One Citizen Speaking says …

Has anyone else noticed that when the Democrats define or describe an individual, they are always life’s losers: evil or victims? Never individuals, but members of an identity group, You are either a target or a victim that needs to vote Democrat to address your grievances and be singled out for special treatment. You are never treated as an individual but as another member of a collective community expected to march in lockstep with the Democrats and engage in “groupthink” lest you be shunned or attacked.

The Democrats speak of equality but carve out exceptions under the law. Punishing individuals for the acts of random strangers who might superficially identify as a member of your community. As if YOU  are guilty of the same offense.

A clear example can be found when some crazy goes off their psychotropic meds and shoots up a school or workplace. Why is that suddenly the fault of millions of innocent, law-abiding gun owners? Or the manufacturer of the weapon. Truth be told, it is not about crime control; it’s about political power and protecting the elites from the consequences of their actions – as anticipated in the Second Amendment.

Reparations? Explain why billions of taxpayer dollars flow abroad to build new air-conditioned schools in Afghanistan when our inner-city schools are dilapidated and decaying? What of the billions flowing to inner-city projects, only to be siphoned off by politically-connected vendors and developers – charging outrageous sums for trivial goods and services? Much of it never used as it sits abandoned in warehouses beyond the reach of those most in need.

A friend of mine attended an auction where there were doors stacked on pallets. It seems they were purchased and were later found to run afoul of the purchase order specifications. He bid on the doors, all 800 of them at $2 per door, with a promise they would be removed from the premises by close of business. I guess nobody else noticed that the doors were fitted with $300 security locksets – which he removed and sold for $150 each. The system is permeated with waste, fraud, and abuse, but nobody seems to care.

Has anyone noticed the institutionalism of political corruption? Public employee unions support the politicians in charge of negotiating their contracts – with nary a concern for the citizens even though municipalities and states are technically insolvent when one puts unfunded pension liabilities back on the books. How is it that the teachers and some public employees get paid for not working while the rest of the private sector suffers? How can one standby and watch small businesses close and their employees forced into accepting government assistance, sometimes more than they would have made while working?

Bottom line…

Isn’t it about time you were treated as an individual? About time to curb rampant political waste, fraud, and abuse? Isn’t it about time we demanded equality under the law and quit dividing Americans as the Democrats go about destroying our country from within?

Enough! And it starts with being treated as an individual, with dignity, respect, and equality under the law. Choose “you” in 2022.
