Welcome to Day + 46, and the battle continues…
Attorney Lin Wood has filed another personal lawsuit in Georgia [VERIFIED COMPLAINT FOR DECLARATORY AND INJUNCTIVE RELIEF] ...
Another lawsuit I am ignoring, primarily because Ramsland is not a court-acceptable expert with subject matter expertise and the forensic report was severely flawed.
62. Another expert, Russell James Ramsland, Jr., has concluded that Dominion alone was responsible for the injection, or fabrication, of 289,866 illegal votes in Michigan.
63. Indeed, a forensic report dated December 13, 2020 by Allied Security Operations Group audited and tested the integrity of the Dominion Voting System performance in Antrim County, Michigan and concluded that: “the Dominion Voting System is intentionally and purposefully designed with inherent errors to created systemic fraud and influence election results. The system intentionally generates an enormously high number of ballot errors. The electronic ballots are then transferred for adjudication. The intentional errors lead to bulk adjudication of ballots with no oversight, no transparency, and no audit trial. This leads to voter or election fraud. Based on our study, we conclude that the Dominion Voting System
should not be used. <Source>
There is a class of individuals who are predisposed to optimism. They ignore reality, have little or no feel for the odds or probabilities something can occur, and many of them may believe in conspiracy theories because they sound plausible, and have a grain of truth embedded in the narrative. Among this group of individuals are those who suffer from confirmation bias, the tendency and predisposition to see information and events as a confirmation of one's existing beliefs. In essence, they see what they wish to see.
There is another class of individuals who persist, fighting to bring about their reality, despite the odds or popular opinion, to the end. These individuals often bring about substantial societal change, even if they do not win a particular battle. Which poses an elemental and existential question: How hard are you willing to fight to preserve your country, its Constitution, and your freedoms? Enough to match the efforts of our soldiers, past, present, and future, who are willing to risk life and limb so some simpering liberal can wear a red Che Guevara revolution shirt and use their $1000 iPhone to complain about capitalism and promote the mythical equality of socialism or communism?
So what do we make of the naysayers?
Alternative Pro-Trump Slates of Electors Are a Dead End
Having exhausted all other options, Donald Trump and the die-hard supporters of “Stop the Steal” have settled on the notion of getting Congress to count alternative slates of electors from seven states — Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, New Mexico, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin — who cast their states’ votes for Trump despite certified popular vote totals showing Trump lost those states.
Senior White House adviser Stephen Miller is among those publicly advocating this strategy.
The “alternative electors” plot is less than meets the eye, as the alternative slates appear to be simply a contingency plan in case Trump is able to prevail in federal court cases between now and then, something he has thus far failed to do.
There are six legal and political reasons why this strategy should and will fail if it is attempted:

Discouraging, to say the least! But, consider for a moment the plenary powers of the state legislatures and the Congress. And, considered the lengths to which politicians, their media mouthpieces, and the “suppression” pollsters have beclowned themselves spreading lies and disinformation or withholding legitimate, but negative, information like the verifiable Hunter Biden scandal from the voters. You can no longer trust the government, the politicians. and the media to tell you the truth. They speak in narratives – which can be far different from the truth.
And then there are celebrities and sports figures…
Kareem Abdul-Jabbar on the Hubris of Self-Destructing Stars
No matter their previous achievements, celebrities deserve legacy-killing backlash when they spread ignorance: "Great success in one field can lead to the delusion that all your thoughts are great."
[OCS: Kareem needs a lesson on constitutional freedoms. Individuals should be allowed to say anything they want without the repressive censorship and career-killing nonsense that the progressive socialist democrats spew forth. However, he is correct about the self-delusion that comes from great success, being surrounded by toadies and leg-humpers, and having your thoughts crafted by image-makers. Living in a bubble and isolated from the consequences of your pronouncements produces an odd viewpoint that may not comport with everyday American values or even reality.]
