There is value in listening to a liberal...

Most conservatives ignore or downplay information originating from liberals, especially those that have been branded as environmental whack-jobs or anti-vaxxers by today's corporatized media.

kennedycoverAn untrustworthy media is more interested in protecting its corporate sponsors than revealing information useful to the general public and which may highlight significant problems with protected institutions and corporations.

There is little doubt that you could find a better example of an individual with the wealthy, educated, elite, and progressive credentials of Robert Kennedy, Jr., whose family was, and is, deeply connected with big business, scandal, and the public good.

I  suggest that you suspend your innate skepticism and consider reading Kennedy's latest book, "The Real Anthony Fauci: Bill Gates, Big Pharma, and the Global War on Democracy and Public Health."
Not so much for the information on vaccines or the personalities involved, but for acknowledging that we live in a post-constitutional age.

Kennedy openly and freely acknowledges the dysfunctional, dystopian state of today's existence.

Speaking to Fox News's Tucker Carlson, Kennedy starts with a fundamental observation that should resonate with anyone willing to acknowledge a professed truth.

Well, I think, you know, look, what's happened in this country over the last year, this kind of this bizarre imposition of totalitarian controls, a deconstruction of the Constitution, the-- the rise of censorship, the rise of suppression of kind of religious freedoms, of property rights, closing a million businesses without just compensation or due process, the abolition of jury trials, which are guaranteed in the Sixth and Seventh Amendment for any vaccine company that hurts you, all of these-- and the rise of kind of track-and-trace surveillance state, has been troubling to people, both Democrats and Republicans.

I've been working as an environmental lawyer for 40 years, so I understand all of these mechanisms of corporate capture, by which regulatory agencies assert control over the-- I mean, regulating industries assert control over the agencies that are supposed to regulate them, and essentially turn them into sock puppets. And I've been working on vaccine issues since 2005. And the kind of regulatory capture that you see in that space is really capture on steroids, because these agencies, FDA gets 45% of its budget from vaccine companies, from the industry.

Some free-form conversational excerpts from the transcript… [You can watch the interview here.]

tcEverything I ever put on Instagram was sourced to a government database or to peer reviewed publication. But I got-- I got thrown off for vaccine misinformation. Because that term does not have anything to do with whether it's a factually correct or not. It's simply a euphemism for anything that departs from government proclamations and, you know, corporate profit taking. If you threaten those things, then you are passing on misinformation. So anybody who wanted to criticize the government, they got rid of. That's why we had the Revolution, so that we could criticize the government. And yet-- and we put that first, and yet it's gone.

Then the next thing they go after, the other half of the First Amendment, Freedom of Religion. They closed every church in this country for a year, and they keep the liquor stores open, by the way, without any hearing, without showing any science, without notice and comment rulemaking, no discussion, no debate. They keep the liquor stores open as essential businesses. Now, I have no problem with that, but-- with keeping the liquor stores open, but the liquor stores are not in the Constitution. The churches are. And you know, and we shouldn't be able to close those lightly without having a debate about it.

We-- then they go after property rights. They close a million businesses without due process or just compensation. That's a violation of the Constitution.

They get rid of of jury trials, Sixth and Seventh Amendment. Here's what the Seventh Amendment says, "No American shall be deprived of their right to a trial before a jury of their peers in cases or controversies exceeding $25." That's it. It's the whole Amendment. So there's no pandemic exception. There's no-- and yet, anybody now who claims to be doing a countermeasure, if you are-- it's not just the vaccine makers who you can't get a jury trial against if they kill you, but if you go into a hospital and you slip on a slippery floor that somebody negligently, you know, put bacon grease on, you can't sue for that.

You know, anybody who's involved in this project, you can't-- jury trials have been abolished. They've gotten rid of the prohibitions against warrantless searches and seizures, and we're now all part of this, you know, track-and-trace surveillance state. And on and on.

