Name Only) mugs for the cameras.

Schwarzenegger who billed himself as a “post-partisan” politician too wealthy to be bought by the special interests not only screwed Californians with record high taxes, commuted the sentence of a murderous son of a Democrat bigwig as a political favor as he left office, screwed his nanny and produced a son he kept hidden from the public, flew back and forth between Sacramento and Santa Monica almost weekly on a private jet as he touted climate change, created lobbyist-funded special programs to pick up his expenses, and raised more funds than the previous governor he replaced, he continues to do stupid things.

With a videographer close by, Schwarzenegger attempts to be relevant.

Fed up by LA pothole, Arnold Schwarzenegger fills it himself

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Fed up by an enormous pothole in his Los Angeles neighborhood, Arnold Schwarzenegger picked up a shovel and filled it himself.

The actor and former California governor tweeted a video Tuesday of him and a helper using packaged concrete to repair the road in the Brentwood area.

[OCS: Looks like asphalt, not concrete. "QUIKRETE® High Performance Blacktop Repair is a specifically formulated high performance asphalt cold patch material for repairing potholes and cracks over 1" wide in asphalt pavements.]

“Today, after the whole neighborhood has been upset about this giant pothole that’s been screwing up cars and bicycles for weeks, I went out with my team and fixed it,” he wrote on Twitter. “I always say, let’s not complain, let’s do something about it. Here you go.”

A neighbor rolled down her car window and shouted her thanks at the action movie star.

“You’re welcome,” said Schwarzenegger, decked out in work boots, a leather jacket, and shades reminiscent of his role in “Terminator.”

“You have to do it yourself. This is crazy. For three weeks I’ve been waiting for this hole to be closed,” he said.

Daniel Ketchell, a spokesperson for Schwarzenegger, said Brentwood residents made repeated requests for repairs since winter storms opened up potholes and cracks on local roads.

Mayor Karen Bass last week announced a plan to address what she called an unprecedented number of damaged streets across the city. Since Dec. 30, Los Angeles has received 19,692 service requests for repairs, and as of April 6, crews had filled at least 17,549 potholes, officials said.

The Department of Public Works did not immediately respond to an email asking whether the pothole Schwarzenegger filled had been scheduled to be repaired. <Source>

Unfortunately, like most things involving Schwarzenegger, the truth is somewhat different.

It wasn’t a pothole, but a service trench that was being used by the gas company.

A spokesperson for the City of Los Angeles noted, "This location is not a pothole.  It’s a service trench that relates to active, permitted work being performed at the location by SoCal Gas, who expects the work to be completed by the end of May. "As is the case with similar projects impacting City streets, SoCal Gas will be required to repair the area once their work is completed.

Additionally, a Los Angeles Department of Public Works official pointed out that Schwarzenegger's road patch won't really work, noting that the street is made of concrete not asphalt, which he used.

Not only did he fill the trench with the wrong material, but he also violated several safety issues when he illegally attempted his own road work.

Los Angeles Municipal Code Section 62.105. STREETS, SIDEWALKS AND OTHER IMPROVEMENTS – PERMITS REQUIRED.

(a)   No person shall lay, construct, reconstruct or repair in any street or in, over or through any property or right of way owned by or under the control of the City, any curb, sidewalk, gutter, driveway, approach, roadway surface, pavement, sanitary sewer, sewage works, storm drain, culvert, stairway, retaining wall or similar structure, building or improvement, or perform any grading or filling, or subject any sewer or storm drain to excessive live or dead loading without first obtaining written permit therefor from the Board and without first obtaining approval of plans and specifications and the lines and grades therefor from the City Engineer. I wonder if the gas company will charge Schwarzenegger for the original work, the remediation efforts, and any delay in the project.

Schwarzenegger has done enough to screw Californians, let him age gracefully and go away quietly.

‘Ze/Zir’: Goldman Sachs Encourages Employees to Use Gender-Neutral Pronouns

Goldman Sachs is distributing a pamphlet to employees that was drafted by the investment bank’s internal LGBT group and encourages staff to use recently developed gender-neutral pronouns, including “Ze” and “Zir.”

