WHY ARE THE DEMOCRATS IN HYSTERICAL PANIC MODE?

WTF? Everything seems to be going their way, so why are the Democrats panicking and hysterically pursuing Republicans now that President Biden has been declared president-elect? The inauguration is only days away on January 20th.

All of a sudden, Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi calls on Vice President Pence and others to consider removing the President based on the 25th Amendment or is raising the threat of another impeachment for insurrection. Nancy Pelosi talks with Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman General Mark Milley about securing the presidential nuclear codes. Do the Democrats believe Trump now has credible evidence of wrongdoing and may release it once out of the office or use it as a bargaining chip to avoid personal prosecution? Could that evidence relate to Georgia's January run-off election?

Free speech?

Although private companies are not bound by the Constitution’s First Amendment, they used to respect and promote, with some obvious exceptions, free and open communication. Now, the tech tyrants are promoting progressive propaganda and censoring anti-government messages with impunity and no explanation. Why are the tech tyrants shutting down the President of the United States' communications channels and threatening other conservatives? Why are the tech tyrants blocking President Trump's call for "peace?" With Apple considering removing Parler from the AppStore and Google removing Parler from the Play Store?

Why are the Democrats and the mainstream media not offering the same type of sympathetic treatment to the “mostly peaceful protesters" as they condoned when a federal courthouse was assaulted for weeks and federal protective officers injured? Why are they not parroting Martin Luther King who said "Riots are the language of the unheard?" Why are mediapundits not pointing out the falsity and artificial sensationalism of many media accounts of the capitol breach? There are videos of Capitol Police opening up barriers and waving people into the capitol complex. There are many conflicting stories in the media that are different from what was observed and recorded contemporaneously. Did the media stage key shots to fit a specific narrative? Did the Democrats stage the riot to disrupt legitimate challenges to Biden’s electoral coronation?

Why the desperation and deflection?

Are they worried about the mass release of documents that will reveal what the progressives in Congress and the bureaucracy have been doing since the Obama presidency?

Could it be that the recent release of a report titled "Joint Statement by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), and the National Security Agency (NSA) could empower President Trump to use his executive order against individuals and organizations cited in the report? Especially since the Director of National Intelligence noted that several analysts downplayed certain results because they did not want to give the President more power. What is so urgent?

Why the hypocritical double standard of labeling everyone not progressive in the Capitol area as an insurrectionist or domestic terrorist when they refused to apply such labels to Antifa and Black Lives Matter? Could it be that the Democrats recognize that the rioters were led by professionally-trained Antifa agitators and far-left shock troops and realize this is a weapon that could be used once again if the Democrats did not adopt a more radical agenda?

Can You trust the FBI?

There seems to be a strange double standard at the FBI which is now asking for the public's help in identifying rioters -- not so much in other cases where federal property has been attacked by far-left radicals. Is this FBI Director Christopher Wray trying to keep his job?

FBI: No evidence antifa involved in Capitol riot

No evidence has been found that members of the left-wing antifa movement were involved in this week’s storming of the Capitol building, the FBI said Friday, contradicting a narrative pushed by some Trump allies.

“We have no indication of that at this time,” Washington Field Office assistant director Steven D'Antuono said during a briefing when asked about any potential involvement of antifa. The term is used to refer to the loosely connected network of far-left activists who say they are fighting against what they perceive as fascism. <Source>

Utah activist inside U.S. Capitol says woman killed was first to try and enter House chamber

A Utah activist who faces criminal charges in connection with a Provo protest he organized in June claims he attended a pro-Trump rally that turned into a violent attack on the U.S. Capitol in order to see “the truth” about the protests for himself and the organization he represents.

“For me, it’s important from the group and the people around me to see that side of things, to see the truth,” John Sullivan said Wednesday night. “I don’t care, like what side you’re on, you should just see it raw.”

Sullivan, who is the founder of Insurgence USA, a social justice group that calls itself anti-fascist and protests police brutality, was detained by Washington police for about an hour and a half Thursday night, a day after he talked to local and national media about what he witnessed Wednesday.

He was handcuffed the entire time, and said police questioned him about being inside the Capitol and witnessing the shooting death of one of the protesters. He was not arrested.

But some of the 40-minute video he posted to his social media sites contradicts his assertion that he and another woman were “only filming” the actions and not participating as he can be heard in the video encouraging people to join them as they push their way through police barricades.<Source>

Sullivan was standing right next to the woman who was shot as she attempted to enter the House Chamber through a broken window in a barricaded door.

Afraid to walk the streets?

Are the Democrats afraid to appear in public after what they have done? Knowing there were 70 million witnesses to their perfidy?

Dominion fires back against Sidney Powell…

As expected, Dominion Voting Systems filed a 124-page $1.3 billion complaint (Case 1:21-cv-00040 Document 1 Filed 01/08/2) for defamation and deceptive trade practices against Sidney Powell, her law firm, and her organization "Defending the Republic, Inc.

Excerpts…

1. This defamation action arises from statements made by Sidney Powell, who— acting in concert with allies and media outlets determined to promote a false preconceived narrative about the 2020 election—caused unprecedented harm. During a Washington, D.C. press conference, a Georgia political rally, and a media blitz, Powell falsely claimed that Dominion had rigged the election, that Dominion was created in Venezuela to rig elections for Hugo Chávez, and that Dominion bribed Georgia officials for a no-bid contract.

2. Powell’s wild accusations are demonstrably false. Far from being created in Venezuela to rig elections for a now-deceased Venezuelan dictator, Dominion was founded in Toronto for the purpose of creating a fully auditable paper-based vote system that would empower people with disabilities to vote independently on verifiable paper ballots. As it grew, Dominion developed technology to solve many of the technical and voter intent issues that came to light as a result of the 2000 Presidential election. Its systems are certified under standards promulgated by the U.S. Election Assistance Commission (‘EAC’), reviewed and tested by independent testing laboratories accredited by the EAC, and were designed to be auditable and include a paper ballot backup to verify results. Since its founding, Dominion has been chosen by thousands of election officials throughout the United States to provide the technology to effectively administer transparent and fully auditable elections.

5. Although Powell assured the public during television and radio appearances that her claims were backed by “evidence,” Powell’s “evidence” included declarations from a motley crew of conspiracy theorists, con artists, armchair “experts,” and anonymous sources who were judicially determined to be ‘wholly unreliable.’ One of Powell’s wholly unreliable sources was a purported ‘military intelligence expert’ who has now admitted that he never actually worked in military intelligence, that the declaration Powell’s clerks wrote for him to sign is “misleading,” and that he ‘was trying to backtrack’ on it. After he was discredited, Powell pivoted by presenting his declaration as having been written by a different anonymous source.

6. During some of her media appearances Powell also touted a shocking declaration from an ‘anonymous source’ purporting to be a Venezuelan military officer alleging a decades old conspiracy beginning with now-deceased Venezuelan dictator Hugo Chávez.5 But the explanation in the “anonymous witness’s” declaration for why he purportedly came forward was a near-verbatim recitation from another declaration put forward by Powell, proving that those witnesses did not write their declarations independently and raising serious questions about what role Powell and her team played in drafting the declaration.

Unfortunately, the State of Georgia failed to provide access to ballots and operational equipment that would have dispelled much controversy. And Supreme Court Chief Justice refused to take a case that would have prevented most of the electoral problems by ruling the states must follow the U.S. Constitution and their individual state's laws.

