WHAT THE TRUTH SOUNDS LIKE: FROM DONALD TRUMP, JR.

Here is Donald Trump, Jr., triggered by the mother of the piece of shit who murdered 19 innocent children and two teachers in the Robb Elementary School shooting in Uvalde, Texas. More specifically, his mother’s plea for understanding and forgiveness – “Forgive me, forgive my son. I know he had his reasons.”

“He had his reasons for killing 19 — fourth graders?”

“Young elementary schools? He had his reasons? Yeah, maybe you are the reason? Uh, but you know, we’re not supposed to judge this piece of crap who shot and killed 19 kids. He had his reasons, right? Screw you!”

“This is so much of the problem in our society. There’s always an excuse. There’s no accountability — ever. We’re not allowed to actually say anything about it, right? We’re supposed to ‘see something say something,’ but we all know that you actually see something and say something you’re labeled — you’re bigoted.”

“It’s the gun, it’s not the sociopath wielding it, folks!”

“If it wasn’t for the gun, this kid would be a well adjusted reasonable individual. He’d be a wonderful human being, right?’ He wouldn’t have done the exact same thing with a bat or a bomb or some other improvised device or a machete!”

“We can’t acknowledge what the actual causes are. It’s not, you know, a drug addict mother, and a missing father, and a lack of religion, indoctrination programs in our schools. You know, that’s just gone from society and has nothing to do with that guys.”

Bottom line…

This is something new in our society and the progressive communist democrats appear to be encouraging these behaviors and using these heinous acts as political theatre.

L.A. SHERIFF CALLS OUT HOMELESS-INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX

Los Angeles Sheriff Alex Villanueva is disliked by most of the progressive communist democrat power structure in Los Angeles and is in a tight race to retain his position…

Therefore, it should come as no surprise he would share a documentary, The Homeless Industrial Complex,” highlighting the outsourcing of our democracy to for-profit corporations and non-profit organizations. Many are politically connected and active in community politics and electoral issues.

Why it matters…

Unlike police chiefs who serve at the pleasure of the mayor, city council, or a police commission, a country sheriff is a constitutional officer elected by the people and has powers that can supersede any authority, including city officials, within their jurisdiction. Villanueva has exercised this power previously to combat crime and clean up homeless encampments, many of which are health and fire hazards, in contravention of those profiting off the homeless.

Bottom line…

While there are many similar documentaries and published stories, let us focus on re-electing Sheriff Villanueva and deny increasing progressive communist democrat control over every aspect of our lives in Ventura County

Today, we commemorate our brave soldiers who died or were grievously wounded to safeguard our precious freedom. As we reflect on these sacrifices, let us honor their lives and consider and condemn those who would waste their magnificent contribution to America by knowingly collaborating with our enemies or restricting our God-given inalienable rights enshrined in our Constitution.

Those politicians, jurists, and others who overtly or covertly undermine or subvert our Constitution are every bit the foe of every American as if they were standing on the battlefield under arms.

Freedom is being squandered by self-serving traitors selling out our nation and its citizens for temporary political power.

While our troops fought to protect each other and our nation, today's political leadership, from the corrupt, incompetent, uncaring politicians, the bureaucratic cadre of progressive communist democrats, the activist judiciary which creates laws out of whole cloth, and those big technology multinationals that surreptitiously provide aid and comfort to our enemies, you are all little more than traitors in the battle to preserve America and American freedom.

Be grateful for your freedom, and remember it should never be taken for granted. In just a few cycles of progressive communist democrat intervention, we have seen our national resolve, military strength, and stature within the international community eroded by corrupt, incompetent, and uncaring progressive communist democrats. 1.  We're fighting for universal health care because every human being has a right to receive the medical care they need without exception.

2024 ELECTION: TRUMP VS. TRUMP

As we head into Memorial Day, my thoughts turned toward our political future with former President Donald Trump as the de facto head of the Republican Party…

There is little doubt in my mind that the progressive communist democrats have revealed themselves, their nefarious activities, and a glimpse of a dystopian future should we allow them to keep control of the Congress and the Presidency. There is no doubt that Biden is mentally challenged, often incoherent, and grossly ineffective. The Obama acolytes that are running the government are inept and ideologically driven. Thus setting the stage for an awakening of the American people, which will lead to an overwhelming Congressional GOP victory.