The prestigious financial firm made headlines in January 2020 when Solomon announced that Goldman Sachs would no longer help take businesses public to be listed on stock exchanges if the company’s board was only comprised of white men.

However, Goldman Sachs was highly selective in which jurisdictions it chose to enforce such standards. While the bank still boasts of its diversity requirement, the massive caveat attached to the demand is that it only applies to companies in America or Western Europe.

When it came to the bank’s extensive international ties in “Asia, Latin America, or the Middle East, where all-male boards are more common,” a Wall Street Journal editorial asserted, Goldman Sachs remains non-committal. <Source>

When large financial companies go "woke," you can bet your bottom dollar that they have ulterior motives.

  • Protect themselves from the regime's regulatory agencies.

  • Protect against any loss of local, state, or federal government deposits, bond sales, or other lucrative business.

  • Gain favorable media mentions in the progressive media that serve as the propaganda arm of the progressive regime.

  • Distract from the seemingly outrageous salaries of its executives while the woke world is ranting about income disparity and the gulf between worker and executive pay.

Previously, I could care less about the alphabet (LGBTQXYZ) people who were free to do anything lawful as long as they did not try to legally coerce me into celebrating their lifestyle.

Now it appears that the progressive communist democrats have transformed queerness, and all of its manifestations, into a civil rights issue and have created a new protected class based on medical dysfunction and the belief that men can be transformed into women by mental gymnastics, drugs, or surgery.

I deeply resent when the media promotes a delusional flamboyant exhibitionist like Dylan Mulvaney (Anheuser-Busch, Nike, etc.) as a civil rights thought leader, when in truth "he" is little more than a delusional caricature of the woman "he" purports to be.

How can this be?

It appears to me that this dysfunctional delusion is being driven by the nation's largest financial firms like BlackRock, the Vanguard Group, Fidelity, State Street Global Advisors, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, and others as they pander to the progressive communist democrats and their media propagandists. Forcing corporations dependent on their financing to uphold the regime's cultural engineering nonsense.

DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) and ESG (Environmental, Social, corporate Governance) are examples of cultural engineering…

Cultural engineering is the intentional effort to shape or influence a nation's cultural beliefs, values, and practices.

Some examples of the dangers of cultural engineering:

  1. Suppression of individuality: Cultural engineering can lead to a homogenization of cultural beliefs and practices, which can suppress individuality and diversity. This can result in a loss of cultural heritage and the erosion of unique cultural identities.

  2. Propaganda and misinformation: Cultural engineering can spread propaganda and misinformation to promote a particular political or social agenda. This can result in manipulating public opinion, censorship of dissenting views, and promoting harmful ideologies like communism.

  3. Limitation of free speech: Cultural engineering can limit free speech by promoting particular views and suppressing others. This can lead to a culture of intolerance and the stifling of creativity and innovation.

  4. Discrimination and inequality: Cultural engineering can reinforce discrimination and inequality by promoting certain cultural beliefs and practices that discriminate against other groups. This can result in social and economic marginalization and the perpetuation of systemic injustices.

  5. Inability to adapt to changing circumstances: Cultural engineering can lead to resistance to change and a reluctance to adapt to new circumstances and possibilities. This can result in cultural stagnation and the inability to respond to evolving societal needs and challenges. Cultural engineering in the military can discourage critical thinking by prioritizing a specific set of beliefs and practices over exigent circumstances.

  6. Introducing non-conformity into institutions like the military that demands homogenous conformity to ensure unit cohesion and fitness for a mission. Questioning the legitimacy of specific conflicts and the rules of engagement is disruptive and dangerous to the mission and the nation.

Before President Obama, America was on a positive trend concerning race relations and tolerance of sexual diversity. Americans were aware of cultural diversity and inclusion while avoiding the manipulation of cultural beliefs and practices for harmful purposes. Now, it is "shut up and do as you are told – or else."

Undoubtedly, our major financial institutions have thrown in with the progressive communist democrats, somehow believing they will be protected by the regime when the shit hits the fan. As far as I can see, this has worked to the degree that the FDIC now protects uninsured individuals at the expense of those traditionally insured by the FDIC. A clear and present systemic danger to the stability of the banking system – or, looking at the depositors of Silicon Valley Bank, protection of socially-acceptable firms and projects.

