ANNOYANCES OF 2020

If there is a single individual, other than President Donald J. Trump, that characterizes a tumultuous 2020, it is the omnipresent Dr. Anthony Fauci who appears everywhere – including sonograms, mammograms, and radar screens.

In addition to being a long-term medical bureaucrat that has served as the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases since 1984, it appears that “The Fauch” is also the political propagandist of the year. Speaking with credentialed credibility and touting “The Science,” Dr. Fauci has not hesitated to lie to the American public for purely political reasons on numerous occasions. Other than resembling a trustworthy television doctor who speaks with credibility and certainty, Fauci is not – well, he is not a lot of things he opines on. In fact, most of what The Fauch says is simply parroting the fashionable science of the day as conditioned by his political agenda. I have no reason to believe Dr. Fauci any more than any number of similarly educated, credential, and experienced researchers who actually work with the coronavirus.

My top Fauci annoyance came at Christmas when Dr. Fauci assured the children of the world that he personally vaccinated Santa. Instead of explaining that Santa was magical and could not get human diseases, it became a matter adaptable for pure political propaganda.

The world’s most famed gift-giver will be safe to travel on Christmas Eve after a house call from Dr. Anthony Fauci.

Fauci didn’t clarify which inoculation he gave jolly old St. Nick: Pfizer's already rolled-out vaccine or the Moderna vaccine, which the Food and Drug Administration on Friday authorized for emergency use. But either way, Fauci will have to head back to the North Pole to give Santa his booster shot in a few weeks to ensure it's fully effective.

Newspeak: upside down, inside out, right is wrong, left is right…

Activists, agitators, progressives, pampered celebrities, white woke women of suburbia, and the media have all adopted unbelievable levels of sheer, unadulterated idiocy. Especially claiming that they have the right to re-define racism from its traditional meaning -- prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism directed against a person or people based on their membership in a particular racial or ethnic group – to all whites are racists. With few politicians or media members having the cojones to point out that defining people by their skin color -- in this case, white – is racist and should be condemned. Traditional values have disappeared behind the rhetoric of a revolutionary left that is all about chaos and confrontation. The fact that Governors and Mayors are willing to watch their cities descend into chaos and burn while advocating for defunding the police is the height of stupidity.

Media moguls and tech tyrants…

Isolated from the consequences of their actions by wealth, political power, and control over means of mass communications, it appears that some of the most clueless, socially maladjusted fools are considered to be fonts of wisdom. With many others pointing out how fine and regal the Emperor’s new clothes appear – lest they be marked, castigated, and canceled.

Corrupt political parties…

How is it that the Democrats and the Republicans are willing and able to promote morally-challenged corrupt liars as their party’s representatives?

Bottom line…

We are descending into a hell of our own making. A hell where traditional American values are being replaced by fear. Congress makes its own rules and exempts its members from criminal actions that would see ordinary Americans behind bars. Near absolute evidence of wrongdoing is ignored or explained away as “partisan politics.” What the hell is happening to our America?

The short answer is corruption in politics that has allowed for mega-monopolies to assume power. Including the largest mega-monopoly, China, which seems to have bought most of our politicians, media, and controllers of American institutions.

We have seen the nation's premier intelligence and law enforcement agencies become corrupted -- thanks to Hillary Clinton. Who knows how many family members (Biden, Pelosi, Feinstein, McConnell) are beholding to Communist China?

Will it get better? I really do not know – especially in my lifetime. I see the wealth of generations destroyed by corrupt political decisions. I am seeing idiots and ideologues running our country. But worst of all, I am seeing people unwilling to stand up to tyranny.

We are so screwed.

2020 ELECTION -- TIME OUT

How many people realize that the State of Georgia is planning to destroy any evidence of illegal election activity by clearing, reprogramming, and reusing the same voting machines in the upcoming January 5th run-off election?

At least attorney L. Lin Wood does in his latest December 30, 2020, petition to the Supreme Court.

QUESTIONS PRESENTED FOR REVIEW

The Georgia Legislature has plenary authority to set the "Times, Places and Manner" of Federal Elections and has clearly set forth the procedures to be followed in verifying the identity of in-person voters as well as mail-in absentee ballot voters.

The Georgia Secretary of State usurped that power by entering into a Settlement Agreement with the Democratic Party earlier this year and issuing an "Official Election Bulletin" that modified the Legislature's clear procedures for verifying the identity of mail-in voters. The effect of the Secretary of State's unauthorized procedure is to treat the class of voters who vote by mail different from the class of voters who vote in-person, like Petitioner. That procedure dilutes the votes of inperson voters by votes from persons whose identities are less likely to verified as required by the legislative scheme.

The Secretary's unconstitutional modifications to the legislative scheme violated Petitioner's Equal Protection rights by infringing on his fundamental right to vote. The Eleventh Circuit has held that Petitioner does not have standing to challenge State action that dilutes his vote and infringes upon his constitutional right to Equal Protection. The questions presented are:

1. Whether the Petitioner/voter has standing to challenge state action based on the predicate act of vote dilution where the underlying wrong infringes upon a voter's right to vote.

CONCLUSION

WHEREFORE, the Petitioner respectfully request this Honorable Court grant this Emergency Petition Under Rule 20 For Extraordinary Writ Of Mandamus To Vacate the December 28 Judgment of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.

