It is now time for the judiciary to discipline its own and to redress a two-tiered justice system that is rapidly destroying the U.S. Constitution and the Rule of Law.

It appears we cannot rely on our elected representatives, many of whom are enthralled by the progressive communist democrats or possibly being blackmailed and coerced by our intelligence and law enforcement agencies — threatened with the disclosure of personal foibles or prosecution for real or imagined crimes.

How out of control?

Georgia special grand jury recommended charges against 39 people, including Sen. Lindsey Graham

uThe special grand jury that investigated efforts by Donald Trump and others to overturn Georgia’s 2020 election results recommended indictments against twice as many people as the 19 ultimately charged by prosecutors, leaving South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham among those not indicted.

The grand jurors’ report released Friday showed they recommended racketeering charges against 39 people, including Graham, former U.S. Sens. Kelly Loeffler and David Perdue of Georgia and former Trump national security adviser Michael Flynn. Charging recommendations against others included false statements and writings, influencing witnesses and criminal solicitation to commit election fraud.

Released at the request of the special grand jury, the report provides insight into one of the most expansive investigations into Trump, who is also facing two federal indictments along with unrelated state charges in New York City. While critics have accused Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis of launching an unwieldy, overly broad investigation, the report suggests she used her discretion to streamline the case. <Source>

This is pure, unadulterated communism! The Democrats are projecting their very actions onto their opposition, criminalizing free speech and political activities over which the Court has no jurisdiction. Jurisdiction over political matters lies with Congress.

It appears that the Biden Administration is considering implementing a policy to contain illegal immigrants in Texas, full well knowing that if Texas flips from a red state to a blue state, the GOP will never be able to win another Presidential election, in which case the progressive communist democrats will reverse their position on eliminating the electoral college. That an to eliminate the pressure from whiny blue state governors who are reaping the malignant rewards of their sanctuary cities.

Since when do American politicians vote for policies that advance the interests of foreign nationals, in this case foreign nationals who have entered the United States illegally, over American citizens?

It’s all about the communist Cloward-Piven strategy of overwhelming our social welfare systems to bring about chaos and the collapse of the capitalist system — to be replaced with a centralized authoritarian communist government.

Bottom line… 

Make the Democrats prove their case or be charged with interfering with a presidential election. Where are all of the Republican attorneys general or prosecutors?

We are so screwed when we see our beloved nation being overrun by illegal aliens and our laws subverted by communists within our government.

When are the Republicans going to find their balls? Maybe they should look in Hillary,k Clinton’s pocket or ask Nancy Pelosi to return them? Don’t bother asking Mitch McConnell or Lindsey Graham.