We are fast becoming a dystopian nation that is headed for collapse.

Two Israeli sisters killed, mother critically hurt in West Bank shooting attack

Two Israeli sisters were killed, and their mother was critically hurt in a terror shooting attack in the West Bank on Friday, officials said, escalating an already tense situation on multiple fronts. The victims, residents of the Efrat settlement, were not immediately named. The two fatalities were aged 15 and 21, and their mother is 48. 

Meanwhile, the Hamas terror group praised the deadly shooting, calling it “a natural response to the occupation’s ongoing crimes against Al-Aqsa Mosque and its barbaric aggression against Lebanon and the steadfast Gaza.”

[OCS: As is their custom, Palestinians handed out candy to children in celebration of the murders and hailed the killers as heroes -- hopefully soon to be celebrated as martyrs when they are killed by the IDF. As for the riots on the Temple Mount, this is something the Palestinians gin-up every major holiday.]

Hamas warned Israel against “continuing its crimes against Al-Aqsa Mosque,” claiming the holy site must remain “purely Islamic, with no place for occupation or [Israeli] sovereignty.”

The attack came as tensions rose across the region after rocket fire from the Gaza Strip, a major rocket barrage from Lebanon, clashes at Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem’s Temple Mount, as well as a suspected Iranian drone launched from Syria earlier in the week.

You can’t handle the truth…

Many virtue-signaling individuals attempt to display their “goodness” by using a false moral equivalency when speaking about the Israeli/Palestinian situation in the Middle East. They cannot bring themselves to acknowledge the difference between good and evil -- as if the Arabs calling themselves “Palestinians” had a legitimate right of return to claim land they abandoned when they attacked the nascent State of Israel in 1948 or territory they lost during subsequent conflicts.

Truth be told, even if Israel wanted to implement a two-state “solution” like the one the Arabs had repeatedly rejected since 1947 when the “Partition Plan for Palestine” was proposed by the United Nations, there is no one entity that purports to speak for the so-called “Palestinians” whose governance can be honestly described as a kleptocratic thugocracy.

No single person or group represents all Palestinians. The Palestinian national movement is diverse and fragmented, representing a range of self-interested individuals and organizations, including political parties, civil society groups, and human rights organizations.

The Palestinian Authority was established in 1994 as a result of the Oslo Accords and serves as the recognized government of the Palestinian people in the West Bank and Gaza Strip. The Palestinian Authority is headed by a president, currently Mahmoud Abbas, and has a legislative body known as the Palestinian Legislative Council.

However, the Palestinian Authority's legitimacy and authority have been challenged by various Palestinian factions and groups, including Hamas, which controls the Gaza Strip.

Hamas, which is designated as a terrorist organization by some countries, including the United States and Israel, has its own political and military infrastructure, and has played a significant role in terrorism that is shaping Palestinian politics and policy.

The fiction that the Arabs have a legitimate historical claim on the disputed territory ignores the fact that Jews have a long history in Jerusalem that predates the Arab presence in the region.

Jerusalem has been the spiritual and cultural center of the Jewish people for thousands of years, and it is the holiest city in Judaism. According to Jewish tradition, the city was founded by King David and later served as the capital of the ancient Jewish kingdom. 

Over the centuries, Jerusalem has been ruled by a succession of empires and peoples, including the Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, Romans, Byzantines, Arabs, Crusaders, Ottomans, and the British. However, despite this long and varied history, Jews have maintained a continuous presence in the city, even during times of foreign rule and exile. Likewise, their presence in Judea and Samaria can be documented to predate Arab residency. 

Terrorism as a business model…

Among other Palestinian groups, Hamas views terrorism as a business model, using violent activities, including extortion, kidnapping, drug trafficking, smuggling, money laundering, and other criminal activities, to achieve political, religious, or ideological goals.

It is a ruse to perpetuate the regime’s leadership, maintain control over the Arab population, and enrich its leaders.

While his people suffered, Yasser Arafat, the leader of the Palestine Liberation Organization, amassed a billion-dollar fortune, and many of his lieutenants were secret multi-millionaires. Part of the Palestinian grift is to sell their continuing victimhood to the international community and the many secretly anti-Semitic organizations and victims.