They literally have gotten rid of every Amendment except. And they've gotten due process. Due process of law. Here's what due process says. If you want to pass a law in this country, if Congress passes it, OK. You know, we vote for Congress. If we don't like it, we can vote them out. But if an agency passes it, they have to do certain things to make sure there's democracy involved. They have to put a notice of the rule-making, publish the proposed rule. They have to publish a environmental impact statement explaining all the science behind the proposed rule, citing the studies, citing their rationale. An economic impact statement showing how each person in society will get hurt. And a regulatory impact statement, to make sure the costs meet the benefits. Then they have to have notice and comments. So we get 30, or 60, or 90 days where everybody sends in letters and says, this is going to-- For example, a guy could say, you know, I own a kayak company. I can't put masks on my clients because it could kill them if they fall over. So I should be exempted. Those are the kind of things you do with notice and comment. And the government has to respond, narrowly tailor the rule so it only does what it's intended to do and doesn't affect other people.

And then you have a public hearing, where Tony Fauci could bring in his experts to say why masks work, why lockdowns work, why social distancing works. And we can-- other people who oppose him can bring in theirs. And you have a case that's published and everybody watches it, and then there is an appeal. None of that happened. It was just a doctor who has never treated a COVID patient, saying one week masks don't work, then a month later everybody putting them on, and not signing one study to justify that change. It was government by diktat. And so, during that first year, we literally got rid of every Amendment to the Constitution, except the Second Amendment. It's the only one that's left.

And you know, what I tell people is, you know, we have to-- have to love our freedom more than we fear a germ. We have to. And you know, even-- and I would even, you know, remind people that even if this was the disease that they say it is, there's worse things than death.

And there was a whole generation-- and that may sound cold and people get mad at me for saying it, but we're lucky that it was a whole generation of Americans in 1776, who said, it would be better to die than to not have these rights written down. And they gave us that. They gave us a gift of that Bill of Rights.

And in one year, at the bidding of a doctor, because he's telling us, you know, you need to do this to save them, and orchestrated fear, and, you know, all of the weird stuff they did with the numbers, which is not what public health is supposed to be doing, in one year, all of those rights have been taken away from us.

And you know, we-- we, Democrats and Republicans, need to stop fighting each other and we need to start fighting the bad guys, the people who are taking away everything we value, everything. There's no such thing as Republican children or Democratic children. You know, our kids deserve to have the same Bill of Rights that our parents gave us, and people need, whatever their fears are, they need to put those aside and, you know, and demand that we get those things back.

Bottom line…

Something is wrong with today's governmental influence on the business of medicine and vice versa, specifically with the creation, permissions, and promotion of therapeutics and the need for legislation to shield big pharma from the consequences of their actions, whether negligent or not.

Kennedy does not appear to have "the answer," but he has done a fine job exposing and exploring the fundamental problems involved with "regulatory capture" by the pharmaceutical industry. Unfortunately, someone afflicted with a life-altering ailment has little or no choice other than acknowledging the risk of adverse events and rolling the dice, and praying that they are not among the statistical casualties of adverse events.

We are so screwed by events beyond on control. But we fight on. Exposing the truth to the ignorant.

LITTLE JERRY AND HIS WARPED SENSE OF JUSTICE

I find it almost unbelievable that this hyper-partisan piece of progressive communist democrat garbage heads the judiciary committee and tells the American public another bald-faced lie…

NADLER

naddler

Kyle Rittenhouse was not an armed person crossing state lines looking for trouble, AND the rioters, looters, and arsonists were not engaged in a First Amendment-protected protest. So say a sovereign jury of his peers.

Bottom line…

I would suggest that Jerry Nadler is more dangerous to our Constitution, nation, and the rule of law than the president of the People's Republic of China, Comrade Xi Jinping.

We are so screwed.

THE DAY AFTER

While the progressive communist democrats continue their radical transformation of an imagined systemically racist America and shun any notion of American exceptionalism, tell them to “bugger off” and continue to enjoy your blessings today. Not by shopping, not by attacking the leftovers, but by reminding yourself that this pathetic minority can only succeed if we do nothing to stop them.

