VETERANS DAY - 2022

Honoring our troops on Veterans Day …

Let us remember that it was our senile Commander-in-Chief and the corrupt politicized military leadership that gave us a resounding defeat in Afghanistan that even surpasses our defeat in Viet Nam. What our soldiers won in battle, our politicians negotiated away. It is a bitch when an illegal alien receives more consideration and military benefits that do our soldiers.

Capture11-10-2010-8.06.22 PM

Lest we not forget …

Jane Fonda, American Traitor …

As we go about our daily tasks, let us for a moment consider the service of Senator John McCain, a prisoner of war who suffered terribly at the hands of our enemy while just mere miles away, a far-left liberal, Jane Fonda, laughed and sat on an anti-aircraft gun as she called our American troops “war criminals."

Capture10-31-2008-10.44.40 AM

Aside from visiting villages, hospitals, schools, and factories, Fonda also posed for pictures in which she was shown applauding North Vietnamese anti-aircraft gunners, was photographed peering into the sights of an NVA anti-aircraft artillery launcher and made ten propagandistic Tokyo Rose-like radio broadcasts in which she denounced American political and military
leaders as "war criminals." She also spoke with eight American POWs at a carefully arranged "press conference," POWs who had been tortured by their North Vietnamese captors to force them to meet with Fonda, deny they had been tortured, and decry the American war effort. <Source>

And an accounting which is not complete …

For some as yet unexplained reason, John McCain approved legislation that has kept Americans from getting a complete accounting of our MIAs from Viet Nam.

The legislation ensured that “… the Defense Department is not obligated to tell the public about prisoners believed alive in captivity and what efforts are being made to rescue them. It only has to notify the White House and the intelligence committees in the Senate and House. The committees are forbidden under law from releasing such information.” For those who wish to read an interesting article on McCain’s efforts to prevent a full and complete accounting of MIAs, it can be found at “ The War Secrets Sen. John McCain Hides: Former POW Fights Public Access To POW/MIA Files.”

Bottom line …

Our nation and each citizen owe an unpayable debt to those who risk life and limb to protect our right to prosper or protest in complete freedom from a totalitarian government.

  • If you see a soldier in uniform, thank them for their service – especially since it is completely voluntary. If you see a veteran down on his luck, extend a helping hand.
  • Do not let our people and our government forget the sacrifice made by our troops.
  • Do not let those who would denigrate and demean our military go unchallenged.
  • Do not let the media spin a story that is contemptuous of those who protect our freedom without pointing out that it may have been the actions of relatively few individuals involved and they do not represent the military.

And, no matter what the spin, you are not a private citizen exercising your “free speech rights” when you give aid and comfort to America’s enemies by making propaganda announcements --  you are a traitor.

Most of all, tell those in the far-left who are openly anti-military and anti-America where to step off. <insert strong language message here>

2022 MID-TERM ELECTION: THE DAY AFTER

It should surprise nobody that I am an unhappy camper.

Last night proved the pundits and pollsters wrong, there was no “red wave,” and there are races still undecided, so there is a lack of certainty about the House and Senate majorities.

It appears Biden will stay the course and be stage-managed by the progressive communist democrat Obama acolytes.

Biden Says He Plans to Do ‘Nothing’ Differently in Second Half of Presidency

Speaking to reporters the day after the midterm elections, Biden was asked what he might do differently to address voters’ concerns about the economy and the widespread sentiment that the country is generally moving in the wrong direction.

Biden replied: “nothing.”

“I’m not going to change anything in any fundamental way,” he added. <Source>

However, all is not lost, as it is likely that we will have a slim majority in the House.

The question then becomes, is the feckless Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) strong enough to hold the House GOP members together and heavily punish those that jump the aisle on critical votes? Will he be able to resist the inevitable media pressure when threats of “government shutdowns” loom when spending cuts are proposed? Will he have the strength to use the Democrat’s dirty tactics to re-jigger committee assignments and investigations? Does McCarthy have the power to stand up against Republican Whip Steve Scalise (R-LA)?

Scalise announces bid for House majority leader

House Minority Whip Steve Scalise (R-La.) announced a bid to become the next House majority leader on Wednesday as the GOP appears likely to win a narrow majority in the lower chamber.

The American people deserve a House of Representatives that can move the agenda that was promised to them on the campaign trail,” Scalise said in a letter addressed to his GOP colleagues in the House.

“As your Majority Leader, I will work relentlessly to usher our vision through the House and show the country how conservative ideas can solve the problems that families are facing,” he added.

He said he has a proven track record of bringing together a wide range of viewpoints in the GOP to build consensus and pointed to conservative legislative successes like the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017 and the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement, an updated version of NAFTA signed into law in 2020.

Scalise also mentioned successfully keeping the Republican caucus completely unified in opposition to President Biden’s American Rescue Plan and Inflation Reduction Act. His current job as whip is to rally votes in favor or against legislation among Republican members of the House. <Source>

Assigning blame…

Why bother? It is what it is; the only things that matter are election integrity, accurate counts, and the support and funding for those in runoff races.

