Another progressive communist democrat attack on Clarence Thomas…

Some of the most ethically-challenged corrupt progressive communist democrats, including Representatives Hank Johnson (D-GA), Jamie Raskin (D-MD), Sheila Jackson Lee (D-TX), Dan Goldman (D-NY), and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), have sent Associate Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas a letter to “do the honorable thing and recuse yourself from any decisions in the case of
United States v. Trump.”

The case, United States v. Trump, was brought by one of the most disreputable and disgustingly corrupt Special Prosecutors in U.S. history, Jack Smith, who bypassed Appellate Court proceedings to fast-track the case for blatantly political reasons. The central issue revolves around presidential immunity while in office and could significantly weaken the Office of the President of the United States.

These congressional shit-weasels know nothing of honor and are some of the worst America-hating progressive communist democrats in Congress.

“The Special Counsel, on behalf of the United States, respectfully moves, pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 21, for expedited consideration of the petition for a writ of certiorari before judgment, filed today, in this case. The Special Counsel further moves for expedited merits briefing if the Court grants the petition. This case involves issues of exceptional national importance. Respondent’s criminal trial is now scheduled to begin on March 4, 2024, but it cannot proceed while respondent’s appeal is pending.

As explained in the government’s petition for a writ of certiorari before judgment, expedited proceedings in this Court are warranted to resolve respondent’s claims of immunity and allow the charges in the indictment to be fairly and speedily tried if the Court rejects respondent’s claims of immunity. This motion seeks to expedite the Court’s consideration of the petition and any ensuing review on the merits.”

The right to a speedy trial is granted to the defendant, not the government, mainly because the government has unlimited time, money, and personnel resources. This case is blatantly political, not only for its request to fast-track an opinion but also for its impact on future presidential actions. It should be noted that both election denier Jamie Raskin (2016) and Sheila Jackson Lee (2004) have challenged elections, as have quite a few democrats.

The Supreme Court under Chief Justice John Roberts has already been politicized and is capable of materially damaging the United States and incapable of serving as the last line of defense in egregious political prosecutions like the Derek Chauvin case and the overtly unconstitutional treatment of many of the January 6 defendants.

Bottom line…

The progressive communist democrats continue to subvert the United States Constitution and the Rule of Law with their two-tier system of Justice.
