I am tired of listening to the GOP bloviating and saying nothing -- almost as if they were afraid of antagonizing the Democrats and their media propagandists.

Likewise, I am tired of listening to Trump demanding personal loyalty to Donald Trump rather than loyalty to our nation. 

I see evidence of the Democrat ground game but no sign that the GOP exists. 

So, I was surprised to find an ideal Republican candidate worthy of support...

A well-educated candidate with proven abilities, judgment, and common sense. A conservative candidate with traditional core values. A patriot who served his country well under difficult, life-threatening circumstances. But unfortunately, limited name recognition and limited campaign resources.

Meet Hung Cao running for the Senate to replace Virginia's Senator Tim Kaine.

• Retired Navy Captain Hung Cao came to the United States as a refugee from Vietnam in 1975.

• After a few years in West Africa, Hung moved to Virginia as a child and is a proud member of the inaugural graduating class of Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology in Alexandria.

• Commissioned as a Special Operations Officer (Explosive Ordnance Disposal and Deep-Sea Diving) from the United States Naval Academy and served with special operations in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Somalia.

• Hung’s non-combat assignments included balancing the Navy’s $140 billion budget at the Pentagon and working with Homeland Security and the FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force.

• Master's degree in physics from the Naval Postgraduate School with fellowships at MIT and Harvard.

• Husband and father: He and his wife, April, are the parents of five beautiful children.

• After their thirteenth move across the United States and worldwide, Hung and April moved their family home to Purcellville, Virginia, where they have been active in their community and church.

And he knows how to fight and, more importantly, who to fight!

Bottom line...

Hung Cao is a candidate to support. 

With enough candidates like Cao, perhaps we can retake our nation from the progressive communist democrats.
