COWBOY 2 A.M. WARNING -- CHICKS WITH DICKS MAY BE PRESENT

In case you haven't noticed, the progressive communist democrats are attacking America's culture and traditional exceptionalism.

Along with their attack on "toxic masculinity," they are attacking the American cowboy's rugged individualism, resourcefulness, and country music traditions.

GI

Do what you want in your private lives, but do not expect me to celebrate your fetishes and delusions. As for commercial establishments, stick to business and leave the social punditry to the ill-informed useful idiots.

About those useful idiots...

The term "useful idiots" originated during the Cold War and referred to individuals who unwittingly supported the agendas of oppressive regimes like the Soviet Union without fully understanding the implications or consequences of their actions.

The danger of "useful idiots" lies in their unwitting contribution to causes or ideologies that can be harmful or oppressive to the majority.

These individuals often genuinely believe they are acting in the best interest of a particular cause or movement. However, their lack of critical thinking or understanding can make them susceptible to manipulation and exploitation by those with hidden agendas.

Bottom line...

While it is essential to avoid stigmatizing or pathologizing transgender individuals or suggesting that their identity poses inherent dangers, it is also crucial that their beliefs and behaviors are not celebrated by demand.

It is one thing to empathize with others and respect their right to hold different opinions. Still, it is quite another thing to demand they be made a "protected class" under the law and then criminalize dissenting opinions.

It is also troublesome when one tries to "normalize" behavior previously viewed as outside of mainstream norms with long-term individual and societal consequences such as chemically castrating or surgically altering children to conform to their parent's, teacher's, or activist's ideological agenda.

I would be curious as to why Anheuser-Busch chose to market against its core customer constituency and create a marketing campaign celebrating trans actress, comedian, and content creator Dylan Mulvaney.  I would also like to know how much Anheuser-Busch has invested in Brooks' bar and beer equipment.

We are so screwed.

CHRIS CHRISTIE: THE ASSWIPE WHO RECOMMENDED FBI DIRECTOR CHISTOPHER WRAY TO TRUMP

Something stinks in New Jersey, and it appears to be the rotting corpse of former New Jersey Governor Chris Christie’s political career…

Why is a failed politician who cannot get elected in his home state of New Jersey running for the Presidency of the United States?

Or, perhaps a better question is, who is putting up the money for Christie to serve as an “attack dog” attempting to bring down Donald Trump?

In case you are not familiar with Christie…

  • Christie was the man that closed the State of New Jersey’s beaches during the pandemic and then was caught on the beach with his family and security detail.

Cc-beachGov. Chris Christie of New Jersey provoked widespread ridicule as pictures emerged of him and his family sunning themselves on an empty beach that had been closed during the holiday weekend because of a state government shutdown. His outing came as the state park police were turning away families who arrived at the beach’s main gate hoping to spend the day by the ocean. <Source>

  • Christie was the man who personally recommended Christopher Wray, the second most corrupt FBI Director in modern history, to President Donald Trump.

Cwc-1An assistant attorney general from Georgia, Wray was nominated by George W. Bush to be US assistant attorney general in 2003. He spent two years at the DOJ before going to private practice at King & Spalding, where he represented pharmaceutical and telecom companies, among others, that were being investigated by the DOJ and other federal agencies.

In September of 2013, Christie aides, working with local Port Authority transportation officials, created an artificial traffic jam on the New Jersey side of the George Washington bridge by closing toll lanes, allegedly to punish the Fort Lee, N.J. mayor for not supporting Christie’s reelection. Traffic was snarled for days, and one woman died in the gridlock when paramedics couldn’t reach her. Christie’s aides pled guilty to creating the obstruction in November, and face up to 20 years in jail, but the governor has not been charged with a crime.

Wray served as Christie’s “personal attorney” during the investigation, and Christie turned over his phone to him as investigators were seeking deleted text messages between Christie and his aides. <Source>

So why is he attacking Trump?

In a classic case of projection, we find an abject loser, Chris Christie, calling former President Trump a loser.

‘Loser, loser, loser’: Christie slams Trump election losses

Republican presidential candidate Chris Christie slammed former President Trump on Sunday as a “three-time loser” as the former New Jersey governor ramps up criticism of his one-time ally.

