Just Be Authentic Protest-wear…

Never in the history of criminal behavior have we has so many self-documenting criminals, seeming oblivious to the consequences of carrying a smartphone when engaging in criminal activities – many talking “selfies” and videoing their actions.

Not only do contemporaneous cell tower records, license plate readers, remote security monitoring devices, and an orbiting aircraft snatching communications signals out of the air exist, the information is freely available as meta data (date, time, location, calling number, called number, duration, etc.) to law enforcement agencies. Moreover, few take the time and trouble to switch off time-stamping and geo-tagging features which allow pictures and videos to embed the location of the picture in the contemporaneous proof of wrongdoing. While the professional activists and agitators use burner phones or do not carry electronic devices, the great mass of criminals are eager to show their friends and followers what they have accomplished in their fight against the “man.”

The biggest problem with law enforcement agencies appears to be the will to investigate and the will to prosecute. Many in law enforcement are either supportive of the “protests,” do not want to expend the time, energy, and budget to investigate “minor crimes,” or believe that the businesses and shopkeepers will be made whole from insurance.

Bottom line…

So I ask again, does law enforcement (local, state, and federal) really want to hold the arsonists and looters accountable for the mayhem and destruction to public and private property?

We are so screwed.

It is a given that no individual, regardless of their color and regardless of their alleged offense, should be brutalized by police officers while they are in custody and subdued. That some individuals, many with underlying medical issues or drug-related complications, die while being taken into custody is regrettable and a foreseeable consequence of a system that handles hundreds of thousands of suspects per year.

But, what is it about the Black community that turns a gun-toting, drug-using, serial offender with multiple prison sentences into an individual that should be feted as a martyr rather than a rather ordinary victim of the justice system? I can think of no other culture that openly celebrates criminals as pop culture heroes and does more to demonize law enforcement. I can think of no other culture that would sit idly by and watch the mass murder of Black citizens each and every year in the inner cities without comment, yet protest and riot over the death of a single individual – not even an upstanding individual – who died under tragic circumstances. Like there is nothing comparably tragic when Black children are killed in the crossfire between rival gangs.

So what is driving the current civil unrest?

1.  Democrat Power Politics – There is little doubt that the progressive socialist democrats are using the death of George Floyd to demonize and disparage President Donald Trump, although he had nothing to do with the politics or policing in Democrat-dominated Minneapolis, Minnesota. Likewise, there is little doubt that the progressive democrats are attempting to rally one of their core constituencies before a critical election they need to win to stop the dismantling of the Obama legacy and the exposure of the many scandals that occurred during his Administration. Some scandals involving the senior-most progressive socialist democrats like former president Barack Obama, former vice president Joe Biden, former secretary of state Hillary Clinton, and numerous others. This is all part of the identity politics and class struggle described by Karl Marx, the father of communism, as being critical for revolution and the destruction of the capitalist economic system.

2.  White Guilt – Individuals who have been indoctrinated by the progressive socialist democrat media or the left-biased educational system into believing America is a bad place, founded in Native American genocide and rooted in slavery and oppression. Whether seeking to boost their flagging self-esteem or virtue signaling to their friends, many feel that they must atone for historic evils or for some mythical white privilege, How else can you explain this?

floyd fund raiser

Like all high-profile cases attended by prominent ambulance-chasing civil rights attorneys, the family swears that Floyd was turning his life around. Yeah right! Let us not forget he was suspected of committing a crime, was driving while impaired, and was, most definitely, not turning his life around at the moment.

3.  The media – We can no longer trust the progressive socialist democrat media, which omits facts, shades the truth, and provides editorial commentary to create a narrative to support progressive socialist democrats and disadvantage the opposition. I do not seem to see any significant outrage about a gun-wielding George Floyd, who held a gun to a pregnant woman’s stomach during a home invasion robbery.

“What is not being told is the violent criminal history of George Floyd. The media will not air this,” police union president Bob Kroll told his members in a letter posted Monday on Twitter. Floyd had landed five years behind bars in 2009 for an assault and robbery two years earlier, and before that, had been convicted of charges ranging from theft with a firearm to drugs, the Daily Mail reported. <Source>

The media also downplays that George Floyd was 6-foot 4-inches, weighed 232 pounds, and was well-muscled. Fentanyl and methamphetamines were found in his system. That, in and of itself, maybe considered a threat to officers. I am not excusing the abominable behavior of the officer involved or his three fellow officers who did nothing to stop the officer from continuing to restrain an unconscious man.

The media also downplays that a prime eyewitness who was with Floyd in his vehicle and claimed that Floyd did not resist arrest was a fellow criminal.

Witness Who Was in Floyd’s Car Says His Friend Did Not Resist Arrest

Maurice Lester Hall, who fled Minneapolis after witnessing George Floyd’s death, was arrested Monday in Houston and interviewed by a Minnesota investigator. A longtime friend of George Floyd’s who was in the passenger seat of Mr. Floyd’s car during his fatal encounter with a Minneapolis police officer said on Wednesday night that Mr. Floyd tried to defuse the tensions with the police and in no way resisted arrest.