You can endlessly debate candidate quality, the influence of Trump and his penurious spending, the role of the polls and pundits, the lack of leadership at the RNC, and the spending of Mitch McConnell to support loyalists – and it isn’t significant unless there are lessons to be learned that will inform the 2024 presidential election.

The hidden issue…

One must acknowledge that one major election factor is GEN-Z voters under 30 (born 1997 to 2012), who may have blunted the “red wave.”

A suggestive pattern from a CNN national house exit poll from a media outlet with a characteristic left bias.

  • R+13  65+
  • R+11  45-64
  • D+2    30-34
  • D+28  18-29

Cnn-age

This is the internet generation that is overly susceptible to conflating what they see on social media with the broader aspects of reality and the vagaries of life. While some may label it a “conspiracy theory,” it is possible that the tech giants, who are demonstrably left-leaning, may have served-up targeted ads and data feeds that ranked progressive issues and viewpoints over suppressed conservative views.

One disgusting note: Trump throws Melania under the bus...

Trump 'furious with Melania for telling him to endorse Dr. Oz' and is 'screaming at everybody' this morning after lackluster midterm results...while Republicans blame him for defeats and turn to DeSantis for 2024

For Trump, the midterms were supposed to be an amuse-bouche before another White House campaign.

But some of his most prolific candidates crashed and burned overnight. Oz, a TV star turned politician, suffered one of the most embarrassing defeats of the night, losing to John Fetterman in Pennsylvania.

According to The New York Times' Maggie Haberman, who recently released a scathing biography about Trump, the former president is particularly 'furious' that Oz lost - and is 'blaming everyone... including his wife' for advising him to support him in April.

'Trump is indeed furious this morning, particularly about Mehmet Oz, and is blaming everyone who advised him to back Oz -- including his wife, describing it as not her best decision, according to people close to him,' she tweeted. <Source>

It remains to be seen if Trump has the discipline to delay his “yuge announcement” scheduled for November 15 until after the Georgia runoff. Lest we forget, it was Trump’s fault that the GOP lost two Senate seats in Georgia, costing the GOP the Senate majority.

Bottom line…

It appears that party perceptions have flipped. The Republicans now represent the working man and an increasing number of people of color, while the Democrats have become the party of tech oligarchs and corporatized America. Unless the GOP improves its outreach to younger individuals, the party will age itself out of power.

As they say, stay tuned for the results after the commercial. And, if there is a bright spot: the Democrats will own the pain yet to come.

If you are interested in donating money, do not give it to Trump or a joint Candidate-Trump campaign, as the candidate will see virtually no funds from a Trump-associated effort.

That we cannot process votes quickly speaks to an inefficient organization, a lack of personnel, and machine capacity. Or, the Democrats impeding the count while they “find” votes in close races.

Beyond a serious candidate, Americans want, first, stability; second, a vision for a prosperous future; and third, to reduce past wrongs. Attacking the media and hating progressive communist democrats is not enough.

We are so screwed.

WAITING FOR DEFINITIVE 2022 MID-TERM RESULTS

DISAPPOINTING: The red wave looks like a blood-red splash on a blue background.

Preliminary indications are that the customary last-minute campaigning of the Republicans vs. the 24/7/365 efforts of the Democrats, the deliberate support of Senate candidates loyal to Senate Minority Leader McConnell, the failure of the GOP to overcome the legacy and social media, and the lack of guts to call a spade a spade appear to be inflicting their toll.

That some GOP candidates were sketchy, and the GOP chose not to fight in every race also affected the battle. When a GOP candidate cannot beat a clearly unsuitable candidate like John Fetterman, we are in deep trouble.

Not watching the talking heads or obsessing about the minute-to-minute vote tallies…

Dugiedog-3

I believe that the chaos of Trump worked against rather than for the fight.

Bottom line…

No matter how the election turns out, we are screwed if good people do not confront this country's growing evil of corruption, communism, and corporatism.

The fact that a majority of people are apathetic, ignorant, cannot see the handwriting on the wall, or have been brainwashed by the corporate media does not bode well for this nation.

That people vote to continue their suffering under a demonstrably corrupt Democrat regime is a clear precursor to a more authoritarian existence.

That the feckless GOP does not fight as hard as the Democrats is unforgivable.

For me, Fetterman vs. Oz says it all.

We are so screwed.

It is not enough to vote yourself, bring your GOP relatives, friends, colleagues, and others to the polls. NOVEMBER 7, 2022 -- A REMINDER OF THOSE WHO PAID THE ULTIMATE PRICE FOR OUR FREEDOM

The Vietnam war, the war American fighting troops, won, and cowardly politicians surrendered…

During the week of November 7 – 10, 2022, leading up to the observance of Veterans Day on November 11, there will be a 65- hour reading of 58,281 names on the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall in Washington, D.C., to commemorate those who sacrificed their lives to preserve the freedoms you enjoy today and which are slowly being squandered by corrupt, self-serving politicians.

Although exact counts vary, the United States suffered 58,220 killed, 303,644 wounded, and 2,641 missing in action during the Vietnam War.