Petitioner seeks an emergency order instructing Respondents to halt the January 5, 2021 senatorial runoff election until such time as the Respondents agree to comply with the Georgia Legislature's prescribed election procedures.

Petitioners further request that this Court direct the District Court to order production of all registration data, ballots, envelopes, etc. required to be maintained by Georgia state and federal law, to refrain from wiping or otherwise tampering with the data on all voting machines used in the November 2020 election, and to produce one such machine from each Georgia county for forensic examination by Petitioners' experts. <Source>

How crooked is the Georgia election…

Stacy "I am the Georgia Governor" Abrams’ sister, Judge Leslie Abrams Gardner, who was appointed by former President Barack Obama, said she found no reason to recuse herself from a case that would have cleaned up Georgia’s voter rolls before the two Senate run-off elections. The fight against purging approximately 4,000 individuals based on the United States Postal Service change of address file was led by attorney Marc Elias, the same lawyer who laundered the Hillary Clinton-approved payments for Fusion GPS to promote the hoax Steele Dossier.

IT IS ORDERED:
(1) Defendants are enjoined from removing any challenged voters in Ben Hill and Muscogee Counties (“Targeted Voters”) from the registration lists on the basis of National Change of Address (“NCOA”) data;
(2) Defendants are enjoined from preventing any Targeted Voters from casting a regular ballot in the January 5, 2021 runoff elections on the basis of NCOA data;
(3) Defendants are enjoined from requiring any Targeted Voters to cast a provisional ballot or to present any additional evidence of eligibility on the basis of NCOA data; and

Republicans snatching defeat from the jaws of victory…

Along with their lack of cojones, it appears that some GOP members of Congress are both blind and stupid. I find it incomprehensible that Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell would choose this moment, in the run-up to the Georgia Senate elections, to proclaim the GOP’s “fiscal responsibility” by refusing to pass a plus-up bill giving long-suffering Americans $2000 (including the original $600 which was guaranteed when President Trump signed the legislation). These are the races that determine whether or not the Senate GOP retains a miniscule majority or we see a radical Senator Chuck Schumer leading the Senate – thus giving the Democrats control over the government.

However, McConnell did introduce a competing bill offering Americans the plus-up amount but added provisions to repeal section 230 that protects social media platforms from lawsuits by individuals who have been defamed and to investigate and reform the election process. The ball has been returned to Chuck Schumer's court.

Meanwhile, the Democrats are using Republicans to fight Republicans by placing billboards all over metropolitan Atlanta screaming, “Loeffler and Perdue didn’t fight for Trump, don’t fight for them.” One of the most accurate polls from the Trafalgar Group has both races narrowing –

President Trump responded to Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) after he blocked an effort by Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D.,-NY) to approve the $2000 payout by unanimous vote.

In the age of social media, where so many people appear to be influenced by a minority of vocal activists, agitators, or simply attention whores and trolls, we find nonsense like this…

I have a hard time believing “straight equals hate” when a biological male of sound mind refuses to date another non-reproductive male who believes, for whatever reason, he is a woman. Regardless of the hormonal treatments and surgical adjustments, there is something deeply disconcerting about such relationships. I am not condemning relationships between two like-minded, consenting adults, but the "woke" have no right to denigrate or criminalize the traditional majority's actions.

It appears that the sanctimonious Trump-hating Alec Baldwin has been a knowing part of a woke joke.

Alec Baldwin’s wife, Hilaria Baldwin, is about as much Spanish as Elizabeth “Fauxcahontas” Warren is an American Indian. In the real world, “Hilarity” Baldwin is really Hillary Hayward-Thomas from Boston, Massachusetts, where her father was a lawyer, and her mother was a medical doctor. Pretty much defined by her Today show appearance where she attempted impersonating a Spaniard when speaking about cooking. “We have very few ingredients. We have tomatoes, we have, um, how you say in English — cucumbers.” At the same time, it is true that her mother, father, and siblings now live in Mallorca, Spain, where they relocated after the parent's retirement in 2011.

I wonder if “Hilarity” will be held to account for the crime of “cultural appropriation” and be mocked, shunned, and canceled – or excused for promoting progressivism where you are what you say you are: even if a woman claims to be a man or a man claims to be a woman.

It is not illegal to be a congressional communist, and there are no FBI background checks for security clearances for members of Congress…

According to the FBI and CIA, most U.S. House Representatives and Senators are not required to face the customary security clearance process—because they don't need security clearances. It appears that Senators and Representatives, by virtue of their positions under the Constitution, are deemed trustworthy to see sensitive documents. They also swear an oath of secrecy each term. Yeah right! Like their oath of office that they frequently violate, with impunity and lack of consequences. The prime example of a leaker is Representative Adam "Piece of" Schiff, who heads the House Intelligence Committee.

According to the Congressional Research Service…

"This would mark a significant and unprecedented departure from the past. Members of Congress (as with the President and Vice President, Justices of the Supreme Court, or other federal court judges) have never been required to hold security clearances ... security clearance requirements would compromise the independence of the legislature if an executive branch agency conducted the background investigation, had access to the information it generated, or adjudicated the clearance."