Bottom line…

Things are muddled. Questions are not being asked? Communist China-like “cancel culture” is in full bloom.

RECALL CALIFORNIA GOVERNOR GAVIN NEWSOM

Why would any Californian want to keep a Governor who is destroying the formerly Golden State with an artificial lockdown which he claims is backed by “the science?” Yet, he cannot produce any credible “science” to justify his destruction of California’s economy and small businesses that employ the majority of Californians.

Here is an elite San Francisco-type progressive who is totally insulated from the consequences of his actions by his wealth, power, and position. A man, like Nancy Pelosi, who believes in “Do as I say, not as I do.”

I am still waiting for an answer…

UNDER HOUSE ARREST IN CALIFORNIA

I asked the Governor’s office where Governor Gavin Newsolini derives the power to decide which businesses and individuals are essential in California and why no government agency or employee is non-essential. The answer was to ask Dr. Mark Ghaly, the Secretary of California’s Health and Human Services.

Based in Sacramento, the California Health and Human Services Agency is the state agency tasked with administration and oversight of "state and federal programs for health care, social services, public assistance and rehabilitation" in California. It does not appear that they are able to respond to generalized questions. It also appears that Dr. Ghaly is a South Pasadena, California pediatrician/politician/bureaucrat with experience in organizations that deal with the government’s provision of healthcare or in public health advocacy. He is not a virologist, and epidemiologist, nor is he an economist. It should come as no surprise that Dr. Ghaly is on the board of the California Healthcare Exchange which powers “Covered California.

His wife, Christina, appears to hold a similar local position. as the Director for the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services which supervises and oversees operations of DHS’ directly operated delivery system, including four hospitals and a network of standalone community clinics. She also provides supervision of the following DHS divisions: Finance, Office of Patient Access, Performance Improvement, Nursing Affairs, and Planning & Data Analytics.

The final straw is the state’s mismanagement of medical resources and coordination with county medical authorities. I, for one, did not see the day when our oxygen supplies were being rationed and EMT’s asked to decide who lives or dies – not transporting critical patients to hospitals because they are likely to die.

Effective immediately, due to the severe impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on EMS and 9-1-1 Receiving Hospitals, adult patients in blunt traumatic and nontraumatic out-of-hospital cardiac arrest (OHCA) shall not be transported if return of spontaneous circulation (ROSC) is not achieved in the field .

SUBJECT: EMS USE OF OXYGEN (DIRECTIVE #7)

Given the acute need to conserve oxygen, effective immediately, EMS should only administer supplemental oxygen to patients with oxygen saturation below 90%. For patients with hypoxia (02 saturation <90%), the minimum amount of oxygen necessary to maintain the oxygen saturation at or just above 90% shall be administered . An oxygen saturation of 90% is sufficient to maintain normal tissue perfusion in most patients.

Considerations for exceptions :

• Oxygen for the purposes of medication administration and CPAP may be used when needed . Per TP 1245, these interventions should be limited to those patients in severe respiratory distress.
• Patients requiring positive-pressure ventilation due to respiratory failure should continue to receive 100% oxygen.
• Titrated oxygen with a higher target of 94% is recommended for the following specific conditions : carbon monoxide poisoning, suspected pneumothorax, shock, traumatic brain injury.

As for the problems with high-flow oxygen systems in aging hospitals, shouldn’t this have been detected and remedied long ago when hospitals were being upgraded?

Bottom line…

The reason I remain suspicious of Gavin Newsolini – and especially his medical advice – is because the Governor is a full-blown liberal and the liberals are incentivized to minimize care to senior citizens, one, because they are viewed as non-productive members of society who no longer contribute to the welfare of the state, included reduced tax revenues; two, because they are a “burden” on healthcare systems at the end of their lives; and three, because they are a “burden” on the corrupt, mismanaged pension funds that are grossly underfunded.

One need only read Dr. Ezekiel “E-Z Kill” Emanuel’s essay in The Atlantic, “Why I Hope to Die at 75.” Let us remember that, Emanuel, the brother of former Obama Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel, was an adviser to the Obama Administration and is now appointed to President-elect Biden’s Transition COVID-19 Advisory Board. This is the man who proposes formula-based rationing of healthcare. With your value to the state a primary factor.

We are so screwed by progressives like Gavin Newsom who places his self-serving needs above his constituents and his ideology above the U.S. Constitution.

2020 ELECTION: IT'S OVER

Let us have a moment of prayer for United States Capitol Police Officer Brian D. Sicknick…

At approximately 9:30 p.m. this evening (January 7, 2021), United States Capitol Police Officer Brian D. Sicknick passed away due to injuries sustained while on-duty.

Officer Sicknick was responding to the riots on Wednesday, January 6, 2021, at the U.S. Capitol and was injured while physically engaging with protesters. He returned to his division office and collapsed. He was taken to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. The death of Officer Sicknick will be investigated by the Metropolitan Police Department’s Homicide Branch, the USCP, and our federal partners.

Officer Sicknick joined the USCP in July 2008, and most recently served in the Department’s First Responder’s Unit.

The entire USCP Department expresses its deepest sympathies to Officer Sicknick’s family and friends on their loss, and mourns the loss of a friend and colleague.

We ask that Officer Sicknick’s family, and other USCP officers’ and their families’ privacy be respected during this time. <Source>

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi on Thursday called for the resignation of US Capitol Police Chief Steven Sund and said the House Sergeant at Arms has told her he is submitting his resignation as well. Michael Stenger, the Senate Sergeant at Arms and Doorkeeper, has resigned as well, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell announced.

US Capitol Police Chief Steven Sund is resigning amid criticism over an apparent lack of preparedness to deal with Wednesday's violent mob on Capitol Hill. Sund's resignation is effective January 16, according to a Capitol Police official.

Is it ever “really over?”

The battle of the “stolen election” appears to be over, and there are no winners. The Democrats have, once again, proven that they are willing to damage our country by presenting substandard candidates and use any means, fair or foul, to promote their candidacy. The Republicans once again have proven they have no guts, no platform, no coherent messaging, and no cooperation within the party. They are feckless and incompetent. The deep state remains corrupt, self-serving, and intransigent. The media moguls, tech tyrants, and “big money” billionaires each have demonstrated an unbelievable degree of un-American corruption and loyalty to a globalist mindset.

The joint session of Congress started with a “bang” as an ill-prepared Capitol police force was unprepared for a large-scale multi-focal attack. The joint session ended with defeated GOP challenges to the electors and the naming of the Democrat candidate, Joseph R. Biden, as the President-elect of the United States. Only one state, Arizona, had its case fully debated -- and it was one of the weaker cases.

If the purpose of the riot was to distract from the debate, the progressive socialist democrats won again. Leading me to look closer at the riot's participants to see if the violence was spearheaded by Antifa and BLM agitators.

President Trump has agreed to an “orderly transition of power” and a staged withdrawal from the White House as if there were any other options.

I’d like to begin by addressing the heinous attack on the United States Capitol. Like all Americans, I am outraged by the violence, lawlessness, and mayhem.

I immediately deployed the National Guard and federal law enforcement to secure the building and expel the intruders. America is and must always be a nation of law and order.

To demonstrators who infiltrated the Capitol: you have defiled the seat of American democracy. To those who engage in the acts of violence and destruction: you do not represent our country. And to those who broke the law: you will pay.

We have just been through an intense election and emotions are high. But now, tempers must be cooled and calm restored. We must get on with the business of America.