“He was, from the beginning, trying in his humblest form to show he was not resisting in no form or way,” said the friend, Maurice Lester Hall, 42, who was tracked down on Monday in Houston, arrested on outstanding warrants and interviewed by Minnesota state investigators. “I could hear him pleading, ‘Please, officer, what’s all this for?’” Mr. Hall said in an interview on Wednesday night with The New York Times. Mr. Hall recounted the last moments with Mr. Floyd on Memorial Day, May 25, after they had spent part of the day together.

But Mr. Hall — who had outstanding warrants for his arrest on felony possession of a firearm, felony domestic assault and felony drug possession — provided a false name to officers at the scene of Mr. Floyd’s arrest, according to a Minnesota official. <Source>

Just another upstanding Black citizen minding his own business.

Bottom line…

While the GOP may not be the total solution to our nation’s many ills, they also are not the root cause of the problem. It was the Democrat Party that promoted slavery, segregation, Jim Crow, the Ku Klux Klan and fought against civil rights legislation. Observe the progressive socialist democrats.

Observe their DARVO tactics.

Reverse Victim and Offender

I am not saying the police officers involved were innocent, but I am saying George Floyd is not worthy of being elevated as a hero, martyr, but remains an unfortunate gun-wielding thug. I can think of many other role models who happen to be Black.

We are so screwed.

Shirking their sworn duty…

The prime directive of all elected officials is to protect and serve the public – not some of the public, but ALL the public. Primarily by prioritizing public safety (law enforcement and fire protection), public health (first responders, community health facilities, and sanitation), critical infrastructure (utilities such as water, electric, and gas, and public transportation) – and to repair, replace, or build-out our decaying and inadequate infrastructure. And, only after the basic needs have been met, then you can fund the arts and political pet projects.

So what politician would deliberately defund a portion of the Los Angeles Police Department which keeps the peace and provides relative safety and security to the public? The answer, without a doubt, is corrupt politicians who are pandering to a particular class of individual who is most likely to vote for progressive socialist democrats.

How else can you explain this travesty that would make Los Angeles and the surrounding communities less safe and empower thugs preying on a mostly unarmed law-abiding citizenry?

Council File: 20-0692
Los Angeles Police Department Budget Cut / Disadvantaged and Communities of Color Reinvestment

We need a vision for our city that says “there is going to be justice." American society is founded on a racial hierarchy, one that is born out of slavery, followed by Jim Crow segregation and corporate abuse of labor. As such, police departments are asked to enforce a system of laws that arc designed to reinforce and maintain economic and racial inequality.

[OCS: This is a bald-faced lie promoted by progressive socialist democrats who use identity politics to gain and maintain political power. The progressives ignore the fact that we are racially diverse and pretty much get along with each others – with the exception of those politicians and others who obtain power and profit from racial discord.

To make a charge of systemic racism in legislative matters and the law can only be laid at the feet of legislators, including many individuals of color, who must, by the above assertion, have been or currently are racist. The police department is required, by our Constitution and our laws, to enforce the law equality – without favor or prejudice. While the system, like any system of individuals, fails from time-to-time, responsible citizens do not riot or burn communities down when aberrations are encountered.]

We need to rethink what it is that makes people safer and makes communities stronger.

[OCS: It is certainly not politicians pandering to thugs, drug dealers, or a community that refuses to police themselves by assisting law enforcement in keeping their community safe.]

We cannot just look at the police in isolation. There is no doubt that communities of color suffer disproportionately from negative interactions with the police,

[OCS: Communities of color suffer disproportionately because of above-average levels of criminal activity which seems to be accepted and often feted in the culture of the community. Most of those negative interactions are generated by those running away from the police or appearing to threaten an officer’s life with a weapon. In many cases, the weapon is the individual’s bulked-up body or drug-addled state.

The fact is that if 6’ 4” 230-pound George Floyd would have complied with police commands, there may have been no need to have taken him to the ground or used excessive force. And, I am unsure of the role underlying medical conditions and drug use played in the overall scenario.]

Crime exists where neighborhoods are destabilized because of a system of institutions that produce economic inequity and underfunded schools.

[OCS: Schools are failing because of the corrupt politicians and unions that refuse to allow parents to escape bad schools and vote with vouchers. The unions look on students as a plantation they own and harvest, turning out decade-after-decade of functional illiterates. The schools are fully funded, but the money siphoned off to fund facilities built by special interests, provide life-long employment and perks to incompetent teachers, and to fund underfunded pensions. Poor people are capable of learning – but the schools have become babysitters, indoctrination centers, and community cafeterias. They pander to the lowest common denominator, holding the best and brightest from achieving more.]

But policing is not responsible for, nor can it solve unemployment, poor housing and concentrated poverty.

[OCS: It is the Democrats who are maintaining this subclass for political benefits. Again, we find progressive socialist democrats in a city denying big box stores building permits unless they unionize. Or onerous rules and regulations that allow a burger-flipper to earn a minimum of $30K. Or injecting more poverty and illiteracy into the community by welcoming an unending stream of illegal aliens and life-long indigents]

This is an opportunity to address the issues of societal dysfunction and bring societal repair and change. We don’t need to be a better version of what we are; We need to be something entirely different. We need to produce a society designed to meet people's needs, rather than one based solely on the pursuit of wealth, largely at the expense of the Black and Latinx communities.