It would create two classes of legislators: "those with or without clearance." <Protection of Classified Information by Congress: Practices and Proposals>

Staffers on the Intelligence Committees do undergo the security clearance process. Unfortunately, the task of vetting political candidates, their associates, backgrounds, and their actions was outsourced to a “free press” who had a journalistic duty to undertake such investigations on behalf of “We the People.” It turns out; the media is owned by the progressive socialist democrats, many with deep connections to communist China. Pretty much how we found ourselves with a communist like former President Barack Obama who is now enjoying the profits, perks, and privileges of capitalism.

Surprise...

In the aftermath, The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation said Warner was "not on our radar" prior to the bombing. But a Metro Nashville Police Department report from August 2019 shows that local and federal authorities were aware of alleged threats he had made.

No actions appear to have been taken to stop Warner, a slender 5-foot-8, 135-pound man who died in the explosion, which injured three others.

On Aug. 21, 2019, the girlfriend told Nashville police that Warner "was building bombs in the RV trailer at his residence," the MNPD report states. Nashville police then forwarded the information to the FBI.

Officers were called to the home of Warner's girlfriend, roughly a mile and a half from Warner, who lived at 115 Bakertown Road.

Police were called by the woman's attorney, Raymond Throckmorton III, who was concerned about comments she had made. When they arrived, they found her sitting on the porch with two unloaded guns nearby. <Source>

It appears that the only thing missing from the typical scenario is an FBI "informant" helping him build a device before they swoop-in for a media photo op. Or some form of cover-up.

Is the FBI Already Engaged in a Coverup in the Nashville Bombing?

“Realtor Steve Fridrich contacted the FBI after reading Warner’s name, as for several years, a man by the name of Tony Warner had worked for him … doing information technology work.

“Fridrich confirms that agents asked him whether or not Warner had paranoia about 5G technology.

“Fridrich told the agents that Warner had never spoken to him about that.

“But a source close to the federal investigation said that among several different tips and angles, agents are investigating whether or not Warner had paranoia that 5G technology was being used to spy on Americans.”

5G paranoia?

5G, as most of us realize by now, is the latest level of cellular connectivity already rolled out significantly across the country by the major telecom networks Verizon, T-Mobile, and AT&T.

But back to the FBI and their “paranoia” allegation: I believe they are once again covering up here, creating a distraction from the actual motive, because the one thing they don’t want to be investigated—well, one among many—is the alliance between private industry and our intelligence agencies, coupled with the realization we all live now in an Orwellian surveillance culture, not dissimilar to that in China. <Source>

Let us not forget that the nation's intelligence agencies had a "special relationship" with AT&T who was accused of allowing them to hoover-up all communications passing on their communications backbones. <More>

Continued media cover-ups of left-wing domestic terrorism...

Bias by omission was the theme Tuesday for ABC, CBS, and NBC. While they ignored a dubious Democratic campaign event in Georgia and liberal California releasing sex offenders, they also turned a blind eye to an attack in Aspen, Colorado by eco-terrorists who targeted natural gas lines in the area, and killed the heat to around 3,500 customers as temperatures dropped to near ZERO with a snowstorm rolling in. Since there’s no such thing as a right-wing eco-terrorist, the broadcast networks were trying to protect their friends in the radical elements of their ideology. <Source>

Representative-elect Luke Letlow (R-LA), 41, has died from the coronavirus.

House Minority Whip Steve Scalise (R-LA) and the entire Louisiana delegation issued a joint statement offering their condolences.

ELECTION 2020: GRANDSTANDING GOP MEMBERS?

“Louie Louie, oh no, you take me where ya gotta go, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, baby…”

It is, indeed, a strange day when House Representative Louis Gohmert (R-TX) files a lawsuit against Vice President Mike Pence in an attempt to have the Court validate Vice President Pence’s authority to overturn the results of the 2020 general elections.

What Gohmert is doing is requesting that a federal judge to hear a case alleging that the Electoral Count Act of 1887, which requires the vice president to affirm the winner of the elections, is unconstitutional. The remedy requested is to grant Vice President Pence the authority to appoint pro-Trump electors and allow President Trump to remain as President – even in the face of a declared Biden victory.

"We continue to hold out hope that there is a federal judge who understands that the fraud that stole this election will mean the end of our republic, and this suit would insure that the Vice-President will only accept electors legitimately and legally elected. There must be an opportunity for a day in court when fraud was this prevalent."

“It is for this reason that I and other plaintiffs have filed a complaint for expedited declaratory and emergency injunctive relief to seek judgement from the court on the Vice President's authority when presiding over the Senate during the Joint Session of Congress. We are asking the court to uphold the powers laid out in the United States Constitution which grant the Vice President the exclusive authority and sole discretion in determining which electoral votes to count. As outlined in the filing, the Electoral Count Act is unconstitutional because it directs Vice President Pence to legitimize electoral votes in violation of the Electors Clause and limits or eliminates his Twelfth Amendment authority to determine which slates of electors should be counted and which, if any, may not be counted. This is fundamental because no statute can constitutionally supply rules to the extent that such statute violates the U.S. Constitution. <Source>

And then there is House Representative Mo Brooks (R-AL), who suggests that “dozens” of House Republicans may object to the Electoral College results on January 6th when a joint session of Congress meets to tally the electoral votes.