My campaign vigorously pursued every legal avenue to contest the election results, my only goal was to ensure the integrity of the vote. In so doing, I was fighting to defend American democracy.

I continue to strongly believe that we must reform our election laws to verify the identity and eligibility of all voters and to ensure faith and confidence in all future elections.

Now, Congress has certified the results. A new administration will be inaugurated on January 20. My focus now turns to ensuring a smooth, orderly, and seamless transition of power. This moment calls for healing and reconciliation.

2020 has been a challenging time for our people, a menacing pandemic has upended the lives of our citizens, isolated millions in their homes damaged our economy, and claimed countless lives.

Defeating this pandemic and rebuilding the greatest economy on earth will require all of us working together. It will require a renewed emphasis on the civic values of patriotism, faith, charity, community, and family.

We must revitalize the sacred bonds of love and loyalty, that bind us together as one national family. To the citizens of our country, serving as your president has been the honor of my lifetime.

And to all of my wonderful supporters. I know you are disappointed, but I also want you to know that our incredible journey is only just beginning.

Was the Capitol attack augmented by professional agitators, or will the media frame the question as to the beginning of another conspiracy theory?

Why are you not seeing media estimates of crowd size lest people realize how infinitesimally small the actual number of rioters was. Also, did anyone else notice the difference in dress between the protestors and those who stormed the capitol and wore bullet-proof vests?

Just behind Ashli Babbitt, who was shot as she attempted to breach the House Chamber through a broken window in barricaded doors, stands Utah resident John Sullivan, the founder of the radical and violent far-left organization "Insurgence USA" as he appears to be filming the attack. Why is he even there in a crowd of what we have been told is a group of pro-Trump zealots?

Two other witnesses spoke to CNN's Anderson Cooper, describing how Babbitt was shot as she tired to climb through the broken window into the area officers were blocking off. John Sullivan, recorded a video of the aftermath, showing police with guns drawn and Babbitt lying in a pool of blood in a stairway inside the Capitol. Sullivan is the founder of the left-wing activist group Insurgence USA. He said he was not at the Capitol as part of the protest but did not specify what exactly brought him there.

Describing the moments leading up to the shooting, Sullivan said protesters were trying to get into the main entrance of the chamber when they came upon two guards who refused to move. The group then went down another hallway and used flag poles and other items to break windows to get into the chamber before a group of police emerged. 'All we see is these guns coming out of the doorway, just guns, and all you can see is their hands. You could not see faces,' he said. 'Right when I saw that I was yelling to people: 'Guys, there is guns, you don't want to go through there. They're going to shoot.'' Babbitt ignored Sullivan's plea and went ahead anyway, he said. 'The second that she climbed through the window, she got shot right in the neck area and fell backwards,' he said. 'I just remember, like, the sense of shock and sorrow that somebody just died and did not need to die because she didn't have a weapon and she was not violent.' He said the area the protesters were trying to get into was completely blocked off with chairs and tables barricading the doors.

Sullivan also described trying to deescalate the situation by speaking to police officers before the shooting took place. 'By no means am I there on the Trump side or the MAGA side, but I don't want to see people get hurt unnecessarily especially when there should be a better way to go about it,' he said. 'I remember just coming up and seeing one of [the officers] crying and saying they want to go home to their kids,' he said. Meanwhile the protesters were yelling: 'Let us in here, we are not trying to hurt you,' he said. <Source>

More than 20 armed men show up at Utah Capitol during small demonstration against police violence

At 8 a.m., John Sullivan took his place in front of the Capitol. He was covered in black clothing and gear from head-to-toe — a black bandana around his nose and mouth, a black rifle slung across his chest over a black tactical vest, black boots on his feet.

The exhibition, promoted by his activist group Insurgence USA, was described as a “Solo Armed Stance,” meant to decry police arresting protesters in unmarked vehicles, like what’s happened to demonstrators in Portland, and what happened to him at his house July 9, when he was taken into custody for his alleged involvement with crimes at a June 29 protest in Provo.

“I literally thought I was going to die,” Sullivan said of the arrest.

For two hours on Wednesday, Sullivan stood undisturbed with his rifle and a few other protesters. Then, about 20 men showed up. They, too, wore tactical vests and carried guns. Many wore masks and dark sunglasses, despite the overcast sky. They identified themselves as members of Utah Citizens’ Alarm. Their stated goal: Keep the peace. With guns, if they decide it’s necessary. <Source>

Not an “innocent patriot”…

The fact that someone does not have a conventional weapon is not a mitigating factor when they are part of a mob that stormed through the Capitol using “weapons at hand” to break down doors – a violent act in and of itself. The fact that they were assaulting a barricaded door into the House Chamber that was being protected by armed officers is prima facie proof of violent behavior.

Babbitt, according to DailyMail.com, was a follower of QAnon and L. Lin Wood. She was previously prosecuted (under her previous last name of McEntree) for reckless endangerment, malicious destruction of property, and tampering with a car in 2016 and was the subject of two restraining orders. <Source>

Why did the GOP lose?

The Democrats won because they changed the rules to increase the participation of their "low-motivation" and minority voters by organizing and bringing the voting locations to them via mail-in ballots. The 2020 electoral dispute is mostly over how those rules were changed unconstitutionally.

What the GOP couldn't fathom is that the Democrats, the party of lawyers, started two years before the election to marshal those members of the bureaucracy and judiciary to bring about their desired rule changes. Unlike the Democrats who campaign 24/7, 365-days per year, the GOP spends their time fighting among themselves over trivialities while waiting until the last few months to rally their base and attract new voters.

To this day, I do not know what the GOP stands for beyond abortion and fear of socialism. They are no longer the party of fiscal responsibility. They are no longer the party of the rich. They are no longer the party of big business. They no longer put forth any platform plank other than “we are better because we are different.”

The Democrats won because they are bullies, willing to use anything and everything to get their message out. Not so much the GOP who remains afraid of the mainstream media. Now that President Trump used social media to jump the media cordon to reach the public, the Democrats are cutting off that avenue of communication.

The spark of truth that gives rise to conspiracy theories like QAnon…

I was wondering how an individual like attorney L. Lin Wood can put forth outrageous tweets suggesting there is an international cabal of child rapists protected and exploited by international intelligence agencies. A normal person might think that this is batshit crazy to the max, except for the fact that something of this sort appeared to have happened with Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell, who did host heads of state, royalty, corporate presidents, and other powerful individuals -- possibly using recordings of sex with underage individuals for blackmail, and rumored to be connected with intelligence agencies through the Maxwell family.

As long as Wood uses the word “believe,” like that used by the individuals submitting sworn declarations and affidavits, they cannot be tried for perjury because they are swearing to their beliefs and their knowledge of the situation – not the factual nature of the subject-matter. When high-ranking or credentialed individuals jump the rails, they are likely to take others with them.

Bottom line…

There are so many questions remaining.

(1) Will the constitutionality of various electoral rules and actions continue to be litigated, and electoral rules strengthened in time for the general election in 2022?

(2) Will Obama-era officials and functionaries be held accountable for their corrupt actions?

(3) Will the alleged corruption of the Biden family be swept under the rug, and will former-President Trump continued to be pursued. My thought is that everybody may receive a pass under the “Corrupt Politicians Act of 2021.”

(4) What will happen with the mainstream media and social media platforms.

(5) Who will head the GOP?