WE BE SCREWED

BIDEN-CHINA-QUESTION

Speaking at an IBM facility in Poughkeepsie, New York, President Joe Biden remarked…

More is going to change for the better in the next 10 years than happened in the last 40 years.  We’re at an inflection point in world history where the changes that are going to take place in the next 10 are going to fundamentally alter the way in which we look at the world and our place in the world.  And that’s not hyperbole.  It’s real.”

[OCS: I can just imagine President Biden adding, “c’mon man, that’s not a lie,” as he lies through his false teeth,]

Considering we are on a downward spiral where things are getting worse, I call bullshit!

As for that inflection point in world history, we are seeing a world increasingly overseen by a network of loosely allied oligarchs and dictators spread across the globe. These individuals care nothing about humanity or even the people in their dominion. The best than can be said for them is they are the product of human nature, where evildoers will do what’s best for them at any given moment without care or concern for others.

They have created an environment where people do not acknowledge their debt to their country, live lives of purposelessness, are filled with formless rage, are tethered to their electronic devices, search for identity, and seek an enemy to blame for their present condition and lack of achievement.

Individuals who ignore the founding principles that made America great – and the most prosperous country in modern history. Individuals who lack common sense and the ability to think beyond their immediate tribe. Individuals who are easily led by anyone with a modicum of charisma and who speak with a reassuring degree of certainty.

We must open our eyes and see that our nation can no longer survive with a corrupt political class that creates its own chaos and crises, amplified by the media’s propagandists, to promote their self-serving and toxic agenda.

Americans are rapidly joining mobs – to feel a sense of belonging, relieve boredom, be entertained, and seek companionship, if not friendship. That the mob acts irrationally or destructively is secondary to their membership in the tribe, even for the few moments they can memorialize with a “selfie.”

They do not realize that the elites are not of the people as they are isolated and insulated from the same sacrifices, behavior, and actions they demand of others.

They do not realize that the wounds we are suffering are self-inflicted, so our elites can offer a solution to alleviate our suffering. At the cost of our freedom and labor, of course.

Amazingly, when things turn sour, these individuals are more likely to believe it’s their fault rather than the corrupt leaders they have chosen. They believe in the myth that good people govern America for good people. One need only consider “due process” and the difference between equal protection for the rich and poor. The useful idiots still wrongly believe that justice generally prevails. They never realize that the elites have subverted the justice system in favor of their fellow elites.

Our biggest enemies are not the corrupt politicians but the knee-jerk politically correct individuals who don’t see what is before their very eyes. They continue to pay confiscatory amounts into a system that redistributes billions and billions in taxpayer subsidies to already wealthy individuals and organizations.

Can it be reversed?

I don’t know. I know that nobody has successfully altered the fundamental dynamics of human nature over the preceding millennia. Yes, behavioral scientists have taught politicians to use positive and negative incentives to urge people toward a preferred decision path. Still, they can’t alter the fundamental nature of good and evil.

Foreign nations and special interests have bought enough politicians and infiltrated enough institutions and organizations to make reform impossible without some form of uprising.

Bottom line…

A good start would be to recognize the political class as fundamentally evil and the elite class as fundamentally transactional and venal. We need to start taking back our law enforcement and judicial institutions at the local level and working upward to state legislatures who may breathe new life into the Tenth Amendment and curtail the federal government’s power to their original constitutionally-enumerated powers.

If begun now, a task will exceed my lifetime and perhaps another two to three generations.

Let’s start by removing the power from progressive communist democrats in the 2022 mid-term elections.

All I am sure of now is that we are presently screwed.

AND YOU THOUGHT SCIENCE WAS COLOR BLIND AND FACT-BASED

Once again, I am deeply disappointed in Scientific American for allowing its pages to be co-opted by the progressive communist democrats who want to destroy America from within by racializing our culture to bring about a change in our political system from extraordinarily beneficial capitalism to the extremely destructive communism they seem to favor.

Why Scientists Must Stand for Affirmative Action and against Scientific Racism

The Supreme Court could destroy affirmative action in higher education, and STEM professionals must stand against the white supremacy and scientific racism that fuels arguments against it

A contemporary argument against affirmative action is that society has now reached a post-racism state in which racial differences in achievement can be attributed to personal failures: some people don’t have the innate ability to succeed, or they just need to try harder.

[OCS: Fact: Affirmative action is the despicable political practice of advantaging some individuals while disadvantaging others in an attempt to gain or maintain political power by pandering to a particular minority segment of the population.

Regarding education, it is a fact dictated by human nature that some individuals, regardless of race, religion, or whatever, do not have the desire or ability to pursue the career of their choice. No matter how much wishing occurs, a 5’ 9” individual cannot become a power forward on a professional basketball team – and it would be wrong to believe the government should intervene with a mandate that short individuals be included on a team in the name of diversity.

If one does not qualify for enrollment in a particular school, so be it! It is another sorry fact that some of the most prestigious institutions want to create artificially high rejection rates as a marketing ploy to boost their own prestige and ability to attract big-money students or endowed scholarships.]

In the context of persistent educational inequality among socially-defined races, these arguments invoke “scientific” racism, or centuries-old myths such as that people with darker skin are biologically less intelligent, which has no actual scientific basis. In addition to the fact that humans do not have biological races, this argument also discounts the myriad ways in which slavery, colonialism, genocide and racial and ethnic discrimination have led to well-documented and persistent economic and social consequences for nonwhite people.