One might think that in the 74 years between when the 1948 Arab-Israeli War ended in 1949 and now, the Palestinians would have solved the refugee camp issue. However, they are a convenient background for a continuing public relations campaign designed to pluck both heartstrings and pocketbooks.

About the random murder of Israeli citizens and the periodic barrage of rockets aimed randomly at Israel’s civilians.

There is no doubt that the random murder of Israeli citizens and the firing of rockets into Israel by Hamas serves several purposes.

  • Terrorize and intimidate:  To disrupt daily life and create a sense of insecurity in Israel. The indiscriminate rockets target civilian areas, causing injury, death, and damage to homes and infrastructure, creating fear and chaos designed to undermine the morale and confidence of the Israeli population.

  • Provoke a military response: Provoking airstrikes or ground operations response from the Israeli military to rally support for Hamas and other militant groups among the Palestinian population, as well as among sympathizers in the wider Arab and Muslim world. This can also undermine support for the Israeli government and its policies, both domestically and internationally. These cowards hide behind women and children, in Mosques, hospitals, and schools to maximize the graphic value of dead women and children.1

  • Narrative: Arguing they are defending Palestinian territory and their people from Israeli aggression and claim they have the right to resist occupation by any means necessary.

  • Relevancy: A way for Hamas and other militant groups to maintain their relevance and legitimacy in the eyes of their supporters. By engaging in violent resistance against Israel, these groups can portray themselves as the protectors and defenders of the Palestinian people and as an alternative to more moderate political factions.

No nation other than Israel has been more diligent in developing defensive weaponry to protect their population and precision-guided munitions limiting collateral damage among the Palestinian people.

Why not a Palestinian state in Jordan?

Historically, Jordan played a significant role in the Palestinian national movement, and the majority of the population in Jordan are of Palestinian origin. After the 1948 Arab-Israeli War, Jordan annexed the West Bank and considered itself the custodian of Palestinian interests for nearly two decades.

The ejection of Palestinians from Jordan, commonly referred to as “Black September,” occurred in 1970, when tensions between the Jordanian government and Palestinian militants reached a boiling point.

At the time, Jordan was home to a large number of Palestinian refugees who had abandoned their homes during the 1948 Arab-Israeli War. The Palestinian Liberation Organization (PLO) had established its headquarters in Jordan and had gradually become a powerful political and military force in the country.

However, in 1970, tensions between the Jordanian government and the PLO escalated, with the PLO attempting to establish a “state within a state” in Jordan and engaging in a campaign of violence against the Jordanian government and its security forces. The Jordanian government responded by cracking down on the PLO, and fighting broke out in various parts of the country.

The situation deteriorated to the point where the Jordanian government, led by King Hussein, declared martial law and launched a military operation against the PLO. The operation, known as “Black September,” resulted in thousands of Palestinian and Jordanian deaths, leading to the expulsion of the PLO and many Palestinians from Jordan.

While Jordan has not officially rejected establishing a Palestinian state in its territory, it remains a contentious issue in Jordanian politics due to the disruptive and divisive nature of the militant Palestinian leadership, which desires to control all of Jordan.

Bad actors in the region…

The Middle East has been facing significant challenges from various extremist and terrorist groups over the years, with many of these groups operating across borders and having links to global terrorist organizations. Some of the most well-known terrorist groups in the Middle East include: 

  1. ISIS (Islamic State of Iraq and Syria): The group emerged in 2014 and rapidly gained control of territory in Iraq and Syria. It has been responsible for numerous attacks, including beheadings, bombings, and other forms of violence.

  2. Al-Qaeda: This global terrorist group has a presence in several countries in the Middle East, including Yemen, Syria, and Iraq. It has been involved in several attacks, including the September 11 attacks on the United States.

  3. Hamas: A Palestinian group that has been responsible for numerous attacks against Israel, including suicide bombings and rocket attacks.

  4. Hezbollah: A Shia militant group based in Lebanon involved in several conflicts, including the Syrian Civil War. It has been designated as a terrorist organization by several countries.

  5. Taliban: A Sunni Islamist group based in Afghanistan that has also been involved in several conflicts, including the war in Afghanistan. It has been designated as a terrorist organization by several countries.