(6) Will Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts ever be held accountable for creating this constitutional crisis by rejecting a case that would have noted that many of the rule changes did not follow the U.S. Constitution or the Constitutions of the individual states? This would have stopped almost all of the controversy prior to the election.

(7) Was the Georgia run-off election as compromised as the 2020 general election?

(8) Was this a false flag operation and will the authorities investigate this as they did democrat insurgents Antifa and BLM? (Which is to say, not at all.) Where is all of that security camera footage?

But the big question on the table is if everything will be as bad as previously projected or will it settle down to “background corruption” and the continued plundering of the U.S. economy as ideological battles take place to consolidate hard-won and stolen gains.

So much remains to be investigated.

2020 ELECTION: FUGLY IS NOW A GOP THEME

Welcome, Day +65…

After the riots on Capitol Hill, Congressional business continued with several senators withdrawing their objections to certification of the election results in Georgia, Michigan, and Nevada. However, objections to the results in Arizona and Pennsylvania were sustained. In the House, a majority of Republican representatives voted down a proposal to reject Arizona’s certification of the state’s election results. House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) voted in favor of the objection to Arizona’s certification.

This was not a picture of old-time patriotism.

Ashley Babbitt attempts to climb through the broken window, is shot from the other side of the door, and falls backward into the crowd bleeding from a neck wound.

Let us take a minute to remember that a human being, a woman from San Diego, now identified as a 14-year Air Force veteran named Ashli Babbitt. While the exact circumstances are murky, it appears that there are reports that Babbitt was shot while climbing into the Capitol through a broken window. Babbitt served four tours with the US Air Force and was a high-level security official throughout her time in service. Three other individuals also died in “medical emergencies.”

In a display of utter callousness, the GOP’s Matt Schlapp told a nationwide audience on Fox News, “I understand there's a 16-year-old young woman who was shot. Now maybe she was doing terrible things and deserved to be shot ... we're the party that talks about law and order and respecting cops."

This was not a reemergence of the Tea Party; this was a mob event that many treated as a social event to give their lives meaning and garner a modicum of social standing among the Twitterati.

I have a sneaking suspicion that the Democrats in Washington D.C. deliberately used a minimum of force on the mob, far less than was necessary to restore and preserve order – thus improving anti-Trump optics that could sway the Congressional response to any electoral challenges.

I am also of the opinion that there were trained agitators in the crowd that may have pushed the mob forward.

Moreover, I am distressed with the mainstream media, which characterizes today’s events as an “armed insurrection.” More like a riot with many individuals destroying equipment and stealing souvenirs.

The unfortunate consequences…

This would have been the perfect moment to use a beanbag round.

The devil went down to Georgia – and won…

It was extremely unhelpful that the GOP initially selected and supported two mediocre candidates to win critical races; even though they would have probably won absent the internal GOP dissent and external media distractions.

It was extremely unhelpful that the GOP did not present a coordinated attack on the Democrats – both candidates seemingly having their own disjointed messaging.

It was extremely unhelpful that Trump made it all about him and sucked the oxygen out of the the GOP efforts in Georgia. Teasing extraconstitutional actions that made having a Democrat Senate look like a rational check-and-balance. For this we can blame the GOP members of Congress who were, and remain, divided as to the direction of the party.

It was extremely unhelpful that GOP nut-bag attorney L. Lin Wood and attorney Sidney Powell advised Republicans to stay at home to punish the Republicans for not supporting Trump. This surely cost votes, perhaps enough to swing the election. That Trump did not immediately repudiate the wingnuts, may have made the difference in Georgia.

L. Lin Wood appears to be a very sick puppy.

It was supremely unhelpful that Georgia Secretary of State, Brad Raffensperger, a Republican, decided to leak a tape of his conversation with President Trump at the last minute, suggesting wrongdoing, and thus ramping up anti-GOP sentiment which was repeated endlessly in the media echo chamber.

And, it was extremely unhelpful that all of the high-ranking Republicans in Georgia acted like bitchy little girls and appeared to be squishy liberal Democrats.

Thanks, GOP. For increasing the probabilities of higher taxes, more activist judges, crappier healthcare, and more racist social engineering.

Bottom line…

Not a good day for the GOP. Storming the Capitol was less effective than a mass display of silent strength and the threat of voter reprisals in 2022.

Just to be perfectly clear, there is no defense for those who breached the Capitol, and they need to be identified and prosecuted. Those in the media who are exploiting events and creating false narratives that tar thousands of law-abiding individuals for the actions of a relative few should be mocked and scorned.

There is one saving grace. That is the batshit crazy things that Democrats said to consolidate their progressive base before the election were mostly meaningless. They were not “political promises made to be kept.” And, now that the Democrats will assume real political power, they will now have their utterances scrutinized and be held responsible for their actions. Yes, they can implement policies harmful to the United States, but knowing they could lose a major portion of the House and Senate in 2022 will moderate their positions.

That does not mean we are not screwed. It just means we may not be screwed as much as we imagined under a worst-case scenario.

DEMOCRACY IN ACTION OR A FALSE FLAG OPERATION BY TRAINED, PROFESSIONAL AGITATORS?

Today, the nation appears chaotic and in turmoil. No, it is not a serious matter involving the continuity of government, but the perceptions created by the mainstream news media and those who are censoring the social media platforms.

As with any breaking – and ongoing news story – chaos abounds. Both amateur and professional reporters are experiencing confirmation bias; that is, they are unconsciously – or perhaps consciously -- searching for and interpreting events in a way that confirms or supports their own or corporate ideology.

It is next to impossible to tell whether were are looking at an organic uprising or something more sinister.

Unfortunately, given the ideological compromise and wrongdoing by our nation’s premier intelligence and law enforcement agencies, you cannot trust your government enough to automatically rule out a false flag operation by the so-called deep state. A right-wing conspiracy theory as the progressives tend to characterize such reporting? In light of the various Obama-era hoaxes like the Clinton/Obama Trump/Russia collusion hoax, the gun-running to Mexican cartels to support anti-gun laws, the cover-up of the gun-running to Isis militants in Benghazi – these have all turned out to be facts.

Those who claim that we are seeing the results of a domestic “color revolution” may not be far from the mark. But, then again, it might be a confirmation bias.

Building your own bullshit detector…

(1) Never accept breaking news that purports to provide context or a narrative. Assume an event is happening or has happened and that few actually know anything beyond the one-hundred yards around them. In today’s world of clicks and audience-building sensationalism, the truth may be far down the list of necessary considerations. Some reporters do not mind they are wrong, just as long as they are among the first reporters and capture those eyes and ears that can be monetized. Other reporters hang back and simply report on what they are reading on Twitter. Given the censorship on the Twitter platform, you can never be sure of what you are reading or even if you are reading alternative accounts of the same event.

(2) With most news sources, it is about narrative, not news. In fact, most stories meet the definition of “fake news” in that the story is synthetically generated by the reporter creating a story rather than reporting on events.

(3) Be aware of the ideological bias of the news sources you are consuming. Look at two diametrically-opposed news sources. No, the truth cannot be found in the middle, but you can observe how the events are being spun.

(4) There is no longer such a thing as trustworthy “official sources.” As we have seen, high-ranking public officials have no problem lying to the public. Think Susan Rice telling the nation on all five Sunday news shows that a video was responsible for the CIA annex attack in Benghazi, Libya. Or, Dr. Fauci telling you that you don’t need masks, then you need masks, then you don’t need “those” masks – all based on “the science” and his apparent personal credibility. All officials and bureaucrats want to cover their collective asses and avoid embarrassment. The key to knowing something is a narrative is the presence of a spokesperson or media consultant.

