Rich-rx-workTo the radical progressive socialist democrats, science is no longer a fundamental tool for exploring and understanding our universe, it has become a tool to justify the use of arbitrary power unmoored from the Constitution and the rule of law.

Worse, the mainstream media no longer critically examines and reports the contents of science-related stories, but twists the reporting to fit the fashionable progressive agenda.

Even worse, highly speculative preliminary reports filled with weasel-works like: can, might, may, and others, are reported with a degree of certitude and assurance that turns speculation into actionable facts that may be used to implement public policy. Including dangerous conflations between cause and effect, not to mention the unjustified use of numbers reported to two decimal places that give the impression of precision, but are nothing more than the mathematical artifacts of the division process.

Assumptions drive the narrative…

Consider that much of the fashionable environmental science is based on an untruth that sounds believable. Thomas Malthus (circa 1798) wrote a book, An Essay on the Principle of Population, which posited that a growing population would outstrip the planetary resources to sustain life sometime in the future. Basically that the population grows at a geometric ratio while the food supply grows at an arithmetic ratio – thus producing adverse consequences in the future. An assumption that has been used by politicians to implement public policies that purport to conserve planetary resources in the future.

The truth is far different. Malthus did not anticipate scientific advances in medicine and crop production, including disease-resistant and drought-resistant crops. Nor did he anticipate labor-saving devices that allowed limited labor to produce outsize crop yields. This is the basis for those who promote population control, de-growth policies, and use the Malthusian principle as a rubric for the global climate movement.

Unfortunately, demographers are noting that population is not the problem; it is actually the ratio of age differences that matters. It is now assumed that the population may peak in 2064 at 9.7 billion and then fall to 8.8 billion by 2100. It is exacerbated by falling birth rates in many countries and lower sperm counts. But the shocker is that, if you can believe the projections, by 2100, there will be one child under the age of five for every five people over the age of 80. Pretty much why the Malthusian crowd silently celebrates the pandemic, which seems to disproportionately target older people who consume a disproportionate amount of healthcare and result in massive unfunded pension costs.

Funding bias and peer pressure...

Much of today’s medical and environmental science tends to confirm the fashionable thoughts of the day. A function of funding new studies with agreeable hypotheses and less money for the replication, assurance-testing, and falsification of existing works – especially those published by well-credentialed individuals working at prestigious institutions. Unfortunately, as Albert Einstein said, “your work can come crashing down with one paper proving a different result.” Likewise, it may be politically and financially foolhardy for a younger scientist to challenge a more established one, lest they are ostracized, lose funding, and not be invited to conferences.

There is little or no doubt in my mind that certain scientists and the mainstream media have hidden studies and results that do not conform to the fashionable narrative. Other studies hyped by the media as headline news are based on sample sizes so small as to be negligible and should be reported as anecdotal stories.

Science by consensus, meta-studies that are worthless...

I am deeply concerned when scientists analyze the work of other studies and perform a meta-analysis, adding up the pros and cons of existing studies and then presenting the total as objective truth or as if they actually performed the underlying work themselves. The consensus is a political process, not a scientific one.

Peer review means little or nothing in an ideological age…

The media has also distorted the meaning of “peer-reviewed” papers in various scientific journals. In fact, the concept of peer-review is a publishing process, first to weed-out unacceptable papers, second to correct obvious errors, and third, to assist the author in clarifying meaning. Reviewers do not replicate, authenticate, or falsify the author’s work. The reviewers do not generally have access to the data, make no calculations of their own, nor do they question the methodology unless there are gross and obvious mistakes. A peer-reviewed paper means that the submitted work meets the respective journal’s standards and is of interest to its audience. Many scientists skirt this process by releasing their own “pre-prints” of non-reviewed papers that they are planning to submit to a journal or who have submitted the paper which remains unaccepted. Unfortunately, these pre-prints are given the same weight by the media as a peer-reviewed paper.

But no matter what the failings of science may be, they are dwarfed by the machinations of the progressive mainstream media which simply ignores the work of contrarians while over-hyping the work that advances the progressive narrative.

The Fauci effect…

Consider Dr. Anthony Fauci, a physician, and immunologist, who has served as the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease for 36 years. Well-credentialed, Dr. Fauci is little more than a mirror and a megaphone, repeating the latest fashionable science of the day while using weasel-words in case the information is incomplete or incorrect. First, the Chinese Flu was to be taken seriously, but no more dangerous than the seasonal Flu. Later becoming a significant threat to the population unless those in newly assumed positions of power applied stringent public policies. Or that masks were ineffective or unnecessary under certain conditions and now should be almost mandatory. And, then there are those dire projections that facilitated power grabs by local and state officials. Some wildly wrong and some deliberately false as the reporting of virus cases was incentivized by extra compensation for real or imagined cases. Even worse, there are times when Dr. Fauci affects the discussion of economic and governance realities with a narrow focus on only the medicine. Or opines on subjects outside of his expertise.