In an appearance on Fox & Friends, Brooks cited “overwhelming” and “compelling” evidence of “serious voter fraud and election theft” and further claimed, “There are dozens in the House of Representatives who have reached that conclusion, as I have. We’re going to sponsor and co-sponsor objections to the Electoral College vote returns of Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Arizona, Nevada and maybe more depending on where we collectively want to go.”

Senator John Thune (R-SD) told reporters last week that ANY attempt to contest the election results before Congress is “going down like a shot dog. I just don’t think it makes a lot of sense to put everybody through this when you know what the ultimate outcome is going to be."

The Senate’s No. 2 Republican said Monday that any attempt by a handful of House conservatives to challenge the Electoral College’s results proclaiming Joe Biden the next president is “going down like a shot dog.”

Senator John Thune said he knows of no senators who have committed to join an effort by several House Republicans to challenge Biden’s election when Congress convenes Jan. 6 to count certificates of electoral votes, usually a ceremonial process.

“The thing they’ve got to remember is, it’s just not going anywhere. I mean, in the Senate it would go down like a shot dog,” Thune told reporters. “And I just don’t think it makes a lot of sense to put everybody through this when you know what the ultimate outcome is going to be.” <Source>

Representative Adam Kinzinger (R-IL) characterized those fighting the system as “congressional grifters” trying to attract media attention or raise money.

I wonder how history will judge those nameless Representatives and Senators who did nothing as the communists took over the United States by buying politicians -- and without firing a shot?

For all of you who are looking at Lindsey Graham as a leader in a post-Trump GOP --- While Americans are suffering from a communist China pandemic and losing their life savings, our elected representatives are shoveling taxpayer money abroad to support democracy where none can exist, and gender studies where religious demands control the lives of women.

Senator Graham defending a $25 million present to Pakistan... "Pakistan is a place I really worry about. Eighty-five countries a woman can't open up a bank account without her husband's signature. She can't inherit property. If you're a young girl in Pakistan life is pretty tough. So we're trying to make life better for women throughout the world.

Correct me if I am wrong, isn’t Pakistan the world's fifth-most populous country with the world's second-largest Muslim population practicing Islam, which is a theocratic authoritarian political system and far from a democracy? A culture that demands women be treated in a prescribed manner and unlikely to be changed until the religion is reformed? A corrupt nuclear nation that has proliferated nuclear technology and created ISIS to protect its borders? So how can you defend $10 million for “gender programs” and $15 million for “democracy programs?”

Either this is a covert bribe or a sick joke on the American taxpayer?

According to the twits on Twitter, it appears that, according to a LinkedIn entry, a Ron Raffensperger worked as the Chief Technology Officer of Communist China-linked Huawei Enterprise Storage Solutions based in Shenzhen, China. Is this Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger’s brother? At least political consultant Dick Morris thinks he is. Of course Morris hawks gold and dodgy medical advice on his show, so he is not the most credible of sources. One might ask why The Gateway Pundit published the information and then disappeared it from their site? Breaking news or crap broken news? Spin that!

As President of the United States it is my responsibility to protect the people of our country from the economic devastation and hardship that was caused by the China Virus.

I understand that many small businesses have been forced to close as a result of harsh actions by Democrat-run states. Many people are back to work, but my job is not done until everyone is back to work.

As President, I have told Congress that I want far less wasteful spending and more money going to the American people in the form of $2,000 checks per adult and $600 per child.

As President I am demanding many rescissions under the Impoundment Control Act of 1974. The Act provides that, “whenever the President determines that all or part of any budget authority will not be required to carry out the full objectives or scope of programs for which it is provided, or that such budget authority should be rescinded for fiscal policy or other reasons (including termination of authorized projects or activities for which budget authority has been provided), the President shall transmit to both Houses of Congress a special message” describing the amount to be reserved, the relevant accounts, the reasons for the rescission, and the economic effects of the rescission. 2 U.S.C. § 683.

I will sign the Omnibus and Covid package with a strong message that makes clear to Congress that wasteful items need to be removed.

I will send back to Congress a redlined version, item by item, accompanied by the formal rescission request to Congress insisting that those funds be removed from the bill.

I am signing this bill to restore unemployment benefits, stop evictions, provide rental assistance, add money for PPP, return our airline workers back to work, add substantially more money for vaccine distribution, and much more.

On Monday the House will vote to increase payments to individuals from $600 to $2,000. Therefore, a family of four would receive $5,200. Additionally, Congress has promised that Section 230, which so unfairly benefits Big Tech at the expense of the American people, will be reviewed and either be terminated or substantially reformed.

Likewise, the House and Senate have agreed to focus strongly on the very substantial voter fraud which took place in the November 3 Presidential election.

The Senate will start the process for a vote that increases checks to $2,000, repeals Section 230, and starts an investigation into voter fraud. Big Tech must not get protections of Section 230! Voter Fraud must be fixed! Much more money is coming.

As I see it, will the cowards in the judiciary take up the matter of rules changes and de-certify electoral results in the swing states prior to the joint session of Congress on January 6, 2021, when they meet to count and challenge electors? Will the Supreme Court have the guts to take on an unprecedented electoral issue and render a historic decertification remedy? Or is it more likely that the courts will continue to delay while hoping that the inauguration will render the remedy portion of their burdensome task moot and they can simply shunt the matter off to the state legislatures?

