I never thought I would live to see a nation where socialism and communism were routinely accepted as valid political ideologies and supported by the mainstream media…

Likewise, I never thought that politicians who openly identified as socialist, in reality, communists, would be welcomed into the government and allowed to hold positions of power and authority. Least of all, a President who was raised, trained, and supported by socialists throughout his political career.

So much is going wrong with our nation, and it has become an existential battle between capitalism and communism. Communists that are willing to exploit the financial benefits of capitalism and use our own laws against us.

Consider the origins of the labor movement…

Every year, workers across the United States celebrate Labor Day on the first Monday of September. It is seen as a marker of the end of Summer, the start of football season, and the return to school for millions of students. But what is the origin of this holiday? What is its relation to the internationally celebrated Labor Day on May 1st?

Depending on the source, it was first proposed in 1882 by either Peter McGuire or Matthew Maguire to the Central Labor Union of New York, as an official workers’ holiday. McGuire was General Secretary of the Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners and a co-founder of the American Federation of Labor. Matthew Maguire was a machinist and a member of the International Association of Machinists. Both were members of the same branch of the Socialist Labor Party. Regardless of who is ultimately responsible, Labor Day originated in the labor movement and was conceived of by socialists. <Source: In Defense of Marxism>

Enjoy your holiday, but remember it is not so much a celebration of your hard work as it is a reaffirmation of the power of international socialist labor unions and corrupt politicians…

Labor Day, the first Monday in September, was a creation of the socialist labor movement and is dedicated to total control over the means of production, not a celebration of the social and economic achievements of American workers as advertised.

It’s about a holiday to celebrate the American labor movement and the political power of collective bargaining, which allows unions to support and corrupt those politicians who are less likely to negotiate against the union during contract talks. Pretty much why the pension funds have billions of dollars in unfunded liabilities that must be guaranteed or paid by the U.S. taxpayer. And why many municipalities and states are technically insolvent and would have been exposed had they not passed self-serving laws to allow unfunded liabilities to be omitted from their official balance sheet.

Unfortunately, due to organized crime infiltration of the labor movement, Marxists, socialists, and communists – much of the true meaning of this day has been lost. And it has become just another paid holiday for the nation.

We are seeing the creation of unionized government bureaucracies that do not function under the same rules as the majority of the private sector — holding entire sectors of the government hostage. Holding politicians hostage in return for campaign funds and voter support. A self-sustaining critical mass of unionized government workers who can ask the government to vote them higher wages, bigger benefits, less work, or suffer the consequences. The public be damned.

Hostages to organized labor…

You need only consider the teachers’ unions who are holding our children as hostages – demanding their full salary and benefits when not teaching. Even worse…

Los Angeles Teachers Union Demands Money and Political Action to Reopen Schools

From the state, they demand the following:

  1. The California Schools and Local Communities Funding Act of 2020, aka Schools and Communities First: This proposition on the November 2020 ballot will increase funding to education and local government by reassessing property tax of commercial and industrial properties valued at $3 million or more from 1978 assessments to current assessment values. Projected to add $7.5 billion to $12 billion a year with 40% allocated to schools and 60% added to local governments.
  2. Wealth Tax: A new tax on unrealized capital gains to California billionaires only, 1% a year until capital gains taxes are met. This would generate an estimated $10 billion a year initially.
  3. Millionaire Tax: Add a 1% surtax on incomes over $1 million a year, and 3% for over $3 million a year. This would generate an estimated $4.5 billion-plus a year.

And finally, from the city, which is the only body they have any leverage to bargain with, LAUT demands the almost purely political items from a radical left agenda:

  • Defund Police: Police violence is a leading cause of death and trauma for Black people, and is a serious public health and moral issue. We must shift the astronomical amount of money devoted to policing, to education and other essential needs such as housing and public health.
  • Housing Security: There is no “safer at home” for those who do not have a home. Students need stability, and cities have the power to pass ordinances to prevent evictions and provide rental relief funds. Instead of just one-time relief, as was passed by the LA City Council in June 2020, housing can be a human right assisted by the state. Additionally, as Project Roomkey has demonstrated, sheltering the homeless community is a matter of political will, not scarce resources. Over 15,000 homeless students in LAUSD need permanent shelter.
  • Paid Sick Leave: Parents should not have to decide between staying home with a sick child or going to work in order to be paid. All cities in LAUSD’s boundaries should follow LA City Council’s lead and require ten additional sick days, and expand those sick days to require it of all businesses.
  • Charter Moratorium: Privately operated, publicly funded charter schools drain resources from district schools — and many have “double-dipped” during this crisis by taking federal small business bailout loans even though state funding did not decline this school year. In addition, colocation adds students to campuses when we need to reduce the number of students to allow for physical distancing.
  • Financial Support for Undocumented Students and Families: California’s more than 2 million undocumented residents are by and large ineligible for state and federal benefits. Even if their children are US citizens, in the era of ICE raids and mass deportations, many undocumented parents are too fearful to apply for benefits for their children. California undocumented immigrants disproportionately pay taxes without benefits, paying an estimated $4.5 billion in federal taxes and $2.5 billion in California state taxes in 2018. Immigrant students and workers, so vital to our schools and our economy, must be supported during this crisis. <Source>

These Marxist unionists are evil.

(1)  The leading cause of death and trauma of black people are other black people, notably in inner-cities governed by progressive communist democrats who reign supreme with their lax prevention of crime and prosecution of criminals. It is a self-evident truth, defunding the police makes communities less safe.