Bottom line…

The public no longer knows who to trust. The progressive media has destroyed the apparent validity of science with its biased reporting. Moreover, destroying trust in governmental institutions by their continual demonization of the federal government and its leadership.

As for the local and state governments, we are observing incompetent and irresponsible politicians using science to explain and excuse their own and their party’s failures – many failures existing decades before the current pandemic.

We are so screwed.

The progressive socialist democrats/communists who believe in identity politics, be it by class, race, income, or other criteria, have a vested interest in destroying anything that relies on objective values like religion, the nuclear family, and the U.S. Constitution.

They need to convince individuals to identify with a class which they can promote as victims -- and then offer redress of any real or perceived grievances in exchange for your vote.

And once they achieved a critical mass of political power, they implement their abhorrent public policies without the pushback that would have occurred should they have submitted these policies to a public vote.

Is the Smithsonian’s National Museum of African American History and Culture, funded by $33 million in taxpayer money, a racist and un-American organization?

Anyone reading this chart will see that the radical progressive socialist democrats and communists are attempting to further divide America into classes. This intellectually dishonest and disgusting chart lists many positive and desirable characteristics and societal behaviors that are color-blind and preferential in any society built upon the premises of freedom and free choice.

How Orwellian is this chart?

Bm-1Of course, when called out about their blatant racism and un-American behavior, they responded with a rather weak apology…

At the National Museum of African American History and Culture, we believe that any productive conversation on race must start with honesty, respect for others, and an openness to ideas and information that provide new perspectives

In that context, we recently unveiled “Talking About Race,” an online portal providing research, studies, and other academic materials from the fields of history, education, psychology, and human development. Our goal in doing so was to contribute to a discussion on this vitally important subject that millions of Americans are grappling with.

Since yesterday, certain content in the “Talking About Race” portal has been the subject of questions that we have taken seriously. We have listened to public sentiment and have removed a chart that does not contribute to the productive discussion we had intended.

[OCS: The chart actually did yield a productive conversation. It was a clear demonstration of those in the radical left attempting to colorize many of the positive characteristics of society in general which only served to highlight many of the negative characteristics and behaviors of the Black culture that helps to prevent their progress in today’s competitive society.]

The site's intent and purpose are to foster and cultivate conversations that are respectful and constructive and provide increased understanding. As an educational institution, we value meaningful dialogue and believe that we are stronger when we can pause, listen, and reflect—even when it challenges us to reconsider our approach. We hope that this portal will be an ever-evolving place that will continue to grow, develop, and ensure that we listen to one another in a spirit of civility and common cause.

[How racist is this?…]

Whiteness and white racialized identity refer to the way that white people, their customs, culture, and beliefs operate as the standard by which all other groups of are compared. Whiteness is also at the core of understanding race in America. Whiteness and the normalization of white racial identity throughout America's history have created a culture where nonwhite persons are seen as inferior or abnormal.

[OCS: One would assume societal norms, based on freedom, the rule of law, and civility would be the gold-standard by which individuals are judged. If one were to believe Martin Luther King, it is the character of an individual, not their color that should matter. Obviously not in an organization that exists to highlight the differences. The question that the progressives never ask is: what characteristics and behaviors that deviate from the American norm engender dislike or open hatred? ]

This white-dominant culture also operates as a social mechanism that grants advantages to white people, since they can navigate society both by feeling normal and being viewed as normal. Persons who identify as white rarely have to think about their racial identity because they live within a culture where whiteness has been normalized.

[OCS: Have you observed how children, regardless of their color, play with each other. Racial hatred and inferiority is a learned behavior – promoted by those who profit from the division of people to advance their own agenda? You are what you think you are, and when the media, educators, and others continually tell you that you are a failure, doomed to a life of repression, and cannot advance in society – it becomes a self-fulfilling prophesy. All courtesy of the Democrats, the party of slavery, segregation, Jim Crow, the KKK, and the resistance to civil rights legislation. How many constitutional conservatives do you think work at this Black museum?]

Thinking about race is very different for nonwhite persons living in America. People of color must always consider their racial identity, whatever the situation, due to the systemic and interpersonal racism that still exists.

[OCS: These intellectual frauds do not mention that the great majority of our institutions are controlled by Democrats and the areas of the most virulent racism are governed by Democrats. Of course, the Democrats have to keep the Blacks as a permanent underclass to secure their consistent vote to support their political power.]

Whiteness (and its accepted normality) also exist as everyday microaggressions toward people of color. Acts of microaggressions include verbal, nonverbal, and environmental slights, snubs or insults toward nonwhites. Whether intentional or not, these attitudes communicate hostile, derogatory, or harmful messages.