[OCS: Whoops! There it is … those who favor socialism and communism over capitalism and are looking to change the system. And, if you believe Marx, you bring about a revolution by inciting class warfare and racial divisions. By burdening the system until it collapses and needs an authoritarian government to manage the chaos.]

We are currently in the midst of a global pandemic, the likes of which the world has never seen. This crisis has shown that this country cannot survive Without mass transit operators, without grocery store workers, without sanitation workers, without delivery drivers, without health care workers. It is the everyday worker who is keeping this country moving forward. These workers aren't even making enough to live in the city that they're dying in. This! is an opportunity to re-envision society. An opportunity to provide Angelenos work with a purpose that is people-focused and not profit-focused - work that comes with the dignity of a living wage and quality healthcare.

[OCS: More socialist and communist talking points about things that have nothing to do with policing. Do they ever speak of freedom, liberty, and individual responsibility? No, it is always the systemic and collective fault -- which rightly belongs to the Democrats.]

A city’s budget is a reflection of a government’s values, principles and priorities.

[OCS: This is bullpucky. A budget should reflect the needs of the people – the legal, law-abiding citizens – not a government’s values.]

For the last week, the people of Los Angeles, advocates, and organizers-across the City have demanded a reshaping of the City's budget.

[OCS: The usual gang of progressive socialist democrats and communists. They should be demanding the end to the lawless insurrection they caused and promoted with their racial nonsense and Trump hatred.]

While a complete overhaul of the City's budget will take time, we can begin to slowly dismantle those systems that are designed to harm.people of color. A preliminary cut to the LAPD budget will not solve everything, but it's a step in the right direction to become the city we aspire to be.

[OCS: We do not need a complete overhaul of the City’s budget, we need to get rid of racist socialists and communists that foment racial dissent to gain or maintain political power – the Democrat Party and the unions. You do not make a city safer by disabling law enforcement with budget cuts.]

I THEREFORE MOVE that the City Council instruct the City Administrative Officer and Chief Legislative Analyst, with assistance from the Mayor, work to identify at least $ 100-$ 150 million of cuts from the Los Angeles Police Department's budget.

I FURTHER MOVE that the City Council instruct City Administrative Officer and Chief Legislative Analyst to provide recommendations on reinvesting these funds back into disadvantaged communities and communities of color.

[OCS: I have an idea – use the money to flood the inner cities with police to rid us of thugs, criminals, and drug dealers.]

Bottom line…

Reform starts with kicking the progressive socialist democrats out of power. To crackdown on domestic terrorism in the guise of protest. And, quit welcoming illegal aliens and releasing criminals into our communities. Dump the unions and the budgetary and educational problems will solve themselves.

The cause of continual racism is the Democrats – time for a change. Voting Democrat has produced nothing but chaos, confusion, continuing "collective guilt" and racism. Systemic racism is little more than a euphemism for decades of democrat failure, including Democrat-generated generational poverty.

Less police protection, more reason to demand your Second Amendment rights for self-protection.

We are so screwed.

Once again, it appears that I have been blinded by the heroism, service, and reputation of what seemed to be an accomplished and honorable military officer and leader of combat troops. Until now, my respect and admiration for General James Mattis were unqualified. What changed my mind was his statement to the media suggesting wrongdoing on the part of President Trump when he crossed the distance from the White House to a Church in a symbolic gesture that said we are not going to allow thugs, hoodlums, and criminals to terrorize our neighborhoods in the guise of a legitimate and peaceful protest.

What triggered General Mattis?

It has been suggested that President Trump might invoke the Insurrection Act of 1807 that empowers President Trump to deploy U.S. military and federalized National Guard troops within the United States under circumstances where there is a need to suppress civil disorder, insurrection, and rebellion.

The Act was invoked several times in the past, in modern history by Lyndon Johnson in 1967-68 to quell riots in Detroit, Michigan; Washington, D.C.; Baltimore, Maryland; and Chicago, Illinois,  and George H. W. Bush to quell the riots in Los Angeles, California. All situations which spun rapidly out of control, but do not approach the type of rioting that is currently taking place.

This transfer of control to the President is the last thing that the mostly progressive socialist democrat mayors and governors want as it supersedes their situational control before a presidential election.

In the General’s own words…

I have watched this week’s unfolding events, angry and appalled. The words “Equal Justice Under Law” are carved in the pediment of the United States Supreme Court. This is precisely what protesters are rightly demanding. It is a wholesome and unifying demand—one that all of us should be able to get behind. We must not be distracted by a small number of lawbreakers. The protests are defined by tens of thousands of people of conscience who are insisting that we live up to our values—our values as people and our values as a nation.

[OCS: It is ironic that Mattis says “We must not be distracted by a small number of lawbreakers,” ostensibly referring to the organized anarchists, opportunistic criminals, and others that are injuring innocent civilians and causing massive physical and financial damage, yet the politicians, media, and progressives are distracted by the illegal actions of four Minnesota police officers.]