There appears to be no solution in the Middle East until Islam undergoes a reformation to remove its obligatory militancy and becomes willing to coexist with the ideas of Western civilization peacefully. Arab nations must recognize Israel and its right to exist as a nation – with defensible boundaries.

As long as external forces continue to use various Islamic factions as proxies for state-sponsored action, peace is not achievable. And this includes the United States that, under the Obama/Biden Administration, openly interfered in Israeli politics. It was no secret that a Farrakhan-loving Barack Hussein Obama, mentored by Jerimiah Wright, was and is anti-Semitic, as well as many Northeastern Ivy League-educated liberals in the U.S. State Department.

We are screwed. Israel is screwed. But, at least Israel has a courageous leader in Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, unlike the cognitively-impaired racist currently in the White House.

Europe must resist pressure to become ‘America’s followers,’ says Macron

ABOARD COTAM UNITÉ (FRANCE’S AIR FORCE ONE) — Europe must reduce its dependency on the United States and avoid getting dragged into a confrontation between China and the U.S. over Taiwan, French President Emmanuel Macron said in an interview on his plane back from a three-day state visit to China.

Speaking with POLITICO and two French journalists after spending around six hours with Chinese President Xi Jinping during his trip, Macron emphasized his pet theory of “strategic autonomy” for Europe, presumably led by France, to become a “third superpower.”

He said “the great risk” Europe faces is that it “gets caught up in crises that are not ours, which prevents it from building its strategic autonomy,” while flying from Beijing to Guangzhou, in southern China, aboard COTAM Unité, France’s Air Force One.

Xi Jinping and the Chinese Communist Party have enthusiastically endorsed Macron’s concept of strategic autonomy and Chinese officials constantly refer to it in their dealings with European countries. Party leaders and theorists in Beijing are convinced the West is in decline and China is on the ascendant and that weakening the transatlantic relationship will help accelerate this trend. <Source>

Once again, the frogs are preparing to cut and run. Does this schmuck think he can overcome Germany's political and financial dominance to lead Europe?

WE NEED TO REFORM OUR JUDICIAL SYSTEM

Without a doubt, I believe that specific heinous acts committed by egregious individuals DEMAND the death penalty.

However, it appears that we are witnessing more and more police officers, prosecutors, and politicians corrupting the judicial process and cannot be trusted to protect the rights of innocent individuals wrongly accused. In some cases, pursuing these individuals knowing that contrary or exculpatory evidence exists, and if revealed, would be embarrassing to public officials or costly to the State.

What appears to be lacking is accountability for knowing or covering up wrongdoing. Due to absolute immunity for actions they take in the course of their professional or prosecutorial duties, even victims of misconduct cannot seek remedies, even for the most blatant of constitutional violations.

What appears to be needed is a form of qualified immunity, rendering police and prosecutors criminally and civilly liable for conspicuous wrongdoing. In addition, State lawyers or judicial officials who engage in zealous advocacy after the reevaluation of exculpatory evidence should be subject to mandatory recusal or venue changes.

The Richard Gloster case, an example of prosecution error resulting in the death penalty…

The Supreme Court has long held that a “prosecutor’s role transcends that of an adversary:” A prosecutor “is the representative not of an ordinary party to a controversy, but of a sovereignty ... whose interest ... in a criminal prosecution is not that it shall win a case, but that justice shall be done.” United States v. Bagley, 473 U.S. 667, 675 n.6 (1985) (quoting Berger v. United States, 295 U.S. 78, 88 (1935)).

For the reasons set forth below, it is the view of the undersigned on behalf of the State of Oklahoma that setting aside Richard Glossip’s conviction and remanding the case to the district court is the fair and just result.

On January 26, 2023, the State appointed an independent counsel to re-examine this case. After a thorough review, the Independent Counsel concluded that Glossip’s conviction and sentence should be set aside. The State has reviewed the Independent Counsel’s report and conclusions. The State has reached the difficult conclusion that justice requires setting aside Glossip’s conviction and remanding the case to the district court.

Before discussing the reasons for the State’s difficult conclusion, the State is not suggesting that Glossip is innocent of any charge made against him. The State continues to believe that Glossip has culpability in the murder of Barry Van Treese.