But, now is the time to question former President Trump’s role in the political process as we advance – especially the risk of Trump’s emphasis on revenge over reform.

If one wants proof of Trump’s mindset and divisiveness, let us not forget that Trump caused the GOP’s 2020 loss of the Senate by sabotaging Georgia’s Senate race with his egotistically spiteful conduct, encouraging his supporters not to vote because of the “stolen” election. His outright refusal to campaign for Senators David Perdue and Kelly Loeffler handed the Senate to the progressive communist democrats.

Even now, in the 2022 midterm elections, we saw Trump continue his temper tantrum by endorsing primary challengers to Republican Governor Brian Kemp and Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger – both of whom refused to loudly affirm a Trump victory in the 2020 election.

The people of Georgia voted for Governor Brian Kemp (73.7%) against Trump-endorsed U.S. Senator. David Perdue (21.8%). Kemp will now challenge the unopposed Democrat, Stacey Abrams. Likewise, the people voted for Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger (52%) over Trump-endorsed Jody Hice (33%).

One of the things coming to light in recent weeks is the extent to which former President Trump was the proximate cause of his own electoral downfall.

(1)  Election matters must be instituted and litigated at the state level, and there is little the federal government can do except investigate and prosecute fraud. The executive branch of the federal government has  no role in the state election rules other than to investigate and prosecute post-election fraud.

(2)  There is no constitutional mechanism for altering the outcome of a federal election one the vote is certified and accepted.

(3)  As we have seen with the Democratic Party, preparation for elections is a continuous process that must be pursued diligently, not just in the few months before or after an election.

(4)  The President was advised, prior to the 2020 election, to assemble a top-notch legal team to challenge improper state rule changes. It was also suggested that Trump establish and escrow a $30 - $40 million election defense fund. It appears that the stumbling block was not the concept of a defense fund itself, but the need to escrow the funds -- because no major law firm could rely on Donald Trump to pay his lawyers with his long-time practice of delaying and negotiating reduced legal fee settlements.

The Rudy Giuliani, Sidney Powell, and L. Lin Woods legal shit show was more of a low-cost effort by individuals who were telling Trump what he wanted to hear, legally misusing claims of fraud, and spinning fantastical tales of voting machine and software hacking involving foreign intervention. That these attorneys were soliciting public contributions to fund their efforts was agreeable to the notoriously cheap Trump. Some legal filings from this group were so amateurish and filled with typographical errors, including the name of the Court, as to be off-putting and laughable.

From a post-election analysis, it appears that a segment of the GOP critical of Trump was alienated by his cultish actions in whipping up his base. It was proven by down-ballot GOP candidates receiving more votes than Trump. The explanation that only the top-line results were manipulated is yet to be conclusively proven.

More and more, it appears that Trump’s own behavior and his advisory clown show, including his children, were the proximate cause of his failure to prevail in the election.

Former Attorney General William Barr summarized the issue succinctly, “Great political leaders don’t fan discord within their party or indulge petty personal grievances. Rather, they exercise discipline and patience with the aim of holding the party together and keeping it focused on the defeat of its political adversaries.”

Bottom line...

Why am I bringing this up now? Because Trump, regardless of his successes in domestic and foreign policies, is wildly unsuitable as a candidate for the 2024 election cycle and the more he prevents more suitable candidates from rising to the forefront is a disservice to our nation and the Republican Party.

We need an uniter, someone who holds the likes of Mitt Romney and Susan Collins in check and secures their vote for the GOP agenda.

Time is growing short, and the November 8, 2022, general election is less than six months (five months ten days) away. No time for nonsense.

We need candidates with core values, strength of character, and a willingness to confront the progressive communist democrats and their media propagandists over their authoritarian ambitions to control all aspects of our life; and destroy all institutions to create their impossibly unachievable beneficial communist dictatorship.

It is time to ignore self-serving narratives and concentrate on factual truth.

CRISIS OF ACCOUNTABILITY

Before you rush to second guess the stressful and unfolding events in the Robb Elementary School shooting or make snap judgments…

We have just learned that it appears to be the Chief of Police, Pedro "Pete" Arredondo, of the Uvalde Consolidated Independent School District School Police that made the fateful decision to wait for backup before taking decisive action in the Robb Elementary School active shooter situation.