(2)  As we have seen, the progressive communist democrats hate private property rights. They have unconstitutionally crippled landlords by suspending rent payments while landlords must continue to pay mortgages, taxes, utilities, and maintenance.  Selling their hard-earned property to fat-cats for pennies or defaulting to financial institutions.

(3)  Who are these teachers to demand private employers pay parents' wages FOR SELF-DECLARED sick children?

(4)  The communists hate competition and will do everything in their power to kill charter schools while over-funding failing schools that produce functional illiterates year after year. Mostly indoctrinated Democrats and activists by the time they graduate.

(5)  Illegal aliens are crippling our schools – starting with the need for more teachers to deal with children who do not speak English, have illiterate parents, and drag down normal students as teachers teach to the lowest common denominator.

Bottom line…

Labor leaders are often thuggish characters more about amassing personal and political power by supporting politicians and their parties with their member's dues – regardless of the members' political positions.

Somewhat like the politicians, but lacking that certain smoothness when they lie to the public or their membership. While big business has its share of shady characters and egregious behaviors, so does America's labor and political movement. Both have become big business for power players.

Therefore, while I might salute individual workers on this holiday, I say that big labor and its unions are a growing cancer on the body politic – and must be abolished before they rot our nation into a socialist shell of a third world nation. Social justice is just another component of the Marxist/Socialist/Communist movement.

History is replete with examples of the Marxist and Communist domination of labor, and it would be naïve to think that it is any different today.

So raise a glass to the decent, hard-working Americans who actually do the necessary work – with quiet ability, confidence, and competence – while saying, at the same time, screw the corrupt unions that are dragging our nation into a polarized world of socialism or worse.

The Democrats are pumping millions of dollars into the fight against recalling Gavin Newsom…

Not because they believe that the progressive communist democrat Gavin Newsom is doing a wonderful job or that his challenger in the recall is a black conservative named Larry Elder.

But because the U.S. Senate may be in play if Elder becomes governor.

It appears that Diane Feinstein, the 88-year-old Senior Senator from California, has vowed not to step down. The problem is that she hasn’t been seen for weeks and is rumored to be in a worse mental condition than President Joe Biden, the incoherent empty shell of a man.

If Newsom is recalled and Elder is elected, he will replace Feinstein with a Republican.

The Senate currently has 48 Democrats, 2 Independents who caucus with the Democrats, and 50  Republicans. The Democrats rely on Vice President Kamala Harris to break a 50-50 tie in favor of the Democrats. If Feinstein is replaced, the Republicans would assume the Senate majority with Senator Mitch McConnell (R-KY), replacing Chuck Schumer (D-NY) as the Senate Majority Leader.

We need that FIREWALL and tell George Soros what he can do with his $1,000,000 contribution to Newsom and his cadre of communists.

Enough is enough! Time for Change! Time to RECALL GAVIN NEWSOM and elect LARRY ELDER.

California can’t wait!!!

The government’s all-seeing eye…

If you have been paying attention, our most trusted government institutions, including the nation’s premier intelligence and law enforcement agencies, have been politically compromised and used in illegal ways against American citizens. Even our courts, including the United States Supreme Court, have been politically compromised – failing to rule on blatantly unconstitutional matters or seek redress for blatant contempt of the court as we saw with the fraud on the secret FISC (Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court) court.

Our privacy and constitutional protections are being severely eroded by the adaptation of the communist Chinese public-private model.

The most dangerous weapon that is being used against the U.S. Constitution is the unilateral (take it or leave it) Terms of Service agreements wielded by private corporations, coerced by government contracts, grants, taxation, restrictions, and the potential of civil and criminal prosecutions, into oppressing "We the People."

By simply using any modern electronic device with licensed software, you may be voluntarily ceding your constitutional rights, namely your 4th Amendment right to be secure in your person, house, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures; your 5th Amendment protection against self-incrimination;  and your 14th Amendment due process rights.

Thus, the government can obtain information by request or subpoena that the government cannot legally collect or possess in a database.

A glaring example of this slippery slope…

Consider the McLean, Virginia-based private corporation known as “," self-identified as an online identity network that allows people to prove their legal identity online. Let us start with the fact that many states and the federal government require the use of the private if you want to access government programs and receive government money.

More than 27 states have hired for unemployment verification, including Pennsylvania, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Missouri, Mississippi, Montana, North Carolina, North Dakota, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, Oregon, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, Washington, and Wyoming. In addition, several federal agencies use their services, including the Department of Veterans Affairs and Social Security Administration.

They want it all…

  • is necessary in the event of a corporate transaction, such as a divestiture, merger, consolidation, bankruptcy, or asset sale.

No redress for most individuals…

Knowing that individual lawsuits for negligence, data breaches, or performance failures are extremely costly, the company insulates itself from accountability with its forced  “arbitration clause” to prevent class action claims.

Bottom line…

In the final analysis, the government demands you surrender your personal and private information to a private corporation. It is possible to infer that the government may be breaking the law by deputizing a private contractor to execute government functions as an agent of the government; however, with the increasing corruption of our courts, who knows if they will ever be accountable.

Will the feckless and impotent GOP be able to reverse this dangerous trend? Who knows?

I know that the government has lost billions in waste, fraud, and abuse, and they don’t seem to care. After all, it’s not their money.

It’s time to fire government employees or send people to jail when and where appropriate.

We are so screwed.