[OCS: A convenient argument posed by racists and race-baiters and often used by those wishing to gain or maintain political power.]

As scientists, we need to improve the public’s understanding of systemic racism as an unjust social, political and legal power structure, as well as that there are no innate “deficiencies” in nonwhite people. Clearly, we will need more than 25 years to achieve such a goal.

[OCS: No! Regarding academic achievement, systemic racism is a canard used as a political argument. As a scientist, you need to do honest science or teach science principles to those willing and capable of profiting from such instruction. There should be no professional mandate to engage in political ideologies or culture wars within the profession.]

Campus and admissions policies tailored to white students reinforce racial hierarchies and maintain the supremacist ideology that initially prevented Black and brown students from participating in higher education programs in significant numbers. We must center Black and brown students in educational law and policy to maintain and strengthen the original tenets of affirmative action, in addition to upholding it as status quo.

[OCS: I call bullshit! The same could be said about the exclusions faced by Jews. Asians and other demonstrably high-achieving students who are being denied admission because of race or religious reasons, or the lack of a seat because it is occupied by a favored class or subpar legacy admit.]

People fighting against affirmative action in admissions have long used scientific racism as their justification to end it.

[OCS: No! People fighting against affirmative action realize that it is still racism – no matter how noble someone's intentions might seem.]

<Source>

Bottom line…

There are numerous paths to becoming a scientist for those motivated to seek them. And, if one were intellectually honest, perhaps one would call for a reduction in academic and administrative salaries, perks, and privileges and use those funds to enlarge enrollment. Demand a percentage of endowment funds be used for instruction. Or possibly demand attendance at a STEM prep academy to screen for those qualified to benefit from advanced training.

I see no race-based criteria at community colleges that would inhibit exceptional or even capable students from learning STEM-related subjects and transferring to a school of their choice – especially since the first two years of most undergraduate courses are about a generic curriculum that prepares students for upper division specialization and graduate school.

We are so screwed when we ignore human nature and facts and engage in race-baiting.

RACISM IS ALWAYS WRONG, NO MATTER WHO PROPOSES IT OR BENEFITS FROM IT!

UNBELIEVABLE: PROGRESSIVE COMMUNIST DEMOCRATS WANT A PANDEMIC AMNESTY

Viral-bullshit

The truth about the funding of man-made pathogens, the origins of the global pandemic, the zero-science myths surrounding COVID-19-related political positioning, and the shocking truth that American scientists and politicians may have engaged in mass deception, mass murder, and weakening American resilience to disease and other biological agents is coming to light.

So now the progressive communist democrats are seeking a “pandemic amnesty” so they are not held accountable for what might be termed a preventable man-made disaster.

Emily Oster, a progressive academic writing in the radical left publication, The Atlantic, puts forth the proposition…

LET’S DECLARE A PANDEMIC AMNESTY

We need to forgive one another for what we did and said when we were in the dark about COVID.

In April 2020, with nothing else to do, my family took an enormous number of hikes. We all wore cloth masks that I had made myself. We had a family hand signal, which the person in the front would use if someone was approaching on the trail and we needed to put on our masks. Once, when another child got too close to my then-4-year-old son on a bridge, he yelled at her “SOCIAL DISTANCING!”

These precautions were totally misguided. In April 2020, no one got the coronavirus from passing someone else hiking. Outdoor transmission was vanishingly rare. Our cloth masks made out of old bandanas wouldn’t have done anything, anyway. But the thing is: We didn’t know.

[OCS:  Pleading ignorance is not an excuse for harming a significant segment of the population by presenting credentialed individuals who purported to know “the science” and spoke with certainty – not admitting their lack of knowledge and lying to the American public.

If only Dr. Anthony Fauci, the nation’s top infectious disease expert, Dr. Deborah Leah Birx, the White House Coronavirus Response Coordinator, and Robert Redfield. the virologist who served as the director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, told the truth – hundreds of thousands of lives would have been saved.

Likewise, if there had been no political interference with cheap therapeutics that appeared to work, many more lives would have been saved.

And then there is New York Governor Andrew Cuomo, who is personally responsible for the deaths of thousands of senior citizens with his insane public policy of placing infected individuals in the middle of those most vulnerable to the virus – senior citizens sequestered in community living facilities without adequate safeguards against infectious diseases.]

I have been reflecting on this lack of knowledge thanks to a class I’m co-teaching at Brown University on COVID. We’ve spent several lectures reliving the first year of the pandemic, discussing the many important choices we had to make under conditions of tremendous uncertainty.

Some of these choices turned out better than others. To take an example close to my own work, there is an emerging (if not universal) consensus that schools in the U.S. were closed for too long: The health risks of in-school spread were relatively low, whereas the costs to students’ well-being and educational progress were high. The latest figures on learning loss are alarming. But in spring and summer 2020, we had only glimmers of information. Reasonable people—people who cared about children and teachers—advocated on both sides of the reopening debate.