In hindsight, it appears to be a mistaken assumption and a wrong decision that may have cost the lives of nineteen school children and two teachers. Whether or not there were training failures or other issues is up to a Board of Inquiry.

“The on-site commander, the chief of the school district’s police department in Uvalde, Texas, believed at the time that [the shooter] was barricaded inside and that children were no longer at immediate risk, giving police time to prepare.”

Since the Parkland shooting, the rule for active shooters has been to engage immediately -- whether it is one, two, ten, or more officers present. You keep pressing forward -- even at the expense of any wounded you may encounter -- until the assailant has been neutralized.

My only observation at this time would be to ask why a school police chief would remain as the incident commander with the arrival of municipal officers with command experience. And why the public is not turning their backs on those that would inject politics to exploit this tragedy -- or the media with its 24/7 repetition of events using talking head "experts."

It is unlikely that any individual will legally be held responsible for their actions on this fateful day. The overwhelming life-altering burden of conscience will far exceed any potential punishment imposed by a court or the public. Conviction in the court of public opinion is another matter altogether.

However, there is much to be learned. From some reports, federal marshals may have been present and attempting to subdue a crowd of parents and others calling for immediate police action. This is both unconscionable and unacceptable.

The one thing that stands out above all is that the authorities, through their various spokespeople, were perhaps the greatest source of politically-manipulated misinformation -- much of it looking like a cover-up of readily observable facts. Non-stop nonsense. These are the same officials bemoaning disinformation and their lack of credibility on social media platforms. 

But this brings to light an equally serious issue, one affecting the entire nation.

Where is the Congressional equivalent of a Board of Inquiry to hold various elected officials and government employees accountable for decisions that have resulted in hundreds of deaths, the destruction of both public and private property, and the depletion of critical healthcare, educational, and social safety net assets? Where the deadly consequential actions were and are deliberate and purposeful with the goal of destroying our nation from within on behalf of a foreign ideology or hostile foreign actor.

Since the Obama era, the United States has experienced an age of rapid metamorphosis, where healthcare and energy policies have profoundly altered the nation's economy, national security, environment, and culture. 

To say there needs to be a discussion of capitalism versus communism and a day of reckoning is an understatement.

Until we decide to hold those elites and others responsible for their actions, we are so screwed.

WHAT IS WRONG WITH TODAY'S LAW ENFORCEMENT?

I can understand the adrenaline rush of a stressful situation, the dangers of a blind entry with an active shooter, and the trepidation of shooting a child or setting up an accidental crossfire. I do not understand the timeline surrounding the horrific Robb Elementary School shooting that left 19 children and two teachers dead.

From media reports, it appears that there may have been a significant delay in the police response to the incident – possibly reminiscent of the police inaction at the horrific February 14, 2018, shooting at the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida, which left 17 people dead and another 17 individuals injured,

Uvalde Shooter Fired Outside School for 12 Minutes Before Entering

Local residents express anger and frustration as police detail new timeline of mass shooting

Local residents voiced anger Thursday about the time it took to end the mass shooting at an elementary school here, as police laid out a fresh timeline that showed the gunman entered the building unobstructed after lingering outside for 12 minutes firing shots.

Victor Escalon, a regional director for the Texas Department of Public Safety, gave a new timeline of how the now-deceased gunman, 18-year-old Salvador Ramos, walked into Robb Elementary School, barricaded himself in a classroom and killed 19 children and two teachers.

Mr. Escalon said he couldn’t say why no one stopped Ramos from entering the school during that time Tuesday. Most of the shots Ramos fired came during the first several minutes after he entered the school, Mr. Escalon said.

Ramos shot his grandmother Tuesday morning and drove her truck to Robb Elementary School, crashing the vehicle into a nearby ditch at 11:28 a.m., according to the timeline laid out by Mr. Escalon. He then began shooting at people at a funeral home across the street, prompting a 911 call reporting a gunman at the school at 11:30. Ramos climbed a chain-link fence about 8 feet high onto school grounds and began firing before walking inside, unimpeded, at 11:40. The first police arrived on the scene at 11:44 and exchanged gunfire with Ramos, who locked himself in a fourth-grade classroom. There, he killed the students and teachers.