“I will do what I need to do to be up on that stage to try to save my party and save my country from going down the road of being led by three-time loser Donald Trump,” Christie said on CNN’s “State of the Union.”

“Loser in 2018 by losing the House, loser in 2020 by losing the White House and the United States Senate, and the worst midterm performance we have seen in a long, long time, led by Donald Trump-selected candidates with Donald Trump as the main issue in many of those races. Loser, loser, loser,” Christie said.

Christie, now a vocal critic of the former president, is in the 2024 ring with Trump and an already crowded field of high-profile Republicans, including Trump’s former vice president, Mike Pence, and Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis. <Source>

Bottom line…

The answer matrix is minimal.

  • Ego and personal publicity.
  • Grifting off fundraising to build a campaign war chest for another position or purchase a government position.
  • He truly despises Donald Trump as a person, a political adversary, or a threat to the country.
  • He relies on the transactional nature of Trump's character and hopes to be forgiven and welcomed back into the fold.
  • He is fronting for the establishment wing of the GOP or some other political entity.
  • Or a combination of the above.

However, in the final analysis, Chris Christie is an unacceptable candidate for any government position.

And we are screwed if we believe his bullshit!

JUNETEENTH IS AN INCONSEQUENTIAL HOLIDAY

Juneteenth-19

Fact: Republican President Abraham Lincoln issued the Emancipation Proclamation on January 1, 1863, as the nation approached its third year of a bloody civil war.

The proclamation declared "that all persons held as slaves" within the rebellious states "are, and henceforward shall be free."

Due to a confluence of factors, Union General Gordon Granger arrived in Galveston, Texas, on June 19, 1865, and announced General Order No. 3, which declared that all slaves in Texas were free.

While the date has historical significance to blacks in Texas, the holiday was codified as a federal holiday, enshrining June 19 as the national day to commemorate the end of slavery in the United States, as part of a progressive communist democrat scheme to pander to the black voting block and signed into law by Democrat President Biden on June 17, 2021. Widely celebrated by all federal employees as another paid holiday.

Bottom line...

Juneteenth is just another progressive communist democrat attempt to divide this nation by race and color.

We are so screwed.

QUIT PRETENDING: IT'S OBAMA'S IRAN NUCLEAR DEAL

Xs

Literally, I detest the proposed Iranian nuclear deal with the fire of a thousand burning suns, a potential consequence of providing billions of dollars and a relaxed path to nuclear arms to a nation governed by a religious theocracy that holds dying for one’s religion as the road to salvation and everlasting rewards. Not suicide, but martyrdom and a disregard for the value of human life.

The original Iran nuclear deal, officially known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), was an agreement created and negotiated by the Obama Administration in 2015 to limit Iran's nuclear program in exchange for sanctions relief.

The program was known to be deliberately flawed as it allowed Iran to continue some uranium enrichment activities and permitted the development of advanced centrifuges after a certain period; verification and spot inspections mechanisms were minimal and mainly relied on self-reporting as inspectors were denied access to nuclear facilities for months, did not mention the development of intercontinental ballistic missiles, and contained sunset provisions that gradually lifted restrictions on Iran's nuclear program over time. It didn’t matter that Iran openly cheated and built secret nuclear facilities where nuclear weapon research proceeded unabated.

Proof of Obama’s malevolent intent can be found in his classification of the JCPOA as an "executive agreement" to sidestep Senate debate and confirmation as a formal treaty.

Reprising Obama’s “agreement” and spinning the story to shift the blame to Biden…

Remember that President Joe Biden is a corrupt, mentally incapacitated hack who has been wrong about every significant foreign policy he voted for. His Presidential duties have been assumed by Obama’s acolytes who stage-manage Biden’s public appearances.

Biden’s (Iran) Deal That Dare Not Speak Its Name

Imagine you are a senior national-security official. A revolutionary foreign power has worked for decades to undermine American strength and American alliances in a critical region. It is the world’s largest sponsor of terrorism and has funded and directed proxy forces that have killed and maimed U.S. personnel. Its goal is to drive the United States from its corner of the globe and eliminate America’s closest ally in the Greater Middle East. It has spent the past four presidential administrations building the military and technical infrastructure to produce nuclear weapons while concealing and lying about its program. It violates human rights with impunity and has spent the past nine months brutally suppressing a popular revolt against its theocratic rule. It supplies the drones and other weaponry that Russia uses to prosecute an illegal and barbaric war on the sovereign nation of Ukraine.

