JUSTICE DEPARTMENT PURSUES OMAROSA ON CHICKENSHIT CHARGE WHILE EXCUSING SERIOUS CRIMES AND CRIMINALS…

The record is clear: Defendant violated the Ethics in Government Act (“EIGA”), 5 U.S.C. app 4 § 101 et seq., by failing to file her Termination Report within 30 days of leaving government employment. She did so knowingly and willfully, disregarding multiple communications from her former employer for several years about her filing obligation and raising meritless arguments in defending this lawsuit. Defendant has now been out of compliance for three years. Defendant’s motion should be denied, Plaintiff’s motion should be granted, and Defendant should be assessed the maximum penalty of $61,585.

ARE YOU WONDERING WHAT IS HAPPENING TO OUR COUNTRY?

With nothing but a pen, President Joe Biden is slowly transforming our nation beyond that of former-President Barack Obama’s wildest Marxist dreams?

All without congressional approval. Even though the Democrats have a slim majority in both the House of Representatives and the Senate, the self-serving politicians are afraid to put their name on the legislation that will cripple our nation. Knowing intuitively the ultimate consequences of the voter’s ire when the results hit the voters in the face. Even the mainstream media moguls and the tech tyrants cannot hide, distort, or censor the hole in your pocket or the one in your child’s shoes.

Our nation appears to be crumbling at our feet. One major political party, the Democrat Party,  is rapidly moving away from our nation’s traditional values.

And there are no ready answers, only questions.

Why are the wealthy elites now clustering behind the progressive socialist democrats rather than support the GOP, the traditional party of social conservatism and fiscal restraint? Could it be that they are getting filthy rich on their implied government monopolies, government contracts and special tax legislation, and the forced use of their products and services necessary to live in today’s lockdown environment?

Are you wondering what will come of a post-Trump era now that the bad "orange man" appears to have been marginalized and his supporters under attack? He may be gone, but he lives on with continued insults, blame, and comparisons because the last thing they want is for the public to scrutinize their programs.

Have you considered why there is little or no interest in discovering if Joe Biden and his family profited from their connections with the Communist Chinese Party and may be compromising national security in the process? Does Biden know that re-joining the Paris Climate Accords benefits China, one of the largest owner/operators in the green power generation technologies and Rare Earth mineral space?

Why has the United States not canceled a large portion of the nation's debt owed to China for the damages caused by the Wuhan virus?

Why are there suddenly 22-million illegal aliens when politicians have been telling us there are only 11-million aliens in the United States year after year?

What we are seeing...

It appears that the Democrats are openly admiring Communist China, not for its goal of world domination, but its authoritarian ability to control their people and their economy to push forward with their progressive agenda.

American elites, having replaced education with indoctrination, appear to be using technology to strengthen their influence and control over populations with targeted propaganda and censorship and capture the economy through the control of energy. Hence their concentration on sustainable development and global warming. You might want to ask Texans how to create an artificial sun or de-ice a wind turbine.

It appears that the elites are going beyond traditional ideologies, being neither Democrats nor Republicans, but exploiters of any system or methodology that will allow them to improve their position in a global hierarchy and capture a meaningful portion of the wealth being redistributed to gain political power.

Bottom line...

It is intuitively obvious that our politicians manipulate and exploit the Wuhan virus for political power and financial gain. We have good cause to be suspicious of the near limitless raid on our treasury, printing dollars with impunity, borrowing money from the Communist Chinese, shutdowns, travel restrictions, and mask mandates.

In the final analysis, the less we think like traditional Americans and more like identity-based classes, the more dangerous we become to ourselves, our Constitution, and our Country.

America an exceptional and unique nation, a nation deliberately founded on the idea of inalienable rights, a limited government, and checks and balances to prevent devolving into a mobocracy leading to a failed state. A good nation, not perfect, but improving. Populated by mostly good people who want to live well and be productive -- and pass that heritage on to the next generation.

Unfortunately, that heritage is gravely in doubt. And we are so screwed.

Within minutes of the news of Rush Limbaugh's death, Democrats, well known as the party of love, empathy, and progress, began to rejoice over the death of their political opponent.

The party that is known for standing against hate in all its forms, the party that has chanted "Love Trumps Hate!" for the last four years, the party that calls the other side hateful bigots who will be on the wrong side of history for their opposition to love and tolerance, all cheered loudly and danced on Limbaugh's grave on social media for much of the day Wednesday.

"Listen, hate has no home here -- wait, Limbaugh's dead? Wooohooooo!!!" shouted one progressive podcaster. "Today should be a national holiday!" She then jumped on Twitter and garnered thousands of likes and retweets for tweeting horrible things about a man she disagreed with.

