This case ignores the fact that defendants often plead guilty to lesser charges to avoid a probable harsher sentence or who lack the money to mount a defense against the government’s unlimited resources.

This case ignores the fundamental facts that Michael Flynn did not commit a crime, was framed by a cadre of DOJ/FBI officials who re-wrote interview notes and allowed an innocent man to be knowingly prosecuted, bankrupted, and mentally tortured -- even though the case was scheduled to be closed without finding any wrongdoing.

This case ignores documents hidden from the court that prove that the “plea” was coerced by the DOJ’s threat to prosecute and convict Flynn’s son on charges rarely prosecuted in Washington D.C.

This case ignores that the DOJ did not provide required exculpatory evidence to the defense as required by law.

This case ignores that the Judge failed to manage the case in an honest and ethical manner, ignoring the many instances of prosecutorial misconduct and engaging in judicially inappropriate behavior..

This is a gross miscarriage of justice and the judge should be impeached and removed from office, or at least disbarred for knowingly aiding and abetting a criminal enterprise perpetrated by the DOJ/FBI.

It is a real tragedy that Black Lives Matter — which has done so much good in raising awareness of police abuses — has now moved away from its central mission and has declared war against the nation-state of the Jewish people. In a recently issued “platform,” more than 60 groups that form the core of the Black Lives Matter movement went out of their way to single out one foreign nation to accuse of genocide and apartheid.

No, it wasn’t the Syrian government, which has killed tens of thousands of innocent people with barrel bombs, chemicals, and gas. Nor was it Saudi Arabia, which openly practices gender and religious apartheid. It wasn’t Iran, which hangs gays and murders dissidents. It wasn’t China, which has occupied Tibet for more than half a century. And it wasn’t Turkey, which has imprisoned journalists, judges, and academics. Finally, it wasn’t any of the many countries, such as Venezuela or Mexico, where police abuses against innocent people run rampant and largely unchecked. Nor was it the Hamas-controlled Gaza Strip, where the police are a law unto themselves who act as judge, jury, and executioner of those whose politics or religious practices they disapprove.

It was only Israel, the nation-state of the Jewish people, and the only democracy in the Middle East. The platform accuses the US of being “complicit in the genocide taking place against the Palestinian people” by providing aid to “an apartheid state.”

Criticizing Israel is not anti-Semitic. Like other democracies, including our own, it has faults. Criticizing Israel’s settlement and occupation policies is fair game. But singling Israel out and falsely accusing it of “genocide” can be explained in no other way than blatant hatred of Jews and their state. <Source>

UCLA Professor Under Police Protection Following Threats

UCLA suspended professor for refusing to cancel finals for minorities after George Floyd killing

A college professor is living under police protection after rebuffing a request to exempt minority students from taking final exams in the wake of George Floyd's death.

University of California Los Angeles accounting professor Gordon Klein faced threats of violence after he declined a student's request that he delay a final exam in light of national unrest.

The university suspended the professor for three weeks beginning on June 25 and launched a discrimination investigation into the incident.

In the face of public pressure, UCLA administrators bowed to student demands and removed Klein from his class.

On Monday, Anderson School of Management dean Antonio Bernardo sent an email to students announcing an investigation into Klein's "troubling" behavior. The dean apologized to students for the "added stress" a substitution of an instructor may cause.

"UCLA and UCLA Anderson are committed to creating a learning, working, and living environment that is free from discrimination, harassment, or retaliation," the spokesman said.

[OCS: Discrimination – you mean like giving one class of students a specific benefit based solely on race?]

"Professor Klein is right. Treating students on the basis of equality is morally, ethically, and legally sound," Wood said. "The fact that his complaining student has gotten traction with her complaint is disturbing."

While Klein remains under police protection, his students have won concessions from the university. <Source>
