REVISITING THE GEORGE FLOYD CASE
I call bullshit…
From an early age, we are taught that it is essential to respect the decisions made by the legal system, including the judgments reached by juries in criminal trials. We were assured that legal processes were in place to ensure fairness, justice, and accountability. Unfortunately, we have seen a shocking increase in activist judges, politically motivated prosecutors, and biased or lazy law enforcement investigators who place their own egos and comfort above the quest for conclusive, confirmable, deductible, demonstrable, verifiable, and testable testimony and evidence.
In our legal system, once a verdict has been rendered and an individual has been convicted, they are considered guilty under the law unless new evidence emerges or the conviction is successfully appealed. But, what about a politically-charged situation where new facts will upset the official narrative, proving not only was an individual not guilty as charged, but there was significant malfeasance (willful and intentional acts that cause), misfeasance (unintentional acts that cause harm), and non-feasance (failure to act where there was a duty to act) by the prosecutors, the judge, the jury, and the jurists on the Appellate Court?
A miscarriage of justice?
Derek Chauvin, the former Minneapolis police officer involved in the death of George Floyd, was found guilty of second-degree unintentional murder, third-degree murder, and second-degree manslaughter in April 2021. The verdict followed a highly publicized trial conducted amid ongoing violent riots and significant public intimidation of the jury.
We are told that a just verdict was reached through a thorough legal process that included extensive evidence, witness testimonies, and legal arguments, including jury instructions provided by the judge in consultation with the prosecution and defense.
However, the case was procedurally flawed from the beginning, with specious rulings from the judge and the failure to capture all sidebar discussions for the official record.
There is little doubt in my mind that Chauvin and his fellow officers were sacrificed on the altar of democrat pandering to members of their core constituency.

I wonder what happens when the truth is revealed ...
“Today we got the first information from Hennepin County’s Medical Examiner, in an attachment to the criminal complaint against officer Derek Chauvin:
"The Hennepin County Medical Examiner (ME) conducted Mr. Floyd’s autopsy on May 26, 2020. The full report of the ME is pending but the ME has made the following preliminary findings. The autopsy revealed no physical findings that support a diagnosis of traumatic asphyxia or strangulation. Mr. Floyd had underlying health conditions including coronary artery disease and hypertensive heart disease. The combined effects of Mr. Floyd being restrained by the police, his underlying health conditions and any potential intoxicants in his system likely contributed to his death."
And now comes Tucker Carlson revealing additional evidence of non-feasance…
‘Everyone Lied’: Tucker Carlson Points To Shocking, Untold Details About George Floyd’s Death
Carlson said that, thanks to this new information, it is now “conclusively” known that former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin, who is serving over 20 years in prison, did not murder Floyd by kneeling on his neck for several minutes on May 25, 2020.
Hennepin County Prosecutor Amy Sweasy, who is in the midst of a lawsuit against her boss, alleged in her deposition that an autopsy found no indications that Floyd was murdered.
“In other words, George Floyd, according to the official autopsy, was not murdered,” Carlson said in his monologue. “He died instead of what we used to call natural causes, which in his case would include decades of drug use, as well as the fatal concentration of fentanyl that was in his system on his final day. So this was not a killing, it was yet another narcotics OD in a country that records more than 100,000 of them every year. The medical examiner clearly understood that and, in fact, articulated it.”
Sweasy said in her deposition that Dr. Andrew Baker, the medical examiner who performed Floyd’s autopsy, withheld and lied about the true cause of death as he feared the public’s reaction. He allegedly told Sweasy that the autopsy results contradicted the public’s narrative.
“He said to me, ‘Amy, what happens when the actual evidence doesn’t match up with the public narrative that everyone’s already decided on?’ … and then he said, ‘This is the kind of case that ends careers,'” the deposition reads.
“In other words, everyone lied about it from the very beginning,” Carlson continued. “The people who knew the truth hid the truth and allowed the revolution to proceed.” <Source>
Bottom line…
Sadly, one’s first worry in politics isn’t always about the truth but how the progressive communist democrats will react to the truth.
Wonder why crime is rampant? The short answer is the progressive communist democrats who continue to pander to their core constituency by excusing criminal activity, demonizing law enforcement, and releasing hardened habitual criminals into our communities to balance “the numbers.”
Why would anyone want to join law enforcement, knowing that there are those who will joyfully destroy your life and the lives of your family based on a false narrative supported by tainted or perjured “facts.” And amplified by a deliberately incurious media that serves as propagandists for the progressive communist democrats.
Who is marching and screaming for justice for Derek Chauvin?
We are so screwed.