(5) Pick a political benchmark against which you can measure comparative performance and ethical behavior. Mine is Vice President Mike Pence, who, despite being a politician possibly running for the presidency in 2024, has served the President faithfully as well as demonstrated he could resist some of the President’s more outlandish requests – all while upholding his oath of office to defend and protect the U.S. Constitution. At the opposite end of the spectrum, I use Senator Mitt Romney, a bitter, self-serving empty suit who is observably disloyal to his country, Constitution, and political party.

(6) Read the foreign press. Many times those outside the Washington-New York corridor have a better perspective on the happenings within the United States than our domestic media.

(7) Consume media with a purpose. Separate enlightenment, education, and entertainment. Ask yourself the old reporter’s basic questions: Who, What, When Where, Why, and How to create your own story. Rank the information in order of its importance to the overall story. Leave the context and any narrative to last. With practice, this becomes a habit that will serve you well.

(8) Do not be caught up in the immediacy; you do not have to be first in your group to Tweet.

An example, Chuck Schumer excoriates the “mostly peaceful protesters” on the right while ignoring those on the left…

In a classic display of demagoguery, projection, wild exaggeration, and an illustration of the double standard that exists between the Republicans and Democrats, Senator Chuck Schumer took to the Senate floor to characterize today's protest against a stolen election.

"Mr. President, it's very difficult to put into words what has transpired today. I have never lived through or even imagined an experience like the one we have just witnessed in this capital. President Franklin Roosevelt set aside December 14, 1941, as the day that will live in infamy. Unfortunately, now we can add January 6, 2021, to that very short list of dates in American history, that will live forever in infamy.”

[OCS: To compare today’s “mostly peaceful protest,” to use the rhetoric of the left, to the sneak attack on America that killed 2,403 U.S. personnel, including 68 civilians, and destroyed or damaged 19 U.S. Navy ships, including 8 battleships, is demagoguery and wild exaggeration.]

“This temple to democracy was desecrated, its windows smashed, our offices vandalized. The world saw America’s elected officials hurried ushered out because they were in harm’s way. The House and Senate floors were places of shelter until the evacuation was ordered, leaving rioters to stalk these hallowed halls. Lawmakers and our staffs, average citizens who love their country, serve every day, feared for their lives.”

[OCS: Sounds like ordinary workplace violence if you ask me.]

“I understand that one woman was shot and tragically lost her life. We mourn her and feel for her friends and family.”

“These images were projected to the world. Foreign embassies cabled their home capitals to report the harrowing scenes at the very heart of our democracy.”

"This will be a stain on our country, not so easily washed away, the final terrible indelible legacy of the 45th president of the United States, undoubtedly, our worst.”

[OCS: After the Obama administration scandals and the Democrat’s illegal attempts to spy on domestic Americans and their attempt to unseat a president through a bogus impeachment, it is hard to believe that this protest will be remembered next week, let alone be given any historical significance other than as a footnote to a stolen election.]

“I want to be very clear. Those who performed the reprehensible acts cannot be called protesters. No, these were rioters and insurrectionists, goons and thugs, domestic terrorists. They do not represent America. They were a few thousand violent extremists who tried to take over the Capitol building and attack our democracy. They must and should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Hopefully by this administration, if not, certainly by the next. They should be provided no leniency."

[OCS: I do not remember such a vehement condemnation of the “mostly peaceful protesters” like Antifa and Black Lives Matter who burned down substantial parts of cities, killed a number of innocent people, and who appeared to have the tacit approval of the Democrat Party, especially Democrat Governors who ordered their police to “stand down” while public and private property was looted, defaced, and destroyed.

Or a call for such prosecutions as Democrat Judges turned protesters loose hours after their detention – to continue their activities.]

“I want to thank the many of the Capitol police, the Secret Service, and local police who kept us safe today. And worked to clear the Capitol and return it to its rightful owners and its rightful purpose.”

[OCS: This is the same party that excoriates law enforcement and sides with the protesters. Imagine how fast the tide turned when they were under attack. By the way, the rightful owners of the Capitol are “We the People,” and not our tenants, the political class.]

“I want to thank the leaders, Democrat and Republican, House and Senate. It was Speaker Pelosi, Leader McConnell, Leader McCarthy, and myself, who came together and decided that these thugs would not succeed. That we would finish the work that our Constitution requires us to complete in the very legislative chambers of the House and Senate that were desecrated, but we know, always, belong to the people and do again tonight."

"But make no mistake, make no mistake, my friends, today's events did not happen spontaneously."

"The President, who promoted conspiracy theories that motivated these thugs, the President, who exhorted them to come to our nation's capital, egged them on, he hardly ever discourages violence and more often encourages it, this President bears a great deal of the blame."

[OCS: This is ludicrous. The Democrats ginned up the “pee-pee” Russia/Trump collusion hoax – and it turned out to be fact. The Democrats ginned up the Ukraine call and impeachment based on a hoax that turned out to be true. In fact, the President-elect Joe Biden confessed to committing the same impeachable offense on videotape. And, today’s events were the direct result of the Democrat’s attempt to steal an election.]

This mob was in good part President Trump's doing, incited by his words, his lies. This violence in good part his responsibility, his ever-lasting shame. Today's events certainly -- certainly -- would not have happened without him.

[OCS: But the primary cause remains the Democrats.]

Now, January 6 will go down as one of the darkest days in recent American history. A final warning to our nation about the consequences of a demagogic President. The people who enable him, the captive media that parrots his lies, and the people who follow him as he attempts to push America to the brink of ruin.

[OCS: Captive media? There is no doubt that the progressive socialist Democrats control the media, the social media platforms, educational institutions, much of our infrastructure, and, of course, the unionized bureaucracy.]

“As we reconvene tonight, let us remember, in the end, all this mob has really accomplished is to delay our work by a few hours. We will resume our responsibilities now, and we will finish our task tonight. The House and Senate chambers will be restored good as new and ready for legislating in short order. [OCS: Until former President Barack Obama and the identity politics of the left, race relations were slowly healing. Now they once again have exploded with the Social Justice Warriors demanding “reverse racism” and reparations.

Let us not forget, the Democrats were the party of slavery, segregation, Jim Crow, the KKK, and opposed civil rights. Even today they are invested in keeping race tensions high and the Black man down.]

But we are a resilient, forward-looking, and optimistic people. And we will begin the hard work of repairing this nation tonight because here in America, we do hard things. In America, we always overcome our challenges."

Thankfully nobody stood between Schumer and the podium or there would have been another death in the Capitol.

2020 ELECTION: JUDGEMENT DAY IN CONGRESS

Welcome to Day +64...

Day of Judgement…

Will Vice President Mike Pence and the majority of GOP members in a joint session of Congress uphold their individual oath of office and protect and defend the United States Constitution and the rule of law by demanding honest elections and failing to count electors from those states who appear to have implemented unconstitutional election procedures or were the subject of demonstrable fraudulent voting activity?

At the very least, hear challenges, objections, and allow the presentation of the evidence of election anomalies during a period of debate?

Or, will Congress call for a bipartisan review commission to examine, within a proscribed short ten-day time period, the evidence, formulate a report, present that report to the joint session, and then vote on which electors shall be included or omitted from the official tally?

