CALIFORNIA CORRUPTION: BEWARE OF GAVIN NEWSOM
There is no doubt that the cadre of Obama’s progressive communist democrats must find a replacement for Joe Biden, the cognitively impaired, corrupt, psychopathic liar who now serves as the President of the United States.
The most likely candidate is another psychopath, California’s smarmy Governor Gavin Newsom, who presides over a single-party progressive communist democrat state that is technically insolvent and in severe decline.
Enough!
Newsom is battling against California citizens and business groups attempting to limit the out-of-control spending of California’s Democrat-dominated government by asking the California Supreme Court to remove a tax measure from the 2024 ballot. The initiative, offered as a state constitutional amendment, is supported by enough qualified signatures to qualify for the ballot.
If the measure, labeled by its sponsors as the “Taxpayer Protection and Government Accountability Act,” is approved by the voters, it would reduce legislative authority to raise revenue by increasing state taxes.
The Taxpayer Protection Act would restore a series of voter-approved ballot measures that gave taxpayers, not politicians, more say over when and how new tax revenue is raised.
Over the past decade, the California courts, many of which are presided over by activist progressive communist democrat judges, have created massive loopholes and confusion in long-established tax law and policy.
The Taxpayer Protection Act attempts to close many loopholes and provides new safeguards to increase accountability and transparency over how politicians spend California’s tax dollars.”
Some of the measure’s key provisions include:
- Require all new taxes passed by the Legislature to be approved by voters
- Restore two-thirds voter approval for all new local special tax increases
- Clearly define what is a tax or fee
- Require truthful descriptions of new tax proposals
- Hold politicians accountable by requiring them to clearly identify how revenue will be spent before any tax or fee is enacted.

You can’t have that level of accountability…
Gavin Newsom and his fellow progressive communist democrats are rushing to the California Supreme Court to remove the “Taxpayer Protection and Government Accountability Act” from the ballot by claiming it “violates the Constitution by attempting to completely restructure our system of government.”
“It is “unlike any measure that has ever gone before the voters with respect to the sweeping changes it would make to California’s fundamental governmental structure, the foundational powers of its branches, and the government’s ability to provide the essential government functions required by a functioning state.”
It would ‘eliminate much of the executive branch’s administrative and regulatory power’ and would repeal taxing authority that the Legislature has held throughout California’s history. As a result, the measure amounts to a ‘revision” of the California Constitution, a far-reaching change that cannot be done by initiative, and would require two-thirds legislative approval before being submitted to the voters.”
“The time needed to seek voter approval would eviscerate government’s ability to respond quickly to emergencies, like the 2009 global financial crisis, the COVID-19 pandemic, or the Northridge earthquake.” “In doing so, the Measure would in many cases impair the government’s ability to perform its essential functions.”

The one’s in effect during the shutdown of California, when elitist Governor Newsom dined at a posh restaurant with lobbyists -- without the required mask, and tried to lie his way out of it.
The one that cost the taxpayers between $32 billion and $125 billion in fraudulent California’s unemployment insurance program claims. Money which went to murderers, people on death row, deceased individuals, and organized crime members in China and Russia.
What happened to Julie Su, California’s Secretary of Labor who oversaw the program? She was rewarded by the progressive communist democrats and was nominated as President Biden’s pick to become his first Secretary of Labor.
Bottom line…
Newsom's first hurdle is to find an acceptable replacement for deceased California Senator Dianne Feinstein. Will he choose color over competence, communism over constitutional allegiance?
If Gavin Newsom enters the election… avoid being Californicated.