[OCS: What? Like Black aggression is not the major factor in spawning hypervigilance when young-adult Blacks are present? Based, not on color, but the objective reality of the Black crime rate, non-conformism, and deliberate threatening behavior to boost Black self-esteem,]

Bottom line…

Once again, we find a progressive organization attempting to further divide Americans by race. An organization that does not celebrate the Black culture and its part in building America, but seeks to divide America by color. This is how the progressive socialist democrats/communists roll.

We are so screwed.

Once again we find the mainstream media claiming the President’s approval numbers are abysmal and the Republican National Committee is behind the proverbial 8-ball.

But thinking about  Biden hiding in his basement while moving farther and farther to the left, one must consider the simple fact that many Democrats are horrified and afraid of the job loss, chaos, and crime being tolerated by the Democrat Party. The last straw may be attempting to de-fund the police, release criminals into the community, and disarm law-abiding citizens who now realize that the police can not protect them from gang-bangers and thugs.  They are fed-up and are silently screaming “NO.” They won’t tell their friends, they won’t stop virtue-signaling, they lie to pollsters, and they may be open to Trump's re-election.

Watch this Trump campaign ad…

If the video is missing, it can be found here.

Now imagine follow-on ads that cover jobs and the Democrat’s promise to kill the fossil fuel industry. Or imagine one that covers taxes and the Democrat’s promise to tax all financial transactions while increasing the marginal tax rate. Or one that covers locust-like immigration that is decimating jobs, housing, and social services for minorities. Or the rising deductible and premium costs of healthcare. Or the destruction of the suburbs by abolishing zoning rules and placing government-assisted housing in upscale neighborhoods – with busses running down quiet streets. Even with the interference of the silicon valley tech moguls, for most people, life does not revolve around Twitter, Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

Bottom line…

Will this trump (pun intended) Trump’s tweets and style of exaggeration and braggadocio? It will if you are concerned about your future, your family, and your community. It looks like a media battle brewing.  It’s up to you to support the cause and pass the word along.

The rage of the unthinking social media mob attacks family-owned a Hispanic firm…

Robert Unanue, the Chief Executive Officer of Secaucus, New Jersey-based family-owned Goya Foods, a producer of a brand of Hispanic foods, has come under attack by the radical leftists of the cancel culture.

His crime, saying something nice about President Trump at a White House Hispanic Leaders Roundtable invitational.

"Mr. President, what can I tell you? I’m so blessed to be here in the most prosperous country in the world, the greatest country in the world. And we’re so blessed to have you as our leader, as we continue to build this country and make it — continue to make it the most prosperous nation in the world." <Source: White House>

If the radicals didn’t have double standards, they would have no standards…

The radicals calling for a boycott of Goya products totally ignore Unanue's introduction of former President Obama as part of a celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month where Unanue was “honored and humbled” to participate in the affair.

We are in a dangerous place when radical activists and agitators damage institutions, individuals, and brands for purposes of ginning-up dangerous outrage over a perceived slight.

How to fight back…

Prepare now for an emergency – be it a natural disaster like an earthquake, fire, or a return of COVID-19. And one of the cheapest ways to prepare is to purchase 7 – 10 days worth of food for you and your family. Without spending outrageous prices on freeze-dried foods, one can easily stock up on Goya products that benefit you and benefit Goya. A true win-win response. To conserve water that would be used to hydrate dried beans, simply purchase cans of beans containing liquid – liquid that is nutritional and can be used to help hydrate your body. Everybody has space for at least ten cans. The cans come in different sizes to suit your needs.

Think about it: low fat, no saturated fat, no trans fat, no cholesterol, protein, fiber, iron and potassium, gluten-free, and kosher. Also available in a low-sodium version.

Bottom line…

It’s a win-win, prepare for an emergency, and send the radicals a message. Or donate your purchase to a food bank to help your fellow Americans.

We are so screwed when the un-American radicals can manipulate the useful idiots using social media into destroying America from within.

One of the biggest lies you will hear from the teacher’s union is “it’s for the children.”

LAUSD educators clearly want to get back into schools with their students, but the underlying question at every step must be: Given broader societal conditions, how do we open physical schools in a way that ensures that the benefits outweigh the risks, especially for our most vulnerable students and school communities?

[OCS: I can understand a concern for the safety of children and teachers, especially those who are older or who may have underlying medical issues. Fortunately, studies suggest that children are at a very low risk from the COVID-19 and very rarely pass it along to adults. However, adult-to-adult transmission may be problematical in certain populations, notably the aged and those with underlying medical conditions.]

The COVID-19 pandemic in the United States underscores the deep equity and justice challenges arising from our profoundly racist, intensely unequal society. Unlike other countries that recognize protecting lives is the key to protecting livelihoods, the United States has chosen to prioritize profits over people. The Trump administration’s attempt to force people to return to work on a large scale depends on restarting physical schools so parents have childcare.