Considering that this is a shocking abdication of the Supreme Court’s role, the Court, like most other government institutions, has been severely weakened by cowardice and partisanship and has lost much of its credibility to adjudicate disputes between the states.

And, one may ask, where is the Department of Justice and the FBI … both institutions tainted by the partisan politics of Democrats.

Will the GOP members of Congress stand together for a GOP victory or will the little girls like Mitt Romney hand Trump his hat on the way out.

Violations Force Feinstein Military Committee Resignation

A veteran California senator has resigned as chair of a powerful military construction committee after reports that for years she abused her position to award her husband’s companies billions of dollars in government contracts.

During her six years as chair and ranking member of the Military Construction Appropriations subcommittee, Senator Dianne Feinstein annually supervised the appropriation of billions of dollars for specific military construction projects. The San Francisco lawmaker supervised her own staff of military construction experts and she lobbied Pentagon officials to support her favorite projects.

She wielded quite a bit of power and succeeded in steering hundreds of billions of dollars in military contracts to companies partially owned by her wealthy husband, Richard Blum. One company alone earned $792 million from military construction and environmental cleanup projects approved by Feinstein’s committee and another $759 million.

The blatant ethics violation and obvious conflict of interest was first exposed earlier this year by a weekly Northern California publication. The story details how Feinstein voted over the years for appropriations that enriched her husband’s firms and that her top legal advisor also happens to be one of her husband’s longtime business partners; in other words, a financial beneficiary of the senator’s decisions. <Source>

ELECTION 2020 -- BEGONE CRAZIES

Another proxy for the 2020 election: seeing how many unique, non-bot, American followers Joe Biden can accumulate…

Twitter has decided that while they are turning over the @POTUS and @WhiteHouse accounts to Biden, the account followers will be wiped to zero, that followers will be notified of the change of account and given the choice if they want to continue to follow.

Some media initially falsely claimed this was the president’s decision, but Twitter made it clear that it was theirs and theirs alone.

"Twitter's reluctance to transfer millions of followers from the Trump Administration to the Biden Administration unnecessarily politicizes what otherwise should be a routine transfer of communication from one administration to the next," Biden-Harris transition spokesperson Cameron French told CNN in a statement on Wednesday. <Source>

Hero or Zer0? Sidney Powell continues to complain…

Once again, we do not need to hear Sidney Powell complain that the gatekeepers who are protecting President Trump, in what may be his last days in office, are denying her access to President Trump. She is also the only one who seems to be touting the story that Trump may have been considering her as some kind of special counsel to the President or some such nonsense which would allow her automatic White House access.

However, she stated that she could not provide him with paperwork to make her supposed position official due to the interference from White House staffers. “I am not a Robert Mueller-style special counsel,” Powell told Zenger News. “[T]here was a discussion about me being a special White House counsel.”

“It has not come to pass, because it seems it was blocked after Friday night, or undone, or I’m not sure what you’d call it,” she continued. <Source>

My only wish is that, as the days wind down toward the joint session of Congress where the electoral votes will be counted and challenged, Sidney Powell quits her media/fundraising campaign and lets the constitutional process play out without tales of Hugo Chavez and Venezuela.

I am also rapidly losing respect for Lt. General Michael Flynn as he continues to associate himself with Sidney Powell, Lin Wood, and others who are claiming they have evidence of a foreign conspiracy, after being pardoned by President Trump -- and the craziness of his suggestion involving the use of “military capabilities” to “rerun an election” in swing states. The United States military needs to stay out of politics.

Bottom line…

The way we perceive our lives and our country all have changed in the course of 2020—as the global pandemic has upended our values, culture, and country. As the year draws to a close; we must be vigilant in maintaining our perspective on our Constitution and all of the freedoms it protects. A notice to our government that “We the People” have inalienable rights – not granted or controlled by the federal government – and the Constitution defines the apportionment of control and decision-making between the federal government, states, and “We the People.” A Constitution that limits the federal government's power, not awards it more power, and provides checks and balances within the government to suppress tyranny, corruption, and conclusion.

As we approach a Biden/Harris administration, we need to hold the House and Senate Democrats responsible for what has befallen our nation. At this point in time, I am not sure that the government or the media can tell us the truth. Can we trust Biden and our elected officials vis-à-vis China? Especially if we find out the pandemic was an act of war with the Chinese knowingly sacrificing a large portion of their population to pursue their multi-decadal global ambitions.

We are so screwed.

ELECTION 2020: DESTROYING TRUMP'S CREDIBILITY

From what we have seen in legal filings and media appearances, it appears that much of what attorneys Sidney Powell, Lin Wood, and to a lesser extent, Rudy Giuliani have claimed in the media may be harmful to any plea to Members of Congress for a successful case for a change of electors on January 6, 2021, when Congress meets in joint session to count elector votes and announce the President-elect of the United States.

Putting aside the fantastical claims of voting systems developed on the orders of Hugo Chavez to subvert Venezuelan elections and the use of derivative voting machines in our domestic U.S. elections, it is the dodgy nature of those who are filing declarations and sworn affidavits that appears problematical.

Sidney Powell’s secret ‘military intelligence expert,’ key to fraud claims in election lawsuits, never worked in military intelligence

The witness is code-named “Spyder.” Or sometimes “Spider.” His identity is so closely guarded that lawyer Sidney Powell has sought to keep it even from opposing counsel. And his account of vulnerability to international sabotage is a key part of Powell’s failing multistate effort to invalidate President-elect Joe Biden’s victory.