So, in preparation for the continuing fight, use today to rest up, recharge your batteries, strengthen your resolve. Putting your mind at rest in the belief that good will triumph over evil and life’s pendulum will swing back – perhaps not as far as you might wish, but far enough to provide additional breathing room to right a foundering ship of state.

EVEN WHEN THE INFORMATION ORIGINATES WITH CORRUPT OR IGNORANT POLITICIZED PUBLIC OFFICIALS?

fauci-weathervane

I have long said, “opinions are like assholes; everyone has one.” And, as the National Institutes of Health Director, Dr. Francis Collins seems to ignore, that the Constitution’s First Amendment protects opinions.

NIH director says pandemic's toll is now on the shoulders of the unvaccinated

NPR's Michel Martin speaks with Dr. Francis Collins, director of the National Institutes of Health, about the best ways to protect yourself from the coronavirus heading into the holiday season.

MARTIN: Well, I hope it's a wonderful occasion. You recently announced that you'll be stepping down as NIH director soon. And I just wanted to ask you and along with saying, you know, thank you for this - these years of service, what's still worrying you most about our nation's health, looking at all of the things that you've thought about and addressed in your years in this role?

COLLINS: Well, it's been a complete privilege to have a chance to serve in this role for 12 years. And certainly, looking at the COVID situation, I'm amazed at what science has been able to do to respond to this. But I'm still worried about where we are. And frankly, Michel, the thing that worries me most is the way in which misinformation and, frankly, disinformation has become so prominent in the face of a public health crisis. And it has been manipulated in some situations for political reasons in a fashion that is turning our culture wars into something really serious.

We probably lost 100,000 people to COVID-19 who were unvaccinated because they had information that told them that this wasn't something that would be safe for them. And that's heartbreaking. And it is kind of a breakdown, it seems to me, in our society of the ability to distinguish opinions from truth. And if we've lost that ability, if we can't sort through the evidence and understand what's real and true, then I worry about all kinds of other challenges that lie ahead for us.

[OCS: The truth is fairly simple: (1)  Under the United States Constitution, the government has no authority to compel citizens to take any medical treatments using drugs with adverse side-effects, unknown short-term and long term efficacy, and ignoring their might be other available therapeutics to treat the disease; (2), there is no legal or moral justification for a government to side-step the constitution by encouraging private enterprises to demand vaccination as a condition of housing, employment, or receiving other goods and services; (3), since an individual’s physiology and medical condition varies, any treatment should be based on an informed opinion guided by the physician who knows the individual; and (4) the science is unsettled, evolving, and their is credible (not anecdotal) evidence that alternate therapies may be effective for some individuals.]

MARTIN: So misinformation is the deadliest disease at this point.

COLLINS: It is. And I think those who are intentionally spreading this kind of information that they know to be false for some political or personal reasons, I really think they are the ones that we ought to be trying to track down and figure out, why are you doing this? And isn't there some kind of justice for this kind of action? Isn't this like yelling fire in a crowded theater? Are you really allowed to do that without some consequences?  <Source>

Amazingly, Collins doesn’t seem to understand that science is a methodology of controlled skepticism. One puts forth a hypothesis, designs an experiment or develops analytical methods, observes the results, publishes their findings and conclusions, and then is subject to other hypotheses, findings, and conclusions that replicate, validate, or falsify their work. An ongoing process that respects others with different viewpoints.

The government has changed the definition of a vaccine. Now they are suggesting that fully vaccinated may not be receiving two shots of the Moderna or Pfizer vaccines or a single shot of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine. It might require additional boosters every six months or every year.

Who can you believe? The politicians? Public-facing scientist/doctor/politician spokespeople? The demonstrably dishonest media? Beats me. I choose to believe my own medical team and ignore the others.