[OCS: If this is about the children, why does the report open with standard Marxist class warfare and racial rhetoric?

How can they claim that the United States has chosen to prioritize people over profits when they prioritize profits over children?

Funny, they speak of childcare when it is they that usurp parental rights, demand feeding programs for children rather than holding parents responsible, and provide birth control and even abortions without parental notification or involvement?

And, it is the Democrat Party – and the school board -- that control policy, not the Trump Administration. The Governor has control over school openings, not the Trump Administration. The Mayor of Los Angeles who also exerts control over the schools is a Democrat and not a member of the Trump Administration.]

Vulnerable students — already facing hurdles such as structural racism, poverty, homelessness, immigration documentation issues, learning and health disabilities, and limited technology access — were disproportionately negatively impacted by the Los Angeles Unified School District’s shift to crisis distance learning.

[OCS: If structural racism exists, it can be attributed to the Democrat Party who controls the majority of government and institutional involvement in Los Angeles and elsewhere.

Immigration reform? How about immigration enforcement? Do these so-called educators realize that it is the Democrats that import poverty, illiteracy, disease, and crime with their ignorance of immigration law? Where a never-ending stream of illiterate, non-English speaking students are mainstreamed into classes where a teacher’s efforts are disproportionately directed at improving the worst students rather than elevating the best and brightest students?

As for learning disabilities, how is it that the LAUSD graduates functional illiterates decade after decade, dumbing down tests to hide the poor performance of teachers who can’t teach and who lack subject-matter knowledge? It is the UTLA that fights against teacher competency testing.]

Look at their demands…

1.   Defund Police: Police violence is a leading cause of death and trauma for Black people, and is a serious public health and moral issue. We must shift the astronomical amount of money devoted to policing, to education and other essential needs such as housing and public health.

[OCS: This is a bald-faced lie. Black-on-Black crime is the leading cause, not the police. Yes, that’s a great idea – destroy those who keep the community relatively safe from the Black and other minority gangs that prey on their own community. The teachers cannot even manage their own classroom discipline and school environment where drugs are rampant.

Education receives a disproportional amount of tax revenue without any corresponding increase in student literacy. Most of the money is divided among the administration, teachers, and the special interest vendors. Not to mention millions flowing to underfunded pension funds. I say defund the school system and let them be creative. Remove public employee unions from the equation and treat teachers like private sector employees.

I cannot believe that the UTLA's primary concern is to defund the police and add additional danger to the lives of the students and their parents.

To link police funding to returning to the classroom is extortion.]

2.   Housing Security: There is no “safer at home” for those who do not have a home. Students need stability, and cities have the power to pass ordinances to prevent evictions and provide rental relief funds. Instead of just one-time relief, as was passed by the LA City Council in June 2020, housing can be a human right assisted by the state. Additionally, as Project Roomkey has demonstrated, sheltering the homeless community is a matter of political will, not scarce resources. Over 15,000 homeless students in LAUSD need permanent shelter.

[OCS: Housing is not a human right. Most of those who lack proper housing are illegal aliens who should not be in the country in the first place. Without the influx of illegals, the truly homeless would have a better chance to obtain housing. To link housing to returning to the classroom is extortion.]

3.   Paid Sick Leave: Parents should not have to decide between staying home with a sick child or going to work in order to be paid. All cities in LAUSD’s boundaries should follow LA City Council’s lead and require ten additional sick days, and expand those sick days to require it of all businesses.

[OCS: Since when do teachers distribute other people’s money and dictate how private-sector employers should interact with their employees? To link employment policies to returning to the classroom is extortion.]

4.   Charter Moratorium: Privately operated, publicly funded charter schools drain resources from district schools — and many have “double-dipped” during this crisis by taking federal small business bailout loans even though state funding did not decline this school year. In addition, colocation adds students to campuses when we need to reduce the number of students to allow for physical distancing.

[OCS: Teachers do not own the students as if they were chattel. Demanding a child should attend an unsafe school and be subject to a substandard education is criminal. The funds should follow the child to the school of their choice. To link charter schools to returning to the classroom is extortion.]

5.   Financial Support for Undocumented Students and Families: California’s more than 2 million undocumented residents are by and large ineligible for state and federal benefits. Even if their children are US citizens, in the era of ICE raids and mass deportations, many undocumented parents are too fearful to apply for benefits for their children. California undocumented immigrants disproportionately pay taxes without benefits, paying an estimated $4.5 billion in federal taxes and $2.5 billion in California state taxes in 2018.71 Immigrant students and workers, so vital to our schools and our economy, must be supported during this crisis.

[OCS: Illegal aliens should have no rights, constitutional or otherwise. If there is to be immigration reform, let us do it in the form of work permits, not citizenship which only benefits the Democrat Party. That I should pay for an illegal alien criminal’s welfare is unconscionable. To link financial support to illegal aliens to returning to the classroom is extortion.]

