The brutal murder of Tyre Nichols at the hands of Memphis Police Department officers is yet another terrible shock to the conscience of the nation.

My deepest condolences and prayers are with Tyre’s family and friends in grief, and I stand in solidarity with the protesters in Memphis and across the country who are peacefully demanding transparency, accountability, and justice for this horrific crime.

The images are unbearable, but we can’t turn away. We must all demand justice and accountability.

And when I get to the United States Senate, I’m going to do all I can to abolish the filibuster and pass the George Floyd Justice in Policing Act.

[OCS: George Floyd was a criminal thug who died from a self-administered dose of fentanyl. He is not worth remembering or being honored by an association with legislation. I am still of the opinion that the trial of Derek Chauvin was a corrupt politically-motivated trial. While he may have deserved disciplinary action, he did not deserve the treatment he received from the court. No justice for anyone was done by the corrupt judge and a frightened jury fearing for their lives.]

Enough is enough.

The Bail Project is little more than an organization that seeks to put criminals back on the street faster.

Schiff, being a progressive communist democrat, does little for the hundreds of blacks being slaughtered in the inner cities while pandering to the black Marxists who want to destroy our nation from within. The Harvard-educated Bolshevik from Burbank literally has “Schiff for brains.”]
