The FBI appears to be serving unconstitutional DOJ warrants to individuals who openly challenged the election.

Since when does the Department of Justice obtain the authority to override the United States Constitution, especially in cases where the very same behavior of Democrats has gone unnoticed and unprosecuted? Where is the compensation for those forced to surrender their property, travel to Washington to respond to a summons, and spend thousands of dollars in lawyer’s fees – and then have the prosecution walk away from the matter? Proving once again that the process is being weaponized as a punishment and a deterrent to those who dare speak out. Where is the legal remedy for abuse of power – and I don’t mean being forced to resign from office?

Lawyer Says Dozens Of Trump Supporters Served With Warrants, Subpoenas Seeking 2020 Election Communications

“The truth is that a few days ago, a political reporter called several people and said, ‘Hey, have you heard or been served yet? The FBI will be serving 50 approximately search warrants or subpoenas on Trump supporters,’ and then, you know, within 24 hours of that, two of our clients, three of our clients actually did either get search warrants or subpoenas, and the subpoenas are extremely broad,” <Source>

Perhaps the legal remedy can be found in a conspiracy to obstruct justice charge and a cover-up of criminal activities? There is little doubt in my mind that Attorney General Merrick Garland and FBI Director Christopher Wray, with a number of other high-ranking Democrats, should go to prison for what they are doing to America’s legal system.

The FBI caught again…

There is little doubt that key high-ranking officials at the Department of Justice, the FBI, and the Obama White House knew of the Hillary smear campaign, the falsity of the allegations, and yet proceeded with a criminal attempt to interfere with a presidential election in violation of 18 U.S. Code § 595 - Interference by administrative employees of Federal, State, or Territorial Governments.

Another document from Special Counsel John Durham treasure trove reveals that Igor Danchenko, the alleged primary source of the material behind the infamous Steele Dossier has been revealed as a paid FBI informant.

“In March 2017, the FBI signed the defendant up as a paid confidential human source of the FBI. The FBI terminated its source relationship with the defendant in October 2020.”

Case 1:21-cr-00245-AJT Document 78 Filed 09/02/22 Page 3 of 45 PageID# 277

Why would the FBI employ a man whose primary work was about creating a false narrative to impugning the reputation of Donald Trump on behalf of the Hillary Clinton campaign and the Hillary-controlled Democratic National Committee? The obvious answer was to hide Danchenko from further scrutiny as a protected “source” and keep the FBI’s criminal misconduct in a bogus case hidden from government oversight, the media, and the public.

By way of background…

Beginning in or about July 2016 and continuing through December 2016, the FBI began receiving a series of reports from former British government employee Christopher Steele and his firm, Orbis Business Solutions ("Orbis"), that contained derogatory information on then-candidate Trump ("Trump") concerning Trump's purported ties to Russia (the "Steele Reports").

Earlier that year, Perkins Coie, a U.S.-based international law firm, acting as counsel to the Hillary Clinton Presidential campaign, had retained Fusion GPS, a U.S.-based investigative firm, to conduct research on Trump and his associates. In or about June 2016, Fusion GPS, in turn, retained Steele and Orbis to investigate Trump's purported ties to Russia.

The Steele Reports played an important role in applications that FBI personnel prepared and submitted to obtain warrants pursuant to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act ("FISA") targeting Carter Page, a United States citizen who for a period of time had been an advisor to then-candidate Trump.

Over a fairly lengthy period of time, the FBI attempted to investigate, vet, and analyze the Steele Reports but ultimately was not able to confirm or corroborate most of their substantive allegations. In the context of these efforts, the FBI learned that Christopher Steele relied primarily on a U.S.-based Russian national, the defendant Igor Danchenko ("Danchenko" or the "defendant"), to collect information that ultimately formed the core allegations found in the Steele Reports.

From January 2017 through October 2020, and as part of its efforts to determine the truth or falsity of specific information in the Steele Reports, the FBI conducted multiple interviews of the defendant regarding, among other things, the information that he had provided to Steele.

The link between Hillary Clinton to the attempt to interfere with a presidential election has been clearly established. Unfortunately, the cover-up has succeeded in that the delay has rendered all potential charges moot as they are beyond the statute of limitations and further proceedings will consume additional years of court proceedings. Likewise, former President Obama and his acolytes will never be held legally accountable for the many scandalous and criminal activities perpetrated on his watch, with his knowledge, and perhaps at his indirect direction.

What inflation?