When I joined the military, some 50 years ago, I swore an oath to support and defend the Constitution. Never did I dream that troops taking that same oath would be ordered under any circumstance to violate the Constitutional rights of their fellow citizens—much less to provide a bizarre photo op for the elected commander-in-chief, with military leadership standing alongside.

[OCS: Perhaps Mattis should note that all politicians and sworn personnel take the same oath. An oath that is violated daily by progressive socialist democrats in their quest for perpetual political power and the rise of a new “authoritarian” state built around “Democratic Socialism.”

What troops? If he is referring to President Trump crossing the distance between the White House and a venerable house of worship set ablaze by rioters – not so-called “protesters,” it was a symbolic gesture meant to say that the American people will not cede our cities to rioters, looters, and those who do not wish us well. As for being accompanied by members of the Administration, this is a show of solidarity – not a threat to the decent citizens of the United States who are now fearful of being in public lest they or their family members be viciously attacked.

As for a photo-op, let us remember that it was the media who endlessly claimed that President Trump was "hiding" in his bunker. The visible appearance suggests that Trump is not hiding, but hard at work.

Perhaps Mattis should have taken the time to read the “Statement from United States Park Police acting Chief Gregory T. Monahan about the actions taken over the weekend to protect life and property.” In which Monahan notes “51 members of the USPP were injured; of those, 11 were transported to the hospital and released and three were admitted,” not to mention the desecration of many of our most revered monuments.]

We must reject any thinking of our cities as a “battlespace” that our uniformed military is called upon to “dominate.” At home, we should use our military only when requested to do so, on very rare occasions, by state governors. Militarizing our response, as we witnessed in Washington, D.C., sets up a conflict—a false conflict—between the military and civilian society. It erodes the moral ground that ensures a trusted bond between men and women in uniform and the society they are sworn to protect, and of which they themselves are a part. Keeping public order rests with civilian state and local leaders who best understand their communities and are answerable to them.

[OCS: Unfortunately, when civilian law enforcement is overwhelmed, Governors turn to their respective State’s National Guard. But what of the progressive Governors who order law enforcement to “stand down” and refuse to activate the Guard while people are being threatened and property being destroyed?

Other than military leaders like Defense Secretary Mark T. Esper and General Mark A. Milley with their leg-humpers, there were no troops in the area, only National Guard, the Secret Service, the Park Police, and civilian law enforcement. No tear gas was deployed, as claimed by the media, it was non-lethal pepper spray used in a defensive posture.]

James Madison wrote in Federalist 14 that “America united with a handful of troops, or without a single soldier, exhibits a more forbidding posture to foreign ambition than America disunited, with a hundred thousand veterans ready for combat.” We do not need to militarize our response to protests. We need to unite around a common purpose. And it starts by guaranteeing that all of us are equal before the law.

Instructions given by the military departments to our troops before the Normandy invasion reminded soldiers that “The Nazi slogan for destroying us…was ‘Divide and Conquer.’ Our American answer is ‘In Union there is Strength.’” We must summon that unity to surmount this crisis—confident that we are better than our politics.

[OCS: Perhaps Mattis forgets that we were united in a cause when the nation went to war. Unlike today when the battle is political and one side tacitly supports the chaos and violence to disadvantage the opposition in the upcoming election. To say we are better than our politics is to wear blinders when it comes to progressive socialist democrats.]

Donald Trump is the first president in my lifetime who does not try to unite the American people—does not even pretend to try. Instead he tries to divide us. We are witnessing the consequences of three years of this deliberate effort. We are witnessing the consequences of three years without mature leadership. We can unite without him, drawing on the strengths inherent in our civil society. This will not be easy, as the past few days have shown, but we owe it to our fellow citizens; to past generations that bled to defend our promise; and to our children.

[OCS: I can only conclude that either General Mattis is blind and stupid, which he clearly is not, or he is or has become a progressive socialist democrat. Otherwise he would have noted that former President Barack Obama and his Administration was the most racially divisive force since the Southern Democrats dominated politics.

Moreover, he would have observed that the Democrat Party thrives on identity politics, dividing Americans (and illegals) into aggrieved classes of victims who are promised a redress of their real or imagined grievances in return for political power. Since most of the hardest hit areas are governed by Democrats, one wonders what real choice do citizens have to “fix” existing problems when the vote Democrat?]

We can come through this trying time stronger, and with a renewed sense of purpose and respect for one another. The pandemic has shown us that it is not only our troops who are willing to offer the ultimate sacrifice for the safety of the community. Americans in hospitals, grocery stores, post offices, and elsewhere have put their lives on the line in order to serve their fellow citizens and their country. We know that we are better than the abuse of executive authority that we witnessed in Lafayette Square. We must reject and hold accountable those in office who would make a mockery of our Constitution. At the same time, we must remember Lincoln’s “better angels,” and listen to them, as we work to unite.

[OCS: Hide behind your “historic quotes” while pretending to be a student of the constitution – but the fact remains, the President’s actions in the park were a symbolic message to those of us beleaguered and at risk from anarchists, rioters, arsonists, looters, and murderers – that there is someone our side that will not cede our communities, states, and our nation to the self-loathing, power-mad fifth column which seeks to destroy America from within.