Hopefully, today, January 6th, will be brighter than yesterday, and constitutional conservatives will rejoice as patriotic members of Congress challenge what appears to be an illegitimate election, not for specific ballot fraud, but the illegal and unconstitutional changes to electoral rules.

The brave members are not asking for immediate rejection of electors, but a reasonable bi-partisan effort to determine and demonstrate the integrity of the 2020 election and an accurate account of the votes cast.

However, no matter what happens, the American public will be better informed. Many having been denied access to the news of the day due to censorship by the media moguls and tech titans. I wonder how much of the proceedings will be broadcast live or if they will be broadcast with partisan commentators providing their own narrative and phony “fact-checking?”

Also, the session will serve to highlight the cowardice of Supreme Court Justice John Roberts, who refused a case that would have eliminated much of the turmoil by declaring that individual States must abide by the constitution, first at the federal level and second at the state level.

ARE WE GOING TO ALLOW UNCONSTITUTIONAL PROCESSES IN THE STATES AND THE CERTIFICATION OF ELECTORS UNCONSTITUTIONALLY SELECTED?

Georgia on my mind...

After a summer of democrat-racialized incidents, it should come as no surprise that a black anti-white, anti-Semitic, anti-America pastor might narrowly prevail over a white counterpart in concentrated and heavily black urban areas. But what of the other Senate race? How much was the GOP candidate hurt by GOP infighting and attention to the 2020 general election?

Doesn't this speak more to GOP incompetence than to the crappiness of their candidate selections?

If the Democrats have any one person to thank for a victory, it would be Stacy Abrams, the former minority leader of the Georgia state House who believes she is the lawful winner of the 2018 gubernatorial election. Abrams had devoted her time and energy to building-out a potent Democratic political infrastructure in Georgia. This includes her New Georgia Project and Fair Fight organizations.

Of course, one prime question remains, especially after the irregularities and machinations in Georgia’s 2020 general election, was the vote honest?

The keys to the successful manipulation of any vote are always: means, motive, and opportunity.

In the Georgia election, the motive is massive, the functional control over Senate ties (broken by a Democrat Vice President acting as the Senate tie-breaker) and, more importantly, confirmation of appointments and ratification of treaties. The means and opportunity are present and facilitated by an extremely narrow margin between the candidates, amplifying a series of almost undetectable small frauds into a victory. This election is probably as honest as any other election in heavily Democrat areas.

The truth is that it really doesn’t matter when the GOP is populated by establishment turncoats like Mitt Romney in the Senate.

Bottom line…

It appears that something is “radically wrong” with Americans who allow elections to be rigged or who are manipulated into voting for outright un-American, anti-white, anti-Semitic racists. Each time I saw interim vote tallies, I was fearful that someone would suddenly find thousands of “missing” ballots to reverse the races.

We are so screwed.

Don’t look to the GOP to get its act together by 2020. The establishment members will still be fighting the conservative members and fielding dodgy candidates with name recognition who can raise funds and "potentially" win primaries over more principled patriots in the GOP.

2020 ELECTION -- BEWARE OF THE PLAYERS

Welcome to Day + 63 – strange people edition…

What is Georgia Secretary of State Brad “Mr. No Transparency” Raffensperger hiding?

The headlines scream, "TRUMP CAUGHT ON TAPE TRYING TO RIG RESULTS, MAY FACE CRIMINAL CHARGES IN GEORGIA."

It appears that the Georgia Secretary of State, Brad Raffensperger, apparently leaked a normal and customary tape of a conversation with President Trump to the leftist Washington Post which excerpted choice bits, sensationalized the, and published them for the jackals in the progressive echo-chamber to tear apart.

Now Raffensperger may be facing two lawsuits, one state and one federal. The Trump team alleges that the telephone conference call that was secretly recorded was a "confidential settlement discussion" of that litigation, which is still pending." And ignores "a stipulation that all discussions were for the purpose of settling litigation and confidential under federal and state law."

It looks like the suit may be meritless because there apparently is no mention of any settlement to any ongoing litigation with the Secretary of State. Lawsuits are a well-known and documented feature of Trump's modus operandi. Moreover, there is a reason that Trump should have left the matter to his attorneys and avoided his normally circuitous, convoluted, and sometimes inaccurate speech. Like we have seen before, Trump thinks he is the world's best negotiator and often turns out to be his own worst enemy.

The most important part of the conversation is…

Hilbert: Mr. President and Cleta, this is Kurt Hilbert, if I might interject for a moment. Ryan, I would like to suggest that just four categories that have already been mentioned by the president that have actually hard numbers of 24,149 votes that were counted illegally. That in and of itself is sufficient to change the results or place the outcome in doubt. We would like to sit down with your office, and we can do it through purposes of compromise and just like this phone call, just to deal with that limited category of votes. And if you are able to establish that our numbers are not accurate, then fine. However, we believe that they are accurate. We’ve had now three to four separate experts looking at these numbers.

Hilbert: Correct. And this is just based on USPS data and your own secretary of state data. So that’s what we would entreat and ask you to do, to sit down with us in a compromise and settlements proceeding and actually go through the registered voter IDs and the registrations. And if you can convince us that 24,149 is inaccurate, then fine. But we tend to believe that is, you know, obviously more than 11,779. That’s sufficient to change the results entirely in and of itself. So what would you say to that, Mr. Germany?

Germany: I’m happy to get with our lawyers, and we’ll set that up. That number is not accurate. And I think we can show you, for all the ones we’ve looked at, why it’s not. And so if that would be helpful, I’m happy to get with our lawyers and set that up with you guys.

Trump: Well, let me ask you, Kurt, you think that is an accurate number. That was based on the information given to you by the secretary of state’s department, right?

Hilbert: That is correct. That information is the minimum, most conservative data based upon the USPS data and the secretary of state’s office data that has been made publicly available. We do not have the internal numbers from the secretary of state. Yet we have asked for it six times. I sent a letter over to . . . several times requesting this information, and it’s been rebuffed every single time. So it stands to reason that if the information is not forthcoming, there’s something to hide. That’s the problem that we have.

As the Georgia politicians say, there is no way you lost Georgia. Nobody. Everyone knows I won it by hundreds of thousands of votes. But I’ll tell you it’s going to have a big impact on Tuesday if you guys don’t get this thing straightened out fast.

Meadows: Mr. President, this is Mark. It sounds like we’ve got two different sides agreeing that we can look at those areas, and I assume that we can do that within the next 24 to 48 hours, to go ahead and get that reconciled so that we can look at the two claims and making sure that we get the access to the secretary of state’s data to either validate or invalidate the claims that have been made. Is that correct?

Germany: No, that’s not what I said. I’m happy to have our lawyers sit down with Kurt and the lawyers on that side and explain to him, hey, here’s, based on what we’ve looked at so far, here’s how we know this is wrong, this is wrong, this is wrong, this is wrong, this is wrong.

Meadows: So what you’re saying, Ryan, let me let me make sure . . . so what you’re saying is you really don’t want to give access to the data. You just want to make another case on why the lawsuit is wrong?

Germany: I don’t think we can give access to data that’s protected by law. But we can sit down with them and say —

Trump: When are you going to do signature counts, when are you going to do signature verification on Fulton County, which you said you were going to do, and now all of a sudden, you’re not doing it. When are you doing that?