Would you be inclined to bargain with such a regime? If your answer — against all evidence — is yes, then you can look forward to a short and unhappy career in Joe Biden’s State Department. For President Biden is on the verge of betraying Congress and the American people by rewarding the Islamic Republic of Iran for its various misdeeds.

According to news reports, Biden is prepared to authorize billions of dollars in payments to Iran in exchange for the release of U.S. prisoners, a halt to militia attacks on U.S. forces in Iraq and Syria, cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency, a moratorium on ballistic-missile sales to Russia, and a freeze on uranium enrichment at 60 percent (90 percent enriched uranium is considered weapons-grade). Biden will say this perverse arrangement is necessary to free innocents and prevent the outbreak of war. What he won’t be able to do is call it a deal.

Biden can’t call the agreement a deal because he wants to avoid congressional review. The Iran Nuclear Agreement Review Act of 2015 forbids the president from relieving nuclear-related sanctions on the Islamic Republic without congressional approval. The administration’s end run around the law is clever. It is also pathetic.

This deal that dare not speak its name will have no force. It will rely entirely on the goodwill of the 84-year-old Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, a grizzled trickster and ally of Vladimir Putin. The New York Times reports that Khamenei has authorized the deal because it leaves Iran’s nuclear infrastructure in place. The second Biden begins to doubt the wisdom of paying further ransom money, Khamenei will start spinning his centrifuges once more. And if paramilitaries controlled by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps fire mortars on Americans — well, he could say the bloodshed came from militants over whom he exercises no control.

Biden has made a career out of misjudgment. This sure-to-fail bargain with Iran is another entry in a depressing catalogue. <Source>

Why? Justifying Obama’s specious Nobel Peace Prize awarded for his good intentions…

President Barack Obama, as the 44th President of the United States, was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 2009, just nine months into his presidency, with zero contributions, substantial or otherwise, to promoting peace and resolving conflicts.

From published reports, it appears that the committee awarding the Nobel Peace Prize was recognizing Obama's “commitment” to reducing the global nuclear threat and his efforts to strengthen international diplomacy in arms control.

For the first time in the history of the Nobel Prize, it was awarded based on a recognition of Obama's good intentions and the “transformative potential” of his presidency – all the result of the progressive propagandists spinning a progressive narrative.

There should be little doubt that Obama was a trained communist, anti-America, anti-Israel, and anti-White -- spouting the anti-nuclear propaganda that the communists ginned up during the cold war and the nuclear arms race to weaken the United States.

Any arguments that the award was an appropriate encouragement for future peace-building efforts were laid to rest after eight years of Obama’s scandal-ridden presidency.

Obama is still seeking to control the narrative...

Obama Stresses ‘Need’ For ‘Digital Fingerprints’ To Crack Down On Information That ‘Is Not True’

Former President Barack Obama called for “digital fingerprints” to crack down on information which “is not true,” during a Thursday podcast interview with a former advisor.

“The need for us, for the general public, I think to be more discriminating consumers of news and information, the need for us to over time develop technologies to create watermarks or digital fingerprints so we know what is true and what is not true,” Obama told David Axelrod, a former Obama advisor who is now a CNN contributor. <Source>

Bottom line…

One can only imagine if Obama is seeking the holy grail – destabilizing America on behalf of the communists and an everlasting legacy as the man who handed the sword of fire to Allah’s acolytes who destroyed Israel.

Obama is the embodiment of evil.

We are so screwed.

THE GOP IS SINKING THE GOP

Dead-elephantThe GOP is empowering the Democrat's traditional scare tactics…

While it might be a prudent fiscal response to a serious Social Security and Medicare solvency issue, the announcement of an unpalatable, speculative and painful fix before an election cycle is just plain stupid, especially when voters are swayed more by manipulated emotions and the perception of personal danger than logic.

Another example of the GOP snatching defeat from the jaws of victory.