Amazingly, Mattis quotes Lincoln who would have not allowed this type of rebellion to occur without severe reprisals. ]

Only by adopting a new path—which means, in truth, returning to the original path of our founding ideals—will we again be a country admired and respected at home and abroad.

[OCS: Has the General not noticed the historic abuse of power during the Obama Administration? Has he not noticed that the progressive socialist democrats believe our Constitution should be a “living document” adapted to the politics of the present day? It would be nice to return to constitutional conservatism, but doing so means the rejection of the progressive socialist democrats – something they and their complicit media will fight with every tool at their disposal.]

Bottom line…

I do not see any unity among local, county, and state elected officials as they pander to the radical progressive socialist democrats. This is not Baghdad, where a police station is surrendered to the mob, looted, and burned -- and police officers are ordered to run away. This is a well-coordinated civil insurrection and needs to stop now. If local and state officials and law enforcement are inadequate to restore order, then the President of the United States has a sworn constitutional duty – regardless of General Mattis’ pronouncement, to protect American citizens.

I just hope that General Mattis will analyze the situation as he has done many times before and suggest alternatives rather than attack the President who accepted his resignation when the President failed to accept the General’s recommendations. Of course, his resignation was the honorable thing to do.

We are so screwed.

I keep hearing from the media that we need to have an honest discussion about race...

If so many people want this discussion, why does the media ignore it?

Personally, I feel that Booker T. Washington had it right.

“There is a certain class of race-problem solvers who don’t want the patient to get well.”

“There is another class of colored people who make a business of keeping the troubles, the wrongs, and the hardships of the Negro race before the public. Having learned that they are able to make a living out of their troubles, they have grown into the settled habit of advertising their wrongs — partly because they want sympathy and partly because it pays. Some of these people do not want the Negro to lose his grievances, because they do not want to lose their jobs.

Politics and Leadership…

Why is the majority of the Black Community aligned with the Democrats when the Democrats are the historical party of slavery, segregation, Jim Crow, suppression of civil rights, and the Ku Klux Klan?

Why do Marxist and communist groups overwhelmingly target the Blacks as a potential driver of a class-based revolution? Or are Blacks targeted by the Democrats as a traditional voting bloc?

The Democrats tell Blacks they need to vote Democrat to "fix things," so why are so many Democrat-governed areas, many for decades, in shambles? Did voting Democrat fix things in the inner cities? What did former Democrat President Barack Obama d0 for Blacks?

Has race been monetized in the United States?

Does the political class wish to create a permanent underclass of citizens who require servicing by the political infrastructure and thus are intrinsically linked to the unionized employment of hundreds of thousands of workers in the government, private sector, and non-governmental organizations?

Who speaks for the Black Community? Is it those who purport to be leaders through self-declaration, the volume of media appearances, or those heading tax-exempt organizations? Should those who profit from poor race relations and continue to incite racial difficulties be identified and excoriated for their unhelpful actions?

Are academics driving racial discord by implementing special “studies” programs that start with the assertion that America is evil, America is racist, and other nations are far superior to America?

How can the American justice system be systematically racist if black politicians, high-ranking officials, law enforcement prosecutors, judges, and juries are involved in the process?

Why does the media generalize and assume the majority of the population is responsible for the egregious acts of relatively few individuals?

Are militant Black groups falsely hiding behind the cloak of religion?

Why does the media give a pass to left-biased racist groups and individuals such as the Nation of Islam, Louis Farrakhan, and others?

Why does the media give a large microphone and platform to corrupt racists such as Al Sharpton or those who view everything through the prism of race?

Are Blacks deliberately resisting assimilation by affecting language, dress, or behavior which sets them apart from mainstream Americans, and is this being driven by politics?

Is Black Liberation Theology a Marxist concept?

Who is it that, specifically, reduces the Black existence to a state of perpetual and eternal victimhood?’

Why do Black riots appear to happen mostly in Democrat areas?

About reparations…

To what extent are the sons responsible for the debts of their fathers, even though the vast majority of today’s citizens had nothing to do with slavery or other historical wrongs?

Where have the trillions of taxpayer dollars targeted at minority areas gone and why do we still have inner-city cesspools of poverty, illiteracy, disease, and crime?

Are affirmative action and racial preferences another name for reverse discrimination?

To what extent will any monetary assistance to the average Black individual flow into self-sustaining entrepreneurship?

Social norms and behavior…

Why do Blacks tend to self-segregate rather than integrate?

Why do Blacks get a pass when it comes to moral issues such as a man supporting the concept of a nuclear family and being responsible for his progeny?

Was it the government that was responsible for removing Black males from households receiving government assistance?

Why is it that Blacks from outside of the United States prosper disproportionately than those who are citizens born in the United States?

Why is Black underperformance in government jobs acceptable when it is less acceptable in the private sector?

Are Blacks really over-represented in the prison population, and do the Blacks commit a disproportionate amount of crime?

Why are minority gangs allowed to exist and threaten the health and welfare of the community?

Why is law enforcement demonized and relatively few race-related incidents magnified by those who seem to profit from the discord? How do Blacks reconcile the death and destruction in their communities when they refuse to cooperate with law enforcement.

