VIVEK MURTHY: MEDIOCRE MORON OF THE MONTH
What do all these individuals have in common?
- Kamala Harris, the United States Vice President
- Merrick Garland, United States Attorney General
- Anthony Blinken, United States Secretary of State
- Anthony Fauci, Chief Medical Advisor to the President
- General Mark Miley, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff
- Vivek Murthy, United States Surgeon General
In the words of former President Donald Trump, they are all fucking idiots, mediocrities devoid of common sense, and political hacks.
The latest political idiocy comes from Vivek Murthy…
Protecting Youth Mental Health: The U.S. Surgeon General’s Advisory
Introduction from the Surgeon General
We know that mental health is shaped by many factors, from our genes and brain chemistry to our relationships with family and friends, neighborhood conditions, and larger social forces and policies.
[OCS: The same could be said about criminality.]
We also know that, too often, young people are bombarded with messages through the media and popular culture that erode their sense of self-worth—telling them they are not good looking enough, popular enough, smart enough, or rich enough.
[OCS: This is the standardized message of advertisers selling sex, popularity, and the lazy individual’s way to achievement and notoriety. This is also the message of the progressive communist democrats who are infantilizing minorities and selling victimhood.]
That comes as progress on legitimate, and distressing, issues like climate change, income inequality, racial injustice, the opioid epidemic, and gun violence feels too slow.
[OCS: In this single sentence Vivek Murthy’s political hackery is on display. Not only are these the talking points of the progressive communist democrats, but they are sensationalized and catastrophized by the progressive propagandists in the media. However dire the outlook, it pales when measured against an individual’s acceptance and popularity in a valued peer group. One might argue that mental illness, like Asperger’s might be an underlying cause, but few mention the social isolation induced by the psychological tricks played on the users of social media and gaming programs.
The absence of followers, likes, and the unattainable often-faux lifestyle of social media “influencers” greatly outweighs concerns over social justice and climate change. I would suggest that many individuals are not committed ideologues, but join a cause seeking a feeling of belonging, recognition, and in most cases friendships. In essence, joining a Greek fraternity or sorority for individuals who could never enter the upstairs of a frat house.
If gun violence is a public health matter, as the progressive communist democrats declare, where are Murthy and his troops fighting drug-dispensing gangs and gun-related violence in the inner cities of this nation?]
And while technology platforms have improved our lives in important ways, increasing our ability to build new communities, deliver resources, and access information, we know that, for many people, they can also have adverse effects. When not deployed responsibly and safely, these tools can pit us against each other, reinforce negative behaviors like bullying and exclusion, and undermine the safe and supportive environments young people need and deserve.
[OCS: But isn’t that the prime objective of the progressive democrat party – to divide the masses into classes of victims that turn to the democrats to address their grievances in return for their political support? A mass coalition believing that “this time it will be different and the Democrats will improve our lives and community?” A fairy tale belied by crooked politicians siphoning off taxpayers funds to benefit themselves and their special interest friends?
And that this is part of the problem with today’s youth, the creation of delicate snowflakes instead of self-reliant, resilient, and capable individuals. Treating boys as imperfect examples of obedient little girls?]
All of that was true even before the COVID-19 pandemic dramatically altered young peoples’ experiences at home, at school, and in the community. The pandemic era’s unfathomable number of deaths, pervasive sense of fear, economic instability, and forced physical distancing from loved ones, friends, and communities have exacerbated the unprecedented stresses young people already faced.
[OCS: In the charade of Fauci and “follow the science,” weren't these issues exacerbated by the progressive communist democrat’s to gain political control over the nation? Following former Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel’s dictum to never let a crisis go to waste?
Our obligation to act is not just medical—it’s moral. I believe that, coming out of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have an unprecedented opportunity as a country to rebuild in a way that refocuses our identity and common values, puts people first, and strengthens our connections to each other. instead of people programs.
[OCS: There is no morality in the Democrat Party. Witness the chaos and confusion they have caused around the nation and the globe with their politics. Refusing to call out genocidal racists who are attempting to vilify and marginalize white males in America. Leaving California schoolchildren behind enemy lines as the bailed out of Afghanistan with unvetted random individuals in planes to improve Administration optics.
The Democrats lack core American values. Biden’s Build Back Better is synonymous with destroy America from within.]
If we seize this moment, step up for our children and their families in their moment of need, and lead with inclusion, kindness, and respect, we can lay the foundation for a healthier, more resilient, and more fulfilled nation.[OCS: I am tired of hearing “it’s for the children,” when it is clearly for the progressive communist democrats and their toxic ideology.]
Environmental factors can range from exposure to alcohol or drugs during pregnancy, to birth complications, to discrimination and racism, to adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) such as abuse, neglect, exposure to community violence, and living in under-resourced or racially segregated neighborhoods.
[OCS: Notice that most of the solutions to depression and mental illness seems to be bigger government, higher taxes, and progressive policies?]
Bottom line…
The progressives have politicized public health, and our health leadership cannot be trusted other than to spout progressive communist democrat nonsense. I wonder if this schmuck will get around to addressing the harm masks are causing young children as they can’t learn to interpret facial expressions correctly?
