It is Day + 11, and we are still counting ballots as first-person sworn allegations of voter fraud continue to be filed with various courts. Again, that is not to say that the amount of any voter fraud discovered will be sufficient to reverse the election or that any Court is willing to provide relief.
What are the personal and professional consequences of government employees telling the whole truth?
While you might feel good about being an honest, ethical, morally upstanding individual with principles, the short-term feeling is bound to be trumped by the feeling of desperation and dread caused by the loss of your job and prospecting, possibly at an advanced age, for a new one that pays a similar salary. Shunned by friends, colleagues, and peers as someone who may have endangered their own jobs. Even silence can be misinterpreted as a quiet affirmation of the truth – something is wrong – and do a similar amount of harm. The only option other than truth-telling and silence is lying. The degree of enthusiasm, volume, and feigned sincerity being the key metrics of a liar's success.
But, wait, there is one stratagem that allows you to tell the truth with enthusiasm, volume, and sincerity.
Imagine you are a professional prospector and have nothing to report to your employer that would justify your continuing employment next year. You have a reputation for telling the truth and a history of productive discoveries; what would you do? How easy would it be to prospect for diamonds in your pocket and report to your employer that there are no diamonds to be found in the local vicinity of your search? A one-hundred-percent true statement. By narrowing or expanding your search criteria, you can produce results that are both personally and professionally acceptable.
It all depends on where you are looking…
JOINT STATEMENT FROM ELECTIONS INFRASTRUCTURE GOVERNMENT COORDINATING COUNCIL & THE ELECTION INFRASTRUCTURE SECTOR COORDINATING EXECUTIVE COMMITTEES
Original release date: November 12, 2020
The members of Election Infrastructure Government Coordinating Council (GCC) Executive Committee – Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Assistant Director Bob Kolasky, U.S. Election Assistance Commission Chair Benjamin Hovland, National Association of Secretaries of State (NASS) President Maggie Toulouse Oliver, National Association of State Election Directors (NASED) President Lori Augino, and Escambia County (Florida) Supervisor of Elections David Stafford – and the members of the Election Infrastructure Sector Coordinating Council (SCC) – Chair Brian Hancock (Unisyn Voting Solutions), Vice Chair Sam Derheimer (Hart InterCivic), Chris Wlaschin (Election Systems & Software), Ericka Haas (Electronic Registration Information Center), and Maria Bianchi (Democracy Works) - released the following statement:
“The November 3rd election was the most secure in American history. Right now, across the country, election officials are reviewing and double checking the entire election process prior to finalizing the result.
“When states have close elections, many will recount ballots. All of the states with close results in the 2020 presidential race have paper records of each vote, allowing the ability to go back and count each ballot if necessary. This is an added benefit for security and resilience. This process allows for the identification and correction of any mistakes or errors.
There is no evidence that any voting system deleted or lost votes, changed votes, or was in any way compromised.
“Other security measures like pre-election testing, state certification of voting equipment, and the U.S. Election Assistance Commission’s (EAC) certification of voting equipment help to build additional confidence in the voting systems used in 2020.
“While we know there are many unfounded claims and opportunities for misinformation about the process of our elections, we can assure you we have the utmost confidence in the security and integrity of our elections, and you should too.
When you have questions, turn to elections officials as trusted voices as they administer elections.”
[OCS: Trusted voices my ass. You mean election officials like Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar, who defied a Pennsylvania Supreme Court Ruling, issued conflicting orders benefiting one candidate over another, and is demonstrably corrupt? Or the petty officials that went out of their way to deny access to legitimate credentialed poll-watchers or who accepted mass deliveries of ballots with unknown provenance?
Or, Georgia’s secretary of state, the RINO Brad Raffensperger, who announced a full hand recount of the presidential race but claimed signature matching is impossible during recounts because ballot envelopes can’t be traced back to ballots once they’re opened. It should be noted that this fact does not preclude using signatures to get a gross estimate of ballot fraud.
Curiously, only 0.03% of the GA ballots were found to be defective and discarded when it is normally 3%. Something statistically stinks. Not to mention an unrealistic 24-hour allotment for the recount and the unobservable recount effort.
How does one explain that a large number of ballots have only presidential votes? Could it be that those who filled out the ballots did not have time to fill out the rest of the ballot -- forgetting that statistical systems red-flag the effort?]
How many government workers would be willing to say anything that casts any hint of illegitimacy on a party that is most like to assume power in the next few months?
There are any number of issues surrounding Dominion software which is used in twenty-eight states...
Starting with the fact that Dominion is a foreign company and has associations with dodgy foreign nationals.
Let us reserve a special place in voter hell for Supreme Court Justice John Roberts…
Adding to the election chaos, Justice Roberts' vote on a Pennsylvania ballot dispute led to a 4-4 Supreme Court deadlock that left in place a Pennsylvania court decision allowing mailed ballots to be counted up to three days after Election Day. Definitely an incentive to submit fraudulent “midnight ballots.”
This election goes beyond a tragedy for Trump; it is a travesty for the American people.
Should ballots with unknown provenance be thrown out? What about ballots that no longer can be associated with a signature or date indicia? What about votes that were cured with a provisional ballot per the direction of a government worker or a partisan party given the voter's name in violation of the law? These are all matters for the court to decide. Unfortunately, many courts have been politicized and no longer serve as a check-and-balance to ensure a system free from fraud and that promotes tyranny.
Beware of so-called government, media, and independent fact-checks. Many are partisan or funded by partisan sources. When it comes to the media, most have sacrificed their journalist credibility on the altar of ratings and revenue – even in the face of a declining and dying business model.
More and more, it looks like Biden will become President in a manifestly fraudulent election that saw many election safeguards overturned by non-legislative sources contrary to established law. It may be likely that we will see another four years of claimed illegitimacy and a vocal activist former president, much like Obama second-guessing the administration's actions. Of course, his comments will not be carried by a corrupted mainstream media so Trump may decide to build a media platform to counter the mainstream media. The 2022 and 2024 elections can be greatly impacted with 70,000,000+ citizens believing the election had been stolen.
We are so screwed.