In an era of free speech, why are Blacks able to own the “N” word which has a historical context and use it to enhance criminal penalties?

Why are the words “racist” and “bigot” used as epithetical labels to silence opposition speech and have these words lost their meaning?

Why do “Black Lives Matter,” but saying “All Lives Matter” is considered by some to be disrespectful and racist?

Why the nonsense about “cultural appropriation” since innovation and experience transcend cultural ownership and benefits apply to society as a whole?

Bottom line…

Why are any of these questions necessary if Blacks are accepted as individuals and ordinary Americans?

The vast majority of people work with Blacks in government, the military, and the private sector. Can we assume that any racial division is based on identity politics and that the political party most responsible for this form of “divide and conquer” is the Democrat Party?

One last question, how do Blacks feel about mostly white young anarchist suburban individuals from Antifa waltzing into your neighborhood and burning your businesses down while they encourage looting on social media? How do Blacks feel about the media and the politicians who excuse this behavior?

We are so screwed.

Once again, much of the un-American mainstream media is hiding or shading the truth, ignoring that America is suffering a civil insurrection from highly-trained domestic terrorists, and trying to deflect the blame from the progressive socialist democrats who have pandered to the so-called “protestors” -- and, as a result, have allowed the anarchists to gain momentum. The fact that the far-left media and politicians are defending these domestic terrorists is unconscionable.

Any legitimate protest over the tragic and unwarranted murder of George Floyd in Minneapolis, Minnesota by now-former police officer Derek Chauvin (while three other police offIcers failed to halt the attack on a proned-out, handcuffed individual) is OVER! Domestic terrorists and garden-variety criminals have hijacked the protest.

The progressive socialist democrats, the governors, mayors, and other elected officials, who ordered their law enforcement and fire protection authorities to “stand down,” are now scurrying for cover. At the same time, the protests have turned into a civil insurrection. The idea that you allow terrorists, criminals, and crazies space and freedom to destroy public and private property and put lives in jeopardy, is un-American and a betrayal of your public service oath of office. History tells us that providing aid and comfort to those who will disrupt civil society only worsens the situation and puts all law-abiding citizens at risk.

This is the legacy of Barack Obama, who has done more to racially divide America than any modern president. So why are we not surprised to find one of Obama’s trusted liars, Susan Rice, running to the media to suggest that it is “foreign actors” – possibly acting on behalf of Russia – that are responsible for the chaos and destruction? Truth-be-told, these are Barack Obama’s people – community organizers on steroids.

Susan Rice Blames ‘Foreign Actors’ for Stirring George Floyd Protests: ‘Right Out of the Russian Playbook’

Former Obama adviser Susan Rice has blamed the violent protests that rocked major American cities over the weekend on “foreign actors,” and even suggested that Russia could be involved in stirring them up.

[OCS: Bullpucky. Most of the Antifa domestic terrorist crowd calls Portland, Oregon their home and the local criminals are just that; local criminals. While Russia may delight in the chaos occurring in the United States, the consequences of any discovery of Russian influence outweighs any actual benefit.]

I’m not reading the intelligence today, or these days — but based on my experience, this is right out of the Russian playbook,” Rice, who served as national-security adviser to president Obama, said in a CNN interview on Sunday. “But we cannot allow the extremists, the foreign actors, to distract from the real problems we have in this country that are longstanding, centuries old, and need to be addressed responsibly.”

[OCS: Even when Susan Rice was reading accurate, real-time intelligence, she went on five major Sunday news programs and lied about Benghazi being sparked by a little-seen video, ignoring the fact that hardcore militants with grenades and mortars perpetrated the attack. What she was covering up was an illegal arms transfer operation that saw Islamic terrorists being armed with military-grade weapons courtesy of Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, and the CIA. And, this is not the only time Susan Rice has lied to the public.]

Anchor Wolf Blitzer responded, “you’re absolutely right on the foreign interference.” Blitzer then asked Rice if she thought the Russians were attempting to “embarrass” the U.S. by “promoting the racial divide in our country.”

[OCS: Who woke Wolf Blitzer up and fed him the question?]

“Well we see it all the time, we’ve seen it for years, including on social media where they take any divisive, painful issue . . . and they play on both sides,” Rice said. “I would not be surprised to learn that they have fomented some of these extremists on both sides on social media . . . [or] that they’re funding it in some way, shape, or form.”

[OCS: Another failed hoax, this time the agitators were “white supremacists” and not the radical hardcore anarchists from Antifa who provided community criminals with the opportunity to loot businesses, many owned by minorities.]

Meanwhile, current national-security adviser Robert O’Brien on Sunday pointed to a number of countries that were attempting to foment unrest via social media. Chief among those countries is China, however O’Brien also mentioned Iran, Russia, and Zimbabwe as possibly using social media to enflame tensions in the U.S.

[OCS: Intelligence agencies have identified Antifa members who travel from event to event to foment riots. No matter which foreign source you point to, three fingers are pointing back at the perpetrators of this misinformation.

And, of course, foreign enemies will always exploit social media to foment unrest. It's a given and, in no way, excuses Antifa.]

