I am honored to be here, representing the people of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (“FBI”), who tackle some of the most complex and most grave threats we face every day with perseverance, professionalism, and integrity—sometimes at the greatest of costs. I am extremely proud of their service and commitment to the FBI’s mission and to ensuring the safety and security of communities throughout our nation.

[OCS: This is the agency that consumed significant time, energy, money, and manpower investigating Democrat-driven hoaxes, illegally spied on American citizens, falsified evidence, raided the homes of members of the opposition party, treated parents of schoolchildren as domestic extremists, and bent over backward to ignore or excuse the criminal activities of high-ranking democrats and foreign agents embedded in the government and critical third-party infrastructure. It appears several of the threats handled by the agency may have been inspired, instigated, and abetted by agency personnel. ]

Our Nation continues to face a multitude of serious and evolving threats ranging from homegrown violent extremists (“HVEs”) to hostile foreign intelligence services and operatives, from sophisticated cyber-based attacks to internet facilitated sexual exploitation of children, from violent gangs and criminal organizations to public corruption and corporate fraud. Keeping pace with these threats is a significant challenge for the FBI. As an organization, we must be able to stay current with constantly evolving technologies. Our adversaries take advantage of modern technology, including the internet and social media, to facilitate illegal activities, recruit followers, encourage terrorist attacks and other illicit actions, and disperse information on building improvised explosive devices and other means to attack the United States. The breadth of these threats and challenges are as complex as any time in our history. And the consequences of not responding to and countering threats and challenges have never been greater.

[OCS: This is the agency that abused its power and authority to criminally censor and cancel constitutionally protected free speech – directing its surveillance powers on the GOP opposition as well as innocent American citizens.]

The FBI is establishing strong capabilities and capacities to assess threats, share intelligence, and leverage key technologies. We are hiring some of the best to serve as special agents, intelligence analysts, and professional staff. We have built, and are continuously enhancing, a workforce that possesses the skills and knowledge to deal with the complex threats and challenges we face today and tomorrow. We are building a leadership team that views change and transformation as a positive tool for keeping the FBI focused on the key threats facing our nation.

[OCS: Many of the FBI’s assessments were total and utter bullshit and concocted to meet political considerations. Other than a few select whistleblowers, it appears that the leadership and the complicit upper management of the FBI are politically corrupt and focused on interfering in another presidential election. Simply put, Wray and his cohorts are so busy covering their collective asses that they cannot protect our nation.]

National Security Terrorism Threats

As we saw earlier this month with the devastating attack in Israel, terrorist actors are still very intent on using violence and brutality to spread their ideologies. Protecting the American people from terrorism remains the FBI’s number one priority. The threat from terrorism is as persistent and complex as ever. We are in an environment where the threats from international terrorism, domestic terrorism, and state-sponsored terrorism are all simultaneously elevated.

[OCS: From what we witnessed, it appeared that the FBI’s number one priority was stopping the campaign of Donald Trump, harassing his donors and supporters, and covering up Democrat misdeeds.

There is no doubt that “We are in an environment where the threats from international terrorism, domestic terrorism, and state-sponsored terrorism are all simultaneously elevated.” Yet the Biden Administration is allowing criminals and terrorists to flow over an open border, exacerbating conflicts around the world, and engaging in treason by aiding, funding, and abetting Iran, a known sponsor of state terrorism while weakening America’s defenses. And arming our enemies with sophisticated weapons that were deliberately abandoned in Afghanistan. And openly seeding operatives of foreign nations into the American government.]

The top domestic terrorism threat we face continues to be from DVEs we categorize as Racially or Ethnically Motivated Violent Extremists (“RMVEs”) and Anti-Government or Anti-Authority Violent Extremists (“AGAAVEs”). The number of FBI domestic terrorism investigations has more than doubled since the spring of 2020. As of September 2023, the FBI was conducting approximately 2,700 investigations within the domestic terrorism program. As of September 2023, the FBI was also conducting approximately 4,000 investigations within its international terrorism program.

[OCS: AGAAVVE (Anti-Government or Anti-Authority Violent Extremists) appears to be the code acronym for MAGA (Make America Great Again) conservatives and supporters of Donald Trump who represent a threat to a corrupt and increasingly authoritarian Democrat Party and its progressive communist democrats. Truth be told, it was Obama and his race-baiters, including those in the Black Lives Matter movement, who fomented much of the racial discord and violence in America.

If the lying son-of-a-bitch were truthful, he would designate Black Lives Matter and Antifa as domestic terrorist groups – responsible for supporting Hamas, anti-Semitism, and $2 billion in damage to American cities.]

In September, DHS published the 2024 Homeland Threat Assessment, which focuses on the most direct, pressing threats to our Homeland over the next year—public safety, border and immigration, critical infrastructure, and economic security. Together, we are enabling our workforce and our partners to effectively prevent, prepare for, and respond to the increasingly diverse and complex threats and challenges facing our country.

Border Security

The Department continues to implement a border security strategy focused on enforcement, the expansion of lawful pathways, and agreements with regional partners. The plan has increased the number of law enforcement personnel along the border and expedited removals of noncitizens without a legal basis to remain in the United States thanks to enhanced enforcement processes and historic international agreements. Since May 12, 2023, we have removed or returned over 336,000 individuals, including more than 50,000 individual family unit members. This compares to 225,000 removals and enforcement returns during the same period in 2019, which was the comparable pre-pandemic and pre-Title 42 period. At the same time, we have implemented the largest expansion of lawful pathways in decades. Progress has been made, but more funding is required to manage the unprecedented flow of hemispheric migration and to increase our efforts to combat the Transnational Criminal Organizations (TCOs) ruthlessly trafficking fentanyl and other deadly illicit drugs.

He oversees the free flights and bussing of illegal aliens into our communities – without vetting, without disease checks, and without knowing where they go.]

Extreme Weather Events and Climate Change Resilience

The impacts of climate change pose an acute and systemic threat to the safety, security, and prosperity of the United States, and have already led to changes in the environment, such as rising ocean temperatures, shrinking sea ice, rising sea levels, and ocean acidification. Our changing climate acts as a force multiplier, turning more storms, floods, and fires into events that threaten the well-being of people across our nation. As our climate continues to warm, the United States will experience more climate-related disasters such as heat waves, droughts, wildfires, coastal storms, and inland flooding. Under the Biden-Harris Administration, DHS is engaged in climate change adaptation and mitigation efforts to make the Department and the nation more prepared, more secure, and more resilient.