Hilbert: To get to this issue of the personal information and privacy issue, is it possible that the secretary of state could deputize the lawyers for the president so that we could access that information and private information without you having any kind of violation?

Trump: Well, I don’t want to know who it is. You guys can do it very confidentially. You can sign a confidentiality agreement. That’s okay. I don’t need to know names. But on this stuff that we’re talking about, we got all that information from the secretary of state.

Meadows: Yeah. So let me let me recommend, Ryan, if you and Kurt will get together, you know, when we get off of this phone call, if you could get together and work out a plan to address some of what we’ve got with your attorneys where we can we can actually look at the data. For example, Mr. Secretary, I can you say they were only two dead people who would vote. I can promise you there are more than that. And that may be what your investigation shows, but I can promise you there are more than that. But at the same time, I think it’s important that we go ahead and move expeditiously to try to do this and resolve it as quickly as we possibly can. And if that’s the good next step. Hopefully we can, we can finish this phone call and go ahead and agree that the two of you will get together immediately.

As you can see, President Trump desires to have his team sit down with Raffensperger’s team with access to all the data and resolve the issue. And then Raffensperger sandbagged Trump. Trump wanted and was willing to accept a fair and honest count. He was not asking Raffensperger to illegally find votes as hinted at in the media.

L.Lin Wood, the Lizard Squad and, John Roberts…

You would think that an attorney making a fantastical claim that he holds the crypto keys to files showing powerful individuals may be blackmailed by the deep state would, at the very least show a few screenshots of the alleged behavior or have them witnessed by an unimpeachable individual who can attest to the existence of the files and the appearance of evildoing.

In one Tweet, Wood hits it on the nose. “There has been a rising chorus of people questioning my sanity in recent days.” I can understand that.

For the curious, Kappy refers to Isaac Kappy, an actor in Breaking Bad who, in 2019, committed suicide by jumping from a bridge into oncoming traffic in Arizona. Before his death, Kappy posted a lengthy note on his Instagram account, in which he opened up about his drug and alcohol abuse and apologized to Jesus Christ, Donald Trump, and the QAnon conspiracy theory movement. The post was captioned, “Beware the man that has nothing to lose, for he has nothing to protect."

One would assume that if Wood really had the evidence, he would have provided it to Wikileaks and other internet outlets that are known for publishing material of this kind. To the extent that some of this material may be defamatory, one should note that Wood is a Georgia attorney specializing in high profile defamation cases and certainly should be familiar with the law. His out is the lawyerly use of the word “believe,” and he may have the “key to the files,” but not the files themselves.

While anything is possible in the post-Obama era, the fundamental assertions of the conspiracy, including the suggestion that Jeffery Epstein is still alive, sound like a normal conversation in Bedlam.

Trump-Land…

Any realistic examination of the individuals in the Trump orbit is likely to include dodgy flakes, people with dubious records or associations, and credentialed individuals with conspiratorial viewpoints. Since Trump is highly transactional, he uses people for what they are worth at the moment. He then quickly disposes of them when they become burdensome, costly, or receive more media attention than “The Donald.” In his struggle to prove that the 2020 election was rigged and he rightfully deserves another four years in office, Trump appears to have gravitated towards individuals who are promoting fantastical conspiracy theories.

Among the top purveyors of the stolen election narrative include attorney Sidney Powell, who believes that foreign operatives influenced the election and rigged the results, and L. Lin Wood, who believes that there is a large malevolent conspiracy afoot. Both claim to have “evidence,” mostly consisting of sworn affidavits, declarations from individuals of unknown character, and reports that appeared in the media.

First, as for the media, you can’t have it both ways: either the media is lying or shading the truth, or they are honest brokers of information. As for the sworn affidavits and declarations, the affiants and declarants are not credible until challenged in a court of competent jurisdiction – and the oath is near worthless as you are attesting to what you “believe” is true and correct.

Both Powell and her odd threat to release “The Kraken” and L. Lin Wood have been distanced from the president and are now pleading to re-enter the near-inner circle. Even former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani appears to be running away from these two individuals.

Pelosi-World…

I see that Alexandria Ocasio Cortez and her communist un-American fellow travelers known as the Squad voted to put a barely coherent 80-year-old white woman back in the House Speaker's Chair. I wonder how much the nation may suffer under that backroom deal?

Nancy Pelosi lives in a guard-gated community. And the graffiti on her garage appears carefully masked-off to avoid getting paint on the brick surfaces, which are notoriously difficult to clean. Very suspicious that rampaging anarchists would take such care when vandalizing property. It wouldn’t be the first time someone tried a hoax to promote a progressive self-serving narrative.

That the suspect opened fire on police officers through a closed car window doesn’t seem to matter. ELECTION 2020: THE NEW YORK GOVERNOR'S COVID GULAG?

It can’t get much stranger than Pastor Emanuel Cleaver (D-MO), a leading member of the racist Black Caucus, ending his House of Representatives invocation with a shout-out to the “monotheistic God Brahma” and follows the traditional AMEN (“so be it”) with “AWOMAN.”

Democrats going crazy over Senator Ted Cruz’s commonsense solution to restoring election credibility…

What Cruz proposed…

The most direct precedent on this question arose in 1877, following serious allegations of fraud and illegal conduct in the Hayes-Tilden presidential race. Specifically, the elections in three states — Florida, Louisiana, and South Carolina — were alleged to have been conducted illegally.

In 1877, Congress did not ignore those allegations, nor did the media simply dismiss those raising them as radicals trying to undermine democracy. Instead, Congress appointed an Electoral Commission — consisting of five Senators, five House Members, and five Supreme Court Justices — to consider and resolve the disputed returns.

We should follow that precedent. To wit, Congress should immediately appoint an Electoral Commission, with full investigatory and fact-finding authority, to conduct an emergency 10-day audit of the election returns in the disputed states. Once completed, individual states would evaluate the Commission’s findings and could convene a special legislative session to certify a change in their vote, if needed.

Accordingly, we intend to vote on January 6 to reject the electors from disputed states as not ‘regularly given’ and ‘lawfully certified’ (the statutory requisite), unless and until that emergency 10-day audit is completed. <Source>

There is no doubt in my mind that Obama-era progressives have subverted the major institutions and agencies of our government, including but not limited to the nation’s premier intelligence and law enforcement agencies.

In one of the most expensive and hotly contested race for the Senate Majority, the Georgia Battleground Fund, a joint fundraising committee of the NRSC (National Republican Senatorial Committee) and the Republican Georgia Senate candidates Kelly Loeffler and David Perdue, was significantly impacted at a crucial time by the account shut down. According to a Facebook company spokesperson, “An automated error caused this ad account to be disabled. The account has since been restored.”

Scary New York State Proposal: “Governor’s Gulag”…

Bill A416, authored by New York State Assembly Democrat Nick Perry, calls for the “removal and/or detention” of individuals who are identified as a “case, contact or carrier” of a contagious disease.

AN ACT to amend the public health law, in relation to the removal of cases, contacts and carriers of communicable diseases who are potentially dangerous to the public health

The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assembly, do enact as follows:

Section 1. The public health law is amended by adding a new section 120-a to read as follows:

§ 2120-a. Removal and detention of cases, contacts and carriers who are or may be a danger to public health; other orders.

1. The provisions of this section shall be utilized in the event that the governor declares a state of health emergency due to an epidemic of any communicable disease.