Bottom line…

Many intelligent, well-educated, and well-credentialed individuals are qualified to provide alternate hypotheses, counterfactual evidence and challenge the government’s assertions. To the extent that these individuals are censored, canceled, investigated, or punished is a crime against science and the sum total of the world’s knowledge-base.

To the extent that individuals must be protected from “misinformation” for their own good, is first to assume some authority figure is knowledgeable, honest, correct, forthright, and unbiased by a personal or professional agenda; and second, to believe that the government or an individual has a legal or moral right to infantilize adults in some misguided belief that they, the experts and the elites, must protect individuals from themselves.

A person of science or authority” who demands blind obedience to their position is a charlatan. The person who openly invites challenge is practicing science in the noblest tradition. If the challenge proves to be false, it reinforces their position. If the challenge proves to be accurate, it advances knowledge and understanding of the matter.

One can only wonder what a Francis Collins or a Antony Fauci is afraid of? Losing their cushy well-paid job with its perks and privileges, their reputation, political standing, or place before the cameras and microphones?

As far as I am concerned, we have been screwed by both men as they have both screwed the pooch as to an effective response to the Communist Chinese virus.

THE PROGRESSIVE COMMUNIST PLOT TO CRIPPLE CALIFORNIA

It is an inalienable right of a free people to move about their lands and associate freely with people of their choice unless you live in California, the bellwether test for imposing communism on United States citizens.

One need merely to look around to see the ravages of unrestricted immigration, hidden taxes, and the heavy hand of a one-party state governed, more accurately described as being ruled, by wealthy elites concentrated in and around the progressive communist democrat dominion of San Francisco and other scattered wealthy enclaves of privileged people.

Privileged people who are immune, by their birth, education, wealth, position, and connections, from the rules, regulations, and restrictions imposed on those less fortunate – whom they deem to be deplorables, clinging to their God and guns. Irredeemables, who the enlightened elite must manage for their own good – and the interests of a society pursuing utopian ideals of equity, self-licking lollipops, and, of course, mythical unicorns and rainbow farts.

California, the Golden State of fair weather, abundant natural resources, and a population of creative, dynamic, and industrious people.

All being placed at risk from a force more dangerous than the earthquakes, wildfires, and mudslides that are the price Californians are willing to pay for living in this promised land. The evil influence of communism!

It seems that today’s progressive communist democrats want to create cities of densely populated, easily controlled ghettoized centers where everything necessary for existence, including employment, is concentrated in a hive-like fashion. Where mobility is limited to local trips under 400 miles and tightly regulated by an imposed need to use some form of public-private mass transit. Freedom would be redefined in terms akin to the Communist Chinese system of social scoring, where your criticism of the government can be easily monitored and used to control your mobility and access to other goods and services. A system that builds an un-American level of government dependency and loss of personal freedom.

And all governed by the management of natural or artificial scarcity. Ask yourself why the government has not built out its water, electric, and gas utilities for decades in the face of a rising population? Why the government has failed to build road capacity or maintain existing roads with the exponential increase in motor vehicles? Why new refineries have not been built in decades even though California requires its own season gasoline blends. Why is our infrastructure in great need of repair, replacement, or build-out when that is the stated reason behind California’s multi-billion bond issuance?

A wise man once observed that political power begins with the word “no” and the necessity of paying for a “yes” decision.

The experiment in San Diego…

Against the background of rising transportation costs, outrageous gas prices in a land of abundant petroleum, and a steadily increasing surveillance state-managed on behalf of the government by technological oligopolies where a small number of players dominates a market, we have …

sandag-logo

The San Diego Association of Governments proposes a four-cent-per-mile tax proposal that could impact every driver in San Diego County by 2030. The proposed tax — and two half-cent regional sales taxes scheduled for 2022 and 2028 — would help pay for SANDAG’s long-term regional plan, an ambitious 30-year, $160 billion proposal which could include no-cost public transit and a 200-mile, $43 billion regional rail network. These taxes are in addition to the Federal gas tax, the State gas tax, and the local sales tax on gasoline -- a significant source of revenue for cities. However, usage will remain under 25%.

