And may we escape from the forces trying to destroy the United States from within…
We are entering a period of danger when our legislator's souls and intestinal fortitude are put to the test. A period of constitutional uncertainty where the outcome of our government hangs in the balance – between destructive socialism and productive capitalism. We cannot trust either our government or the media to tell us the objective truth as both replace truth with their own narratives. Even relying on each other is becoming increasingly impossible due to the tech tyrants who are deliberately and knowingly censoring the social media news and canceling individuals and their comments on behalf of our enemies. Enemies that most definitely include China which appear to have bought most of our politicians on both sides of the aisle.
But there is a bright spot of news as some of our GOP Representatives and, as of now, a single Senator has chosen to fight for our Constitution and our Country.
(1) Some House Republicans have indicated a willingness to challenge the compromised 2020 election on January 6th when a joint session of Congress meets to count or challenge electoral votes.
Mo Brooks (R-AL): "Too many states have blatantly violated Article I, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution, violated federal election statutes, or willfully failed to obey their own state election laws, thereby opening the door to massive voter fraud, casting of illegal ballots, and election theft. These combined failures render some states’ election results untrustworthy. With a Senate cosponsor [Josh Hawley] now joining this fight, Congressmen and Senators will face an easy vote: you can either acquiesce to and support voter fraud and election theft, or you can stand and fight for an honest and accurate election system that is the underpinning of America’s Republic. On January 6, on the floor of the U.S. House of Representatives, I choose to fight!!!"
A growing number of incoming House GOP freshmen will back Representative Mo Brooks' (R-AL) effort to object to the certification of the presidential election results on January 6th. Barry Moore (R-AL), Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) are joined by the incoming freshmen who will be sworn in on January 3rd. GOP Representatives-elect Lauren Boebert (R-CO), Madison Cawthorn (R-NC), Burgess Owens (R-UT), Yvette Herrell (R-NM), Dr. Ronny Jackson (R-TX), Bob Good (R-VA), Jerry Carl (R-AL), and Andrew Clyde (R-GA). <Source>
(2) Missouri Republican Senator Josh Hawley has announced that he will challenge the Electoral College vote on January 6th, making him the first GOP senator to openly ratify the efforts of House Republicans.
U.S. Senator Josh Hawley (R-Mo.) announced he will object during the Electoral College certification process on January 6, 2021. Senator Hawley will object to highlight the failure of some states, including notably Pennsylvania, to follow their own election laws as well as the unprecedented interference of Big Tech monopolies in the election. He will call for Congress to launch a full investigation of potential fraud and election irregularities and enact election integrity measures.
Democrats have previously objected during the certification process for the 2004 and 2016 Presidential elections.
"Following both the 2004 and 2016 elections, Democrats in Congress objected during the certification of electoral votes in order to raise concerns about election integrity. They were praised by Democratic leadership and the media when they did. And they were entitled to do so. But now those of us concerned about the integrity of this election are entitled to do the same.
“I cannot vote to certify the electoral college results on January 6 without raising the fact that some states, particularly Pennsylvania, failed to follow their own state election laws. And I cannot vote to certify without pointing out the unprecedented effort of mega corporations, including Facebook and Twitter, to interfere in this election, in support of Joe Biden. At the very least, Congress should investigate allegations of voter fraud and adopt measures to secure the integrity of our elections. But Congress has so far failed to act.
“For these reasons, I will follow the same practice Democrat members of Congress have in years past and object during the certification process on January 6 to raise these critical issues." <Source>
Congressional crapshoot as confusion abounds with conflicting interpretations of the Constitution and federal statutes…
This is clearly a matter for the United States Supreme Court – not to interfere with the election, but to interpret the Constitution and federal election statutes. Let us remember that this entire brouhaha lies at the feet of Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts, who joined with the liberals on the Court when he refused to hear a case that asked the Court to simply demand that individual States follow the U.S. Constitution and their individual State Constitutions.
Don’t forget January 5th and the Senate run-off in Georgia…
Unbelievably, one of the Democrat candidates, Raphael Warnock, is a racist, anti-white, anti-America, and an anti-Semite much in the style of the Nation of Islam’s Louis Farrakhan and former-President Barack Obama’s longtime pastor and mentor, Reverent Jerimiah Wright. The other, Jon Ossoff, is a corrupt progressive elitist multi-millionaire trying to buy the election.
This is "the" vote to determine if the GOP keeps a razor-thin majority in the Senate and stops Chuck Schumer from becoming the Majority Leader of the Senate. Of course, with Senators like Mitt Romney, who knows.
We are about to see how screwed we are.