The powerful old meme: pushing granny off the cliff…

In Attack Ad, Paul Ryan Kills Grandma in Wheelchair

In a video from the progressive Agenda Project Action Fund, a suited man perceived to be Paul Ryan takes Granny for a wheelchair ride right off a rocky ledge. Poor little old lady plunges to her death in her pink slippers.

A powerful emotional plea likely to influence a significant number of senior citizens.

Stupidity is a matter of timing…

Republicans push McCarthy to address Social Security, Medicare in the spending fight

The largest faction of House GOP lawmakers is pushing Speaker Kevin McCarthy to use the upcoming government spending fight to shore up Social Security and Medicare.

Social Security and Medicare are on track to go bust within the next decade, meaning people who are now 55 will get hit with significant benefit cuts unless Congress acts. The Republican Study Committee, which is made up of more than 150 House Republicans, believes the time to act is now.

[OCS: The time to act is after you win the election when you have the legislative power to implement change, not before an election when your opposition can characterize your intentions as harmful to a large population segment.]

The Biden administration is not doing anything to fix those problems,” said RSC Chairman Kevin Hern, Oklahoma Republican. “Instead, they want to force every American into government dependency and raise taxes sky-high to pay for it.”

[OCS: The progressive communist democrats are evil but not stupid. They know that there is a time to talk, a time to act, and a time to stay quiet while your enemy commits' political suicide.]

The RSC devised a blueprint to guide House Republicans in the upcoming battle over government battle. The blueprint, which was previewed exclusively to The Washington Times, proposes structural changes to Social Security and Medicare.

Under the blueprint, Medicare would be transformed to include a subsidized, privatized option. A range of changes such as means-testing Social Security are offered to begin bipartisan talks for the popular retirement benefits.

[OCS: Senior citizens, particularly those on fixed incomes, have seen what the Wall Street Wizards in the private sector have done to our economy, their savings, investments, and pensions. These individuals will be reluctant and resistant to stepping off the cliff into the unknown based on speculative promises negated by the fine print that always screws rather than protects you.]

“America is over $31.9 trillion in debt, retirement programs are careening toward bankruptcy, and our economy is teetering on the edge of a fiscal cliff,” said Rep. Ben Cline, a Virginia Republican who leads the RSC budget task force.

Medicare’s board of trustees estimates its hospital insurance trust fund, which covers inpatient hospital stays for individuals 65 and older, is slated to run out of money by 2028. The trust fund is financed by a 1.45% payroll tax that is levied equally on both employers and employees.

Once the trust fund runs dry, Medicare will face a 10% budget shortfall starting in 2029, when patients are likely to see a cut in services for hospital stays and hospice care. The trust fund does not cover other parts of Medicare such as subsidies for prescription drugs and physician visits, which are funded by patient premiums and state governments.

The RSC proposes to consolidate the various portions of Medicare coverage, including prescription drugs, hospital stays and doctor’s visits, into one plan. Seniors would then be given a monthly subsidy, based on income, to purchase either private health insurance or the single Medicare plan.

OCS: WHAT!!! The GOP is moving toward the Democrat dream of a single-payer healthcare system?]

Lawmakers say the shift would incentive private health insurers to slash rates to compete with Medicare to sign up the most seniors.

[OCS: Look familiar? This is the same bullshit used to sell Obamacare, the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act that neither protected most individuals nor was affordable. The insurers kept their state monopolies and screwed their insured members.]

“We’re offering a path forward to save the critical programs on which millions of seniors depend,” Mr. Cline said.

[OCS: “A path forward” is literally a progressive communist democrat talking point. Ask Hillary Clinton.]

The proposal would also target duplicative subsidies and costs and institute a universal payments policy for medical services. Currently, Medicare pays hospitals a higher rate for services than it does doctor’s offices.

The RSC is also proposing changes to Social Security. The program’s retirement and survivor benefits are on course to run out of money by 2033. The program faces a shortfall as the U.S. population ages and birth rates remain low. If Congress does nothing, only 78% of Social Security benefits will be payable by 2034.

… and the numbers…

Number of Voters as a Share of the Voter Population by Age

How freaking stupid is it to scare or alienate a sizeable aging voter block that transcends race, sex, sexual orientation, and other identity identifiers?