While claiming that this initiative will help reduce vehicle emissions, there are many undesirable side-effects.

  • Including an increase in the power of the surveillance state, which would allow the government, by extension a tech firm acting as an agent of the government, to monitor, in real-time, the location and use of your vehicle.
  • In addition to taxing your driving, it can be used to access your credit card or checking account, impose various fines and penalties for speeding, congestion pricing in highly-trafficked areas, collecting tolls in an increasing number of public roads that are being converted into public-private/lease-lessee partnerships, and serve as probable cause for a criminal investigation using GPS data to place you in the proximity of illegal activity.
  • Add access to two-way communication (like OnStar cartapping), and you have surreptitious monitoring of your activities. Bearing in mind that all of this information would become available to any investigative agency under a warrant – and private parties as part of discovery in a civil lawsuit.
  • Not to mention the possibility for the government to incentivize your behavior and mobility by offering government tax credits, subsidies and providing priority treatment to selected individuals who obey government dictates.

The organization should change its logo to a more appropriate description of the organization…

SANDBAG-1

Bottom line…

Mass transit has never paid for itself -- it’s a unionized debt spiral to bankruptcy. And it is no surprise that the plan is promoted by the unions who grab all of the construction and operation jobs.

Ever since the days of Governor Jerry “Moonbeam” Brown, the plan was to tax you out of your privately owned and operated vehicle to encourage the use of mass transit. Worthless in an emergency or during a union transit strike where unions hold the city hostage to their extortionate demands.

And it doesn’t stop at restricting the existing freeway footprint to promote mass transit, as they are attempting to change our freeways to include congestion-charged toll lanes. Plus surcharges for Uber and Lyft-type car services.

It is time “We the People” DEMAND that our local and state governments use our tax money wisely. Prioritizing public safety (police, fire, rescue, sanitation, utilities) and eliminating spending on illegal alien benefits, overly generous welfare payments that attract a disproportionate number of welfare recipients from other states, eliminate boards and commissions which offer six-figure salaries to termed-out politicians, their families, and special interest friends. No more supporting artwork – with or without a political message. No more changing names on stationery and non-critical signage -- or naming buildings. Open bidding to non-union contractors. Outlaw employee unions that are bankrupting our cities and states with corrupt and over-generous pensions.

It is time to get tough before we are screwed once more.

MASS MURDER IN WAUKESHA, WISCONSIN: IS THE MEDIA PARTLY RESPONSIBLE?

Sc1

With FIVE dead and 40 injured - including 12 children -- it is time for progressive communist democrat politicians and prosecutors to explain why a man with open felony gun charges and a lengthy criminal record was released on $1,000 cash bail two days ago -- only to commit mass murder in Waukesha, Wisconsin. The alleged suspect drove his vehicle, a red Ford Escape SUV, into a crowd watching a Christmas parade.

The police refused to rule out domestic terrorism as the vehicle proceeded, at speed, through the crowd. Police are also considering that the suspect was fleeing an earlier incident involving a knife when he reached the parade.

One might ask how much of the blame for this tragedy lies with the media, who continued to broadcast false, inflammatory, and racial remarks after the acquittal of Kyle Rittenhouse, who was the target of a progressive communist democrat prosecutor with political ambitions. Many media sources are continuing to spew false information that was contradictory to facts developed in the trial. Or is this simply a case involving a murderous scumbag?

From published reports, the alleged suspect is Darrell E. Brooks, a black man with dreadlocks and lengthy criminal history.

Bottom line…

This is what a murder charge looks like!

Prayers for all concerned.

We are so screwed.

WALL STREET JOURNAL PROMOTING THE CORRUPT AND INCOMPETENT BRAD RAFFENSPERGER?

gop-PISSED

There is little or no doubt in my mind that the Republican National Committee, the United States Chamber of Commerce, and The Wall Street Journal all favor Mitt Romney-style establishment Republicans and are not friends of conservatives.

