DIGITAL CURRENCY: CUE THE USUAL SUSPECTS & USEFUL IDIOTS
CALIFORNIA GOVERNOR NEWSOM IS A LIAR

THE GOVERNMENT IS OUTSOURCING THE COLLECTION OF BIOMETRIC DATA

Once again, the government is shifting critical operations to the private sector as a work-around to the United States Constitution.

Since private companies are not subject to constitutional prohibitions regarding free speech and the creation of individual citizen dossiers, big government is encouraging private companies to work around the government's prohibited activities. They know that their revolving door friends will “wink-wink” do favors without question, and they can always obtain access to the desired information with an administrative summons or subpoena.

Warning!

IRS Will Soon Require Selfies for Online Access

If you created an online account to manage your tax records with the U.S. Internal Revenue Service (IRS), those login credentials will cease to work later this year. The agency says that by the summer of 2022, the only way to log in to irs.gov will be through ID.me, an online identity verification service that requires applicants to submit copies of bills and identity documents, as well as a live video feed of their faces via a mobile device.

McLean, Va.-based ID.me was originally launched in 2010 with the goal of helping e-commerce sites validate the identities of customers who might be eligible for discounts at various retail establishments, such as veterans, teachers, students, nurses and first responders.

These days, ID.me is perhaps better known as the online identity verification service that many states now use to help stanch the loss of billions of dollars in unemployment insurance and pandemic assistance stolen each year by identity thieves. The privately-held company says it has approximately 64 million users, and gains roughly 145,000 new users each day.

THE CONSTITUTION IS DYING FAST: KILLED BY BIG GOVERNMENT & GREEDY CORPORATIONS

The government’s all-seeing eye…

ALL-SEEING-EYES

If you have been paying attention, our most trusted government institutions, including the nation’s premier intelligence and law enforcement agencies, have been politically compromised and used in illegal ways against American citizens. Even our courts, including the United States Supreme Court, have been politically compromised – failing to rule on blatantly unconstitutional matters or seek redress for blatant contempt of the court as we saw with the fraud on the secret FISC (Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court) court.

Our privacy and constitutional protections are being severely eroded by the adaptation of the communist Chinese public-private model.

The most dangerous weapon that is being used against the U.S. Constitution is the unilateral (take it or leave it) Terms of Service agreements wielded by private corporations, coerced by government contracts, grants, taxation, restrictions, and the potential of civil and criminal prosecutions, into oppressing “We the People.”

By simply using any modern electronic device with licensed software, you may be voluntarily ceding your constitutional rights, namely your 4th Amendment right to be secure in your person, house, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures; your 5th Amendment protection against self-incrimination;  and your 14th Amendment due process rights.

Thus, the government can obtain information by request or subpoena that the government cannot legally collect or possess in a database.

Bottom line...

It is a fact that you cannot trust today’s out-of-control government to protect your constitutional rights or the privacy of your data. Just consider that the Communist Chinese hacked the government's Office of Personnel Management and grabbed the personal information of all employees, including contractors, in its database. Even worse, the complete investigation files of those holding or applying for security clearances, and a database of fingerprints.

As for data security and privacy, if man can create it -- man can break it, or at least gain access.

The greatest danger to these systems is the trusted individual with the keys to the kingdom. Most are subject to coercion, some are sleepers promoted by hostile foreign governments, and some are just crazies. As we have seen, one of the most dangerous threats are those former intelligence and law enforcement employees who have allegiance to their former agency and its employees.

The more data access you provide to the government, the more it will be used against you by corrupt intelligence and law enforcement agencies. And, as we have seen, the courts do not offer protection to the average citizen who cannot afford skilled constitutional lawyers.

We are so screwed.