UTLA educators are eager to get back to our schools where they can care for, laugh with, and most importantly, teach our students. But even more than teaching, our job in a pandemic is to keep students and communities safe. As politicians have gutted public goods, the burden on schools to be safe havens for learning has become more substantial. The eventual restarting of physical schools should be primarily about learning, not merely about opening childcare centers for workers, whose employers by and large pay minimum wage and don’t offer healthcare and paid sick leave.

[OCS: We don’t pay teachers to do anything other than show-up and educate – not indoctrinate – our children. That any public employee union is able to extort politicians and taxpayers into supporting an un-American political agenda is precisely why these unions should be eliminated.]

For those wanting to read this bullpucky report from the Communist front group known as the UTLA, it can be found here.

How soon will it be before teachers are “demanding” hazardous duty pay or special perks and privileges?

And for those who do not believe this is purely radical progressive politics, please note that UTLA President Cecily Myart-Cruz said “It is time to take a stand against Trump’s dangerous, anti-science agenda that puts the lives of our members, our students, and our families at risk.”

So explain to me how children benefit from the continued closure of schools? Why should teachers continue to be paid and money paid into pension funds for union members staying at home?

Bottom line…

Whenever I see a public employee union involved, I also see political corruption and coercion, substandard results, and systemic waste, fraud, and abuse. It is time to eliminate radical progressive (communist-supporting) public employee unions who are holding our nation hostage and promoting an un-American political agenda.

We are so screwed.

The simple truth is that both parties want to squeeze tax dollars out of the middle class…

However, the radical left progressive socialist Democrats want to destroy our exceptional country and kill the golden goose. We have no choice but to vote for the lesser of two evils to preserve our country. We are out of options. The GOP has held the House, the Senate, and the Presidency, and they did nothing to curtail spending nor push-back against the un-American philosophy being taught in our educational institutions.  But we are almost at the point of no return.

Please help save America from those trying to destroy our country and our lives from within.

Too Much and Never Enough: Mary Trump's Character Assassination of Donald J. Trump

In releasing a book designed to maximize sales and political damage to President Donald Trump, his niece, Mary Trump, appears to be part of a well-timed and coordinated political disinformation campaign designed and funded by the opposition -- much like the Steele Dossier. And, like the Steele Dossier, the work product is a similar type of garbage, compiled from open-source news clippings and embellished with speculation and hatred for Trump.

There is no way for me to write a fair review of Too Much and Never Enough: How My Family Created the World’s Most Dangerous Man because this book is manifestly unfair to its subject and the author, even though a psychologist, appears to be suffering from Trump Derangement Syndrome or, at the very least, a virulent hatred for Donald J. Trump.

All you need to know about this book is contained in the following excerpts...

"Much of this book comes from my own memory. For events during which I was not present, I relied on conversations and interviews, many of which are recorded, with members of my family, family friends, neighbors, and associates. I’ve reconstructed some dialogue according to what I personally remember and what others have told me. Where dialogue appears, my intention was to re-create the essence of conversations rather than provide verbatim quotes. I have also relied on legal documents, bank statements, tax returns, private journals, family documents, correspondence, emails, texts, photographs, and other records.”

“For general background, I relied on the New York Times, in particular the investigative article by David Barstow, Susanne Craig, and Russ Buettner that was published on October 2, 2018; the Washington Post; Vanity Fair; Politico; the TWA Museum website; and Norman Vincent Peale’s The Power of Positive Thinking.”

[OCS: Like one would rely on progressive socialist democrat sources that are little more than the propaganda arm of the Democrat Party and rabidly anti-Trump? In many cases publishing unconfirmed information and blatant lies.]

"When Donald announced his run for the presidency on June 16, 2015, I didn’t take it seriously. I didn’t think Donald took it seriously. He simply wanted the free publicity for his brand. He’d done that sort of thing before. When his poll numbers started to rise and he may have received tacit assurances from Russian president Vladimir Putin that Russia would do everything it could to swing the election in his favor, the appeal of winning grew."

[OCS: What would any tell-all book be without a reference to the discredited Russian Collusion Hoax that was little more than a Hillary Clinton hit-piece designed to stop candidate Trump, and later, President Trump.]

A little character assassination...

"'He’s a clown,' my aunt Maryanne said during one of our regular lunches at the time. 'This will never happen.' I agreed. We talked about how his reputation as a faded reality star and failed businessman would doom his run. Does anybody even believe the bullshit that he’s a self-made man? What has he even accomplished on his own?' I asked. 'Well,' Maryanne said, as dry as the Sahara, 'he has had five bankruptcies.'"