Bottom line…

Don’t needlessly scare the bejesus out of senior citizens and middle-aged individuals planning for retirement.

After the election, there are solutions that can address the looming solvency crisis.

We are so screwed when the GOP lacks competent leadership, relies on consultants and focus groups, and lacks the balls to attack the progressive communist democrats.

STFU and take the fight to the opposition by concentrating on corruption and communism.

NOT EVERYTHING IS FREE SPEECH

Mcclintock

The first sentence alone should see any number of high-ranking government officials held to account for their nefarious activities in conspiring to interfere in a presidential election and actively undermining foreign and domestic policies executed by a lawfully elected President of the United States.

logo_mcclintock4_0Why I Oppose the Censure and Fine of Adam Schiff

The Russia collusion hoax is the single dirtiest political trick in the history of American politics.  We now know that it was entirely concocted by the Hillary Clinton campaign and ruthlessly used by partisans in the FBI to affect the 2016 election and then to undermine the legitimately elected president of the United States.

[OCS: I would not characterize the Russian collusion hoax as a dirty trick, but a concerted conspiracy to violate 18 U.S. Code § 595 - Interference by administrative employees of Federal, State, or Territorial Governments.]

Mr. Schiff’s active role in promoting this hoax is disgraceful and damning.

But that is not the question before us.  The question before us is whether a member of Congress should be censored and fined for speech, even outlandish speech, during the public policy debate.  We have gone much too far down this road and it is time we turned back.

[OCS: Representative Adam Schiff’s actions go far beyond the protections afforded by the Constitution’s Speech or Debate Clause (Article I, Section 6, Clause 1).]

The entire purpose of this Capitol is for the people’s representatives to freely debate the issues that affect the nation’s welfare.  Except for the simple rules that promote civility in that debate, no one should be censored for errors of opinion or fact.  The sole arbiters of these issues should be the constituents of the representatives, through the votes they cast in an election.  The Founders reserved all legislative powers to the Congress because they wanted the issues of the day held up to every conceivable light and for every voice in the nation to be heard through their elected representatives.  Unfettered freedom of speech is central to this process.

We need not fear false statements as long as freedom of speech allows them to be contested by the truth.  How else are we to separate truth from falsehood but to expose one to the other?  How else are we to separate folly from wisdom but to expose one to the other?  How else are we to separate malice from the better angels of our nature but to expose one to the other?

[OCS: Members of the Obama/Biden Administration clearly engaged media propagandists to spread political disinformation, censoring legitimate news stories, and canceling platform access of dissidents, many of whom were speaking truth to power.]

There are only two ways to resolve the differences between us.  There is reason and there is force.  Americans have built a republic of reason and the central organ in that republic is the institution that we are entrusted to preserving.  As Thomas Jefferson said long ago, “error of opinion may be tolerated where reason is free to combat it.”

Our oaths of office obligate us to defend this institution and to preserve the freedom to challenge each other in open debateThe elements in this resolution rely on coercion to punish egregious errors of opinion and fact.  If we continue down this road, we will destroy this institution and the freedom of debate that is the most important tool we have to guide our way in an uncertain world.

[OCS: No! Your oath of office demands you support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic, that to bear true faith and allegiance to the same. This does not mean protecting a corrupt institution or corrupt members within that institution. It means acting in a fair, impartial, and ethical manner. It means calling out lies, defamation, libel, and slander wherever it is found.]

We have already done so on too many occasions, and it needs to stop.

My opposition to this resolution in no way condones so many of Mr. Schiff’s statements and representations in this matter.  On the contrary, I condemn them strongly.  It is precisely because of the freedom of Congress -- and indeed of every American -- to debate without fear of persecution or punishment, that his veracity and judgment can be weighed in the balance and found wanting.  There is no greater disgrace than that.  We can only disgrace ourselves by denying to Mr. Schiff the freedom of speech and debate that protect us from the damage such people as he can do.

[OCS: It is time to stop playing by rules the opposition clearly does not respect. The time to take the fight to our ideological enemies is upon us.]

<Source>

What’s wrong with the opposition to censuring Adam Schiff?