  • The American People Won’: Biden Celebrates ‘Inflation Reduction Act’ as Market Plummets over August Inflation News

President Joe Biden celebrated the passage of the “Inflation Reduction Act” by hosting an event at the White House Tuesday, the same day the Bureau of Labor Statistics released a report showing inflation had continued to rise in August, causing markets to plummet. <Source>

  • The Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland reports that its latest estimate of 10-year expected inflation is 2.35 percent. In other words, the public currently expects the inflation rate to be greater than 2 percent on average over the next decade.<Source>
  • Dow Plummets Nearly 1,300 Points on August Inflation News in Worst Day Since June 2020

The major stock market indexes tumbled on Tuesday, notching the worst one-day performance for stocks since June 2020, after a key measure of inflation came in worse than expected. <Source>

  • Stubbornly high rents, food prices boost U.S. inflation in August

U.S. consumer prices unexpectedly rose in August and underlying inflation accelerated amid rising costs for rents and healthcare, giving the Federal Reserve ammunition to deliver a third 75 basis points interest rate hike next Wednesday. <Source>

  • Presidential Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre’s bald-faced lies

“Look, when you look at the data, the inflation data, look, we’re seeing more progress bringing global inflation down in the U.S. economy as I just stated moments ago.  Overall, prices have been essentially flat in our country these — these last two months.  That is welcome news for American families, with more work still to do.” <Source>

Unexpectedly rose? Almost everybody, with the apparent exception of the Biden Administration, its media propagandists, and Wall Street, that has been paying attention, knows that inflation is bad and that the Federal Reserve is creating an artificial recession to stem inflation.

Unfortunately, we do not have a demand problem that rising prices can cure; we have an artificially government-created supply problem – not to mention egregious government spending and new money creation. Likewise, both the media and the Wall Street wizards are artificially creating the type of volitivity that results in trading profits from buy/sell activity and the artificial manipulation of markets.

Anyone tracking the numbers doesn’t need a crystal ball…

Desperate times call for desperate measures, and times are, arguably, increasingly desperate. The persistence of high inflation might force the Federal Reserve to resort to the biggest increase in a key U.S. interest rate in more than 40 years.

After another dismal U.S. inflation report, economists at the brokerage Nomura Securities on Tuesday became the first on Wall Street to predict a full-percentage-point increase in the Fed’s benchmark short-term rate.<Source>

OCS: According to my numbers, the Fed should be more aggressive and get ahead of inflation by increasing the Federal funds rate by 125 to 150 basis points.

Union Corruption…

Gov. Newsom Pays Unions Back for Recall Rescue

California: ‘Bloated, sleepy and sloppy state bureaucracy that has festered in mediocrity’

California Governor Gavin Newsom was spared the indignity of being recalled by voters in fall of 2021 by California’s powerful and gilded labor unions, which spent more than $25 million in the recall, according to CalMatters. “That’s more money than Hollywood, California’s tech industry, local Indian tribes, and state real estate players spent in the recall race combined,” the Federalist reported.

The Governor apparently did not forget his end of the ostensible deal, rewarding labor with promises of hundreds of thousands of new members (Fast food workers), as well as signing legislation providing tax credits for the union dues of members.

“The new budget passed by lawmakers in mid-June and signed by Governor Newsom two weeks later will take California’s existing tax deduction for union dues payments and turn it into a tax credit capped at 33% of dues paid,” Patrick Gleason, Vice President of State Affairs at Americans for Tax Reform, said in Forbes. “Changing the deduction to a credit makes the union tax break more generous and benefits those who don’t itemize or have a tax liability.” <Source>

Before the holiday season, workers at America's busiest ports are fighting the robots

It's a never-ending line of massive ships stacked high with colorful containers that come and go from the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach these days. This busy scene is not unexpected as the volume of goods coming across the Pacific Ocean has hit new records during the pandemic. The shipping industry says it must automate more of the work loading and unloading ships to keep up.

Union-funded research finds significant job loss due to automation

In a union-funded study, the nonprofit research organization Economic Roundtable calculated how much work has been lost at two automated terminals, Long Beach Container Terminal and TraPac.

In what the researchers calls a conservative estimate, the study found that automation eliminated 572 full-time-equivalent jobs annually in 2020 and 2021.

To be clear, no union dockworker was laid off in those years. As part of their contract, ILWU workers have guaranteed base wages, regardless of whether there's work. And because of the recent surge in cargo, there has been plenty of work to go around. <Source>

Notice the corrupt unions never mention tens of millions of dollars in costs to consumers to needlessly save a relatively few exorbitantly high-paying union jobs. Or that unions contribute directly to political corruption -- an organized crime in the open!

Bottom line…

I do not know if a “come-back” is possible as long as this nation’s elite profit from political corruption.

Unbelievably, the nation is descending into chaos and crime under the Democrats.

We are so screwed.