[OCS: I call bullshit! The teachers’ unions were dictating public policies to politicians – milking the system, as it were. Science was subservient to big-money politics. Most culpable was Randi Weingarten, the American Federation of Teachers president.]

Another example: When the vaccines came out, we lacked definitive data on the relative efficacies of the Johnson & Johnson shot versus the mRNA options from Pfizer and Moderna. The mRNA vaccines have won out. But at the time, many people in public health were either neutral or expressed a J&J preference. This misstep wasn’t nefarious. It was the result of uncertainty.

[OCS: The most significant unknowable was a vaccine's long-term side effects and efficacy, as there is no way to simulate the passage of time. However, the known data was sequestered and heavily guarded against public exposure and debate. When key data became known, equally credible and experienced medical and scientific practitioners who dissented were silenced by the regime – an effort that is ongoing today.]

Obviously some people intended to mislead and made wildly irresponsible claims. Remember when the public-health community had to spend a lot of time and resources urging Americans not to inject themselves with bleach? That was bad. Misinformation was, and remains, a huge problem. But most errors were made by people who were working in earnest for the good of society.

[OCS: You cannot claim ignorance and then point to other data and claim misinformation or disinformation. Labeling something misinformation without open debate is little more than a justification for censorship and canceling the platform access to dissenting voices – gutting the first precept of scientific inquiry – skepticism.

As for people with good intentions – they were ignorant that they were paving the road to hell and violating the prime directive of medicine: first, do no harm.]

Given the amount of uncertainty, almost every position was taken on every topic. And on every topic, someone was eventually proved right, and someone else was proved wrong. In some instances, the right people were right for the wrong reasons. In other instances, they had a prescient understanding of the available information.

[OCS: Where were the leadership's admissions of faulty methodologies and assumptions? Those who were eventually proven right still suffered reputational damage and continued to be shunned, while the media propagandists still featured those who are wrong.]

The people who got it right, for whatever reason, may want to gloat. Those who got it wrong, for whatever reason, may feel defensive and retrench into a position that doesn’t accord with the facts. All of this gloating and defensiveness continues to gobble up a lot of social energy and to drive the culture wars, especially on the internet. These discussions are heated, unpleasant and, ultimately, unproductive. In the face of so much uncertainty, getting something right had a hefty element of luck. And, similarly, getting something wrong wasn’t a moral failing. Treating pandemic choices as a scorecard on which some people racked up more points than others is preventing us from moving forward.

We have to put these fights aside and declare a pandemic amnesty. We can leave out the willful purveyors of actual misinformation while forgiving the hard calls that people had no choice but to make with imperfect knowledge. Los Angeles County closed its beaches in summer 2020. Ex post facto, this makes no more sense than my family’s masked hiking trips. But we need to learn from our mistakes and then let them go. We need to forgive the attacks, too. Because I thought schools should reopen and argued that kids as a group were not at high risk, I was called a “teacher killer” and a “génocidaire.” It wasn’t pleasant, but feelings were high. And I certainly don’t need to dissect and rehash that time for the rest of my days.

[OCS: Bullshit. There should be consequences, including fines, penalties, including prison, for those who willfully obstructed or censored information critical to the understanding of the risks involved with newly-engineered vaccines and the use of effective low-cost therapeutics..]

Moving on is crucial now, because the pandemic created many problems that we still need to solve.

[OCS: Move on, is the mantra of the progressive communist democrats when they have been caught red-handed in malfeasant (Misconduct or wrongdoing, especially by a public official.) activities or criminal actions.]

The standard saying is that those who forget history are doomed to repeat it. But dwelling on the mistakes of history can lead to a repetitive doom loop as well. Let’s acknowledge that we made complicated choices in the face of deep uncertainty, and then try to work together to build back and move forward.

[OCS: Spoken like a true progressive communist democrat believer who wants to erase history and the wrongdoing of the perpetrators.]

Dr. (MD, MPH) Vinay Prasad's List of offenses

  • Discouraging people from outdoor activities
  • Lying about the evidence for cloth masks in community settings
  • Lying about the evidence for masking outside
  • Closing beaches
  • Pouring sand into outdoor skateboard parks
  • Not running any randomized control trials of masking in high-income nations
  • Pushing masks on 2-year-olds in contrast with world health organization recommendations, evidence, and basic common sense
  • Culling animals
  • Using the police state to enforce lockdown
  • Not letting people hold their father's hand when their father dies.
  • Not letting people visit their mother when she's hospitalized
  • Closing schools -- But just for poor kids who go to public school, rich kids get to go to school
  • Making testing companies rich by recommending unproven testing
  • Inventing a 6-ft distance
  • Enforcing stupid distances to make it hard to run school buses
  • Lowering the regulatory bar for vaccines
  • Lying about myocarditis after the safety signal is found in Israel
  • Never making drug companies test lower doses in young men. Doing absolutely nothing to mitigate the risk.
  • Repeatedly lying about it so you can force boosters on people who've already had covid, despite no evidence, and lacking biological rationale
  • Continuing the emergency state long after it's appropriate.
  • Continuing emergency powers when the emergency has passed
  • Vaccine passports
  • Discriminating against people by vaccine status.
  • Preventing Novak Djokovic from competing in US Open
  • Making children wear masks to go to the zoo in California in November 2022 to protect the animals who shouldn't be close to the kids anyway, and they're all outside anyway
  • Firing healthcare workers to the point that no one wants to work in healthcare anymore, and it is hard to staff
  • Discouraging people from getting routine health care.
  • Publishing propaganda in MMWR to justify your broken agenda
  • Funding the Ecotrust dude after all the issues about where the virus is coming from.
  • Spending 10 billion on Paxlovid without randomized data in vaccinated people
  • Spending billions on Remdesivir when it doesn't do s***.
  • Spending so much money on useless tests, that faculty members quit universities to go run testing companies selling said useless tests
  • Using useless tests to keep kids out of school.
  • Inventing unproven Quarantine policies to keep kids out of school
  • Closing Palo Alto schools, but leasing the space, so parents can drop their kids off in zoom school, where an instructor who's an underpaid worker opens a laptop so they can take a class with their teacher.

