To all of the social justice warriors parading with “Justice for Jacob Blake signs,” the individual shot seven times in the back by a police officer…

With all of the deaths, injuries, rioting, looting, arson, and the destruction of public and private property, what does justice look like for the innocent victims targeted by Antifa and Black Lives Matter thugs? Especially those who lost their businesses and jobs?

Had you waited until the investigation was complete, you may have found that Blake precipitated the police action when he struggled with officers rather than be taken into custody. It appears the officers knew he was involved in the current domestic dispute call, had a warrant outstanding for his arrest for domestic violence, and was resisting arrest. What they may not have known, that he had access to an edged-weapon, may have cost one of the officers his life.

The preliminary statement…

The Wisconsin Department of Justice (DOJ) Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI) is investigating an officer involved shooting (OIS) in Kenosha, Wis. that occurred on the evening of Sunday, August 23, 2020.

Kenosha Police Department officers were dispatched to a residence in the 2800 block of 40th Street after a female caller reported that her boyfriend was present and was not supposed to be on the premises.

[OCS: It is undisputed that the police were responding to a potential domestic violence call.

According to celebrity civil rights attorney, Benjamin Crump, who also represented the families of Trayvon Martin and Michael Brown, Blake had been de-escalating a "domestic incident" when officers arrived and drew their weapons.

And, according to his mother – seeking $2 million on a GoFundMe page, “On August 23rd my son was shot multiple times in the back by a Kenosha Police Department officer, after my son broke up an altercation by an unrelated party. The shooting has now left my son critically injured as he fights for his life.”

5:11 p.m.-- Officers are sent to Blake’s address for a complaint of “family trouble.” A dispatcher notifies officers that a woman called police and said Blake “isn’t supposed to be there and he took the complainant's keys and is refusing to give them back.”

The dispatcher tells officers that there’s an alert for a person wanted for some reason, known in police radio code as a 10-99, at that address. Blake had a warrant issued for his arrest stemming from a domestic case in May.

5:13:47 p.m. -- One of the officers assigned to the call asks dispatchers for a description of Blake. The dispatcher tells officers that the woman now says Blake is trying to leave. The dispatcher tries to get a description of Blake’s vehicle but she tells officers that the woman has become uncooperative, and the type of vehicle or what state it’s registered in are unknown.

Prosecutors in Kenosha County, Wisconsin charged Blake with third-degree sexual assault, trespassing and disorderly conduct in connection with domestic abuse complaint which resulted in an arrest warrant for Blake that was issued on July 6, 2020].

During the incident, officers attempted to arrest Jacob S. Blake, age 29. Law enforcement deployed a taser to attempt to stop Mr. Blake, however the taser was not successful in stopping Mr. Blake.

[OCS: One video shows Blake clearly resisting arrest and grappling with officers prior to walking off.]

Mr. Blake walked around his vehicle, opened the driver’s side door, and leaned forward. While holding onto Mr. Blake’s shirt, Officer Rusten Sheskey fired his service weapon 7 times. Officer Sheskey fired the weapon into Mr. Blake’s back. No other officer fired their weapon. Kenosha Police Department does not have body cameras, therefore the officers were not wearing body cameras.

[OCS: Blake knew the officers had drawn their weapons. It appears that some female bystander can be heard screaming at Blake to come back. Others heard the officer shout "Drop the knife! Drop the knife!"

The officer had his weapon in one hand and yet tried to pull on Blake’s shirt to keep him from reaching inside the vehicle.]

The shooting officer, Kenosha Police Officer Rusten Sheskey, has been a law enforcement officer with Kenosha Police Department for seven years.

During the investigation following the initial incident, Mr. Blake admitted that he had a knife in his possession. DCI agents recovered a knife from the driver’s side floorboard of Mr. Blake’s vehicle. A search of the vehicle located no additional weapons.

[OCS: It appears, at least to me, that the shooting was in policy and justified by Blake’s stupidity. That Blake had three little children in the vehicle should be charged as child abuse and endangering the life of a child.]

Law enforcement immediately provided medical aid to Mr. Blake. Flight for Life transported Mr. Blake to Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee. Mr. Blake remains at the hospital.

DCI is leading this investigation and is assisted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Wisconsin State Patrol and Kenosha County Sheriff’s Office. All involved law enforcement are fully cooperating with DCI during this investigation. The involved officers have been placed on administrative leave.