Unfortunately for progressives everywhere, Limbaugh has announced he will continue broadcasting from the afterlife. <Source>

A BILL

To provide for the licensing of firearm and ammunition possession and the registration of firearms and to prohibit the possession of certain ammunition.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the “Sabika Sheikh Firearm Licensing and Registration Act”.

SEC. 2. LICENSING OF FIREARM AND AMMUNITION POSSESSION; REGISTRATION OF FIREARMS.

(a) Firearm Licensing And Registration System.—

(1) IN GENERAL.—Chapter 44 of title 18, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following:

Ҥ 932. Licensing of firearm and ammunition possession; registration of firearms

“(a) In General.—The Attorney General, through the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, shall establish a system for licensing the possession of firearms or ammunition in the United States, and for the registration with the Bureau of each firearm present in the United States.

“(b) Firearm Registration System.—

“(1) REQUIRED INFORMATION.—Under the firearm registration system, the owner of a firearm shall transmit to the Bureau—

“(A) the make, model, and serial number of the firearm, the identity of the owner of the firearm, the date the firearm was acquired by the owner, and where the firearm is or will be stored; and

“(B) a notice specifying the identity of any person to whom, and any period of time during which, the firearm will be loaned to the person.

“(2) DEADLINE FOR SUPPLYING INFORMATION.—The transmission required by paragraph (1) shall be made—

“(A) in the case of a firearm acquired before the effective date of this section, within 3 months after the effective date of this section; or

“(B) in the case of a firearm acquired on or after the effective date, on the date the owner acquires the firearm.

“(3) DATABASE.—

“(A) IN GENERAL.—The Attorney General shall establish and maintain a database of all firearms registered pursuant to this subsection.

“(B) ACCESS.—The Attorney General shall make the contents of the database accessible to all members of the public, all Federal, State, and local law enforcement authorities, all branches of the United States Armed Forces, and all State and local governments, as defined by the Bureau. <Source>

The bill would require gun owners to pay $800 per year for firearms insurance and ban ammunition that is .50 caliber or greater. It also establishes a minimum gun ownership age of 21 and requires a psychological evaluation and completion of a government training course before purchasing a firearm. Even antique firearms displayed in a home would have to be registered.

Those who run afoul of the regulations could face prison time and fines of $50,000 to $150,000.

Not only would this criminalize a large number of law-abiding citizens, but it would also create a national registry of gun-owners, making them vulnerable to government tyranny and the compromise of the Constitution’s Second Amendment, and would serve as a precursor to gun confiscation and mandatory government buybacks.

One can also foresee a day when the use of quasi-Democrat shock-troops such as Antifa and Black Lives Matter might cause enough death and destruction so that law-abiding citizens will voluntarily abandon their weapons to be removed from the list.

Californians made up roughly 13% of the entire population that has migrated to Texas since 2010, more than any other single state.

Last year, 82,235 Californians moved to Texas, down just slightly from the 10-year peak in 2018 of 86,164.

WE ARE SCREWED: GOP AT WAR WITH ITSELF

With the nation facing a major political crisis and the feckless GOP seemingly in disarray, it is time to firm-up the organizational chart and determine the leadership, the platform, and the messaging – and then hit it hard to prepare for the 2022 congressional election cycle.

There are more than a few significant problems. One, there is an open battle between the Establishment (McConnell, Romney, Rove, Bushies) and those that are more conservative (Cruz, Rand, Cotton). Two, the media wants to deflect from their past corruption and ongoing social justice initiatives that are crippling the country, so they attack the GOP. Three, the mainstream media needs the sensationalism of Trump to gain and maintain a declining audience. And four, the tech tyrants are continuing their censorship of the important issues of the day, including election integrity, political corruption, the embedded deep state, Biden’s performance, immigration, the pandemic, the assault on energy, and out-of-control spending, which amounts to fortifying progressive socialist democrat causes and organizations.

Who will lead the party? McConnell is for Mitch McConnell and the establishment, America be damned. Rand Paul is a fringe player. Ted Cruz is smart but hated. Marco Rubio is an establishment Bushie, Lindsey Graham can’t be trusted, Tom Cotton and Ron DeSantis are possibles.

What are our issues? We ceded the issue of fiscal responsibility. We lost the wealthy and corporate players to the democrats. The unions are unhappy but still Democratic supporters.

We have few communications options.

We have little legislative leverage.

We have second rate lawyers to pursue coordinated court actions.

Mitch McConnell is the enemy of conservatives...

McConnell Vows to Focus On‘Electability’ for 2022 Races

Now, with Republicans currently holding 50 Senate seats, making Vice President Kamala Harris the tie-breaking vote, McConnell is eyeing the 2022 midterms in order to take back the chamber from Democrats.

