Notice on the Continuation of the National Emergency With Respect to Persons who Commit, Threaten to Commit, or Support Terrorism
On September 23, 2001, by Executive Order 13224, the President declared a national emergency pursuant to the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (50 U.S.C. 1701 et seq.) to deal with the unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security, foreign policy, and economy of the United States constituted by the grave acts of terrorism and threats of terrorism committed by foreign terrorists, including the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001, in New York and Pennsylvania and against the Pentagon, and the continuing and immediate threat of further attacks against United States nationals or the United States.
On September 9, 2019, the President signed Executive Order 13886 to strengthen and consolidate sanctions to combat the continuing threat posed by international terrorism and to take additional steps to deal with the national emergency declared in Executive Order 13224, as amended.
The actions of persons who commit, threaten to commit, or support terrorism continue to pose an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security, foreign policy, and economy of the United States. For this reason, the national emergency declared in Executive Order 13224 of September 23, 2001, as amended, and the measures adopted to deal with that emergency, must continue in effect beyond September 23, 2022. Therefore, in accordance with section 202(d) of the National Emergencies Act (50 U.S.C. 1622(d)), I am continuing for 1 year the national emergency with respect to persons who commit, threaten to commit, or support terrorism declared in Executive Order 13224, as amended.

Yes, we still have global terrorism and the threat of domestic terrorism…
Terrorism, especially terrorism based on religion and ideology, has been with us for centuries and will always be with us. In the United States, we are especially vulnerable due to the individual protections of the U.S. Constitution. It is not unusual for our enemies to use our own laws against us. (Saul Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals “#4 -- Make the enemy live up to its own book of rules.”)
But, if you haven’t noticed, the progressive communist democrats have made America more vulnerable to terrorism by violating the U.S. Constitution and failing to enforce federal immigration laws. We have a wide-open Southern border, and it has been officially acknowledged that terrorists have been apprehended crossing into our country.
42 Suspected Terrorists Have Been Apprehended at Our Southern Border Since Biden Took Office
Since Joe Biden took office and started implementing his radical open border policies, 42 people on the terrorist watchlist have been apprehended attempting to enter the United States through our southern border illegally.
Even more disturbing is that earlier this week, White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki could not guarantee that none of the OVER 2,000 illegal immigrants a day who avoid U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) capture entering our southern border were on the terror watch list. <Source>
Moreover, due to the catastrophically bungled surrender of Afghanistan, unvetted individuals, including terrorists, have entered the United States via an unsupervised airlift.
Inspector general says DHS allowed unvetted, dangerous Afghans to reach the U.S.
The Homeland Security Department failed to fully vet some of the Afghan evacuees it brought into the U.S. during last year’s airlift, the department’s inspector general said in a devastating audit, which warned that some people who “posed a risk to national security” were indeed let into the country.
One evacuee, just liberated from prison by the Taliban, was cleared to reach the U.S. Another reached the U.S. and was released, only to have the FBI conclude three months later that the evacuee “posed national security concerns.”
The evacuation was constructed so hastily that the department wrote procedures on the fly, with screening decisions made “on an ad hoc basis,” said the audit, released Tuesday.
“As a result, DHS paroled at least two individuals into the United States who posed a risk to national security and the safety of local communities and may have admitted or paroled more individuals of concern,” the inspector general concluded. <Source>
As for those domestic terrorists…
The Biden Administration is pressuring the F.B.I. to find “white supremacist terrorism” cases to support their racial narrative and the crackdown on white conservative Trump supporters. Therefore, I am not surprised that the F.B.I. appears to have a pattern and practice of creating terrorists, often to the point of false entrapment.
Overlooking the Black supremacist terrorism that saw organizations like the communist front groups Black Lives Matter and Antifa damage more than $2 BILLION in public and private property as they wreaked murder and mayhem across the United States with little or no government pushback. And what about the large armed Black militia associated with the Black separatists known as the Nation of Islam?
And, let us not forget that the greatest act of domestic terrorism, the bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, was pushback against the F.B.I.’s egregious killing of men, women, and children at Waco (1993) and Ruby Ridge (1992) – both staged media events precipitated by an F.B.I. sniper Lon Horiuchi, who was the original target of the bombers.
Bottom line…
Remember, it only takes one terrorist or terrorist-wannabes to ruin your whole day and cause life-altering damage to your fellow citizens.
It is time to review the Patriot Act, Presidential Executive Orders, and Emergency Orders since we have observed significant government abuse of power, the commission of impeachable offenses, and the weaponization of our nation’s premier intelligence and law enforcement agencies concurrently with the politicization of agencies and institutions.
You cannot use laws to protect against criminals, crazies, and terrorists.
Maintain situational awareness and decide if you are willing to fight or die on your knees begging for mercy.
Please support our local law enforcement as they remain a bulwark between anarchy and civil order.