Adam Schiff’s activities appear to go beyond the free speech and freedom from prosecution afforded by the Speech or Debate Clause to the realm of a conspiracy to interfere with a presidential election and participating in an attempt to bring about regime change by subverting the Executive Branch President of the United States. These are not “egregious errors of opinion and fact” but treasonous activities involving an attempt at regime change by attacking a lawfully elected president.

While the Speech or Debate Clause provides broad protections for legislative activities, it is not absolute and does not protect against the commission of high crimes and misdemeanors.

  1. Handling of the Trump-Russia investigation: Schiff's involvement in the investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 U.S. presidential election was neither impartial nor objective -- with hyper-partisan zeal and exaggerated or misrepresented evidence to support his position, Schiff often made unsubstantiated claims about collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia. Undoubtedly, the Schiff memo on FISA matters was riddled with proven lies and false statements. He did not grant the minority members of the Committee full access to the documentation gathered by the majority. He prevented minority members from revealing alternative scenarios and information due to the inappropriate classification of materials.

  2. Impeachment Manager: As the lead impeachment manager during the impeachment proceedings against former President Donald Trump in 2019 and 2020, he led an unfair and hyper-partisan impeachment process, making misleading statements and selectively presenting evidence during the House impeachment hearings. Schiff's role in orchestrating the initial whistleblower complaint has never been thoroughly investigated. He lied about his staff’s involvement with the whistleblower, drafting the initial complaint, and the relaxation of complaint standards that allowed third-party hearsay testimony instead of first-hand knowledge. It can be demonstrated that Schiff made false statements regarding his knowledge of contacts between his staff and the whistleblower who raised concerns about Trump's phone call with the President of Ukraine.

  3. Disclosure of privileged information: There is little doubt that Schiff leaked confidential or classified information related to the Russia investigation or impeachment proceedings to the media to shape public perception. The Speech and Debate Clause does not protect against the unauthorized disclosure of privileged or classified information.

  4. Partisan obstruction and grandstanding: Schiff used his time in committee hearings to make inflammatory statements and obstructed minority members from conducting an impartial or meaningful investigation.

  5. Defamation or slander: While Schiff has broad freedom of speech on the House floor, making false statements about individuals with malicious intent or knowingly spreading defamatory information may exceed the Speech or Debate Clause protections.

  6. Actions unrelated to legislative functions: Schiff engaged in activities and made statements that were not directly connected to his official duties as a legislator and may be deemed to have exceeded the protections of the Speech or Debate Clause, especially in surreptitiously obtaining personal records of minority Committee members or other non-involved individuals.

  7. Criminal activities: The Speech or Debate Clause does not shield members of Congress from criminal prosecution for acts that are illegal or unrelated to their legislative responsibilities. A member committing a crime can still be subject to legal consequences. Suppose Schiff knew about credible allegations of Bribery lodged against Joe Biden and participated in a cover-up or political distraction effort. In that case, he is clearly guilty of conspiring to interfere with a presidential election.

Bottom line…

Representative Tom McClintock is an example of what is wrong with Congress as the members on both sides of the aisle refuse to hold each other accountable for what appears to be treasonous activities and a silent coup.

I believe that Representative Adam Schiff acted inappropriately and unlawfully and that his actions rise to the level of high crimes and misdemeanors for which he deserves to be expelled from Congress, prosecuted as a criminal, disbarred, and stripped of all government perks, privileges, and pensions. All money collected by, or on behalf of, Schiff should be surrendered to the U.S. Treasury as compensation for costs incurred by Schiff’s Committees.

He is a slimeball that needs to be primaried and prosecuted.

As for the House Resolution, the fine must be omitted, and the resolution reintroduced. The fine is inappropriate because it could be used to drain opposition campaign war chests and further interfere with elections.

LIAR, LEAKER ADAM SCHIFF BEATS CENSURE THANKS TO 20 REPUBLICANS

Dead-elephantAs I have said on many occasions… there are progressive communist democrats in the Republican Party but no Republicans in the Democrat Party.

Resolution to Censure Adam Schiff Killed After 20 Republicans Joined Democrats

A House resolution to censure Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) was effectively killed after 20 House Republicans voted for a motion to table it. Four Republicans did not vote, and two voted “present.”