And doing all this without running a single cluster randomized trial to figure out anything. To just do it on a whim without data.

Bottom line…

I am not willing to forgive or forget the politicization of the pandemic by the progressive communist democrats who took advantage of the pandemic to make a bid to turn America into an authoritarian, one-party nation.

Likewise, I am aware that we appear to be suffering a current pandemic among the vaccinated and a disproportionate share of life-threatening side effects.

We are so screwed.

YOUTUBE TO CONTROL HEALTH INFORMATION

WHOTUBE-1

The basics…

(1)    Medicine is part science and part art, where the vagaries of human physiology and physical condition can greatly influence diagnosis, treatment protocols, and outcomes.

(2)    What works for one individual may not work for another. Best practices demand medical treatments be vetted by your personal physician, who knows you, your family history, your present condition, and any confirmatory tests that may be required before starting a treatment protocol.

(3)    Physicians and Nurse Practitioners cannot know everything and should have reliable sources of information to inform their diagnoses and treatment protocols.

(4)    Competence is not measured by physical appearance, a pleasant personality, or the ability to speak convincingly with forceful certitude and assurance.

(5)    Credentials or even experience is not an indicator of competence. Competence is measured by outcomes, bearing in mind that certain medical practitioners in specialties dealing with critically ill or terminal patients may require different metrics from those who practice family medicine.

(6)    Emergency medical care is designed to stabilize that patient, so they can be handed off to other health practitioners for additional care.

(7)    Healthcare professionals may not operate with the best interests of their patients in mind but may be bound by the rules and regulations of their practice or the facility within which they practice.

(8)    Misinformation is false, misleading, or out-of-context content shared without the intent to deceive.

(9)    Disinformation is purposefully false or misleading content shared with an intent to deceive and cause harm.

(10)  The greatest source of medical disinformation may come from the government, credentialed practitioners, prestigious institutions, and non-governmental organizations influenced by financial incentives or political ideology.

(11)   Beware of medical professionals who are providing information on subject matters outside the scope of their specialty and practice.

YouTube plans to fight healthcare misinformation and disinformation with a certification program…

Creators who plan to offer healthcare commentary on YouTube must be certified and follows guidelines set by the Council of Medical Specialty Societies, the National Academy of Medicine, and the World Health Organization.

Of course, the progressive communist democrats on YouTube appear to be purposely ignoring the fact that the greatest sources of health-related misinformation and disinformation are the government and credentialed medical personnel.

In the case of the global pandemic, we saw the Communist Chinese government, the probable source of the SARS-CoV-2 from a lab leak at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, openly lie about the threat, allowing the virus to spread globally, and subvert the World Health Organization whose communist leader, Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, was in debt to the Chinese government.

Closer to home, we saw Dr. Anthony Fauci, the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases and the Chief Medical Advisor to the President, lie and dissemble over the financing of “gain of function” grants that led to the deadly research that created the virus.

Beware, YouTube’s stamp of approval or certification is worthless…

Introducing new ways to help you find answers to your health questions

At YouTube, we’re working to make it easier for people to find authoritative information to help answer their questions, and we’re putting health professionals at the core of our efforts to connect people with helpful content. I’ve spent my career trying to advance the ways that we can better reach people with the information they need to make the right health choices for themselves and their families, and I’ve had a front row seat as our approaches evolved from pamphlets handed out at doctor’s offices to online patient portals and telemedicine.

YouTube will now let medical professionals apply for additional verification.

Information panels providing health source context

When you watch a YouTube video on a health-related topic, you may notice an information panel providing context on the source underneath the video. This panel is meant to give you more info to help you better understand the sources of health content that you find and watch on YouTube.

To identify which health sources are eligible for this feature, we started in the United States by using a set of principles and definitions developed by a panel of experts convened by the National Academy of Medicine (NAM), and reviewed by the American Public Health Association (APHA). NAM is a nonprofit, nongovernmental organization that brings together top experts in health, medicine, and biomedical science to provide unbiased, evidence-based guidance about health and science. APHA is a professional association of public health practitioners that advocates for public health issues and policies backed by science.

