It is a certainty that President Joe Biden is unfit to hold the Office of the Presidency and the position of Commander-in-Chief, now and in the future.

Few believe that Biden, who can barely speak coherently for more than a few minutes, even using assistive devices such as a teleprompter, and who appears lost without someone at his elbow, can make the political and military decisions in this increasingly dangerous world.

Even the progressive communist democrats and their propagandists in the legacy mainstream media are concerned enough to start criticizing Biden-- if only to preserve their credibility in time for the 2024 presidential election.

There is little or no chance that Joe Biden will face a criminal trial for massive criminal-level corruption or treason or as a foreign agent selling out America to her enemies.

Biden is not above the law; he is beyond the law. His lack of competency to stand trial renders him immune to prosecution. The legal requirement for individuals facing criminal charges is that they must be able to assist in their own defense. His get-out-of-jail card is his inability to recall specific events without lying, understand detailed documentation, and assist in his own defense.

This standard was established in 1960 by the U.S. Supreme Court in Dusky v. United States. It describes the test for competency as whether a defendant has “sufficient present ability to consult with his lawyer with a reasonable degree of rational understanding—and whether he has a rational as well as factual understanding of the proceedings against him.”

The Court found that a defendant must understand the charges against them and the defendant must have the ability to aid their attorney in their own defense.

Considering Occam’s razor, the simplest explanation with the fewest assumptions is often likely to be correct; it stands to reason that the progressive communist democrats and their Republican cohorts will allow President Joe Biden to pardon himself, his family members, and perhaps key political actors, in return for withdrawing his candidacy for the 2024 presidential election. He would remain President lest another incompetent, incomprehensible fool, Vice President Kamala Harris, become the President.

The timing?

The scheme will probably kick off after the primary season when the candidate of choice will be selected at the Democratic National Convention to be held in Chicago between August 19 and August 22, ironically one of America's most politically corrupt cities. Bypassing any opportunity for citizen democrats to engage in the process.

Just under one year before the presidential election, Democrats should be concerned but not panicked about President Biden’s standing.

2024 will be an extraordinary election, and it demands extraordinary measures.

That’s in part for reasons Biden refuses to accept: his capacity to do the job. The oldest president in history when he first took the oath, Biden will not be able to govern and campaign in the manner of previous incumbents. He simply does not have the capacity to do it, and his staff doesn’t trust him to even try, as they make clear by blocking him from the press. Biden’s bid will give new meaning to a Rose Garden campaign, and it requires accommodation to that unavoidable fact of life. <Source>

Considering Iran's long history as a state sponsor of terrorism, including Hamas, Hezbollah, Palestinian Islamic Jihad, Houthis, Asaib Ahl al Haq, Ansar Allah, and many others -- and the barbarous terrorist attack on Israel on October 7, 2023, it is inconceivable that any rational national leader would further fund this terrorist regime. Yet, we find the progressive communist democrats from Obama to Biden facilitating the flow of billions of dollars into Iran's terror machine.

Biden Admin Considering Giving Iran Access to Another $10 Billion

The Biden administration — through the State Department specifically — is reportedly considering issuing a waiver to Iran that would allow access to another $10 billion worth of previously frozen cash, this time held in Iraq.

This alarming development comes after the Biden administration — in the days before Iran-backed Hamas terrorists launched their October 7 slaughter of Israelis — unfroze billions of dollars for Iran as part of a questionable prisoner swap arrangement. Since that deal was made, Iranian proxies have continued to launch attacks at Israel as well as U.S. troops in the Middle East, wounding dozens of American service members.

If the Biden administration thinks that the way to get Iran and its proxies to stop attacking American service members in Syria and elsewhere in the Middle East is a bribe payment, they might just be the worst policymakers to traipse D.C.'s corridors of power.If anything, it shows that Biden is unserious about preventing Iran's malign actions and influence and seemingly wants to see current hostilities in the region devolve into wider war.

It's not difficult to understand: Iran needs money to fund its terrorist proxies. When there isn't money, they can't support the likes of Hamas in Gaza, Hezbollah in Lebanon, or the Houthis in Yemen and the ability to carry out attacks is diminished. But when they're flush with cash, terrorism naturally increases as Tehran can send more funds to those bloodthirsty terrorists which happily put the investment to work killing Israelis, Americans, and other free people in the Middle East and even elsewhere around the world.

Instead of waiving sanctions on billions of dollars for Iran, the Biden administration should be snapping back the Trump administration's "maximum pressure" campaign on Iran, clamping down on Iran's illicit oil sales, and certainly not allowing sanctions on Iran's weapons programs to expire. <Source>

Amazing the support for a nation that screams, "Death to America." 

Biden wants to give aid and comfort to a country that directly supports the terrorists who HOLD AMERICAN CITIZENS. 

Where is the call for Hamas to surrender and withdraw from the hospitals, allow humanitarian aid to reach the hospital without theft, and allow Israel to evacuate the most vulnerable patients?

Bottom line…

Our nation is navigating perilous waters and operating extremely close to unmarked shoals. While former President Obama is no longer the captain, it is his progressive communist democrat acolytes who are whispering in Biden’s ear, writing his notecards, and creating his teleprompter scripts.

With incompetent individuals like National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan and Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs Victoria Nuland creating policies that put the United States further at risk for catastrophic encounters with hostile foreign actors, we are in deep trouble.

Incompetence alone cannot explain the actions of Secretary of State Antony Blinken, Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas, Attorney General  Merrick Garland, FBI Director Christopher Wray, and others who willfully ignore the U.S. Constitution and federal laws. They are getting their marching orders from somewhere, and it isn’t President Joe Biden,
