SECOND GOP DEBATE: BORING AND NOT WORTH YOUR TIME
Once again, Republican National Committee Chair Rona Romney McDaniel produced a clown show.
For its part, the Fox moderators were abysmal and failed to control the debate.
Fox News Media’s Stuart Varney, a pretentious-sounding milquetoast that should be reading stock quotes, Fox's Dana Perino, with her heavy eyeliner and forgettable personality, alongside UNIVISION’s Ilia Calderón, a heavily-accented Columbia news anchor who seemingly pandered to Latinos, were abysmal.
Probably best summarized by Perino's disrespectful game show question asking the candidates to use the pad on the podium to write down their choice on who should drop out of the race, given that none of them would get the nomination over Donald Trump unless the field was thinned. Which one of you, tonight, should be voted off the island? DeSantis took a leadership role and shut down Perino's garbage.
Ron DeSantis was the clear winner. Vivek Ramaswamy was a smarmy prat.