Further, the State disagrees with many of the conclusions reached by the Independent Counsel. However, the State has concluded that Justin Sneed (“Sneed”) made material misstatements to the jury regarding his psychiatric treatment and the reasons for his lithium prescription. Consistent with its obligations in Napue v. Illinois, 360 U.S. 264 (1959), the State is compelled to correct these misstatements and permit the trier of fact the opportunity to weigh Sneed’s credibility with the accurate information.

Additionally, and even though previously addressed by this Court, the State is concerned that there were multiple and cumulative errors, such as violation of the rule of sequestration and destruction of evidence, that when taken together with Sneed’s misstatements warrant a remand to the district court.

Except as expressly identified below, the State denies all allegations of error or legal conclusions made by Glossip in his Successive Application for Post-Conviction Relief Death Penalty - Execution Scheduled May 18, 2023 (“Glossip’s Application”).

As this Court is well aware, many of the claims in Glossip’s Application have been advanced numerous times and have been rejected. However, because the State now believes Glossip’s conviction should be set aside and the case remanded to the district court, the State does not believe a thorough rehashing of these arguments is warranted. To the extent that they are consistent with this confession of error, the State adopts and incorporates by reference all prior State briefings to this Court related to Glossip’s appeals and multiple applications for post-conviction relief.

Here, at a minimum, Glossip was not made aware of Sneed’s treatment by Dr. Trombka at the second trial. Further, Glossip was not made aware of Dr. Trombka’s treatment of Sneed until he recently received the prosecutor’s notes. Consequently, this issue could not have been asserted in a direct appeal.

The State is also not comfortable asserting that the outcome of the trial would have been the same if Sneed had testified accurately. There is no dispute that Sneed was the State’s key witness at the second trial. If Sneed had accurately disclosed that he had seen a psychiatrist, then the defense would have likely learned of the nature of Sneed’s psychiatric condition and the true reason for Sneed’s lithium prescription. With this information plus Sneed’s history of drug addiction, the State believes that a qualified defense attorney likely could have attacked Sneed’s ability to properly recall key facts at the second trial. Stated another way, the State has reached the difficult conclusion that the conviction of Glossip was obtained with the benefit of material misstatements to the jury by its key witness. Accordingly, the State believes Glossip is entitled to post-conviction relief.

Glossip’s Conviction Should Be Set Aside and the Case Remanded to the District Court. As explained above, the State has concluded that the conviction can no longer be supported based on Sneed’s materially false testimony. In addition to the false testimony issue, Glossip also raises multiple errors in his Application such as violation of the rule of sequestration and the destruction of various pieces of evidence. While the State does not believe that these issues alone warrant reversal, they establish that Glossip’s trial was unfair and unreliable when they are taken together with the incorrect testimony when they are taken together with the incorrect testimony. Consequently, the State is not comfortable advocating that the result of the trial would have been the same but for these errors

In reaching this conclusion, the State is mindful:

that the penalty of death is qualitatively different from a sentence of imprisonment, however long. Death, in its finality, differs more from life imprisonment than a 100- year prison term differs from one of only a year or two. Because of that qualitative difference, there is a corresponding difference in the need for reliability in the determination that death is the appropriate punishment in a specific case.

Woodson v. North Carolina, 428 U.S. 280, 304-305 (1976).

Moreover, in deciding to take this difficult stance, the State has carefully considered the voluminous record in this case, the constitutional principles at stake, and the interests of justice.

While the State has previously opposed relief for Glossip, it has changed its position based on a careful review of the new information that has come to light, including its own Independent Counsel’s review of the case. Given the admonition that the State has a duty to “use every legitimate means to bring about a just” result, it urges this Court to give credence to the State’s considered judgment.

Accordingly, the State requests that the Court vacate Glossip’s conviction and that the case be remanded to the district court.