DCI is continuing to review evidence and determine the facts of this incident and will turn over investigative reports to a prosecutor following a complete and thorough investigation.

When DCI is the lead investigating agency of a shooting involving a law enforcement officer, DCI aims to provide a report of the incident to the prosecutor within 30 days. The prosecutor then reviews the report and makes a determination about what charges, if any, are appropriate. If the prosecutor determines there is no basis for prosecution of the law enforcement officer, DCI will thereafter make the report available to the public.

No additional details are currently available. <Source: WIDOJ>

It appears that Blake has six children, and his Mother is seeking assistance through donations. It seems that if Blake recovers, he might need lifetime care at the taxpayer’s expense.

“This fund is established to cover my son’s medical expenses, mental and grief counseling for our family and to assist our family in the days to come, as we continue to seek justice for Jacob. A portion of these proceeds will also be used to benefit my son’s six children, some of whom witnessed this horrific act of violence.”

Justice would see her son incarcerated for a number of years in state prison where the state can take care of him in a manner befitting the actions leading to his injuries.

The NBA's true color: un-American...

According to the AP --

The dramatic series of moves began when the Bucks — the NBA’s team from Wisconsin, a state rocked in recent days by the shooting by police officers of Jacob Blake, a Black man — didn’t take the floor for their playoff game against the Magic. The teams were set to begin Game 5 of their series shortly after 4 p.m., with the Bucks needing a win to advance to the second round.

Players had been discussing boycotting games in the bubble after the shooting of Blake by police in Kenosha, Wisconsin. More discussions were scheduled Wednesday, but even before that the Bucks apparently decided they would act.

Some things are bigger than basketball,’ Bucks senior vice president Alex Lasry tweeted. ‘The stand taken today by the players and (the organization) shows that we’re fed up. Enough is enough. Change needs to happen. I’m incredibly proud of our guys and we stand 100% behind our players ready to assist and bring about real change.’

There are three other playoff games scheduled Thursday. It was unclear if they would be affected. Several NBA players, including LeBron James, tweeted out messages demanding change and the Boston Celtics’ official Twitter account did the same. <Source>

Wonderful -- celebrating the stupidity of a thug because of his color. Former President Obama tweeted his approval of the boycott. Of course, this is the President who empowered Iran, a state sponsor of terror and an enemy of the United States.

Did Blake get a pass on a gun charge in 2015?

UPDATE 8/26/2020: Please note, court officials told the Racine County Eye that Mr. Blake was not convicted of any of the charges listed in this story.  The charges appear to have been dismissed upon Prosecutor’s Motion. The minutes reflect that on 02-20-2018 the prosecutor moved to dismiss the case “due to witness issues and age of the case.”  The reason the case is not listed in court records is because of the dismissal they appear to have met the threshold for the cases to automatically be removed from the WCCA website.

ORIGINAL STORY: Racine police say K9 Dozer had to help officers take a man into custody when the man refused to go quietly into custody after he pulled a gun at a local bar.

Jacob Blake, 24, of Racine, was charged Monday in Racine County Circuit Court with one felony count of resisting arrest causing a soft tissue injury to a police officer and one misdemeanor count each of carrying a concealed weapon, carrying a firearm while intoxicated, endangering safety-use of a dangerous weapon, and disorderly conduct. If convicted, he will face up to 8-1/2 years in prison and/or up to $50,000 in fines.

According to the criminal complaint, Blake and two women were at the Brass Monkey tavern, 1436 Junction Avenue, Saturday when Blake got into an argument with another patron and pulled a black handgun. Blake pointed the gun at the other man, and the magazine fell to the floor. The bartender told Blake to leave, and he did but then pointed the gun through the window at patrons inside the bar before walking south on Junction Avenue. <Source>

Bottom line...

What now? More thuggery to support a false idol? More lies and propaganda by violent activists/agitators? More idiocy by individuals who refuse to follow lawful police commands which results in a preventable tragedy? What of the three children who were present in the car at the time of the shooting?

Even now, people are second-guessing the police with “you should have done this or that,” but not shoot him. As far as I am concerned, Blake represented a clear and present danger to the officer, and the shooting was in policy. Unfortunately, the officer and his family will now bear the brunt of the artificial prejudice whipped-up by the mob and attorneys seeking a major payday from the City.

We are so screwed.
