HUNTER BIDEN PLEA: THE FIT HIT THE SHAN
The playing field has grown smaller…
The goalposts have shifted dramatically with Hunter Biden’s appearance before U.S. District Judge Maryellen Noreika and his rejection of his Department of Justice-arranged plea agreement that attempts to settle the pending matter completely -- and to stop ongoing investigations, immunizing Hunter Biden against future charges – most likely a FARA (Foreign Agents Registration Act) charge.

ROBERT HUNTER BIDEN (CRIMINAL ACTION NO. 23-mj-274(MN) and CRIMINAL ACTION NO. 23-61(MN)) THE COURT: When you say the charge bargain, you mean the bargain by which the Defendant pleads guilty and the government agrees not to bring other charges or to drop charges that have already been brought? [OCS: It appears that the Judge cannot request another investigation or question the severity of the charges.] THE COURT: So let me ask you this. If I were to think that the facts presented in those submissions or even the facts that have been presented to me in this case and the attached agreements suggest that the investigation was lacking or that more serious charges should have been brought, is it within my power to ask or direct the United States Attorney or the Attorney General of the United States to redo the investigation or bring different or more serious charges? [OCS: The Judge notes the possibility of FARA charges. When the Government says additional charges are possible, Biden’s Attorney – not the Judge – rejects the deal.] THE COURT: All right. So there are references to foreign companies, for example, in the facts section. Could the government bring a charge under the Foreign Agents Registration Act? [OCS: The Judge says to work it out and come back at a later date.] THE COURT: So this is what I am going to do. These agreements are not straightforward and they contain some atypical provisions. I am not criticizing you for coming up with those, I think that you have worked hard to come up with creative ways to deal with this. But I am not in a position where I can decide to accept or reject the Plea Agreement, so I need to defer it. |
Why would a FARA charge be catastrophic?
It appears that if Hunter is found guilty of failing to register as a foreign agent who took money to influence U.S. policy on behalf of the interests of foreign governments, Joe Biden also failed to register as a foreign agent – an impeachable offense that ranges from bribery to treason.
Even worse, former President Obama, former Secretaries of State Hillary Clinton, John Kerry, and Antony Blinken would also have known of the Biden problem and failed to take action. Not so coincidently, all were involved in an attempt to portray former President Trump as a foreign agent as a diversion from the Biden issue. And, of course, our premier intelligence and law enforcement agencies were also complicit in the coverup. Democrats all.
There is no way President Biden, as a suspected or known foreign agent, can be the Democrat nominee for President…
As I see it, the information so carefully concealed or censored by the progressive communist democrat propagandists is beginning to leak out into the public consciousness – even with the distraction of the increasing persecution and the suggestions of extraterrestrial aliens and UFOs.
One possible ploy is to pardon Hunter Biden and a cadre of progressive communist democrats on President Biden’s way out the door. Biden is unlikely to be prosecuted as he is so mentally challenged as to be unable to participate in his own defense. While it is improbable, President Biden could also pardon former President Trump as a way to put forth bipartisan talking points.
Bottom line…
What happened is easy to understand. The Judge held the deliberately complex plea document containing hidden provisions up to scrutiny, and the DOJ freaked out when the portion about perpetual immunity for charges on subjects listed in the five-year investigation was exposed. The deal was off when the DOJ claimed that Biden could still be charged. The Judge remained suspicious of an agreement hastily reached in recess and will hold a further hearing.
Who owns the U.S. President? Russia? China? Ukraine? Or everybody who has dealt with the Biden crime family.
Between the Clintons and the Bidens, our nation has been well and thoroughly screwed.