Members of Trump’s family and staunch supporters could potentially enter key2022 Senate races, including Lara Trump in North Carolina, Ivanka Trump in Florida, and Arizona GOP chairwoman Kelli Ward in her home state. Trump has also
threatened to back a primary challenger to Senator John Thune of South Dakota.

McConnell told Politico that he will support candidates based on their ability to win elections. “My goal is, in every way possible, to have nominees representing the Republican Party who can win in November [2022],” McConnell told Politico. “Some of them may be people the former president likes. Some of them may not be. The only thing I care about is electability.” McConnell added, “I’m not predicting the president would support people who couldn’t win. But I do think electability — not who supports who — is the critical point.” <Source>

It’s all about McConnell’s leadership position. He is willing to support progressive socialist democrats who want to cut the Democrat primary line, win as Republicans, and revert to their liberal roots. The sad thing is that, unlike the Democrats, the GOP leadership does have the cojones to beat them back in line or, like McConnell, Lindsey Graham or the late John McCain actually agree with the liberals. Knowing they can trade their support for some carve-out or pork that they can bring to their district to purchase local votes.

What good is holding a Senate majority that provides the key votes for the opposition? Specifically, Republican Senators Richard Burr of North Carolina, Bill Cassidy of Louisiana, Susan Collins of Maine, Lisa Murkowski of Alaska, Mitt Romney of Utah, Ben Sasse of Nebraska, and Pat Toomey of Pennsylvania – all voting to convict Trump on a bogus impeachment charge with falsified evidence.

Most likely, Trump will demand a leadership role, and the trick will be to use his assets while avoiding the craziness. The idea of any Trump family member, all who lack real political experience, some who are stupid, crazymakers, and leakers, should be as abhorrent as choosing another reality star. We lucked-out with Trump who instinctively did the right thing. Next time, we may not be so lucky. 

DO NOT GIVE ONE PENNY TO McCONNELL'S NATIONAL REPUBLICAN SENATORIAL COMMITTEE. The two lame bozos in Georgia were McConnell's picks -- and they lost to two radical Marxists, one a rabid open anti-White, anti-America, anti-Semite. Can you name the number two and number three people in the GOP leadership.

HOW EVIL IS JOE BIDEN AND THE PROGRESSIVE SOCIALIST DEMOCRATS?

Even in Washington, D.C., the politicians knew there was a plot to attack the capitol complex and deliberately restricted the use of police and the National Guard to create a politically-exploitable incident.

INSURRECTIONAre we going to let a bunch of elite politicians who are protected by privilege or position put the rest of us in danger from criminals, crazies, and terrorists? Are we going to let them perform and assisted suicide in America by a one-sided legislative process?

There are hundreds of millions of guns in America and comparatively little gun violence outside of the inner cities governed by progressive socialist democrats and featuring some of the most restrictive gun controls in the land.

Why are we releasing hardened criminals into the community and simultaneously defunding the police and relaxing the prosecution of criminals?

Never forget the reality, most police calls are responses to crime AFTER it has occurred -- with few instances where the police actually intercede or stop crime from happening.

The Second Amendment was designed to protect your First Amendment rights, as well as others,  which are under attack by the progressive socialist democrats as we write this.

Are we to live as free Americans, standing on our own two feet, or dropping to our knees to beg the criminals, crazies, and terrorists not to maim or murder us or our families?

I want to first thank my team of dedicated lawyers and others for their tireless work upholding justice and defending truth.

My deepest thanks as well to all of the United States Senators and Members of Congress who stood proudly for the Constitution we all revere and for the sacred legal principles at the heart of our country.

Our cherished Constitutional Republic was founded on the impartial rule of law, the indispensable safeguard for our liberties, our rights and our freedoms.

It is a sad commentary on our times that one political party in America is given a free pass to denigrate the rule of law, defame law enforcement, cheer mobs, excuse rioters, and transform justice into a tool of political vengeance, and persecute, blacklist, cancel and suppress all people and viewpoints with whom or which they disagree. I always have, and always will, be a champion for the unwavering rule of law, the heroes of law enforcement, and the right of Americans to peacefully and honorably debate the issues of the day without malice and without hate.

This has been yet another phase of the greatest witch hunt in the history of our Country. No president has ever gone through anything like it, and it continues because our opponents cannot forget the almost 75 million people, the highest number ever for a sitting president, who voted for us just a few short months ago.

I also want to convey my gratitude to the millions of decent, hardworking, law-abiding, God-and-Country loving citizens who have bravely supported these important principles in these very difficult and challenging times.

Our historic, patriotic and beautiful movement to Make America Great Again has only just begun. In the months ahead I have much to share with you, and I look forward to continuing our incredible journey together to achieve American greatness for all of our people. There has never been anything like it!

We have so much work ahead of us, and soon we will emerge with a vision for a bright, radiant, and limitless American future.

Together there is nothing we cannot accomplish.