Powell describes Spyder in court filings as a former “Military Intelligence expert,” and his testimony is offered to support one of her central claims. In a declaration filed in four states, Spyder alleges that publicly available data about server traffic shows that voting systems in the United States were “certainly compromised by rogue actors, such as Iran and China.”

Spyder, it turns out, is Joshua Merritt, a 43-year-old information technology consultant in the Dallas area. Merritt confirmed his role as Powell’s secret witness in phone interviews this week with The Washington Post.

Records show that Merritt is an Army veteran and that he enrolled in a training program at the 305th Military Intelligence Battalion, the unit he cites in his declaration. But he never completed the entry-level training course, according to Meredith Mingledorff, a spokeswoman for the U.S. Army Intelligence Center of Excellence, which includes the battalion.

“He kept washing out of courses,” said Mingledorff, citing his education records. “He’s not an intelligence analyst.”

In an interview, Merritt maintained that he graduated from the intelligence training program. But even by his own account, he was only a trainee with the 305th, at Fort Huachuca in Arizona, and for just seven months more than 15 years ago.

His separation papers, which he provided to The Post, make no mention of intelligence training. They show that he spent the bulk of his decade in the Army as a wheeled vehicle mechanic. He deployed to the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, where he said he worked in security and route clearance. He held the rank of specialist when he was honorably discharged in 2013, having received several commendations.

Merritt acknowledged that the declaration’s description of his work as an “electronic intelligence analyst under 305th Military Intelligence” is misleading. He said it should have made clear that his time in the 305th was as a student, not as a working intelligence expert.

He blamed “clerks” for Powell’s legal team, who he said wrote the sentence. Merritt said he had not read it carefully before he signed his name swearing it was true.

On Friday afternoon, as his name increasingly circulated on social media, Merritt said he had decided to remove himself from the legal effort altogether. He said he plans to close his business and relocate with his family.

Asked about Merritt’s limited experience in military intelligence, Powell said in a text to The Post: “I cannot confirm that Joshua Merritt is even Spider. Strongly encourage you not to print.”

Of her description of him as a military intelligence expert, she said, “If we made a mistake, we will correct it.” <Source>

[OCS: One might assume that a competent attorney with a reputation to protect would vet any witness prior to accepting their written statement and using it as one of the prime facets of their case presentation.

And, one might assume that a competent attorney would not continue to hide behind obfuscation and false security once a source was compromised. Offering to correct errors of this magnitude is not acceptable – because the error should have never occurred in the first place.]

Déjà vu all over again…

Sidney Powell’s secret intelligence contractor witness is a pro-Trump podcaster

As she asked the U.S. Supreme Court this month to overturn President Trump’s election loss, the attorney Sidney Powell cited testimony from a secret witness presented as a former intelligence contractor with insights on a foreign conspiracy to subvert democracy.

Powell told courts that the witness is an expert who could show that overseas corporations helped shift votes to President-elect Joe Biden. The witness’s identity must be concealed from the public, Powell has said, to protect her “reputation, professional career and personal safety.”

The Washington Post identified the witness by determining that portions of her affidavit match, sometimes verbatim, a blog post that the pro-Trump podcaster Terpsichore Maras-Lindeman published in November 2019.

In an interview, Maras-Lindeman confirmed that she wrote the affidavit and said she viewed it as her contribution to a fight against the theft of the election.

[OCS: Even a cursory $19.95 internet records check may have revealed the type of previous behavior and deception that would make an individual unsuitable as a witness in a court trial.]

In a recent civil fraud case, attorneys for the state of North Dakota said that Maras-Lindeman falsely claimed to be a medical doctor and to have both a PhD and an MBA. They said she used multiple aliases and social security numbers and created exaggerated online résumés as part of what they called “a persistent effort . . . to deceive others.”

Powell’s reliance on Maras-Lindeman’s testimony may raise further questions about her judgment and the strength of her arguments at a time when she is becoming an increasingly influential adviser to the president. Trump’s legal team distanced itself from Powell last month after she falsely claimed Republican state officials took bribes to rig the election. But she has visited the White House three times in the past week, once to participate in an Oval Office meeting. Trump has weighed naming Powell a special counsel to investigate the election, according to previous reports.

Maras-Lindeman also claimed that she was targeted by the state for political reasons, noting that around that time she was exploring running for mayor of Minot — under the slogan “Make Minot Great Again.” She said that in 2018 she assisted the campaign of David C. Thompson, the Democratic challenger to longtime Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem (R). Thompson is now Maras-Lindeman’s defense attorney.

[OCS: Could she be a democrat operative used to exploit Sidney Powell’s gullibility, or is Sidney Powell becoming increasingly incompetent? Is it possible that Powell is simply amassing a trove of documents to throw at the court, much like the document dumps that were provided at the Flynn case?]

Maras-Lindeman’s 37-page affidavit outlines a purported conspiracy by the Canadian company Dominion Voting Systems, which sells voting machines used in some states, and Scytl, a Spain-based firm that provides election software. She claims that votes cast on Dominion machines in key states were hacked as they passed through Scytl tallying systems and rigged in favor of Biden.