Therefore, as a constitutional conservative, I take it an insult that the Wall Street Journal would allow the Georgia Secretary of State, Brad Raffensperger, to publish an op-ed on its editorial opinion page. Not that I oppose Raffensperger’s right to sound off and the Journal’s right to publish Raffensperger’s opinion, but that the Journal should have known that Raffensperger appears to be a corrupt liar and one of the leading opponents of a forensic audit in his state. To permit him to lie on the Journal’s pages should be an insult to all conservatives.

Who Stole Americans’ Confidence in Elections?
By Brad Raffensperger

[OCS: I would first point to election officials like Raffensperger who failed to uphold their state’s election codes, closely monitor the election, immediately address irregularities in a timely manner, and preserve election materials and the status of election equipment for the prescribed period as set by law. Investigating and prosecuting anyone who did not obey the rules and regulations or who lost or erased election information.]

The Clinton campaign and Stacey Abrams spread falsehoods about vote theft years before Trump’s loss.

[OCS: While this may be true, it is simply an attempt at misdirection from the matter at hand: Raffensperger’s abysmal and corrupt performance as Georgia’s Secretary of State.]

I’m mostly known for standing up for the integrity of Georgia’s November 2020 elections. I spent months debunking conspiracy theories, refuting lies about our voting procedures, and enduring threats because I refused to bend on the facts.

[OCS: I call bullshit! There is no other description for Raffensperger’s behavior and lack of due diligence when it came to the 2020 election.]

Before all that, I was a Trump supporter. In June 2016, I donated to the Trump campaign. Little did I know that at around the same time, one of the most significant election disinformation operations was beginning—one that would create almost constant turmoil for President Trump during his four years in office and convulse the country. Ultimately, the Steele dossier would set the stage for a political environment where Americans have more confidence in stolen election claims than in the elections themselves.

[OCS: The fact that Raffensperger is now portraying himself as a loyal supporter of Donald Trump and feels qualified to discuss the Steele Dossier and apparently defend Trump is pure misdirection from the subject at hand: Raffensperger’s malfeasance (an act that is illegal or wrongful), misfeasance (an act that is legal but improperly performed), or nonfeasance (a failure to act that results in harm).during the 2020 election cycle and his failure to resolve previous election issues prior to the election.]

That is what the Steele dossier always was: election disinformation. Several years of investigations into the origins of the salacious lies has resulted in two indictments, one of them handed up Nov. 3, of men connected to the Hillary Clinton campaign and the Democratic Party for lying to the Federal Bureau of Investigation about those connections. An FBI lawyer also admitted to altering an email that the bureau used to secure the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act warrant connected to the dossier. It turns out that not only did much of the unverified report alleging collusion between Russia and the Trump campaign come from biased political sources, many of the claims were made up or regurgitated from rumors published in various news outlets.

[OCS: Yada. Yada. Yada.]

The damage this dossier did may be irreparable. With the complicity of major media outlets, the country was told to believe a falsehood. The Clinton campaign, Democratic Party affiliates and mainstream media ran a concerted campaign to undermine the integrity of the 2016 election.

[OCS: Again, with the misdirection – it is the 2020 election that has brought about the current economic, immigration, and cultural disaster.]

All too often, conservatives like me get accused of plotting complicated “House of Cards”-style efforts to steal elections. Stacey Abrams has alleged, without any credible evidence, that Georgia Republicans did such things in 2018, and she still refuses to concede that year’s election for governor. Yet the Steele dossier, and how it was used improperly to turn America’s justice system to political ends, serves as the starkest example in memory.

[OCS: One, Raffensperger is not a conservative. Two, nobody accused him of being smart enough to plot an effort to steal and election – that lies solely with the progressive communist democrats. If anything, Raffensperger was a useful idiot, a dupe that appeared to go along to get along.]