The only thing people enjoy more than watching a celebrity's rocketing ascent to international fame is watching an aging celebrity's flaming plummet to the hard, cold ground of disgrace and obscurity. It is both a warning against hubris — believing you're too famous to fall — and a reminder that the same people who made you popular can turn on you.
[OCS: Yes, the trolls can use social media to apply pressure to those who control the media or career opportunities.]
Social media companies have begun slapping warnings on some messages that are false, incite violence or cause harm to society. But this needs to be done with more consistency and vigilance. Studies indicate that when readers see these warnings, they are less likely to read or believe things. However, as another study showed, there can be a backfire effect in which content that isn't flagged, even when inaccurate, is perceived as true.
[OCS: This is where Kareem goes off the deep end. He advocates interventional censorship without explaining how those who censor or comment actually are qualified to make such determinations and pronouncements or take such actions.
Consider science. Science, itself is a controlled, skeptical view of phenomena occurring within our universe. It is a scientific fact that, depending on your frame of reference, the observation of the exact same event can produce different manifestations that allow sincere people to have differing conclusions and viewpoints. But what social media monitor is even qualified to state which viewpoint may be correct? Ask Galileo about fighting against those who consider the consensus view of the fashionable science of the day to be unassailable, incontrovertible, and any other viewpoint should be treated as a heresy that necessitates the punishment of the individual with a different viewpoint.
Only by allowing differing opinions to be expressed do we weigh alternatives, make risk judgments, and come to conclusions which we can successfully apply to our own lives. You are the only one that can provide an acceptable context to what you are consuming.
Hollywood lives in a world of perceptions, most manufactured by spinmeisters – to allow their carefully crafted narratives to be promoted as the true and correct reality is basically unconstitutional.]
Many Americans imbue stars with political and social intelligence they just don't have. Great success in one field can lead to the delusion that all your thoughts are great. It doesn't help to be surrounded by fawning people whose job it is to agree with everything you say. The irresponsibility of tweeting irrational and harmful opinions to millions, regardless of the damaging consequences to their country or people's lives, proves that those stars deserve the harsh backlash. Unfortunately, the long-term result may be that their professional legacies could become brief footnotes to the memory of their collection of mason jars filled with their excreted opinions.
Most of what Kareem Abdul-Jabbar says about celebrities and others is absolutely correct – even if they truly believe their own bullshit. But to suppress the non-fashionable opinions of others is both morally reprehensible and indefensible. By looking and listening to fools, you can form your own opinion. To the extent, you risk your own credibility, reputation, and legacy on what you are promoting is your own business.
Genetics gave Kareem Abdul-Jabbar 80% of his physical prowess, 20% was motivation, training, and hard work -- but nobody granted him the wisdom or moral authority to impose his viewpoint on others. Perhaps if he understood that freedom means doing your own thing unmolested by government, do-gooders, those that would censor you, and multi-millionaire star athletes who are surrounded by fawning sycophants, the world would be a better place.
Just asking: another Democrat misdirection away from election irregularities?
I see these Drudge Report headlines and wonder if this is a misdirection ploy to divert attention away from the election scandal? And, since the Trump/Russia collusion hoax was a misdirection ploy away from the Hillary Clinton-Barack Obama email scandal, why not do it again? Like the alleged DNC hack, was this even a hack, or was it a system compromise by some embedded insider with the "keys to the kingdom?"
By the way, all of those statistical analysis efforts based on the assumption that Biden couldn't possibly get more votes than Hillary or Barack Obama are flawed. The assumption is flawed because it could be massive fraud or it could be that the media drove hatred of Trump to a record high during the previous three years or the Democrats worked harder in specific areas. I personally like Dilbert creator Scott Adams' take --" the election system is designed in such a way that guarantees massive fraud, so much so, that you do not need to observe it to know it is there." And, if you do not believe that the election software couldn't be hacked -- check the above headlines.
We are screwed, but the fight goes on.