As we expand outside of the United States, we’re referencing the work done by the World Health Organization (WHO), to inform global use of these principles. The WHO is a specialized agency of the United Nations responsible for international public health. We may also reference work done by other agencies, such as in the UK.

In July 2021, the expert panel convened by NAM published foundational principles that can be used to guide identification of potentially credible online health sources in a paper called Identifying Credible Sources of Health Information in Social Media: Principles and Attributes. The WHO and NAM recently convened a meeting of interdisciplinary experts from around the world to review and validate these principles for global application. The principles for authoritative health sources in these papers include that sources should be science-based, objective, transparent, and accountable.

As we begin to adopt principles for authoritative health sources, we are starting with organizations with pre-existing, standardized vetting mechanisms such as:

Healthcare organizations
Educational institutions
Public health departments
Government organizations

Vetting mechanisms include accreditation, academic journal indexing, and government accountability rules.

Leaked Documents Outline DHS’s Plans to Police Disinformation

The Department of Homeland Security is quietly broadening its efforts to curb speech it considers dangerous, an investigation by The Intercept has found. Years of internal DHS memos, emails, and documents — obtained via leaks and an ongoing lawsuit, as well as public documents — illustrate an expansive effort by the agency to influence tech platforms.

The work, much of which remains unknown to the American public, came into clearer view earlier this year when DHS announced a new “Disinformation Governance Board”: a panel designed to police misinformation (false information spread unintentionally), disinformation (false information spread intentionally), and malinformation (factual information shared, typically out of context, with harmful intent) that allegedly threatens U.S. interests. While the board was widely ridiculed, immediately scaled back, and then shut down within a few months, other initiatives are underway as DHS pivots to monitoring social media now that its original mandate — the war on terror — has been wound down. <Read More>

Who can you believe?

Finland Exposes Massive Covid Reporting Scandal: Nearly 40% of 'Covid Deaths' Were Fraudulent

Finland has become one of the first countries to uncover evidence that state agencies around the world committed fraud in their Covid deaths reporting during the pandemic.

The blockbuster report sheds light on how public health agencies around the world overhyped 'Covid-related deaths' in order to drive mass hysteria.

According to Sirkka Goebeler, chief specialist at the Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare (THL), Covid-19 has not been the actual cause of death in up to 40 percent of fatalities attributed to the illness in Finland. As a result, they will not end up in Statistics Finland's official data as coronavirus deaths.

As the Finnish report states, "Goebeler's unit examines all Finnish death certificates before they are forwarded to the state statistics bureau. The unit focuses on coronavirus-related death certificates where the attending physician has listed Covid as either the primary or a contributing cause of death."

"The THL tally of Covid-related deaths stood at 6,407 on Tuesday – but that figure includes all deaths that have occurred within 30 days of a positive coronavirus test," the report continued. "According to Goebeler, in nearly 4,000 of these cases, Covid is listed as the primary or immediate cause of death. In almost 1,600 cases, coronavirus is listed as a contributing factor."

"In approximately 900 cases initially recorded as Covid-related deaths, the actual death certificates do not contain any indication of coronavirus infection at all," the report added.

The Finnish report further substantiates the complaints of statistical analysts and public health experts that there was a failure to differentiate between deaths from Covid and deaths with Covid during the pandemic. There is evidence that in the United States, the conflation was deliberate in order to drive and perpetuate a state of public alarm,<Source>

Let us not forget Medical facilities were financially incentivized to classify admissions and deaths as COIVD-related by additional reimbursements. Even more, if the patient was intubated and on a respirator.

Bottom line…

Until the government entered a public-private relationship with the social media platform operators to censor information that did not support the regime’s narrative and to cancel dissident sources of information,  YouTube contained some of the most egregious medical advice targeted at those suffering from debilitating conditions and offering relief by purchasing expensive supplements with only trace amounts of active therapeutic drugs.

Now we see full-blown governmental censorship as they try to bypass the Constitution’s First Amendment protections on free speech by deputizing or coercing private companies.  And YouTube appears to be willing to support the regime’s narrative and announcers.

Creators looking to escape YouTube censorship, consider Rumble.com as a growing free speech platform.

We are so screwed.

THE PROGRESSIVES ADMIT TO AN ELECTION CONSPIRACY

The progressive communist democrats have become so brazen and cocksure of their position that they openly admit the 2020 election conspiracy was not a right-wing conspiracy…

Time_logo

The Secret History of the Shadow Campaign That Saved the 2020 Election

[OCS: They admit it was a real, not imaginary, conspiracy.]

There was a conspiracy unfolding behind the scenes, one that both curtailed the protests and coordinated the resistance from CEOs. Both surprises were the result of an informal alliance between left-wing activists and business titans. The pact was formalized in a terse, little-noticed joint statement of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and AFL-CIO published on Election Day. Both sides would come to see it as a sort of implicit bargain–inspired by the summer’s massive, sometimes destructive racial-justice protests–in which the forces of labor came together with the forces of capital to keep the peace and oppose Trump’s assault on democracy.

[OCS: Another reason you cannot trust the globalists at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, a lobbying group that places the interests of big business before the needs of the nation it purports to serve.