A Border Patrol tactical team went into the school an hour later, around 12:40 p.m., and was able to get into the classroom and kill Ramos, Mr. Escalon said.<Source>

Ramos barricaded himself in one classroom, where officials said he shot and killed the 19 children and two teachers. A law enforcement official told the Associated Press that the Border Patrol agents had difficulty breaching the door to the classroom and were only able to enter when a staff member opened the door with a key.

Until things calm down, I will not comment on the present situation other than to say parents and community members are highly critical of law enforcement authorities.

What we learned from the Parkland shooting…

(1)  Recommendations on hardening schools as targets of shooters do not appear to have widespread acceptance throughout the nation.

(2)  No legislation or law will stop criminals, crazies, and terrorists from perpetrating their heinous acts. 

(3)  Most citizens are laboring under the false assumption that law enforcement officers have a duty to protect citizens.

In the aftermath of the horrific February 14, 2018 shooting at the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida which left 17 people dead and another 17 individuals injured, a group of 15 students filed a civil rights action alleging that local government officials were at fault for failing to provide protection to students. 

The existing law

It appears that the Supreme Court has made it clear that law enforcement agencies are not required to provide protection to citizens who are not in their custody.

One allegation…

Defendant JAN JORDAN (“Jordan”) was at all pertinent times a Broward County Captain and was commander of the shooting scene. She refused to allow emergency personnel to enter the school, even into the safe areas, to save lives. She was tasked with the job to protect the children at the school; her arbitrary and conscience-shocking actions and inactions directly and predictably caused children to die, get injured, and get traumatized. (“Case No. 18-cv-61577-BLOO”)

Dismissal…

The ruling of U.S. District Judge Beth Bloom, sitting on the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, dismissed the lawsuit in a ruling that noted that the “two agencies had no constitutional duty to protect students who were not in custody.”

The Judge found that the students were not in a custodial relationship with the officials. “The district court dismissed this claim with prejudice because it was an impermissible shotgun pleading and, in the alternative, because it failed to state a claim and leave to amend it would be futile” [L.S. v. Peterson, 420 F. Supp. 3d 1307, (S.D. Fla. 2019) (“Case No. 18-cv-61577-BLOO”)]

Judge Bloom’s dismissal ruling was affirmed on Appeal from the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida (No. 19-14414; D.C. Docket No. 0:18-cv-61577-BB; 12/11/2020)

(4)  That does not stop aggrieved citizens from creating a media-driven campaign to demand the resignation or firing of those in leadership positions.

The response to the school shooting is not more useless legislation. The correct response is to harden schools and other places and create a mechanism for dealing with troubled “red flag” children.

Likewise, those attacking law-abiding gun owners or the Constitution’s Second Amendment should be shunned as ideologues seeking political power.

Those attacking the NRA should meet their neighbors, of all colors, creeds, sexual orientations, etc., at a chapter meeting where everyone, especially guests, is welcome.

Biden Admin Wants Kids to Starve if Schools Don't Let Boys Use Girls Showers and Bathrooms

The National School Lunch Program feeds approximately 30 million kids nationwide daily. But now, getting access to federal funds for the program will come with a huge catch: K-12 schools will have to allow boys into girls’ bathrooms and locker rooms if they want to continue receiving funds for the school lunch program.

The Biden administration announced earlier this month it was reinterpreting “the prohibition on discrimination based on sex found in Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, and in the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008, as amended, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), formerly the Food Stamp Program (7 USC § 2011 et seq.), to include discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity.”

“Under this new demand, establishments that accept any federal food funding, including food stamps, must also allow males who claim to be female to access female private spaces, such as showers, bathrooms, and sleeping areas,” explains Joy Pullman at The Federalist. “Such organizations must also follow protocols such as requiring staff to use inaccurate pronouns to describe transgender people and allowing male staff to dress as women while on the job.” <Source>

‘Second Amendment Is Not Absolute’: Biden Demands More Gun Control

President Joe Biden called for stricter gun control legislation during his Wednesday address, claiming the Second Amendment allows for limitations on firearm ownership.

[OCS: The Constitution’s Second Amendment is absolute… “A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.”]

The president made the remarks alongside Vice President Kamala Harris in the aftermath of the Robb Elementary School shooting in Uvalde, Texas, which killed 19 children and 2 teachers. He announced his future visit to Texas alongside First Lady Jill Biden.