"We thought the blatant racism on display during Donald’s announcement speech would be a deal breaker, but we were disabused of that idea when Jerry Falwell, Jr., and other white evangelicals started endorsing him. Maryanne, a devout Catholic since her conversion five decades earlier, was incensed. 'What the fuck is wrong with them?' she said. 'The only time Donald went to church was when the cameras were there. It’s mind boggling. He has no principles. None!”

[OCS: If you wonder what side the author is on or her loyalty to the family, it is all spelled-out on the book's pages. And yet, there Trump stands, President of the United States, while Hillary Clinton is a hated unindicted felon who sold out her country to the Russians, among other serious and criminal activities.]

“Nothing Donald said during the campaign—from his disparagement of Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, arguably the most qualified presidential candidate in the history of the country, as a “nasty woman,” to his mocking of Serge Kovaleski, a disabled New York Times reporter—deviated from my expectation of him. In fact, I was reminded of every family meal I’d ever attended during which Donald had talked about all of the women he considered ugly fat slobs or the men, usually more accomplished or powerful, he called losers while my grandfather and Maryanne, Elizabeth, and Robert all laughed and joined in. That kind of casual dehumanization of people was commonplace at the Trump dinner table. What did surprise me was that he kept getting away with it.”

[OCS: It's those white Christians, evil Republicans, and those other stooges.]

"To this day, the lies, misrepresentations, and fabrications that are the sum total of who my uncle is are perpetuated by the Republican Party and white evangelical Christians. People who know better, such as Senate majority leader Mitch McConnell; true believers, such as Representative Kevin McCarthy, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, and Attorney General William Barr; and others too numerous to name, have become, unwittingly or not, complicit in their perpetuation."

[OCS: Because Mary Trump is a clinical psychologist, does not mean that she is an objective observer without major psychological issues of her own, is bitter that she did not share more fully in the family money, has been left in the darkness, and may be bat-shit crazy when it comes to Donald Trump?]

"None of the Trump siblings emerged unscathed from my grandfather’s sociopathy and my grandmother’s illnesses, both physical and psychological, but my uncle Donald and my father, Freddy, suffered more than the rest. In order to get a complete picture of Donald, his psychopathologies, and the meaning of his dysfunctional behavior, we need a thorough family history."

[OCS: A complete picture? Something you are not likely to get from Mary Trump’s one-sided screed.]

“In the last three years, I’ve watched as countless pundits, armchair psychologists, and journalists have kept missing the mark, using phrases such as “malignant narcissism” and “narcissistic personality disorder” in an attempt to make sense of Donald’s often bizarre and self-defeating behavior. I have no problem calling Donald a narcissist—he meets all nine criteria as outlined in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5)—but the label gets us only so far.”

[OCS: taken out of context, the criteria for mental illness contained in the DSM-5 could be manipulated to fit almost every person in the United States.]

"I received my PhD in clinical psychology from the Derner Institute of Advanced Psychological Studies, and while doing research for my dissertation I spent a year working on the admissions ward of Manhattan Psychiatric Center, a state facility, where we diagnosed, evaluated, and treated some of the sickest, most vulnerable patients.”

[OCS: Because one is credentialed, does not mean one is without the bitter bias that can turn an individual with minor flaws into a monster -- for fame and fortune.]

“Those experiences showed me time and again that diagnosis doesn’t exist in a vacuum. Does Donald have other symptoms we aren’t aware of? Are there other disorders that might have as much or more explanatory power? Maybe. A case could be made that he also meets the criteria for antisocial personality disorder, which in its most severe form is generally considered sociopathy but can also refer to chronic criminality, arrogance, and disregard for the rights of others. Is there comorbidity? Probably. Donald may also meet some of the criteria for dependent personality disorder, the hallmarks of which include an inability to make decisions or take responsibility, discomfort with being alone, and going to excessive lengths to obtain support from others. Are there other factors that should be considered? Absolutely. He may have a long undiagnosed learning disability that for decades has interfered with his ability to process information. Also, he is alleged to drink upward of twelve Diet Cokes a day and sleep very little. Does he suffer from a substance- (in this case caffeine-) induced sleep disorder? He has a horrible diet and does not exercise, which may contribute to or exacerbate his other possible disorders.”

"The fact is, Donald’s pathologies are so complex and his behaviors so often inexplicable that coming up with an accurate and comprehensive diagnosis would require a full battery of psychological and neuropsychological tests that he’ll never sit for. At this point, we can’t evaluate his day-to-day functioning because he is, in the West Wing, essentially institutionalized. Donald has been institutionalized for most of his adult life, so there is no way to know how he would thrive, or even survive, on his own in the real world."

[OCC: Notice, she assassinates Trump's character, not with positive assertions but with generalizations and questions.]

President Trump appears to be doing quite well in the “real world,” accomplishing more than most presidents while being under continual attack by a malignant mainstream media and bitter malcontents like the author. A for the rest of the book -- Yada, Yada, Yada.

