If there is anything I hate worse than the radical progressive socialist democrats who are trying to fundamentally transform our nation’s healthcare system, it is the purveyors of medical information which make outrageous claims that give false hope to disease sufferers.
Especially those who are ill-informed or who are suffering enough to try anything, no matter how outrageous or unlikely. Many sold as either medical secrets that are being suppressed by physicians or the big pharmaceutical companies.
If there were treatments that were both cheap and effective, it would be well-known to the medical community and recommended without hesitation by physicians whose goal is to care for their patients.

There are relatively few medical miracles and many of them come from anecdotal accounts by individuals who may believe they have been cured – mostly instances of the placebo effect. Medical researchers compete to publish theeir ground-breaking results in journals, not hide them in cheesy books. Some of the cures involve compounds associated with animal or human research studies, but the advertised supplements may only provide a trace amount of an investigational substance – not the actual dose needed to achieve a therapeutic result.
Anybody who believes that there is an alternative to conventional medicine can be scammed. Consider Apple’s Steve Jobs, smart, rich, and having access to the finest healthcare in the world. He believed that diet could cure his pancreatic cancer. Unfortunately he delayed seeking conventional medical care – and it killed him, possibly sooner rather than later.
I have two pieces of advice that might save your life. One, according to the Better Business Bureau, you should always INVESTIGATE BEFORE YOU INVEST. And two, vote for the GOP in 2020 to avoid destroying the healthcare system as we know it. Under the radical progressive socialist democrats, healthcare delivery will not get better, but uniformly worse. Think of a Medicaid welfare program for all. If you believe that the government can manage healthcare, consider what they have done to our veterans and American Indians.