“As a nation, we must all be there for them. Everyone. And we must ask when in God’s name will we do what needs to be done to if not completely stop, fundamentally change the amount of the carnage that goes on in this country,” Biden said. “I’m sick and tired. I’m just sick and tired of what’s going on and continues to go on.”

He touted his push to pass “common sense gun reforms” while serving as chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee and as vice president, urging for these gun control laws to pass in order to have “a significant impact” on the number of tragedies occurring throughout the country. <Source>

[OCS: I am not sure what they mean by “common sense gun reform.” Nothing prevents criminals, crazies, and terrorists using whatever weapons are at hand to carry out their heinous acts. Those individuals do not respect nor abide by any laws and do not fear the consequences of their actions. In Britain, where guns are mostly outlawed, we see mass stabbings. Or, as we have recently seen, a person using a car to plow through a crowd or hit children.]

O’Rourke interrupts Texas school shooting news conference, confronts Gov. Abbott

Democratic candidate for Texas governor Robert (Beto) O’Rourke on Wednesday interrupted a news conference in Uvalde, Texas, where Gov. Greg Abbott was providing an update on the Robb Elementary School shooting that killed 21 people.

O’Rourke entered the press conference, approached the stage where Abbott and others were giving updates, and started yelling at Abbott, blaming him and Republican legislators for the actions of the 18-year-old shooter who killed 19 children and two teachers on Tuesday.

"This is on you," O’Rourke said. "This was totally predictable."

O’Rourke was quickly surrounded by media as he shouted at Abbott above those shouting at him to sit down or get out. Uvalde Mayor Don McLaughlin got up and yelled back, telling him to get out and called him “a sick son of a b**** that would come to a deal like this.”

Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick also told O’Rourke to leave, saying, "Excuse me, you're out of line and an embarrassment."

Abbott kept his cool and didn’t engage.

CBS News reported that O’Rourke was waiting in the area before the news event started and seat holders were in place. There was “a plan to get in there to make a scene,” CBS News reporter Tony Dokoupil said while speaking to CBS News correspondent Janet Shamlian, who was on the scene. She said it was “clearly staged that Beto O’Rourke wanted to confront the governor” during live coverage. <Source>

The shooting at Robb Elementary in Uvalde, Texas is a tragedy we have seen over and over and over again. Gunshots ring like echoes down long hallways, from one side of the country to another.

Shameful doesn’t begin to cover it. Spineless doesn’t begin to cover it.

Republican cowards will complain that enough time hasn’t passed since the massacre of children in Uvalde.

But the Sandy Hook kids started high school this year.

The Columbine kids are raising their own families today.

And the NRA convention in Houston starts on Friday.

We’ve had enough time. It’s time to act.

Millions of responsible, law-abiding gun owners and I are not collectively responsible for these human tragedies are do not deserve to have our inalienable right to self-defense removed by these cowardly politicians who order the police to “stand down” when faced with riots, looting, arson, and mayhem. These same politicians refuse to prosecute gun-related crimes in known violent repeat offenders. These politicians disregard commonsense and refuse to accept human nature as a causal event.

We have seen the rise of homemade weapons, and just like nuclear weapons, there is no way to stuff the genie back into the bottle. Since the beginning of time, there have been mass murderers – most of them politicians. bent on an ideological cause.

If we want commonsense gun control, let us start with early-age gun safety classes and engendering respect for weapons. Let us engage in crime control, not gun control. And, if any segment of the population perpetrates crimes, recognize the facts and do not try to whitewash the statistics for political advantage.

There seems to be a problem with today’s youth. Perhaps it is disassociation from the real world brought about by an attachment to electronic devices and the lack of human interaction? Maybe it is a problem with adult supervision? And perhaps it is the fault of teachers who indoctrinate rather than educate – stressing negativity instead of positivity.

You must accept the vagaries of human nature and the risks involved – and shun those who capitalize or politicize a human tragedy.

You will notice that, when a politician speaks about gun control measures, they never speak in specifics -- because it would be immediately clear that their prescribed methods would have not -- could have not -- stopped horrific one-off tragedies by evildoers.

Eff the next politician who stands on the graves of children and demands we do "something" and not do "nothing." Don't tell me about passing another law, enforce the laws on the books. Parents take care of your children and get help when necessary, not when it's convenient.