My only surprise is why Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton did not write laudatory “pull quotes” to be included in the book’s front matter? I could understand why they didn’t approach Joe Biden, who appears to have a significant cognitive deficit and has trouble reading the scripted comments placed in front of him by his omnipresent wife.

Bottom line...

The author appears to have the same approach as any other progressive socialist democrat writer, compiling and interpreting anecdotes that may or may not be accurate. By all means, purchase the book. You can keep it as a backup for the next toilet paper shortage.

Given the alternative of a dysfunctional, dystopian democrat world, I am convinced that one must re-elect President Trump to staunch the flow of socialism and to preserve the safety and security of America and the exceptional nature of American life.

We are so screwed.

I recently received another one of those annoying political robocalls explaining that were are risking our planet if I did not support the progressive socialist democrats and their agenda…

Unfortunately, there was nobody on the line that I could enlighten with some simple observations.

(1)   It is a fact that the global climate is undergoing continuous change. And historically, the Earth warms as ice ages recede and cool when the cycle is reversed. Unfortunately, the cycles are of a geologic timescale, and our brief history on Earth precludes verifiable results from any mitigation strategy. Perfect for politicians who continue to kick various cans down the road using specious 10-year timeframes for results that rarely appear.

(2)   What we do know is that many of the so-called scientific predictions of the past have been proven wrong or grossly exaggerated over the last decades.

(3)   The oversimplification of a complex and chaotic process, such as global climate change, by arbitrarily assigning a single metric, global mean temperature, and an overriding control factor, atmospheric carbon dioxide, is one of politics and not of science.

(4)   No scientist to date has evidence of an optimal temperature for a human-inhabited planet such as Earth considering the temperature variation between the Equator and the two polar regions. Moreover, no scientist has been able to detect, isolate, and measure man's input to the global climate amid the climate's natural variability.

(5)   The hypothesis that man is not only causing global warming but can overcome, mitigate or alter climate on a global scale is just that, an unproven hypothesis, science fiction that allows theories to supersede evidence and mathematical models to supersede observation and measurement.

(6)   I continue to wait for some scientist to prove that atmospheric carbon dioxide can mitigate the effects of climate's actual drivers: the Sun's energy output in all spectral bands, the production of extraterrestrial cosmic rays, the Earth's position relative to the Sun, the Earth's precessional and rotational dynamics, the Earth's vulcanology and plate tectonics, the heat transfer between ocean and atmosphere, the behavior of deep ocean currents, and the most significant greenhouse gas influence, water vapor (clouds). Clouds are a self-regulating feedback loop in the climate process and are very rarely considered in the majority of climate models.

(7)   There is no doubt in my mind that the terrestrial temperature datasets have become unreliable, mostly from the loss of the original data, the manipulation and homogenization of the remaining data, and the considered and deliberate manipulation of the data to support an unproven hypothesis. Even though the satellite-based datasets are limited in the number of years of coverage, they paint quite a different picture, especially when they actually cover global dimensions as opposed to a small number of temperature measurement stations.

(8)   Additionally, the corruption of billions of dollars washing through institutions and corporations creates an implicit bias to support research that favors the "fashionable science" by funding those projects which keep the tap to the public purse open and flowing at full force. Few studies to replicate, authenticate, or falsify major studies are funded and executed.

(9)   There is only one evidentiary conclusion that can be drawn from decades of climate experience. Politics can corrupt science when the variables of money, power, position, and prestige can be manipulated by self-interested individuals, institutions, and organizations.

(10)  We cannot allow the progressive socialist democrats to control our safety, security, economy, or culture lest it results in a totalitarian state and the destruction of an exceptional America.

Bottom line…

It might be helpful to consider the science surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic to see the corrupt influence of politics on science and the misuse of billions of dollars to the benefit of a limited number of self-serving, politically-connected individuals and institutions.

We are so screwed.

Announcement: Wayne Exhibit

Dear S.C.A. Community,

I am writing to update you on plans for the Wayne exhibit, located in the main building of the School of Cinematic Arts Complex. Conversations about systemic racism in our cultural institutions along with the recent global, civil uprising by the Black Lives Matter Movement require that we consider the role our School can play as a change maker in promoting antiracist cultural values and experiences.

[OCS: If systemic racism actually exists, it must be attributed to the progressive socialist democrats who have controlled the major institutions in America for decades, especially education and the media. Truth-be-told, the Democrats are the party of slavery, segregation, Jim Crow, and the K.K.K., as they attempted to institutionalize slavery leading to the Civil War and through the Reconstruction of the South. Those statues that are destroyed without a thought are part of that history and an attempt to help heal the South after the war.

The idea that U.S.C. would mention an openly racist, anti-white, anti-Semitic, and communist front group headed by “trained Marxists” is contemptible.]