It should be noted that the progressive communist democrats were behind the destructive racial-justice protests used to disrupt a national election and whose agitators and activists have never been held accountable for their criminal actions by a progressive-run judicial system.

There was no indication of any assault on democracy other than talking points crafted by progressive communist democrats and promoted by the progressive propagandists in the mainstream media.]

The handshake between business and labor was just one component of a vast, cross-partisan campaign to protect the election–an extraordinary shadow effort dedicated not to winning the vote but to ensuring it would be free and fair, credible and uncorrupted. For more than a year, a loosely organized coalition of operatives scrambled to shore up America’s institutions as they came under simultaneous attack from a remorseless pandemic and an autocratically inclined President. Though much of this activity took place on the left, it was separate from the Biden campaign and crossed ideological lines, with crucial contributions by nonpartisan and conservative actors. The scenario the shadow campaigners were desperate to stop was not a Trump victory. It was an election so calamitous that no result could be discerned at all, a failure of the central act of democratic self-governance that has been a hallmark of America since its founding.

[OCS: There is sworn testimony and documentary evidence that the progressive communist democrats committed criminal acts to subvert the 2020 election.

The attempt has been labeled cross-partisan because establishment RINOs (Republicans in Name Only) like Mitt Romney joined their ideological enemies to thwart the Trump campaign and ensure that the establishment “business as usual” Republicans remained in control of the party.

The so-called conservatives involved were those like Bill Kristol, who were proven to be establishment types who masked the intent to regain their lost influence behind a conservative label.]

Their work touched every aspect of the election. They got states to change voting systems and laws [OCS: Clinton attorney Marc Elias spearheaded this corrupt effort that bypassed state legislatures and resulted in illegal actions] and helped secure hundreds of millions in public and private funding [OCS: Zuckerbucks.]. They fended off voter-suppression lawsuits [OCS: Voter-ID laws to protect the integrity of elections.] , recruited armies of poll workers [OCS: Some willing to violate the law and subvert legal systems and procedures.] and got millions of people to vote by mail for the first time. [OCS: A notorious corrupt system easily corrupted and abused with few safeguards.]

They successfully pressured social media companies to take a harder line against disinformation [OCS: Censorship.] and used data-driven strategies to fight viral smears. [OCS: Shadow-banning dissenting content and reducing “reach.”]

They executed national public-awareness campaigns that helped Americans understand how the vote count would unfold over days or weeks [OCS: Conditioning the  battlefield to accept election fraud.] preventing Trump’s conspiracy theories [OCS: Now proven mostly true.] and false claims of victory from getting more traction.

[OCS: Had the progressive communist democrats not suppressed the evidence of Joe Biden’s corruption and Hunter Biden’s laptop, polling indicates that Trump would have overwhelmingly one. Given the election shenanigans and the false-flag operation on January 6 to keep states from decertifying their corrupted or illegal vote tallies and seating alternate electors to cast legitimate electoral votes for Trump, the victory righteously belonged to Trump.]

After Election Day, they monitored every pressure point to ensure that Trump could not overturn the result. “The untold story of the election is the thousands of people of both parties who accomplished the triumph of American democracy at its very foundation,” says Norm Eisen, a prominent lawyer and former Obama Administration official who recruited Republicans and Democrats to the board of the Voter Protection Program.

[OCS: Election integrity issues were not heard in court as most cases were tossed for other reasons: lack of standing, time-barred, or no legal remedy available under the Constitution or existing laws.]

This is the inside story of the conspiracy to save the 2020 election, based on access to the group’s inner workings, never-before-seen documents and interviews with dozens of those involved from across the political spectrum. It is the story of an unprecedented, creative and determined campaign whose success also reveals how close the nation came to disaster.

[OCS: Truth be told, the nation did suffer a constitutional disaster as an election was successfully subverted and a path to future electoral subversion established.]

Every attempt to interfere with the proper outcome of the election was defeated,” says Ian Bassin, co-founder of Protect Democracy, a nonpartisan rule-of-law advocacy group. “But it’s massively important for the country to understand that it didn’t happen accidentally. The system didn’t work magically. Democracy is not self-executing.”

[OCS: The truth is that every attempt to maintain election integrity was defeated by a cabal of un-American evildoers who could best be described as progressive communist democrats. We are not a democracy governed by mob rule but a constitutional republic.]

That’s why the participants want the secret history of the 2020 election told, even though it sounds like a paranoid fever dream–a well-funded cabal of powerful people, ranging across industries and ideologies, working together behind the scenes to influence perceptions, change rules and laws, steer media coverage and control the flow of information. They were not rigging the election; they were fortifying it. And they believe the public needs to understand the system’s fragility in order to ensure that democracy in America endures.

[OCS: Endures as a European-style socialist/communist system ruled by authoritarian elites?]

<Read the entire saga in full and in context in the February 15, 2021, issue of TIME or online.>

Bottom line…

OCS-FLAG

Stories like this serve as a cautionary tale and playbook for thwarting future corrupt challenges to our America, our Constitution, and our electoral system.

Get off your ass and vote – considering those who have given their lives defending this nation; it’s the least you can do to preserve our way of life, our standard of living, and the hopes of future generations.

We are so screwed.