[OCS: This claim of hacking appears to be little more than speculative fiction created by cobbling together disparate sources and throwing them against the wall to see what sticks.

The sheer magnitude of gathering domestic and foreign witnesses, deposing them, and cross-examining them in a court of competent jurisdiction – even if they are willing to participate – is a monumental task that could take years to accomplish. Not in time to affect court actions to assist the Trump campaign. Therefore, I suspect this effort is little more than a media sideshow to condition public opinion.

This affidavit is really a declaration and appears to contain a crap-box of the same allegations that appear elsewhere in other court filings.

That the declarant states:

“In my professional opinion, this affidavit presents unambiguous evidence that there was Foreign interference, complicit behavior by the previous administrations from 1999 up until today to hinder the voice of the people and US persons knowingly and willingly colluding with foreign powers to steer our 2020 elections that can be named in a classified setting.” and signs... “I declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct to the best of my knowledge.” appears to be meaningless]

Maras-Lindeman told the Post that she has never spoken to Powell and that she distributed the affidavit to several individuals. She was not immediately made aware that the claims had reached Powell. <Source>

Bottom line…

I have little or no faith in the Powell-related cases and suggest that something may be radically wrong with her judgment. The idea that the president “reportedly discussed the idea of naming Powell to the position of special counsel for an investigation into alleged voter fraud” is almost unbelievable.

Most of the claims of "voter fraud" appear only in the media while claims of unconstitutional or illegal procedures appear in the court filings.

2020 ELECTION: AFTER JANUARY 20, 2021

Welcome to Day + 52 …

If you can spare a few moments today, I would humbly request you think about what happens after January 20^th and the inauguration.

Consider for a moment how the illegal acts of your city Mayors, county officials, and elected members of your state legislatures should be redressed and the perpetrators held responsible for their actions, -- in particular those clearly unconstitutional and illegal acts which interfered in the 2020 election, the vote tally, and its aftermath?

Consider the cronyism and special interest no-bid contracts to companies with no experience and which sub-contracted the actual work after siphoning off a large undeserved slice of the pie.

Consider how your elected officials and other government employees failed their constituency.

And, consider those protected government individuals who are asking for raises while sitting out the pandemic at full salary and with full benefits.

Now enjoy the rest of your holiday, if you can.

FAUCI'S FANTASIES DRIVE THE NATION'S CORONAVIRUS RESPONSE?

If you have wondered why the American people no longer trust most government institutions and the mainstream media, this is a perfect illustration of the corruption of science by politics and the media.

Dr. Fauci’s confession…

Fauci says he's been intentionally moving the goalposts on herd immunity estimates.

Dr. Anthony Fauci, the nation’s top infectious disease expert, admitted in a new interview that he’s been intentionally moving the goalposts on his recommendations regarding herd immunity based on what he thinks the American people are ready to hear.

[OCS: First, Dr. Anthony Fauci is not the nation’s top infectious disease expert. He may be the nation’s most prominent media-hyped face of the pandemic, but he is far from being the nation’s top infectious disease expert.

Second, it appears that “The Science” is based on “what he thinks the American people are ready to hear.” This is not science; it is not medicine; it is not informed by psychology; it is politics.]

Herd immunity, or the percentage of a population that acquires resistance to the coronavirus through infection or vaccination, has been widely estimated at roughly 60 to 70 percent for the coronavirus since the start of the pandemic.

Dr. Fauci, a member of the White House’s coronavirus response, also cited that number in the beginning of the pandemic but said it would be about “70, 75 percent” in an interview about a month ago, The New York Times reported. Last week, he reportedly told CNBC “75, 80, 85 percent” and “75 to 80-plus percent.”

[OCS: I can understand the manipulation of the numbers when it is informed by science. Anything else is majorly suspect as politically-driven.]

Dr. Fauci told The Times in an interview published Thursday that he had slowly but deliberately been moving the goalposts, partly based on new science, and partly on his gut feeling that the American public was ready to receive the information, which is that 70-90% herd immunity should be achieved before the country can go back to normal.

[OCS: Can you even begin to understand how politicians based destructive public policy on Fauci’s “gut feeling?”

There is a great deal of controversy over “The Science” used by politicians to grab power and, demonstrably, to cripple Donald Trump's presidency. That crippling our economy and destroying lives is somehow dictated by the “The Science” is another example of The Big Lie.

In fact, the stated goal of the preventative measures was to “flatten the curve,” that is, to delay to some degree the number of people requiring acute medical intervention and hospitalization – not to save lives per se. As we have seen, projections were wildly inconsistent, and any conclusive proof of an effective strategy was missing. And, the basic death statistics were redefined and manipulated for political and financial purposes.]

He said he hesitated to state a number as high as 90% weeks ago because many Americans still seemed skeptical about vaccines.

[OCS: Of course, many Americans seemed skeptical of the vaccine. I wonder if it could have anything to do with the fact that the nation’s politicians and the mainstream media tied the vaccine to the basic political theme of “Orange Man Bad” and that anything he said was probably overstated or an outright lie. Or the media’s 24/7 repetition of stories about vaccine side effects that are well within the bounds of normal expectations – sensationalizing and highlighting the worst cases to attract an audience.]

