THE PROGRESSIVE COMMUNIST DEMOCRAT DEVIL IS DANCING TONIGHT
Now that former President Donald Trump faces arrest and degradation to subvert the 2024 election, the battlefield is being conditioned by the progressive communist democrats who have chosen this moment in history to cripple the United States with a wanton power grab.
The scenario: There is little or no doubt among eminent legal scholars that the bogus, politically-motivated case against former President Trump will not withstand judicial scrutiny in a non-partisan court proceeding with an honest jury of his peers.
Using the inevitable refusal to prosecute or a general release of Donald Trump, it appears that the progressive communist democrats are planning for their shock troops, such as Antifa, their covert operatives in the deep state, and organized agitators to create street protests that materially damage the social fabric of the United States and lead peaceful, law-abiding Americans to vote for progressive communist democrats, if for no other reason than to curtail the chaos and riotous street actions.
There is little chance that progressive public officials or union-dominated law enforcement officers will respond with the type of force needed to quell a rebellion. While I admit I can’t see the future, I can learn from the lessons of history and extrapolate that learning into a credible scenario. One needs only remember the militarization of South Central Los Angeles during the Watts riots to see how much America will be damaged on the world stage.
Consider what we have witnessed in the past few years…
The goal of any demonstration is to put pressure on political decision-makers and the law-abiding public. There should be no doubt in anyone’s mind about the power of street demonstrations to coerce weak politicians into action, especially if the politician is media adverse, afraid of confrontations, or fighting for a cause that might affect their re-election.
The progressive communist democrats have a well-trained organization on the ground, useful well-meaning idiots being led and motivated by highly-skilled agitators who know how to fade into the background after the action has been initiated.
The progressive communist democrats and their deep-state accomplices in the intelligence and law enforcement agencies may be complicit in fomenting street action and then refusing to prosecute anyone caught in a meaningful manner.
No matter how brazen or egregious the person or event, the progressive communist democrats have co-opted the legacy and social media to amplify their toxic messaging and to suppress or bury anything or anyone presenting a counter-narrative, no matter how accurate or truthful.
The impact of street demonstrations depends on a variety of factors, including the pre-event planning activities of committed agitators and activists, the size and composition of the crowd, the tactics used by agitators and activists to motivate demonstrators into creating chaos, and the response, if any, of the authorities, especially those whose leadership sides with the demonstrators or cause.
Legitimate peaceful protestors were infiltrated by agitators and activists whose goal was to discredit the opposition and provide media-exploitable events.
Two billion dollars worth of damage to public and private property, millions of dollars of stolen merchandise, murder, and mayhem were met with a minimal government response lest it embarrasses public officials and creates exploitable optics.
Most of the law-abiding public refused to sanction those who violated their sworn duty to protect the community and rewarded abject cowardice.
Law-abiding citizens who stood their ground with an armed response were selectively and publicly prosecuted for standing in the breach.
This is not a spontaneous demonstration, but a staged media event with useful idiots as props...
The printed signs are always a tell-tale sign of professional manipulation.
Dershowitz on Trump Indictment: 'Worst Case of Prosecutorial Abuse I Have Ever Seen'
Harvard Law professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz says the indictment of Donald Trump is the “worst case of prosecutorial abuse I have ever seen.” And he’s not the only one calling out this raw exercise of political power over the rule of law. Thursday night, Trump’s attorney echoed that sentiment, declaring, “today the rule of law in the United States of America died.” <Source>
Unprecedented Trump indictment eviscerated as 'legally pathetic'
Former President Donald Trump's historic indictment Thursday was ripped by one legal scholar as "legally pathetic" and a "raw political prosecution."
"This indictment, if it is reportedly following the theory that we've been talking about, is political. It's a raw political prosecution," George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley said on "Special Report."
Trump was indicted by a New York grand jury Thursday and became the first ex-president to face criminal charges in U.S. history.
"The indictment may come out with a crime that none of us have heard of," Turley said. "But for many months, this bootstrapping theory has been put out there, this idea that you could take a misdemeanor under New York law that has expired, that has a two-year statute of limitations, and revive it by connecting it to a federal crime, in this case, the federal election violation"
"Now, there's a host of problems with that," he continued. "First of all, it's a federal crime the Department of Justice chose not to prosecute. Bragg's own predecessor declined to prosecute it, but he is attempting to bootstrap that federal crime into a state case. And if that is the basis for the indictment, I think it's rather outrageous. I think it's legally pathetic." <Source>
Both men are committed Democrats.
Unless law enforcement is willing to use necessary force against arsonists, looters, and those damaging property, the cause is lost to the progressive communist democrats.
We may see a rise in vigilantism, especially in rural areas, where concerned individuals or groups use their own force to deter or detain alleged wrongdoers while unofficially patrolling neighborhoods to promote peace and safety. At this point, elected officials not performing their duties must be replaced.
Now you can see the progressive motives to erase the Second Amendment and disarm law-abiding citizens in favor of armed law enforcement operating at the behest of the ruling regime.
I sincerely hope, for the sake of the nation and its lawful citizens, I am wrong, and this scenario does not come to pass.
We are so screwed.
P.S. Now that there is a precedent for party-based prosecutions at the state level, it appears that Democrats like Barack Obama may be vulnerable should someone discover irregularities in the fundraising operations of his political library.