The atmosphere of distrust fed Ms. Abrams’s claims. After all, it was gospel among liberals that the Trump campaign had colluded with the Russians to steal the 2016 election. The media and the public had been primed to believe an election could be stolen.

When Mr. Trump said the 2020 election was stolen, it should have been obvious how easy it would be to convince Americans not to trust the election. They had just watched major political figures, law-enforcement officials and trusted news anchors spend years making similar assertions about Mr. Trump. Many of the same actors unquestioningly endorsed Ms. Abrams’s claims that her election was stolen.

[OCS: As time goes on and irregularities surface, it looks like President Trump does have a legitimate basis for his beliefs.]

There has been no mea culpa from anyone involved in pushing the 2016 and 2018 stolen-election lies. To this day, Ms. Abrams maintains that her election was stolen and argues her case was “different” from Mr. Trump’s. The same media outlets that reported around the clock that Mr. Trump stole his election have been quiet since the evidence disproved that claim.

I have said many times that stolen-election claims undermine the integrity of America’s elections, regardless of who makes them or why. They are as bad when they come from Republicans as Democrats. American politicians need the moral courage to accept their losses and move on. If American democracy is to survive, political figures of both parties need to abandon stolen-election claims once and for all. <Source>

Raffensperger’s office ran the fairest and most honest election possible…

  • In January, Raffensperger, who should have been kicked out of office by now, made an appearance on national television claiming that his office ran the fairest and most honest election possible. He said that knowing he had the 29-page report that proved every word out of his mouth was a total lie. A 29-page report that has come into the possession of Just the News reveals the massive problems in the way the election count was handled in Fulton County. The report mentions double-counting, insecure storage, a massive chain of custody problems, and a worker’s threat to “f*ck sh*t up. Raffensperger received the report and still claimed the election was run fair and honestly and that he didn’t know there was a chain of custody problems. <Source>
  • Georgia Secretary of State Raffensperger’s Amicus Brief Attempting to Prevent an Independent Audit in the State’s 2020 Election Results Includes At Least Seven False Accusations <Source>
  • One has to wonder why Georgia Secretary of State opposes auditors to review the ballots as they investigate the 2020 election in Fulton County. Raffensperger changed the rules of counting ballots because of an agreement he made with Hillary and DNC attorney Marc Elias. That in itself does not pass the smell test. He is up for reelection and voters are not happy with him and with Gov Brian Kemp. <Source>
  • That audit, an initial hand recount held November 14-15, 2020, and lauded by Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, is now under intense scrutiny for unreported errors and for potentially not being properly certified. <Source>

Bottom line…

Why is this RINO (Republican In Name Only) rising to the top of the toilet bowl? The Georgia GOP secretary of state who denigrated Donald Trump at every turn is now up against serious resistance within his party and several challengers from both parties who legitimately point to his failures as they seek to unseat him.

What is problematic is that the establishment Republicans like Mitt Romney, the various Bushies, and Congressional RINOs may continue covertly supporting this quisling.

We are so screwed if the GOP cannot see straight and correct any potentially corrupt practices before 2022.

KYLE RITTENHOUSE: ABOUT THOSE DEFENSE BENJAMINS?

tc-r

While I support our inalienable rights to self-defense, justice, our Constitution, and fairness, I find that there is something unseemly about the backroom machinations regarding the defense of Kyle Rittenhouse.

(1)  It appears that Kyle Rittenhouse supports the Black Lives Matter movement and peaceful demonstrations.

Kyle Rittenhouse was interviewed by Fox News’ Tucker Carlson, his first media appearance since he was found not guilty of all five charges against him in his murder trial. In a clip from that interview released by Fox News, Rittenhouse insisted that his actions “had nothing to do with race,” and expressed support for the Black Lives Matter movement and peaceful demonstrations. <Source>

Sorry, I cannot be sympathetic or support anyone supporting a communist front group like Black Lives Matter and their agenda to destroy our inalienable rights, our nation, our Constitution, and everything American. As for peaceful demonstrations, BLM appears to be behind every protest that turned into an orgy of rioting, looting, arson, and the wanton destruction of public and private property.