Oklahoma Attorney General Gentner Drummond

Richard Glossip v. State of Oklahoma; Case No. PCD 2023-267 (Death Penalty Case); Oklahoma State Court of Criminal Appeals; April 6, 2023

While there was no physical evidence linking Glossip to the crime, and substantial evidence that Gloster may have been an “accessory after the fact” but did not commit the murder, the actual murderer who testified for the State against Gloster was spared the death penalty. It appears that had the State not tried to take a shortcut, the real murderer might have been given the death sentence and Glossip given a lengthy prison term – which looks more like an equitable outcome. This type of case is reminiscent of a prosecutorial cover-up and wrongdoing in the prosecutor’s office.

There is little doubt in my mind that had Gentner Drummond not replaced the former Oklahoma Attorney John O'Connor in January 2023, Gossip would be executed on May 18, 2023 – which is still the scheduled execution date.

Bottom line…

We can no longer rely on many police officers, prosecutors, or the judiciary to ethically and reliably investigate criminal acts or administer justice in accordance with their sworn duties, and thus "We the People" have to replace absolute immunity with a form of qualified immunity. Moreover, hold such individuals accountable for abuse of power, including the selective prosecution of members of opposing political parties or in cases resulting in notoriety for prosecutors pursuing a political career.

“Loose lips sink ships” was a famous phrase that originated during World War II to remind people that careless talk about military operations or plans could endanger the lives of soldiers and the mission’s success. The phrase is still relevant today and applies not just to the military but to all aspects of life involving confidential information.

Once again, we are reminded that our government and its military have been infiltrated by our enemies, both foreign and domestic…

Never before have Americans experienced the degree of divisive polarization along racial, sexual, and ideological lines designed to destroy American institutions from within and convey a political advantage to the progressive communist democrats. As we have seen, many individuals who have “the keys to the kingdom” are willing to betray their country based on their color, sex, or extreme political ideology – if not their hatred for their own lack of achievement or perceived mistreatment at the hands of their co-workers or superiors.

Why are we seeing this information that initially appeared on social media and then amplified by one of our most prominent legacy media outlets to alert the rest of the world?

Leaked Documents Reveal Depth of U.S. Spy Efforts and Russia’s Military Struggles

The information, exposed on social media sites, also shows that U.S. intelligence services are eavesdropping on important allies.

A trove of leaked Pentagon documents reveals how deeply Russia’s security and intelligence services have been penetrated by the United States, demonstrating Washington’s ability to warn Ukraine about planned strikes and providing an assessment of the strength of Moscow’s war machine.

The leak, the source of which remains unknown, also reveals the American assessment of a Ukrainian military that is itself in dire straits. The leaked material, from late February and early March but found on social media sites in recent days, outlines critical shortages of air defense munitions and discusses the gains being made by Russian troops around the eastern city of Bakhmut.

The intelligence reports seem to indicate that the United States is also spying on Ukraine’s top military and political leaders, a reflection of Washington’s struggle to get a clear view of Ukraine’s fighting strategies.

The leaks can potentially damage Ukraine’s war effort by exposing which Russian agencies the United States knows the most about, giving Moscow a potential opportunity to cut off the sources of information. Current and former officials say it is too soon to know the extent of the damage, but if Russia is able to determine how the United States collects its information and cuts off that flow, it may have an effect on the battlefield in Ukraine.

The leak has already complicated relations with allied countries and raised doubts about America’s ability to keep its secrets. After reviewing the documents, a senior Western intelligence official said the release of the material was painful and suggested that it could curb intelligence sharing. For various agencies to provide material to each other, the official said, requires trust and assurances that certain sensitive information will be kept secret.

The documents could also hurt diplomatic ties in other ways. The newly revealed intelligence documents also make plain that the United States is not spying just on Russia, but also on its allies. While that will hardly surprise officials of those countries, making such eavesdropping public always hampers relations with key partners, like South Korea, whose help is needed to supply Ukraine with weaponry.

Analysts say the size of the trove is likely about 100 pages. Reporters from The New York Times have reviewed more than 50 of those pages.

The documents appeared online as hastily taken photographs of pieces of paper sitting atop what appears to be a hunting magazine. Former officials who have reviewed the material say it appears likely that a classified briefing was folded up, placed in a pocket, then taken out of a secure area to be photographed.

Senior U.S. officials said an inquiry, launched Friday by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, would try to move swiftly to determine the source of the leak. The officials acknowledged that the documents appear to be legitimate intelligence and operational briefs compiled by the Pentagon’s Joint Staff, using reports from the government’s intelligence community, but that at least one had been modified from the original at some later point.

