I am convinced that Secretary of State Antony Blinken is former President Obama’s man in the Biden Administration, promoting Obama’s anti-Israel, anti-Semitic, anti-Netanyahu policies of appeasement to the Muslim world.
Totally ignoring the strategic national interests of the United States and the recognition that it is Israel that stands between the intolerant fascist Islamists who want to destroy any vestige of Western culture and any individual who does not believe as they do.
Totally ignoring the fact, as stated openly by the Islamists themselves, that they historically and currently reject a two-state solution and will continue fighting for their Caliphate and, eventually, a world without Jews, Christians, and unbelievers.
This marks the last day of what’s now been a nine-day trip of intensive diplomacy throughout the Middle East and now here in the Indo-Pacific.
And along the way and at each stop, in different ways, we’ve sought to advance a number of critical objectives:
To that end, I’ve had conversations starting a week ago with the Israeli Government about steps that can be taken to advance each of these objectives. And among those steps that we talked about more than a week ago were humanitarian pauses. These can advance all of the objectives that I just mentioned. We appreciate the fact that, yesterday, Israel announced four-hour pauses with three-hour notice in specific areas, as well as two humanitarian corridors that will allow people to move more safely and freely to get out of harm’s way and also to access assistance. These steps will save lives and will enable more assistance to get to Palestinians in need.
[OCS: In warfare, there is no such thing as a scheduled “humanitarian pause.” Not only is this a time for your enemies to re-group and re-arm, but it is time for terrorists to slip the cordon to be exfiltrated with civilians.]
At the same time, much more needs to be done to protect civilians and to make sure that humanitarian assistance reaches them. Far too many Palestinians have been killed; far too many have suffered these past weeks. And we want to do everything possible to prevent harm to them and to maximize the assistance that gets to them.
[OCS: Does the clueless Blinken understand that any humanitarian aid must flow through the governing body of Gaza – and that body is Hamas?]
To that end, we’ll be continuing to discuss with Israel concrete steps that can be taken to advance these objectives. We’ll continue to focus relentlessly on getting our hostages home. We’ll continue to focus on expanding humanitarian assistance that gets into Gaza and reaches people in effective ways. And we’ll continue to focus on the steps that can be taken now to try to start to set the foundation for durable and lasting peace, which, as we’ve said repeatedly and believe, has to include two states for two peoples. <Source: The Department of State>
[OCS: No! To that end, you should leave it to Israel to manage its own affairs in the region and concentrate your time, energy, and military assets on Iran. Repelling Houthi attacks on our unarmed observation drones flying in international airspace.]
A historical note…
Appeasement is a diplomatic strategy. It involves making concessions to an aggressive foreign power in order to avoid war. It is most commonly associated with British Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain, in office from 1937 to 1940. In the 1930s, the British government pursued a policy of appeasement towards Nazi Germany. Today, appeasement is usually regarded as a failure because it did not prevent World War II. <Source: United States Holocaust Memorial Museum>

Biden Keeps the Billions Flowing to Iran
Choosing not to enforce oil sanctions finances Tehran’s terrorism.
You’d think the Biden Administration would have realized by now that enriching the Iranian regime is a dangerous mistake. You’d be wrong. Relaxed U.S. enforcement of oil sanctions continued through October, refilling Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei’s coffers even after the Oct. 7 slaughter and the more than 40 attacks on U.S. troops by Iran’s proxies in the weeks since.
The Iranian surge in oil exports since President Biden took over has brought Iran an additional $32 billion to $35 billion, according to the Foundation for Defense of Democracies. The calculations are tricky, but the cause of the Iranian windfall is clear: As part of Mr. Biden’s quiet diplomacy with Iran, the U.S. has curtailed sanctions enforcement. Customers and middlemen have concluded the risk is low and the discount on Iran’s oil is too good to pass up. <Source>
Biden surrendered Afghanistan and armed fascist Islamists with sophisticated weapons. And now he is attempting to surrender Israel, one of the only forces standing between Western civilization and a 12th-century barbaric culture.
We are so screwed.