VoteYeas-1

Not so surprising is the Tom McClintock vote, another articulate bullshit artist who talks conservative but rarely produces anything but self-serving explainers like Darryl Issa and Trey Gowdy. McClintock is a professional politician/grifter who used his parent's home in Thousand Oaks, California, as his official residence while he and his family lived in Northern California. He is best known for his controversy over taking Indian gaming money and supporting casinos.

Bottom line…

Without an unassailable margin and the balls to act, we are screwed in 2024. Most RINOs (Republicans In Name Only) will likely have a fundraising and name recognition advantage and are unlikely to be primaried.

ADAM SCHIFF: WHAT THEY ARE MISSING?

Representative Luna Files Privileged Resolution to Censure, Condemn, and Fine Representative Adam Schiff...

118th CONGRESS -- 1st Session

H. RES. 437

Censuring and condemning Adam Schiff, Representative of California’s 30th Congressional District.

IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES

May 23, 2023

Mrs. Luna submitted the following resolution; which was referred to the Committee on Ethics

RESOLUTION

Censuring and condemning Adam Schiff, Representative of California’s 30th Congressional District.

Whereas the allegation that President Donald Trump colluded with Russia to steal the 2016 Presidential election has been revealed as false by numerous in-depth investigations, including the recent report by Special Counsel John Durham, which documents how the conspiracy theory was invented, funded, and spread by President’s Trump’s political rivals;

Whereas Representative Adam Schiff, who served as ranking minority member and then Chairman of the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence of the House of Representatives (HPSCI), occupied positions of extreme trust, affording him access to sensitive intelligence unavailable to most Members of Congress;

Whereas for years Representative Schiff abused this trust by citing evidence of collusion that—as is clear from reports by Special Counsel Robert Mueller, Department of Justice Inspector General Michael Horowitz, and Special Counsel Durham—does not exist;

Whereas by repeatedly telling these falsehoods, Representative Schiff purposely deceived his Committee, Congress, and the American people;

Whereas Representative Schiff lent credibility to the Steele dossier—a collection of debunked collusion accusations funded by President Trump’s political rivals—by reading false Steele allegations into the Congressional Record at a HPSCI hearing on March 20, 2017;

Whereas, once again abusing his privileged access to classified information, Representative Schiff composed a false memo justifying the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrant application on Trump associate Carter Page, which Inspector General Horowitz later found was riddled with 17 major mistakes and omissions, provoking FISA Court Presiding Judge Rosemary Collyer to state unequivocally that the Federal Bureau of Investigation “mislead the FISC”;

Whereas by publicly smearing Carter Page as a Russian collaborator and justifying spurious investigations of him, Representative Schiff contributed to the gross violation of a United States citizen’s civil liberties, thereby committing the very abuses HPSCI is tasked with identifying and thwarting;

Whereas, as HPSCI ranking minority member and Chairman, Representative Schiff behaved dishonestly and dishonorably on many other occasions, including by falsely denying that his staff coordinated with a whistleblower to launch the first impeachment of President Trump;

Whereas, as part of his impeachment efforts, during an HPSCI hearing on September 26, 2019, Representative Schiff recited a false, concocted rendition of a phone call between President Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky;

Whereas Representative Schiff exploited his positions on HPSCI to encourage and excuse abusive intelligence investigations of Americans for political purposes;

Whereas Representative Schiff used his position and access to sensitive information to instigate a fraudulently based investigation, which he then used to amass political gain and fundraising dollars; and

Whereas the American taxpayers paid $32 million to fund the investigation into collusion that was launched as a result of Rep. Schiff’s lies, misrepresentations, and abuses of sensitive information: Now, therefore, be it

Resolved, That—

(1) the House of Representatives censures and condemns Adam Schiff, Representative of California’s 30th Congressional District, for conduct that misleads the American people in a way that is not befitting an elected Member of the House of Representatives;

(2) Representative Adam Schiff will forthwith present himself in the well of the House of Representatives for the pronouncement of censure;

(3) Representative Adam Schiff will be censured with the public reading of this resolution by the Speaker; and

(4) Representative Adam Schiff be, and is hereby, fined in the amount of $16,000,000.

