The COVID-19 pandemic,  caused by the Chinese Communist Party virus, has given rise to a level of authoritarian public-private cooperation never seen before in the history of the United States.

Government policies, limited by Constitutional prohibitions, are bypassed and implemented in the private sector.

Whether private company executives have become political partisans or fear the government's ability to deny contracts, grants, favorable tax breaks, or initiate onerous investigations and public policies, the results are the same -- following government mandates with few questions or objections.

Americans are rapidly losing their freedoms regarding body sovereignty -- the right to self-determine medical interventions that may have life-altering or life-threatening consequences.

Employees are essentially at the mercy of their employers if they want to remain employed.

Given the questionable nature of the science and political motivation underlying public health policies, amplified by sensationalized horror stories in the media, employees are being asked to play a game of statistical Russian Roulette. With little or no recourse from the employer, the government, or your insurance carrier if things go horribly wrong.

Much of what we were told at the beginning of the pandemic about the efficacy of the various therapeutics and social behavior requirements are either partly or wholly untrue. Especially given the introduction of virus variants with higher transmissibility but with seemingly reduced lethality. Or is that because the virus has already decimated much of the vulnerable population?

Consider two widely different companies, Hershey, the candy-maker, and T-Mobile, the communications company. Both have threatened to fire unvaccinated employees.

T-Mobile is preparing to lay off unvaccinated corporate employees by April 2, 2022.

"Employees who have not yet taken action to receive their first dose and upload proof by February 21 will be placed on unpaid leave," the blog quoted the memo as saying. "Affected employees who do not become fully vaccinated ... by April 2 will be separated from T-Mobile."

"We are requiring office workers (with limited exception for certain roles, locations and legally mandated accommodations and exemptions) to be fully vaccinated by April 2." <Source>

Hershey Fires Unvaccinated Employees

The Hershey Company has begun terminating employees who opted not to receive the COVID-19 vaccination.

Alongside their termination, employees are asked to sign a nine-page confidentiality agreement that would waive their rights to sue the company or talk about their experiences with the company.

The agreement Hershey wants employees to sign prohibits them from discussing the agreement’s existence, terms, and conditions and contains a non-disparagement clause preventing employees who sign the agreement from speaking out.

If Hershey employees sign the agreement, they will receive a “special separation payment” determined by an algorithm that some employees say comes out to just over two months’ pay. Many employees are refusing to sign the agreement and subsequently will not receive the severance payment. <Source>

Bottom Line?

In what scenario does a private company demand employees, potentially with known or unknown underlying medical conditions, take medications with questionable efficacy and the potential of life-altering or life-threatening consequences? Or is this a ploy to reduce organization headcounts without negative media attention or age-discrimination lawsuits?

We are rapidly losing our freedoms. Now is an appropriate time to push back against dictatorial companies-- as workers, slowing down internal processes much like government bureaucrats, or as consumers choosing to purchase goods and services elsewhere. Or in the digital age, leaving bad reviews and spreading your story on social media platforms.

For those in danger of censorship or cancelation, perhaps it is time to establish yourself on a free-speech platform like GETTR (replacing Twitter) or Rumble (Replacing YouTube).

We are so screwed.