For those who do not follow the machinations of the radical left and the mainstream media, one need only remember the acronym DARVO.

Consider the tweet of Joy Reid, a host and national correspondent on the far-left cable television station MSNBC (colloquially known as MSDNC)…

Joy Reid is a racist disinformation specialist and provocateur, and Bill Barr is the Attorney General of the United States. It is up to Joy Reid to back up her allegations with proof of the participation of white nationalist groups instead of demanding answers to a question that deserves a proper response. Don’t show me headlines and stories written by radical far-left authors, provide proof that can be corroborated.  Bill Barr has arrest records – what the hell does Joy Reid have? She is so blind and stupid as to miss the “fact” that Antifa advertises its presence with their dress, social media announcements, and graffiti.

Bottom line…

Now is the time to see which politicians, celebrities, and media will support Antifa and the criminals who destroyed your community and hurt your fellow citizens.

Defend yourself, your police, your community, and your nation.  When the police are overwhelmed, and your State’s National Guard is patrolling the streets, think of those who would disarm law-abiding citizens and create an even bigger victim pool. Refuse to be a victim.

We are so screwed.

Another “conspiracy” theory?

After three years of falsely telling the American public that accusations of domestic spying by the intelligence and law enforcement agencies of the Obama Administration were a right-wing conspiracy, the progressive socialist democrats and their cohorts in the mainstream media are telling us that white supremacists are perpetrating the riots, arson, and looting.

It is difficult to believe that a particular class of individuals were so aggrieved by the wrongful murder of a black man by a white police officer that they would mount a coordinated attack on several cities that would be characterized and excused in the mainstream media as “civil rights protests.”

The true legacy of former President Barack Obama…

The progressives swore it was the Trump Administration, including President Trump himself, that colluded with Russia. But it was Barack Obama who was overheard whispering to then-Russian President Dmitri Medvedev that “This is my last election … After my election, I have more flexibility.” To which Medvedev replied, “I will transmit this information to Vladimir [Putin].” Collusion? What about the sale of 20% of the U.S. uranium production to Russia during the Obama Administration – with over a hundred million dollars being “donated” by the participants to the Clinton Foundation.

The fact is that Obama was every bit a racist as his pals, Nation of Islam’s Louis Farrakhan, and his spiritual mentor Reverend Jerimiah Wright. Everything was seen through the prism of race and politics. And, the United States was further divided along racial lines than ever before by the progressive socialist democrats. Even more suspect were the hard-core communists in Obama’s background and the probability that he was the first communist to ever serve as the President of the United States. It is impossible to assess the damage that Obama and the progressive socialist democrats did to the United States.

Systemic racism?

For those who are screaming about systemic racism … are you saying that the progressive socialist democrats who govern many areas, including a majority of black elected officials and major department heads, are racist? Are you saying that the prosecutors, judges, and jurors are overwhelmingly racist?

How do you explain that former Presidential contender and now a candidate for the Vice Presidency, Senator Amy Klobuchar (D-MN), was a racist when she was with the Hennepin County Attorney’s office?

Is this all about Trump?

The progressive socialist democrats are continuing their effort to delegitimized President Trump and elect a mentally incapacitated individual to the presidency – after which they can grab the presidency through their vice presidential choice and nominate another Vice President. Could it be possible that the Chinese Communists purposefully deployed the Wuhan virus? Could it be that the progressive socialist democrat mayors and governors are deliberately destroying their economies to defeat Trump? Is it possible that this coordinated “civil unrest” is a product of Antifa and the communists in America?

While I am not sure of the answers, seeing the testimony and documents from the Obama Administration pointing to crimes committed in the office that far outweigh the Nixon era, I am not so sure that one can rule out cause and effect.

Not on my watch … a President with cojones…

There is little doubt in my mind that this civil unrest, or more appropriately named civil insurrection, is part of a coordinated attack led by violent communist front groups such as Black Lives Matter and Antifa. To the extent that members of the community saw an opportunity to loot stores in their community is merely criminal – not treasonous.

Bottom line…

Why are elected officials and law enforcement so afraid of enforcing the existing laws on the books? This is not Baghdad or Afghanistan were police stations are ceded to the mob, looted, and burned -- where police officers are ordered to run away from the crowd. Why not spray the group with the same type of dye used in bank robberies and arrest those who pass through a controlled perimeter? There are no valid answers because the politicians are afraid of the media, the communist-dominated unions, and losing their cushy jobs.

Anyway, the one positive thing that has happened is that we have seen the need to resist being disarmed and the need for semi-automatic weapons and high-capacity magazines.

We are so screwed.

Once again, the progressive socialist democrats have demonstrated they are totally ineffective when dealing with their core constituency, but not afraid to push around law-abiding citizens who do not obey their authoritarian commandments, many of which are unconstitutional.

One might believe that elected officials, seeing what happened in Baltimore and elsewhere when you allow rioters and others to have the “space” and the “liberty” to destroy public and private property, would not be so willing to repeat the mistakes of the past. Ordering fire crews not to put out fires that can quickly spread from structure-to-structure and to order the police to “stand down.” Where a portion of their city will resemble a war zone the next morning -- possibly waiting decades to be rebuilt, if ever.