What are they missing…

While Adam Schiff and his fellow partisan committee members investigated, prosecuted, and persecuted Donald J. Trump, he ignored:

  • Hillary Clinton’s breach of national security.
  • Hillary Clinton’s involvement with the Benghazi arms dealing.
  • Hillary Clinton’s involvement with Uranium One and the payments to the Clinton Foundation.
  • Hillary Clinton’s dirty tricks involving federal intelligence and law enforcement agencies.
  • Compromise of the DNC computer by foreign nationals and Debbie Wasserman Schultz’s laptop.
  • Hunter Biden’s laptop.
  • Allegations of bribery and influence peddling concerning the Bidens.

And, Schiff shamelessly continues fundraising…

Schiff-senateStephen —

MAGA Republican Anna Paulina Luna of Florida just announced on the House floor that the vote to censure and fine me $16 million will happen within the next two days with GOP Speaker Kevin McCarthy’s personal support.

INSERT-1

While the national media and political pundits focus their attention today on disgraced, twice-impeached ex-president Donald Trump’s arraignment in downtown Miami on 37 federal counts returned by the grand jury, MAGA Republicans are out for revenge against me personally.

Stephen, this vote to censure me — and even fine me $16 MILLION — could actually pass with a GOP majority.

The authors of the Big Lie are attacking me for telling the truth, and it’s blatant political retaliation for my efforts to hold Trump accountable for his abuses of power. For leading his first impeachment and Senate trial. For serving on the January 6th Committee to investigate the insurrection he incited on our Capitol. They believe I am effective — too effective — and so they’re trying to silence me.

We have to send Trump’s enablers in Congress a message loud and clear — no matter what attacks they throw at us, we will always fight back to uphold the rule of law and defend our democracy.

If you’re with me, I’m urgently asking you to rush a contribution of $10 or whatever you can spare before midnight to help my campaign fight back against these attacks.

If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately:

As-d

This isn’t just an attack on me. It’s an attack on the very premise of constitutional oversight and accountability. And we have to fight back with everything we’ve got.

Thanks for standing with me at this critical moment.

— Adam

AS-TRA

The creation and purpose of the United States House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence…

The United States House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI) is a committee of the United States House of Representatives. Created in 1977, HPSCI is charged with oversight of the United States Intelligence Community—which includes the intelligence and intelligence-related activities of the following eighteen elements of the U.S. Government—and the Military Intelligence Program (MIP).

Here are eighteen elements of the U.S. Government, including various branches, agencies, and departments, as well as the Military Intelligence Program:

  • Executive Branch
  • Legislative Branch
  • Judicial Branch
  • President of the United States
  • Vice President of the United States
  • Department of State
  • Department of Defense
  • Department of Justice / Federal Bureau of Investigation
  • Department of the Treasury
  • Department of Homeland Security
  • Department of Agriculture
  • Department of Commerce
  • Department of Labor
  • Department of Health and Human Services
  • Department of Housing and Urban Development
  • Department of Transportation
  • Department of Energy
  • Department of Education

Military Intelligence Program (MIP) refers to the intelligence activities conducted by various military branches in the United States. It is not an independent element of the U.S. Government but is part of the broader intelligence apparatus. The MIP encompasses multiple agencies and organizations responsible for collecting, analyzing, and disseminating intelligence information for military purposes. Some of the notable components within the Military Intelligence Program include:

  • Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA)
  • National Security Agency (NSA)
  • Central Intelligence Agency (CIA)
  • National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA)
  • National Reconnaissance Office (NRO)
  • Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM)
  • Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI)
  • Air Force Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR)
  • Marine Corps Intelligence Activity (MCIA)

Bottom line…

Adam Schiff is guilty of dereliction of duty as well as being a co-conspirator in an effort to interfere in a presidential election and various criminal acts involving a cover-up of criminal wrongdoing. He deserves a prison sentence and the loss of his law license, not an expulsion from Congress.

Just like the DOJ/FBI's attempt to protect Hillary Clinton and the disclosure of emails that would implicate her in a pay-for-play bribery scheme involving foreign entities donating to the Clinton Foundation, it is my belief that the DOJ/FBI are doing the very same thing to protect Joe Biden. Both involve doing everything in their power to cripple a Trump candidacy or to render his administration impotent.

We are so screwed.