(2)  It appears that the Rittenhouse defense team had an embedded Fox News film crew, “driven in part by the effort to crowdfund Rittenhouse’s legal defense.”

Speaking to CNN’s Chris Cuomo after the verdicts were rendered, Rittenhouse attorney Mark Richards noted, “I did not approve of that,” replied Richards. “I threw them out of the room several times. They were — and I’m not suggesting that Fox or some other network — I don’t think a film crew is appropriate for something like this. But the people who were raising the money to pay for the experts and to pay for the attorneys were trying to raise money. And that was part of it. So, I think–I don’t want to say an evil, but a definite distraction was part of it. And I didn’t approve of it, but I’m not always the boss.” <Source>

While most journalistic media organizations claim that they do not pay for interviews, it is a little-known fact that they license production materials like photos and other material” as a means of funds transfer.

(3)  It appears that the slimy L. Lin Woods was involved with the initial defense effort and may have used Rittenhouse to boost Woods’ notoriety, fundraising efforts, and other causes.

Lin Wood is trying to claw back the $2 million he raised for Kyle Rittenhouse's bail

The right-wing lawyer and conspiracy theorist Lin Wood is seeking to take back $2 million his foundation raised from donors to post bail for Kyle Rittenhouse, the teenager accused of shooting three people at Black Lives Matter protests in Kenosha, Wisconsin, court documents show.

A September 17 letter said the funds to free Rittenhouse on bail had been provided by Wood's #FightBack Foundation, and therefore must eventually be returned to the foundation.

The letter was signed by a lawyer, Xavier Solis, who said he was working on behalf of #FightBack. Wood and another conservative attorney, John Pierce, launched the foundation last year to support Rittenhouse, though the organization later pivoted to funding efforts to overturn the 2020 presidential election.

"The Rittenhouse bail was paid by #FightBack Foundation, a 501(c)(4) non-profit, from donations it received," Wood told Insider Thursday in an email. "Under law, the bail monies must be returned to #FightBack."

Rittenhouse and his family have since cut ties with Wood, Pierce, and #FightBack, and said they never received a full accounting of all the money that was raised in Rittenhouse's name. <Source>

(4)  There may be big bucks at play.

Following the egregious and erroneous portrayal of Nick “The Covington Kid” Sandmann in the media, Sandman filed multi-million dollar defamation lawsuits against media organizations. Although a non-disclosure agreement covers the exact settlement amounts, several prominent media organizations such as CNN, The Washington Post, and others reached agreements with Sandmann’s legal team. The resolution of other cases involving NBC News, ABC News, CBS News, Rolling Stone, Gannett, and the New York Times are unknown.

Bottom line…

I wish Kyle Rittenhouse protection against manipulation by nefarious individuals monetizing his notoriety for their financial interests or to advance their partisan political agenda. Essentially turning Rittenhouse into a repugnant, loathsome slimy character like David Hogg, one of the many survivors of the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School shooting who turned into a monetized gun control advocate.

There is no doubt that Kyle Rittenhouse suffered a life-altering traumatic experience that need not have happened except for the political ambitions of a progressive communist democrat prosecutor and an overtly hostile media. I hope that he finds some measure of peace and doesn’t become a media Hogg.

The real danger comes from the progressive communist democrats and their media propagandists who continue to distort and racialize the Kyle Rittenhouse self-defense shooting – including lying about the proven details of the case.

To see how disgusting the progressive communist democrats are, you may wish to watch Tucker Carlson’s post-verdict program. (Not to be confused with the upcoming interview presentation.)

We are so screwed when our politicians and media openly and knowingly lie to our faces. This is not by accident or caused by incompetence -- it is an attack on American and American citizens on behalf of our enemies, both foreign and domestic.