“How quick these progressive politicians are to seemingly condemn, in the weakest possible terms, the violence, looting, and destruction of public and private property before segueing into their socialist victimhood rhetoric. Yes, there are problems, including racial problems, in any community that is governed by progressive socialist democrats because that is what they need to build their coalition of victims, always promising redress of grievances in return for political power. And, after the election, the same old political corruption and continuing decay as public funds are siphoned-off to special interests and political power brokers. The people be damned.”

Are they effin kidding me?

Progressive socialist democrat Minnesota Governor Tim Waltz and Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey have it wrong… if you are overwhelmed, you change the rules of engagement, you don’t beg the mob to go home. You grab the ring leaders and hold them on suspicion of inciting a riot.

“We are under assault by terrorists and anarchists conducting offensive operations throughout the Twin Cities. The unified command of soldiers and law enforcement officers withdrew to defend critical and targeted infrastructure. As arsonists set fires, as looters continued their activities, as terrorists destroyed businesses, law enforcement forces withdrew and redeployed.”

Apparently, the city officials do not like my idea of hosing down the crowd – after suitable warning or if they emerge from a particular store – with penetrant dye, grab them as they pass through a perimeter, and place them in guarded chain-link areas until they can be processed. My rule is to arrest and photograph any individual wearing protective gear, including masks or body armor.

The fools come out…

Obama’s communist pal, activist, and agitator Van Jones …

It’s not the racist white person who is in the Ku Klux Klan that we have to worry about. It’s the white liberal Hillary Clinton supporter walking her dog in Central Park who would tell you right now, you know, people like that, ‘I don’t see race, race is no big deal to me, I see us all as the same, I give to charities,’ but the minute she sees a black man who she does not respect or who she had a slight thought against, she weaponized race like she had been trained by the Aryan nation. A Klansmember could not have been better trained to pick up her phone and tell the police a black man, African-American man, come get him. So even the most liberal, well-intentioned white person has a virus in his or her brain that can be activated at an instant."

At least Van Jones got something right – a Hillary supporter is a progressive socialist democrat. A member of the Democrat Party, the party of racism, slavery, segregation, Jim Crow – and the KKK. As for the virus, the same could be said of blacks who are perpetually aggrieved and quick to take offense where none exists.

It is almost as funny as…

What would a race riot be without former San Francisco quarterback and multi-millionaire racial activist Colin Kaepernick?

How many people remember when this multi-millionaire poseur wore socks with pigs wearing cop hats and “retweeted a quote from revolutionary socialist and chairman of the
violence-embracing Black Panther Party Fred Hampton warning against the evils of capitalism.” I didn’t know that Nike sponsorship money could buy black “authenticity.”

Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison was not a “civil rights worker,” but a violent race hustler associated with Louis Farrakhan’s Nation of Islam, a supporter of the Vice Lords – the gangbangers who murdered police office, Jerry Haaf, in

Look at what the Minnesota Attorney General retweets as he promotes the idea that the blame for the riot lies with “white supremacists”

Ke-2I find it ironic that these “race” activists witness their brothers and sisters killing thousands in the inner cities and yet speak out only when a white police officer is involved.

Bottom line…

Don’t talk to me about justice…

Injustice is allowing armed thugs to roam the community while disarming law-abiding citizens.

To give retroactive passes to drug dealers who poison the community and to minority thugs who terrorize neighborhoods.

To denigrate and disadvantage law enforcement and make them the scapegoats for the political failures of government officials.

Real injustice is a community that gives a pass to the men who shirk their responsibilities; watching women with ten children from eight fathers become discouraged, depressed, and who never have a chance to earn an acceptable living outside of government support systems.

Unemployment is a direct result of making life difficult for small businesses with onerous administrative rules, regulations, and taxes; demanding large employers be unionized or denied zoning and building permits.

Under-education is the fault of the teachers’ unions, and their captive politicians, who allow unionized teachers to crank out another generation of functional illiterates who are given a pass by lowering test requirements rather than angering parents, embarrass the teachers and the politicians.

Oppression? If these people are oppressed, it is by corrupt politicians, special interests, and their own community leaders. Progressive socialist democrats who want to slice the pie thinner and thinner instead of demanding the hard work necessary to create more pies. Politicians who believe in collectivism, where stupid people need enlightened elites to govern them – rather than individualism. What is wrong is progressive socialist democrats whose political power comes from anger, despair, and victimhood rather than progress and prosperity.

Once again, agitators and activists appear to be using social media and the dark web to coordinate their attacks.

By tomorrow, it is likely that President Trump is likely to declare martial law under the Insurrection Act of 1807 (10 U.S.C. §§ 251–255) to prevent cities from being destroyed on his watch. It is likely that this is an organized operation of the anarchists in Antifa who are about destruction, not justice. This transfers control from Governors and Mayors to the federal government. President Bush took the same action in 1992 during the L.A. riots.

There may come a point where citizens may shoot an arsonist in a residential neighborhood. Again, absolute proof for the ownership of a semi-automatic weapon with a high-capacity magazine.

We are so screwed.