One senior U.S. official called the leak “a massive intelligence breach,” made worse because it lays out to Russia just how deep American intelligence operatives have managed to get into the Russian military apparatus. Officials within the U.S. government with security clearance often receive such documents through daily emails, one official said, and those emails might then be automatically forwarded to other people.

Another senior U.S. official said tracking down the original source of the leak could be difficult because hundreds, if not thousands, of military and other U.S. government officials have the security clearances needed to gain access to the documents. The official said that the Pentagon had instituted procedures in the past few days to “lock down” the distribution of highly sensitive briefing documents. <Source>

The FBI?

In an exclusive interview with “NBC Nightly News” anchor Lester Holt, U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland commented on the January 6 investigation, “Look, the Justice Department has been doing the most wide-ranging investigation in its history.” The follow-up question should have been, what was the Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation doing about protecting our national security -- at the same time, most everybody in management was preoccupied with ensuring the downfall of President Trump?

These are the very same corrupt folks who took the word of a partisan-paid third-party security company over their duties to investigate the alleged compromise of the Hillary Clinton email server and the Democratic National Committee server by Russians and/or other foreign powers. These are the people who forged CIA documents and lied to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court. And it is the Department of Justice that often caves when prosecuting traitors – especially if their revelations are embarrassing to the progressive communist democrats and their agenda.

Looking back over the past decades, it appears that the leakers are mainly progressive communist democrats rather than Republicans, which may say something about their anti-America agenda.

John Kerry’s Gmail account ‘discouraged’ but still defended by State Department, sort of

The U.S. State Department argues Climate Czar John Kerry can use a personal Gmail account for government business — despite the risky practice being “discouraged” in the very manual they cite.

The “Foreign Affairs Manual” referenced, particularly section 5 FAM 434, does not support outside messages.

“All Department personnel with an official State Department email account are discouraged from using a personal email account(s),” including Gmail, the manual reads. That section goes on to add Gmail can be used in “very limited circumstances.”

It also clearly states “convenience is not an appropriate reason” to use outside email.

The State Department’s push-back on Kerry’s behalf comes after the Herald reported Sunday that the former Massachusetts senator and onetime Democratic presidential candidate was cc’d a Climate memo to a Gmail account.

It’s all part of an ongoing struggle by the Herald and watchdog group Protect the Public’s Trust to get Kerry to abide by the nation’s Freedom of Information Act.

Kerry has informed the Herald a list of his office staff will not be delivered until October of 2024 — a month before the next presidential election. An appeal to the State Department was denied leaving Kerry to continue to operate in near-secrecy as the nation’s first special Presidential Envoy for Climate Change.

Kerry’s “office is a brand-new unit with tremendous power that has operated under an extraordinary veil of secrecy and engaged in what appear to be unusual attempts to evade transparency,” said Michael Chamberlain, director of Protect the Public’s Trust.

Also, if Kerry is using a Gmail account for Biden administration business, it would be similar to Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server as secretary of state that triggered an FBI probe days before the 2016 election. She was never charged, but she lost that presidential race to Donald Trump. <Source>

For example, they may leak information to the media to enhance their public profile or to further their political ambitions, even if it means compromising national security.

Undermining relationships: Diplomatic relationships are crucial to national security, and ego-driven public officials may undermine or irrevocably damage these relationships through their behavior. It is also essential to have a culture of accountability that encourages officials to report any concerns about the behavior of their colleagues. Ultimately, the responsibility for safeguarding national security rests with all public officials, and it is crucial they must prioritize this responsibility over their own egos and personal interests.

Bottom line…

The consequences of loose lips can be severe. In military situations, it could mean that the enemy obtains vital information that could compromise a mission and put lives at risk. In diplomatic situations, it could mean the loss of our allies’ faith and cooperation with America. And, in general, it can lead to unintended consequences – even sparking a regional or world war if history is any guide.

To say we are being screwed by the Obama/Biden Administration and weaponized hyper-partisan government agencies is an understatement.

With America’s national security at risk, we must opt for regime change in 2024 – and that includes Republicans who behave as Democrats on critical votes.