Therefore, it has been decided that the Wayne Exhibit will be removed. We are grateful to our community members who were willing to share their experiences and feelings about the exhibit - thank you.

[OCS: Perhaps we should demand that U.S.C. destroy their entire film collection lest it offends a single snowflake student – isn’t that what cultural cancellation is all about? Or is it removing and re-writing history, so the past failures of communism and totalitarianism are erased from our collective consciousness? Isn’t that the purpose of the Marxist philosophy -- where there is no past and everything in the present is dedicated to the glorious future of equality, unicorns, and self-licking fentanyl lollipops?]

The material will now be housed in the Cinematic Arts Library archives where other artifacts and papers of influential Hollywood figures reside for the purpose of research and scholarship. Placing them within the proper archival and research context will allow scholarship to continue on the role that John Wayne’s films played in the history of cinema.

[OCS: Burying history behind closed doors seems to be a sop to those on the other side, like myself, who recognize that The Duke – and by extension the rest of us – is being punished for his thoughts and comments made decades ago and in the context of that moment in time. And in a manner that preserves the school’s fundraising ability from progressive socialist democrats in Hollywood and elsewhere.]

Please know that we are working to build a stronger and more supportive community for our BIPOC students. I invite you to discuss further at the next S.C.A. Council for Diversity and Inclusion meeting (7/16@ 3pm) and I will continue to keep you informed of any decisions going forward. Please email for any additional information.

[OCS: For those unfamiliar with the new buzzword “BIPOC,” it is an acronym for Black, Indigenous and People Of Color. A term apparently coined in 2013 on the social medium Twitter. It is a lazy way of referring to the coalition of victims created by the progressive socialist democrats to destroy America from within.

FYI: for the Dean.]

Be Well,
Evan Hughes
Assistant Dean of Diversity & Inclusion

[OCS: Has anyone considered the conflict of interest inherent in the Dean’s position whereby he must discover and resolve covert or overt racism in all things to keep his six-figure position and all of the perks and privileges of being a Dean at a rather wealthy school?]

This is not the first time, second time, or third time – but the nth time -- that the School has fallen on their proverbial sword to prove their “wokeness” to the snowflakes and elite Hollywood poohbahs…

Snowflakes Demand U.S.C. Get Rid of a Horse—Traveller—Same Name of Gen. Lee’s Horse—But W/Two “L.L.’s

August 22, 2017 By Stephen Frank

U.S.C.—University of Snowflake Children

I feel sorry for my good friends Mike S., Bill S., Shawn S. and Jim L.  All are graduates of U.S.C., actively supporting the School and proud of their education heritage.  None of them knew that by going to a U.S.C. football game they were promoting racism, bigotry, making some students scared to attend the games—why?

“After some Confederate statue-topplings, but before any Confederate book burnings, California protesters are now targeting a horse. A beautiful Arabian.

The creature’s unforgivable crime? His name is similar to the horse ridden by Confederate Gen. Robert E. Lee 152 years ago, Traveler. Only Lee’s horse used two L’s–Traveller.

Traveler is the official mascot of the University of Southern California. With a sword-waving, faux warrior in the saddle, he gallops all over the home field whenever the U.S.C. Trojan football team scores, which it’s expected to do a lot this season.”

But somehow apparently the graceful creature got caught up in the ongoing racial debate about motionless statues to ancient Americans who fought for, supported or ruled in favor of the old South and slavery.

See, Traveler is white. All white. Supremely white.

Last week, a U.S.C. group staged a campus rally to show solidarity with Eastern groups just discovering the Civil War’s legacy. According to the L.A. Times, a leader of the Black Student Assembly, Saphia Jackson, mentioned the school mascot and said, “White supremacy hits close to home.” This launched an active exchange on social media.

Whoops! They missed the zero-tolerance policy about weapons on campus and a chance to “protest” the U.S. Constitution’s Second Amendment…

New Year, New Sword for U.S.C. Drum Major

After 25 years, a freshly forged blade stabs the field for the Trojan Marching Band. by Elisa Huang

After retiring the sword wielded in every football game since 1992, the Spirit of Troy unveiled a new design.

As any true U.S.C. football fan knows, it’s not game time until the Trojan Marching Band’s drum major declares battle by stabbing his iconic sword into the playing field.

Bottom line…

I cannot imagine that the School’s graduates will be those charged with preserving the safety and security of America and responsible for the portrayal of America’s exceptionalism in the near future. We are on a downward spiral of societal, institutional, and cultural degradation at the hands of a Fifth Column, which does not wish America and ALL Americans well.

About the only gracious thing I can say about the U.S.C. film school is memorialized in its motto, “Limes regiones rerum – Reality ends Here!” Never more accurate than in today’s cancel culture where institutions and individuals can be destroyed for decades-old behavior. The thought police have arrived.

We are so screwed.