“When polls said only about half of all Americans would take a vaccine, I was saying herd immunity would take 70 to 75 percent,” Dr. Fauci, who took his first dose of Moderna’s COVID-19 vaccine Tuesday, told The Times. “Then, when newer surveys said 60 percent or more would take it, I thought, ‘I can nudge this up a bit,’ so I went to 80, 85.

[OCS: Medical conclusions and prescriptions based on science, particularly in medicine, which is still part art, are not based on deeply-flawed public opinion polling that can’t possibly ensure than any statistically valid sample that would contain enough people with underlying conditions, co-morbidities, to make conclusory statements.

“We need to have some humility here,” he added. “We really don’t know what the real number is. I think the real range is somewhere between 70 to 90 percent. But, I’m not going to say 90 percent.”

[OCS: Screw humility – what is required is the basic honesty of real science. And the lack of infantilizing the American public by elitists who claim to be superior enough to tell us how to live our lives.]

Dr. Fauci said he wouldn’t state that number because it would potentially discourage Americans from getting the vaccine, The Times reported. <Source> <Original New York Times Article>

[OCS: The truth is clear: Fauci doesn’t know the number, so he either should admit the fact or keep his mouth shut.]

Another medical celebrity?

Since the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic, we have been told that Dr. Anthony Fauci, the 36-year director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases is the best expert on the Communist Chinese Party Virus in the Trump Administration.

Why, I am not sure.

Dr. Fauci, like many other experts who believe their own expertise is enough to discover, verify, and distill the incoming information on the emerging virus, was, in fact, woefully inadequate.

Based on the historical record, it appears that the good doctor did not know more about the emerging disease than many other similarly credentialed and experienced professionals. Which is to say, his knowledge was just above that of some of the more enlightened members of the general public.

Mask on – Mask Off – Mask on … Which is it? Are masks helpful in protecting ourselves from the virus, protecting others, likely to create problems with those who have underlying pulmonary and cardiac issues, or likely to increase the chance of infection? Which mask? How effective or dangerous if not fitted properly? Don’t bother Dr. Fauci because he has been wildly inconsistent – again admitting his pronouncements were driven by politics and not science.

Fauci said US government held off promoting face masks because it knew shortages were so bad that even doctors couldn't get enough

A few days earlier, he tweeted that masks were "not effective in preventing" COVID-19 in the general public, saying, "Seriously people- STOP BUYING MASKS!" He later reversed his advice.

Fauci explained the early advice against masks by saying: "The public-health community — and many people were saying this — were concerned that it was at a time when personal protective equipment, including the N95 masks and the surgical masks, were in very short supply."

"Now we have masks, and we know that you don't need an N95 if you're an ordinary person in the street," he said. "We also know that simple cloth coverings that many people have can work as well as a mask in many cases." <Source>

It appears that Fauci's real expertise is in presenting an image of a wizened all-knowing physician with the ability to speak with certitude about the latest findings of others -- but without the wisdom to assess their degree of correctness. He was much better as the story's narrator and blowing smoke up your ass than he was in the interpretation of the initial mathematical models that predicted up to two million dead Americans.

In making every one of his pronouncements, it is apparent that Fauci did not understand the recursive nature of human behavior, where some highlighted behavior results in a cascade of that very behavior -- or he was outright lying for political purposes.

What he did not say was that the goal of the government's effort was not to minimize the disease's transmissibility to protect individuals but to flatten the curve so that medical facilities were not overwhelmed.

Likewise, he did not say much about the governors who condemned thousands of senior citizens in nursing homes to a lonely death. Nor did he appear to understand the human cost of lockdowns and bankruptcies as small businesses evaporated in a sea of debt. Or the tyrannical and nonsensical power grab by governors and others who literally were picking winners and losers as they dined out, unprotected in an exclusive and expensive fine French restaurant.

Can you believe this? We have entered the realm of unreality …

Mayor Muriel Bowser proclaimed Thursday, December 24, 2020, “Dr. Anthony S. Fauci Day” in Washington, DC. Tomorrow is Dr. Fauci’s 80th birthday.

“Dr. Fauci has been a hero to our nation during this incredibly difficult year, working tirelessly to save lives and guide our nation’s response to and recovery from the pandemic,” said Mayor Bowser. “We are incredibly proud to count him among the many DC residents who are sacrificing so much to keep our communities healthy and safe. I issue this honor on behalf of all Washingtonians in gratitude and recognition of Dr. Fauci’s service to our nation and our city.” <Source>

Bottom line…

We are now seeing screaming headlines that warn us that “We the People” need to be “managed” as a new mutation of the virus has been discovered with the same cycle of uncertainty exploited for political purposes. What we have learned over the past ten months is that “you don’t know what you don’t know” and that the elites are mostly empty suits motivated by power, position, prestige perks, privileges, and personal and professional profits.

That Dr. Fauci should continue to be the public face of “medicine” as the Chief Medical Advisor to President-elect Biden in a Biden/Harris Administration should be an anathema to the long-suffering American people – and an insult to the U.S. Surgeon General.

And that individuals who take their medical advice from celebrities deserve what they get.

If you are going to consider the totality of treatment options, you will do well to follow the sage advice of Dr. Bradley Hennenfent, a physician and economist. "Put the patient first. Ask what is the net treatment benefit for the patient? Combine the mathematics of medical statistics with the mathematics of economics."

What we have learned from our experience with Dr. Fauci: trust the science, not necessarily the scientist.