2. Upon determining by clear and convincing evidence that the health of others is or may be endangered by a case, contact or carrier, or suspected case, contact or carrier of a contagious disease that, in the opinion of the governor, after consultation with the commissioner, may pose an imminent and significant threat to the public health resulting in severe morbidity or high mortality, the governor or his or her delegee, including, but not limited to the commissioner or the heads of local health departments, may order the removal and/or detention of such a person or of a group of such persons by issuing a single order, identifying such persons either by name or by a reasonably specific description of the individuals or group being detained. Such person or group of persons shall be detained in a medical facility or other appropriate facility or premises designated by the governor or his or her delegee and complying with subdivision five of this section.

3. A person or group removed or detained by order of the governor or his or her delegee pursuant to subdivision two of this section shall be detained for such period and in such manner as the department may direct in accordance with this section.

Correct me if I am wrong, but I do seem to remember that New York Governor Andrew Cuomo condemned thousands of senior citizens to a lonely death with a public policy that mandated that care facilities with large numbers of senior citizens accept covid-positive patients for admission. Even ignoring the advice of experts who knew that such facilities were ill-equipped for infectious disease control and that outside workers were entering the facility after working in hospitals or other care facilities with active covid cases.

And then there is New York Mayor Bill de Blasio, who is known for quoting Karl Marx and the Communist Manifesto when discussing city policies, imposing severe sanctions based on his own interpretations of science.

Now you know why New York has some of the strictest gun control laws in the nation – disarming law-abiding citizens and not only preventing self-defense but denying citizens the ultimate Second Amendment rights to protect against government tyranny.

2020 ELECTION: RISK PREPAREDNESS

2021 -- Risk preparedness…

FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency), an agency of the United States Department of Homeland Security, has thoughtfully calculated the risk for every county in America for 18 types of natural disasters, including earthquakes, hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, volcanoes, and even tsunamis. It would be prudent if you took a moment and reviewed the National Risk Index to see what your county faces.

Unfortunately, there is no corresponding National Risk Index for man-made disasters. However, One Citizen Speaking has undertaken a thorough scientific analysis of man-made disasters and has isolated three major risks that are nationwide problems.

(1)   The Government Deep State that acts in its self-interests and no longer serves “We the People”

(2)   The Public Employee Unions which are a fundamental source of political corruption and pre-planned inefficiencies and cost-overruns.

(3)   The Mainstream Media where journalistic integrity has been replaced by crass corporate commercialism and an allegiance to the Democrat Party.

(4)    Democrats.

(5)    Progressive Socialist Democrats.

(6)    Communists posing as Progressive Socialist Democrats.

(7)    Liberal White “Woke” individuals who engage in virtue signaling.

Too little, too late: Another good thing Donald Trump did for Americans and blocked by the Democrats…

The Ninth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco ruled in favor of President Donald Trump’s order barring entry to legal immigrants until they fund their own health insurance and avoid becoming a “public charge’ for taxpayers.

Thursday’s court ruling involved his October 2019 proclamation denying visas to immigrants who did not have health insurance and could not show that they would obtain it within 30 days of entering the country. Immigrants could receive Medicare and be allowed to remain, but those who planned to obtain coverage under the low-income Medicaid program or the government-subsidized Affordable Care Act would not be eligible. Advocates for immigrants say Trump’s proclamation would bar entry to nearly two-thirds of all otherwise legal migrants, those who obtain their entry visas from employers, U.S. relatives or an annual lottery.

The ruling by the Ninth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco, if it becomes final, would allow Trump’s order to take effect for the first time. But attorney Esther Sung of the Justice Action Center, one of the legal organizations challenging the policy, said that under the court’s standard timetable, the ruling will not be binding for 52 days. That would be well past President-elect Joe Biden’s Jan. 20 inauguration. Biden has promised to undo his predecessor’s anti-immigration policies as soon as possible.

A federal judge in Portland blocked Trump’s proclamation from taking effect in December 2019, saying it exceeded the president’s legal authority. Panels of the appeals court twice denied emergency orders that would have let Trump enforce the ban during the court proceedings. But a different panel of the court ruled 2-1 Thursday that the president’s broad powers over immigration include the authority to limit entry only to those who can afford health insurance. The majority said the U.S. Supreme Court recognized those powers in 2018 when it upheld Trump’s ban on travel to the U.S. from a number of predominantly Muslim nations. <Source>

January 6th

I have no crystal ball that will allow me to accurately predict the future, but you can rely on more self-serving political idiocy from both sides of the aisle. While it is likely that the Republicans will exploit January 6th, the day the joint session of Congress meets to tally elector’s votes and hear challenges, to present their narrative of a stolen election, not much will happen to unite Americans – outside of a war with China, Russia, Iran, or North Korea. I am including North Korea because the “little guy” is feeling ignored – that is, if he is still alive.

Iran’s Threat

Today marks the anniversary of the death of Iran's General Qasem Soleimani, and many believe that Iran will attempt a face-saving response.

According to the official website of the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Iranian President Hassan Rouhani appeared to issue a threat to President Donald Trump.

Dr. Rouhani said that the first response to the White House executioners was given by the Iraqi people at the glorious funerals of Martyr Soleimani and Martyr al-Muhandis, saying, "The funeral of these martyrs in different cities across Iran were historic days and a strong slap on the American criminals".

The President called the Iraqi parliament's decision on the need for American troops to leave the country an important step taken by members of the Iraqi parliament and said, "The enemy's goal was to break the resistance in the region with the martyrdom of Martyr Soleimani, but it was the other way around and the spirit of resistance in the region boosted".

Stating that Martyr Soleimani became eternal and today the path of resistance continues with the same enthusiasm until the complete withdrawal of the Americans from the region, Dr. Rouhani said, "As I said after the martyrdom of Martyr Soleimani, I emphasize again that if you cut off Martyr Soleimani's hand, we will cut off your leg from the region and we will continue the resistance until that day".

The President added, "One of the effects of this stupid and disgraceful act was that Trumpism ended and in a few days, the life of this criminal will end and he will go to the dustbin of history, and we are very happy about this and we believe that the period after Trump will be a better condition for regional and global stability". <Source: Iran>

It is not known whether Rouhani is speaking metaphorically about the end of the Trump Administration and Trump’s ego-driven personality on January 6th when Joe Biden is named President-elect, or there is a real threat to our President, American allies, or American forces in the region. We have seen the USS Nimitz and the Nimitz Carrier Strike Group. the only Navy aircraft carrier operating in the Middle East receive orders to return home to Naval Base Kitsap in the State of Washington. Meanwhile, special operations aircraft and KC-135R Stratotanker tankers continue to orbit in Iraq – perhaps preparing for a January 3rd anniversary attack in the region. Perhaps Rouhani should consider, we know where you are and have the means to obliterate your leadership and military capabilities at will. I have people today who say 'hey you know what you really won' — but I didn't, I lost fair and square. Of course there were irregularities there always are, but spreading this kind of rumor about our election system not working is dangerous for democracy here and abroad."

You lost because you didn’t have the political smarts or cojones to fight back to those who attacked the Constitutions, your country, the GOP, and your candidacy. Like the Bush family, you believed in acting like old-time gentlemen in a dirty-dog political fight. The destruction of our electoral process and election fraud in 2020 is not “kind of a rumor,” and the failure of our elections is the true threat to our Republic.

Bottom line...

The true risk to our nation is not the Covid-19 pandemic, but what the progressive socialist democrats might do to our nation in the coming two years.
